Itachi ran off back to the Itachi household just to see that his father, Fugaku. He was standing outside of the door and. Itachi's running slowed down by the time he had reached the open door,
"What is it Father?",asked Itachi.
Fugaku placed his arm around his son and walked him towards his wife, Mikoto's room. It was with medical ninjas standing across the opened door. of Fugaku and Mikoto's room leaving Itachi to wonder what's going on and who are all these people around them.? What are they doing here ? Why are they surrounding his parents room?
Fugaku and Itachi walked through the opened door to where Mikoto was sitting in bed holding a small baby in a blue blanket.
"Oh there you are Itachi!",squealed Mikoto happily.
Itachi reached the bed and looked at the small baby that was laying in Mikoto's arms. Itachi made eye contact with the baby and the baby opened his eyes and giggled. He reached out for Itachi. So as Mikoto tried to settle the infant in her arms. That was when her son Itachi looked up at her.
"Who is this mother?asked "Itachi .
"This is your new brother-Sasuke. Make sure you love him and protect him.",said Mikoto.
Itachi continued looking at the small baby that was smiling and giggling at him.
"I will, I promise.",said Itachi.
Again he made eye contact with the smiling adorable baby leaving Mikoto and Fugaku smiling at each other with delight.
