67th dialogue: Mr. Freeze
Ulquiorra: Humans and their little toys. How pathetic.
Mr. Freeze: This toy will freeze every cell in your body.
Ulquiorra: I shall end your life with one hand.

Mr. Freeze: Your DNA may be enough to cure Nora.
Ulquiorra: I will not allow humans to take my blood.
Mr. Freeze: Then I shall take it from your frozen corpse.

Ulquiorra: Stand aside, woman.
Powergirl: You did not tell me what to do.

Ulquiorra: You have tampered with time?
Reverse Flash: Even death can't catch me.

Ulquiorra: No one is better than Lord Aizen.
Reverse Flash: History says otherwise.
70th dialogue: Vixen
Ulquiorra: Give me your necklace.
Vixen: You'll have to come and take it.
Ulquiorra: That is no problem for me.

Vixen: I have the power of the animal kingdom.
Ulquiorra: Yet none of them will save you from me.
Vixen: Let me show you the pride of a lion.
Super Move: (Ichigo Kurosaki): Ulquiorra flies into the air before swooping down, grabbing the opponent by the neck. He opens a Garganta before tossing them inside, transported them to Las Noches. After the opponent smashes into the wall, Ulquiorra grabs them by the head and begins dragging them along the roof. Summoning a Lanza Del Relampago in his hand, Ulquiorra stabs the opponent above Las Noches, the moon glowing in the background. Flying above them, Ulquiorra then throws his weapon down as they crash on top of the building, causing a massive green explosion before they're sent back to the arena.
Victory pose: Ulquiorra begins to fly in the air a bit before he looks at the camera and nonchalantly firing a Cero Oscuras.
Ending: "I've died once, and I thought that was it. But then fate decided to intervene and I found myself in the hands of Brainiac. He was nothing to me and I struck him down." *Shows an image of Ulquiorra lifting Brainiac in the air with his tail before firing a Cero Oscuras into his chest.* "But even after that, I was lost. No master to go back to, no home to live in, I was nothing but a wanderer." *The next scene shows Ulquiorra watching the people of Metropolis walking by from a bus stop while frowning.* "My life has no meaning."
*The scene changes to show a man in a strange white outfit, green cape and a matching hood offering a hand to Ulquiorra.* "But it seems even fate has a plan for me. A strange human-no, spirit, came to me. They offered me a chance to understand life itself and to punish those who defile it. I had no ties to anyone, so I accepted."
*The final scene shows Ulquiorra standing in a twisted dimension, wearing the same outfit as his eyes begin to glow a bright green light.* From this day forth, I am no longer Ulquiorra Cifer. Now… I am the Spectre."
I'm not going to lie. This ending was inspired heavily by the Arrowverse crossover: Crisis on Infinite Earths since they had Oliver Queen become the Spectre(R.I.P). And since Ulquiorra had no one left, I thought it would only be appropriate to have him become the next vessel of the Spectre.
Hope you Bleach fans enjoyed this chapter. I did since Ulquiorra was one of my favorite characters in Bleach(still sucks he died.) But trust me, the interactions between him and Ichigo in the actual story will be great… I hope.
So we are about 4 packs away from the actual story… hot damn. Hopefully I can have it posted by next year, and before you remind me, I WILL do the premier skins, just not know.

Fighter Pack 9 railer
In a dark warehouse at the edge of Gotham City, a shadowy figure is seen on the roof, scouting the area. Once they see no one around, they wave their hand in the air before disappearing in the blink of an eye. They reappeared in front of the door, along with three others. They were dressed in pitch black uniforms with swords on their waists and a mask that resembles a gask mask. One of them extended their left wrist, revealing a small crossbow. They stabbed in into the lock before unlocking it, allowing them to enter the warehouse. "Go." One of the masked men said as they all ran instead, drawing their swords. After a moment of searching, they saw no one and lowered their guard. "Master Daud, it's clear."
A fifth figure suddenly appeared in the middle of the group, catching their attention. The newcomer was much different from the others: they had a red uniform with a brown belt wrapped around their chest, a brown pouch over their right breast, black pants, long dark brown gloves, matching boots and a gas mask. The newcomer looked left and right before removing their mask, revealing a man who looked to be in their forties with short brown hair, matching eyes and several scars on their face. "Good, now we can begin." The man known as Daud said as he walked up to a large wooden crate. He ran his hand on it before looking at his men. "Open it."
"Yes sir." One of the Whaler said as they began to walk towards the box.
*BOOM*
Before he could open it, one of the windows in the warehouse shattered as the whaler struck the ground, lifeless. "WHAT THE?!" Before anyone could react, two more shots were fired, killing two other Whalers. Both Daud and the last Whaler got into cover, looking over the corner.
"Sir, I see the shooter." The Whaler said while pointing at the highway, where a small twinkle of light can be seen. Unfortunately, they too were shot by the shooter, falling onto the ground lifeless. Clicking his tongue, Daud raised his left hand as a strange mark began to glow. He then clenched it and disappeared.
"Where did you go?" The shooter said to themselves, searching the area, but finding nothing. They were a tall, lean man with short white hair, dark skin and grey eyes. He wore dark armor with a large red overcoat, black metal plated shoes, black pants and a unique looking bow in his left hand. He stood up with a sigh, scratching the back of his head. "What a pain." Hearing a small sound, he narrowed his eyes before sharply moving his head to the left, dodging a small arrow from stabbing him. "I've seen your teleportation skills before. They're impress."
"Let me guess: you're after my bounty?" Daud asked, aiming his wristbow at the strange archer.
"I am." The man said with a shrug as he opens his right hand, causing red magic to appear. It soon took the form of an arrow, which he put around his bow before aiming it at Daud's head. "You should know that even at close range, I can still kill you." Rather than being afraid, Daud actually smirked a bit while drawing out his sword.
"Good, you look like a worthy opponent."
Underneath the top of the highway, a newspaper blew in the wind before landing on the ground as a boot stepped on it. The person then looked up, noticing the fight that was beginning. "Rorschach's journal, January 19th, 2020." the speaker said, tipping up their brown fedora. They were dressed in a long tan coat with brown pants, matching shoes, light brown gloves and a strange white mask that had black blobs changing shape, like a Rorschach test. "Kill a gangster who was raping a waitress. The air smells like blood. Now two men are fighting over the highway. Will take down the winner if they're a villain."
