A/N: Okay this chapter is very very WEIRD. I mean seriously, but I think it wasoverall a sucess. Now what do you think? REVIEW REVIEW REVIEW!
Draco found himself looking up at the azure blue skies that were filled with puffy white clouds. He sighed in content it was so peaceful here. A light breeze brushed threw his white blonde hair. It seemed to be just the right temperature today not too hot or too cold. Today was a perfect day, but where was he?
He sat up slightly and looked around he was out in some sort field. He didn't know why he was here, nor did he care. He didn't stop and wonder why he was there. He didn't worry about what could happen to him there. Everything was so peaceful and quiet that it seemed like nothing bad in the world could happen to him.
The clean air tickled at his nostrils. He couldn't resist breathing in deeply just to smell the fresh country air. He laid back down his arms rested behind his head to act as a pillow. He watched those puffy white clouds. He made out shapes and tried to figure out what every cloud could be shaped like. He watched as the clouds moved across the skies breaking up and making even more shapes.
He felt like a little boy again. When he was younger he used to watch the clouds for hours and get lost in his own head. Fall asleep with his thoughts and watch clouds till he would begin to doze. You could say that it had been a hobby of his when he was younger. When he would wake up in the mornings the first thing he would do was check the weather to see if he could go cloud gazing.
His laughs would echo loudly in the silent field when he thought of what some of the clouds were shaped like. Sometimes he would come up with some of the weirdest ideas other times it would be something as simple as a cat or a dog. Still he found something to compare every unique cloud to.
He was enjoying looking at the clouds, but he was beginning to get very stiff from lying in the same spot. Finally he got up and stretched. That was when he noticed a girl that was standing only a few feet away from him. Hermione.
She looked gorgeous just like the field he was in. She was dressed in a flowing white dress that gathered at the waist and went down to her knees. Her hair fell down in graceful waves all the way down to her elbows.
"Come on Draco. Come with me," she smiled at him grabbing his arm.
He didn't fight or protest. He didn't ask where they where they were going he was just so mesmerized by Hermione.
Occasionally she would turn around and smile at him making his heart flutter. He loved the feel of her small hand on his as she dragged him across the field. Her white dress fluttering in the breeze.
Soon they had crossed the field and come to a small pool of water. The water was so blue and looked so inviting, but something told him not to go in.
"Go on dive in," she said sweetly.
Almost too sweetly.
He didn't budge. He just stared at that water.
"Go on it will feel refreshing"
Still he didn't get a good feeling about this, but he did trust Hermione. Didn't he?
"Get in the water," she growled.
That made Draco look up. Her caramel colored brown eyes were getting darker. She was grinding her teeth and her fists were clenched so tightly that her hands were going white.
The water had changed from its clear Caribbean blue to a dark murky black color. A large whirlpool had formed at the center. The water did not look so inviting anymore. It looked deadly. Why did she want him to go in there? What reason did she have to kill him? How could she betray him like this?
She grabbed him around the neck with long fingers. Her extremely long nails digging painfully into his skin. They were going to cut him in only a matter of seconds, but where had he seen those fingernails before?
He howled in pain as her fingernails cut into his skin and warm red blood flowed down his neck.
He looked at her face in confusion and fear. What he saw made him gasp.
Her eyes were blood red. They were snake eyes. Voldermort's eyes.
He watched in horror as her skin got pale and her nose turned to thin silts. She was turning into Voldermort.
She cackled as she shoved him into the pool with strength he didn't know any human could possess. He felt him being sucked into the whirlpool. He tried to fight the strong pull with all of his strength. He couldn't fight the water. If you could even call the black murk water.
He was going to die. Right there and then. The thought of dying in only a matter of seconds arose a new feeling inside of him. A feeling that was difficult to explain. Fear, panic, and somehow a little peace. It was such a scary feeling that made him feel full and empty at the same time.
In only a matter of seconds his body was forced into the center of the whirlpool. He felt the water tornado twist him in what seemed like a hundred different directions. Pulling him apart. He heard screaming and his eyes flew open.
He couldn't see anything it was so dark. He must have ended up at the bottom of the whirlpool he must be dead now. He never expected it to end this way. He thought he would see flames or fluffy clouds, but all he saw was emptiness.
"Draco what's wrong? Why are you screaming?" A small voice asked.
It was then that he realized that he was screaming. He remembered where he was. In Voldermort's dungeons. He was still alive, but being in a dungeon wasn't much better than being dead.
He heard himself stop screaming and sigh in relief though. He wasn't dead. It all had been a dream. A really, really bad dream.
