A woman.

A woman in a black cat costume, to be precise.

Green eyes.

Green eyes as bright as the sun.

Green eyes full of mischief.

A body like a model.

A body that would make anyone envious.

Nightwing saw the aforementioned woman on top of his bed.

"Why don't you come over here pretty kitty? The bed is big enough to hold two people." she invited him mischievously.

Nightwing did not let it be repeated twice. He practically ran to the bed and pinned the woman under him.

He kissed her.

He kissed her like there was no tomorrow.

He kissed her like he never kissed his ex-girlfriends.

Her lips.

Her lips are sweet, inviting, expert.

One word.

Perfect.

My God.

Her lips are like drugs.

You can't do without them.

Already addicted to it.

Her thin but strong arms that could painfully grip the wrist of a 40-year-old truck driver.

Her thin but strong arms that gently traced his Nightwing suit.

Slowly, as she kissed him, the girl removed hiscostume.

Dick Grayson gently felt her cat suit.

Slowly, as he kissed her, the boy removed her costume.

Masked eyes met seductive green eyes.

Oh Lord.

Those eyes.

Those emerald eyes.

The most beautiful eyes he had ever seen in his entire life.

It should be illegal to have such beautiful eyes.

Dick kissed her again.

With fervor.

Passionately.

Soon they took off the rest of their clothing, scattered somewhere on the floor.

They remained naked.

He had taken off his mask.

Blue eyes met green eyes.

"Ready for the best part pretty kitty?"

"Yes!"

And soon the two bodies joined.

"NIGHTWING!"

"CATWOMAN!"

"CATWOMAN!"

Dick Grayson jolted awake with a racing heart and labored breathing. Dick blinked a few times to clear his vision.

A dream. A very fucking realistic dream.

He took a deep breath to calm his nerves. Only then did he realize that he had fallen asleep with Nightwing's uniform still on and winced. He checked his alarm clock and saw that he had woken up twenty minutes before the alarm went off.

He closed his eyes and involuntarily his mind went to relive the dream with every single detail. He shuddered and immediately opened them again.

Cold shower. I need a fucking cold shower.

oOo

Officer Grayson arrived at the police station first and noticed that his partner had not yet arrived. He gave a small smile as he sat down on his desk.

A few minutes later he heard some footsteps stop in front of him and looked up to meet Will's slightly incredulous one.

"Good morning Will." he smiled amused at his colleague's reaction.

"Good morning." he replied distractedly before he shook his head. "Or at least I think so. I think I'm still dreaming actually."

Dick chuckled. "Is it so unlikely that I would arrive before you at work?"

"Yes." he replied immediately without blinking.

"Really?"

"Seriously. We've been working together for more than a year and you've never arrived before me. Excluding today of course."

His partner frowned thoughtfully for a few seconds before he spoke. "That's not true. I remember one other time I arrived before you."

"Only because I had woken up later so it doesn't count," he replied as he sat down as well.

Dick shrugged his shoulders. "It does count to me."

Officer Jones snorted in amusement but said nothing more and changed the subject. "So? Any particular reason why you arrived early?"

"No. I simply woke up early and couldn't fall asleep for a while longer so I decided to come early." he half lied.

Will looked at him intently but Dick did not move an inch, accustomed to the bat-glares he often received from Batman. Only Alfred could make him uncomfortable with one of his characteristic glares but he didn't count.

Heck, he kept Batman in line for more than two decades without ever being scared by him once!

Sometimes he wondered if Alfred was a mere human or if he was actually the most powerful deity of all time.

However Will looked at him for a few more seconds before he burst out laughing, getting confused looks from the other police officers and Dick.

"What are you laughing at, dude?"

A mischievous smirk appeared on his friend's face and Dick was afraid for a moment. Officer Jones walked over to his colleague's desk and leaned down to whisper to him. "Let me guess: you had an erotic dream about some beautiful girl and woke up first screaming her name right?"

Richard almost choked on his own saliva and his first thought was:

Was he also trained by Batman?

Stupid thought, he knows.

His face warmed slightly and Will chuckled. Dick sent him a grim look but it had no effect with his flushed face. "No man! Absolutely not!" he vehemently denied, crossing his arms with a frown on his face.

"Really?"

"Really!" Will looked at him arching an eyebrow and Dick relented. "Ugh! All right, you're right! Happy now?"

His friend chuckled again and looked at him with a very amused look. "Yes, I am now."

Richard lowered his gaze to mutter something incoherent before looking up again to meet the partne's. "How did you guess?" he asked sincerely curious.

"Fortunately, you're not the only one who has these kinds of dreams. Besides, it's not just you in here with detective skills." he shrugged.

"I bet some of those dreams were not about Emily, am I wrong?"

This time it was Will's turn to be surprised and blush and he began to stammer. "N-No. I want to d- say yes!" he coughed a couple of times to compose himself. "Yes, you're wrong Dick." the latter looked at him arching an eyebrow, mimicking his behavior a few minutes earlier. "Okay I give up, you're not wrong but they happened before I met Emily! Please don't tell her anything, she might leave me anyway!"

Dick laughed. "Dude, your secret is safe with me. Besides, I don't think she would leave you for that reason."

"You never know." the two chuckled before Will looked at him with obvious curiosity. "So who was the main character in your dream?"

"You don't care man!"

Will dramatically put his hand to his heart pretending to be hurt. "And here I thought partners shouldn't keep secrets from each other!"

Too late. Dick thought sadly. Besides, I can't tell you that I had a hot dream about Catwoman.

The other rolled his eyes. "Don't be too dramatic Will."

"I'm not being dramatic, I'm simply curious!"

"Don't you know that curiosity killed the cat?"

I can't believe it...

"Do I look like a cat?"

Dick laughed. "No because fortunately you only have one life."

Will jokingly narrowed his eyes "You piece of sh-"

"Officer Jones! I dare you to finish that sentence! No foul language in the police station!" he was interrupted by Commissioner Johnson who entered just then.

"Commissioner!"

"Excuse me commissioner, it won't happen again!"

"It better not!"

After the commissioner walked away the two exchanged a look.

"I thought I was finished officer Grayson!"

"There's always a next time Officer Jones!"

They giggled for a few seconds before Will asked again. "...Will you tell me who the girl is?"

"No!"

Four shadowy figures fluttered over Gotham City before all four came to a halt above an infamous apartment building.

"So what do we have to stop Batman?"

"If you had paid more attention, Red Hood, you would know now instead of needlessly opening that cesspool you call a mouth."

"Shut up Demon Child!"

"Guys don't lit-" Red Robin was interrupted simultaneously by Red Hood and Robin who shouted respectively.

"Shut up replacement!"

"Shut up Red Robin!"

Red Robin tightened his lips into a thin line. "How I wish Nightwing was here to stop you two idiots from fighting for no reason."

"Idiot to whom do you replacement?"

"The reason Nightwing moved to Bludhaven, in addition to guarding that filthy town, is because of your lack of intelligence."

"You little dem-"

"ENOUGH!" roared Batman, silencing them all. "Will you shut up for five minutes and cooperate to do our night's work in peace?"

"...As if this warning of yours ever worked all these years," spoke Red Robin before he received a bat-glare and wisely closed his mouth.

"Father, I still don't understand why we have to work with these incompetents."

"Robin!"

"What?" he shrugged indifferently. "Without them we would work faster."

Batman growled annoyed. "Robin, you know that's not true. They are your brothers and as such you must respect them and not belittle them. Otherwise I swear I will take you off patrol for a month!"

Robin huffed but said nothing more.

"Finally the little demon stopped talking."

"What did you say Hood?"

"You heard me spawn of the devil!"

Batman closed his eyes and ran his fingers over the white slits in the hood.

What the hell did I do wrong?

Meanwhile, Red Robin was enjoying watching both his brothers argue and Batman's frustration.

"Father, I urgently request that Red Hood return home."

"Aww, have I offended you little child?"

"Little child to whom you imbecile?"

"ENOUGH YOU TWO! Red Hood stop bothering your brother!"

"You've got to be kidding me-" he was interrupted when he received a deadly bat-glare. " Uff. All right, I'll shut up," he muttered.

Robin smiled smugly and stuck his tongue out in his unusual childlike behavior.

Red Hood narrowed his eyes and turned to Batman. "Tell me you saw that, old man!"

Batman nodded and looked directly at the youngest of his sons. "Of course I saw it. Robin, what I told Red Hood applies to you too." then he added grumblingly referring to his second son. "And don't call me old."

The youngest raised his arms in the air, annoyed. "But father, being the biological son, I shouldn't follow what you told him!"

"Here we go again with this antics." Red Robin muttered, earning and ignoring the deadly stare from Robin.

Beginning to lose patience, Batman clenched his jaw. "Robin, I've told you a thousand other times that your brothers are as much my sons as you are, no matter if you're the only biological one."

"But-"

"No but! I have no favorites among my children!"

"Excluding the golden boy." muttered Red Hood.

The Dark Knight ignored the comment. "Need I remind you why we are here?" his question was followed by two no's and one yes. He sighed but explained again. "We are here to prevent a drug deal in that very warehouse" he pointed to the place behind him without looking. "involving about 10 armed men. Any questions?"

"Where are Black Bat and Spoiler?" asked Red Robin, turning his head to try to see his little sisters.

"They are out watching the city for more crime along with Batwoman. Any other questions?"

"Why are all four of us here if there are only ten armed men? I see no reason for that. Even Red Robin would be able to do it do it alone," Robin asked.

Red Hood sneered as Red Robin frowned, not knowing whether he should take it as an insult or a compliment.

Probably the first.

In response to the question Batman simply shrugged his shoulders. "No particular reason. Now can we go before we let them slip away?" he asked growling.

"I don't see any chance of them escaping." at his father's questioning and impatient look, Red Hood simply pointed to the warehouse.

The Hooded Crusader turned his gaze toward the indicated place only to see his eldest son emerge unharmed from the warehouse quietly cleaning his uniform. As if feeling the gaze toward him, Nightwing raised his head to meet the eyes hidden behind Batman's hood and only smiled. He grabbed a grappling hook and climbed toward the building where the others were standing.

"Hey guys!" he greeted them as soon as he stepped onto the apartment building.

"What are you doing here?" the question came out harsher than expected.

"Geez Batman, if you didn't want me here just tell me!" joked Nightwing understanding his father's discontent and ignoring it. "Simply in Bludhaven it was quiet so I decided to go to Gotham to patrol with my family. Every now and then I like to patrol with you besides the weekend."

As a response he received only a grunt.

"Geez guys, which one of you pissed him off so much?"

"He did!"

Red Robin pointed at Robin, Robin pointed at Red Hood, and Red Hood pointed at Red Robin.

Nightwing laughed openly as Batman almost contemplated taking all his sons to Arkham Asylum and locking them all in one cell and burning the key with acid.

Knowing them they could still escape in less than a minute.

"Let's continue with the patrol and split into groups: Red Robin and Nightwing, the two of you will take the east side of Gotham, Red Hood and I will go north while Robin you will go south and rejoin Black Bat, Batwoman and Spoiler and the four of you will in turn split into two groups." as soon as he finished giving instructions Batman fired a grappling hook in his direction.

"EHY WAIT FOR ME!" shouted Red Hood indignantly as he tried to keep up.

"Well, I'm starting to go right now. Loser, Nightwing." greeted Robin ungently.

"Robin." gently chided Nightwing.

Robin sighed exaggeratedly but did not ignore him. "All right. Red Robin, Nightwing." and this time he turned away.

"...Well at least I was trapped with you Nightwing." said Red Robin to his older brother with a smile.

Nightwing returned the smile and ran a hand over his little brother's hair, mussing it up, and backed away abruptly. "If you want revenge you'll have to catch me first!"

Red Robin shook his head with a small, playful smile before he began to follow. "This is a challenge!" he declared.

For the rest of the patrol on the east side of Gotham, the laughter of the two brothers could be heard, interrupting only to take care of the criminals who screamed in pain.
