Lirlia paces around in the bridge of the Resolute. She's anxious about the mission. It isn't like she's not used to go into dangerous missions. She's faced monsters that can destroy entire villages, as she so many times said and had done It is about that so many troopers are being sent to do this. Every time she's faced a dangerous monster, she's been with a team. Except fighting Xeno'jiiva or Shara Ishvalda. But now, she's worried about the crew's safety. Today's mission it's a dangerous one. After yesterday's briefing, Lirlia decided to help to protect Kamino from the Separatist, who are about to attack.

"Don't worry Lirlia. Nothing will happen." Said Anakin.

"It's not that. Many would be going to their deaths! How can you be so calm about that?"

"We were trained to face anything, Lirlia. And we're talking about Kamino, our home. If your home would be attacked soon, wouldn't you defend it?" Asked Rex.

"Of course I would! I did that many times!"

"Then you don't have to worry about it, Lirlia. We will fight and die protecting our home." Said Cody. Lirlia sighed.

"It's just that I'm not used to go with so many people. The largest group that the Guild sends was four."

"Four? No wonder you've got skills." Said Anakin.

"But every time it was one dangerous monster each time. Sometimes it could be two, even three, but nothing more. Now I see hundreds, if not thousands, of foes. And thousands of clones going against them." She said.

"The droids are like that. They tend to send overwhelming forces. But we are better than them. And with your help, they've no chance." Said Rex.

"If you say so." She said.

"Okay, enough talking, we are going to set what we are going to do." Said Anakin. "Obi-Wan will staying on the ground and watch as the battle in space goes. I'll engage the enemy fleet in space and avoid them from getting past the blockade."

"While that is a great plan, Anakin, where will fit Lirlia on this?" Asked the hologram of Obi-Wan.

"Can I stay on the surface? I don't know how to use those... vessels of yours."

"Sure thing Lirlia. I'll arrange a ship for you to get down there. You'll see how our troops are produced." Said Anakin.

"Thank you."

They planned until they arrived to the system, and Lirlia was surprised to see so many capital ships at once, all ready to protect Kamino. She followed Rex to the ship that'd bring her to the surface and took off. When she arrived, she was greeted by Obi-Wan, Shaak Ti and some beings with tall necks.

"Greetings, young one. We are the Kaminoans. And we run this facility. I am Nala Se. It is a pleasure to have you helping to protect this place, as Master Kenobi told us about."

"H-hello there. I'm Lirlia."

"It's good to have you help us, Lirlia. Even if it wasn't your call." Said Master Ti.

"We should not waste anymore time. Let us go to he control room to watch as the battle goes on."

Lirlia followed them into the facility. Inside she saw how the clones were produced, trained and instructed to war. There were also some children there, training to become troopers. Lirlia looked around and saw many tubes with babies. A shiver run through her back.

"What is it?" Asked Obi-Wan, noting her discomfort.

"N-nothing." She said as she got on the Jedi Master's side that isn't looking to the tubes.

The battle was a fierce one. But the Republic seems to be winning as more and more Separatists ships fell, with debris falling to the surface of Kamino.

That made both Lirlia and Obi-Wan to frown.

"Why is so much debris falling into the ocean? Weren't those ships... stronger than that?" Lirlia said.

Obi-Wan contacted his former padawan. "Anakin, I've got a bad feeling about this. Debris from the space is falling into the water."

"Relax, Master. We are winning here."

"But still. I'm going to do a small trip to the depths of the ocean, and see if I can find something."

"If that makes you feel better, then go ahead."

Obi-Wan cut the link and went to the door.

"Do you need someone to go with you, Master Kenobi?" Asked Lirlia. He turned around to face her. Shaak Ti doing the same.

"Don't worry about it, Lirlia." He put a hand on her shoulder. "Stay here while I go explore the depths. Stay alert though, we don't know what the droids are up to." He said. Lirlia nodded and Obi-Wan left the room. Lirlia and Shaak remained in the room, watching the different screens and holovideos as the battle rages on space.

After a few minutes, Lirlia saw some metallics four-legged octopus forms emerging form the water. Seeing that they are under attack, Shaak Ti called to turn on the alarm, and ordered everyone to get ready to fight. She and Lirlia then run outside the control room, heading toward the battle.

As Lirlia got closer to the nearest battle, she could hear fire and screams of pain. When she arrived, she saw droids firing and attacking the troops. Immediately, she took out her Bowgun from her back and started firing at the droids. Many of them fell by her gun, and more were coming. She then put on it a small cartridge on the gun, got on her stomach, aimed and fired. The bullet hit a superdroid, piercing it through many others. Then consecutive explosions destroyed those that were it by the bullet, taking away many of the droids that were near them. She then proceeded to fire normal bullets to save the stronger ones. Some fire hit her armor and her gun' shield, but didn't do much damage to her. She only felt something hitting the shield and some bites over her body. With work, she and the clones managed to beat the droids from that part of the facility. But the fight wasn't over yet.

"Trooper! Where is the next battle?" She asked. The trooper only pointed to a direction. Lirlia nodded and run towards it.

When she entered a hall, she heard the typical 'hiss' of a lightsaber. Scratch that, three lightsabers were ignited. Taking out her Bowgun, she made her way carefully to the next aisle, and she saw Obi-Wan fighting a bald woman with two lightsabers. Some droids were about to fire Obi-Wan while he was busy.

Lirlia aimed at the droids with Spread Ammo lvl 3, hitting them all. The bald woman was surprised to see her droids getting destroyed by one shot, and that was the moment Obi-Wan needed to Force Punch her to the wall. Before Obi-Wan could knock her, the woman Force Push Obi-Wan and then jumped to the side and she then started running.

Obi-Wan deactivated his lightsaber and stared at Lirlia.

"If it wasn't for you, I'd be dead now."

"I couldn't let them fire at you now, could I?" She mockingly said. Obi-Wan and Lirlia both run towards the next area.

"By the way, who was that bald woman?" Lirlia asked.

"That was Asajj Ventress. A Sith Assassin. She's under the command of Dooku." Obi-Wan said.

"Is she the bad guy?"

"In a sense." Obi-Wan said. They then heard four hiss of lightsabers. He turned and saw Grievous.

"Hello there!" Obi-Wan said.

"General Kenobi." Said Grievous.

"Lirlia, go and help the clones. I'll handle this."

"Quite strange weapon you have there. And I'm a fan of strange and exotic weapons. It would be a great addition for my collection." Said Grievous. Lirlia's eyes twitched. 'He wants my Heavy Bowgun? I'll give him a piece of it!' She thought. Lirlia draw out her weapon and aimed at Grievous.

"Lirlia! Stop! Let me handle-" Obi-Wan's voice was met by deaf ears as Lirlia fires her gun. Grievous only laughed as he saw a little thing sticking to his leg.

"You wouldn't harm me that way, girl." He laughed.

"Are you sure about that?" Lirlia said. Before either Obi-Wan or Grievous could respond, an explosion happened just where the bullet got stick, destroying part of his armor and injuring his body.

"You wanted my weapon? There you have a piece of it. That was Sticky ammo. Ammo that once it hit something, it got stick and after a few seconds, it explodes. You were fool for not dodging." Grievous stood up. "You should've never underestimate me." She then fired another round, Grievous tried to use his blades to deflect the bullet, but found that they exploded as soon as he cut them, engulfing him into hot air. She then got closer to him and fired a round of another type of bullets. He tried to deflect them, but found that many actually hit him and the walls.

"Spread Ammo. Close range ammo that fire multiple shots at the same time. At this range is impossible for you to either dodge them or deflect them." She said.

Grievous growled. "Then, I'll kill you first! Then, your weapon shall be mine!" He charged at Lirlia when she was distracted and hit her hard with his lightsaber. What Grievous didn't expect, was for his lightsabers to bounce and knock him off guard. He growled and tried again to slice her in half, only to be met by the shield of the gun. Lirlia stood her ground. Grievous growled in rage as he applied more strength. Lirlia growled as well, applying more strength into guarding her ground. Neither of them moved. In fact, somehow, debris started to levitate around them.

Obi-Wan saw how strong the shield of her gun was, capable of deflecting a lightsaber. And he also felt the Force strongly surrounding Lirlia, how the debris levitated around her and the ground started to shake.

He shook his head and jumped in to help her. Grievous saw him and pushed Lirlia away to deflect Kenobi's slash. Lirlia, thanks to the distraction, recovered part of her stamina and changed amo to piercing. She aimed and fired to Grievous. He tired to deflect them but, found out that the bullet pierced his metal body, damaging it. Seeing that he stood no chance against both Obi-Wan and Lirlia at once, he fall back to the battle ahead.

"Coward." Lirlia said, holstering her Bowgun onto her back.

"Come on, we have to help the clones." Obi-Wan said. Lirlia nodded and the both of them started running to where battles are being fought, with Obi-Wan leading and Lirlia following.

When they arrived, they immediately started fighting alongside the clones. Lirlia decided to use Normal Ammo Lvl 1 se she's got more of it than the stronger ones. She aided where she could, destroying droids where she aimed, helping clones getting out of harm by taking small damage with her armor, providing cover fire. She also helped taking down a group of droids using cluster ammo. Sometimes she loaded the special fire Wyvernsnipe, aiming at incoming ships and destroying them. Many clones were amazed by her accuracy, the amount of droids that she's destroying, the help she's giving. That made them more inspired. She was a pilar of hope and victory on their moment of hopelessness when the droids overwhelmed them. It was like she was already bond to them, like she and the clones have fought many battles together, even if this is the first one for the majority of the clones. The way she moved, the way she inspires them, make them fight on her side.

It wasn't the first time Lirlia managed to create friendships or bonds to people around her. It was a natural thing for her to do and a very important skill in the world of being a Monster Hunter. You need to create bonds and friendships in order to have teamwork to help each other. She got excited every time she's hunting. The droids are her preys, and she's their predator. Running around, shooting droids, helping clones, her comrades as she feels them to be, brings joy to her being. Her time with her team, her time learning the basics of the life of a Hunter, the missions, the feeling of adrenaline on her blood, everything comes to her as she fights. As she hunts. She's the hunter and the droids are her preys.

Obi-Wan, Anakin and Shaak Ti felt it. A huge use of Battle Meditation coming from Lirlia's own Force signature. Even their clones at their command were having the same effect. The droids are being pushed back. Even Ventress was defeated when Anakin corned her. She managed to escape, though. As did Grievous. Not that it matters now. The Separatists fleet flew away. The Republic was victorious.

Cheers and victory screams were geared in the air. Lirlia was panting as her comrades cheered. Cheered her. As she unfolded her gun to her back, many clones lifted her to the air, congratulating her and thanking her for the help she gave. She laughed and told them that it was what comrades do. The clones felt joy hearing her saying that, for some heard her way of fighting. Some even joked that she was the 'sister' of the army, like are the females Jedi Padawans. She laughed and thank them for thinking like that of her.

Restoration of the base was in place. Clones and Kaminoans were working to repair what was destroyed, and healed the injures. Lirlia tried to help, but Obi-Wan and Anakin wanted to speak with her about the fight.

"Honestly, I don't know what are you talking about. I just fought and help my friends in their dire need of assistance. I don't know anything about this... Battle Meditation." She said.

"Well, even if you don't know about it, you were using it. And while you were fighting. Not even a Jedi Master can do Battle Meditation and fight at the same time. They need to stay still as they do so." Explained Obi-Wan.

"Really, how did you manage to do that while still fighting? It's really hard to do it." Said Anakin.

"I don't know! I just got excited that I was fighting like a real Hunt, and that brought me joy and happiness while doing it. I tend to form bonds to my surroundings, is a skill needed to survive on my home. If you don't, then it's probably that you'd either die or the Guild gives you a team to hunt and not loose you. While you can do hunts alone, the harder ones need to be in group. And the Guild can't let any hunter to die." She said.

"I guess that Lirlia was just excited about the battle." Shaak Ti said approaching, having heard the conversation and stopped Obi-Wan and Anakin before either of them could say something. "We should not pester her with more questions she may not be able to answer." She then turned to Lirlia. "What happened there, the usage of Battle Meditation, may have been an unconscious doing. May be there are ways that you can use the Force, but not like we do. And thanks to you, and all of the people fighting here, we were able to pull away the Separatist from Kamino."

Lirlia smiled. "I believe that you'd help my home if it were in danger as well." She said. "So, what now?" She asked.

"Now we start repairs and continue with the War. There is so much to do." Shaak Ti said as a Nala Se approached.

"Can I help you with something?" Lirlia asked.

"No. No, you have already helped us a lot. We'd prepared a transport for you to return to Coruscant. Don't worry about this place." Nala Se said. Lirlia sighed and accepted the offer.

Once in the transport, she was sent to Coruscant, as Nala Se said.

"Better I take this time to check my ammo and my health." She then yawned. "And probably a small nap, too. Man, that was a hell of a fight." She said, thinking on how she felt. "So, I can use the Force, uh? Better I tell this to Master Yoda." She said. Another yawn. "That can wait. I'll take a nap." She said as she closed her eyes, falling soon asleep.
