"Hey, did Kate finally go home?" Tony asked walking back to his desk, seeing Gibbs standing by the elevator. "I'm glad she looked really shaken up about the whole Suzzanne McNeil thing, and the explosion."
"What? Uh... Ya. She went home." said Gibbs as he walked back to his desk. "Where did you go?" Gibbs asked.
"Um... get some water at the water cooler."
"You have a bottle of water right in front of you." Gibbs said starring at him.
"It looked like you two need some room."
"Why would you say that?" Gibbs walked out to Tony's desk still starring at him.
"Hey I may look dumb but I am very intelligent. I saw two people who needed some room so I left and now I and getting reprimanded for it." Tony shot back at him in a tone hard to explain. Not to loud, but not extremely quiet. Not yelling, but not nice. Just soft enough so no one else would hear, but loud enough so Gibbs got his point.
"Tony..." But Gibbs was cut off by Tony.
"Listen what you do outside of work is none of my business." Tony said walking around his desk and leaned in close to Gibbs. "You made 'Rule 12' not me, remember?" Tony backed up from Gibbs and walked around to his own desk and sat down. "Just don't hurt her. OK?"
Gibbs was silent for a minute before looked at Tony and simply replied. "I won't."
