Now, without further ado, here's chapter 4.

Chapter 4.

A few days after your trip to the arcade on your guys night out, you were sitting in the living room with Elsa and Anna, watching tv as the local news came on.

"Look, there's going to be a carnival here in a few days!" Anna exclaimed overjoyed.

You smirked.

"It's the annual carnival that comes here every summer. Want to go?" You asked and Anna nodded vigorously.

"Yes, that would be awesome!" She said.

You looked at Elsa.

What do you think? You asked.

"That sounds like a great plan." Elsa said as she smiled.

"All right, let's invite Kristoff, Hans and Kevin and Vanessa too, and we'll all go." You said as you picked up your phone and texted all of them.

They all agreed to go and you made all the arrangements.

A couple of days later you all got ready and headed for city Centre and the carnival. As you got there, there were already a lot of people there. You looked around and saw that the carnival had plenty of good rides, a giant Ferris wheel and an actual roller coaster among them. In one corner of the carnival area, you also spotted a lot of food trucks that sold food that both looked and smelled delicious as you could smell it all the way to where you were standing.

"Come on, everyone. Let's not just stand here. Let's have fun!" You said smiling and everyone agreed.

The rest of the evening was spent between going on rides, and eating lots of food. You had a blast riding the bumber cars with Hans, Kristoff and Kevin, screamed of joy so loud your voice got a bit hoarse while riding the roller coaster with Anna and Vanessa, and enjoyed the swing ride and pirate ship swing ride with Elsa.

Near the end of the night, you saw that Elsa was looking at a one of the prizes you could win at the ring toss game.

"See something you like?" You asked and she smiled a bit.

"Yes, I really wanted that." She said and pointed.

Sitting on a shelf behind the man running the ring toss game was a big stuffed penguin with a cute red bow tie.

Elsa looked a bit sad.

"I just lost… And I shouldn't use my magic."

"No, that would be cheating." You agreed as you smirked a bit. A plan had formed in your head.

"Well, I need to use the ladies room. Want to ride a few more attractions with me when I get back?" She asked and you smiled.

"Of course. I'll wait right here." You said.

She smiled and kissed your cheek before she made her way towards the area where the toilets were.

You quickly found Anna in the middle of stuffing her face full of pink cotton candy with an amused Kristoff watching her.

"Hey, Anna. When you're done devouring that cotton candy, I could need your help." You said as you tried hard not to laugh at the sight.

"Sure! What do you need help with?" Anna said, her mouth still full of cotton candy.

"When she gets back, could you distract Elsa for me for a bit? I want to win her a prize she was looking at, but I want it to be a surprise." You explained.

Anna smirked and nodded.

"I can do that. Go win her the prize, brother."

You smiled.

"Thanks, I owe you one!" You said as you hurried off to win Elsa the stuffed penguin.

As Elsa came out of the toilet, Anna was standing there, leaning against a wall, smiling.

"Oh, hey Anna. Are you having a good time?" Elsa asked.

"I am." Anna nodded.

"That's good. Do you want join me and (F/N) on a few more rides?" she asked as she looked around.

"Where is (F/N)?"

Anna smirked again.

"(F/N just had to take care of a couple of things. I hope you don't mind joining me and the others? Don't worry, (F/N) will be back soon." She reassured Elsa.

"Oh. I see. Well, I don't mind joining you and the others. So, did you have any rides in mind?" Elsa asked.

Anna perked up.

"Actually, I have the perfect thing in mind. Come on!" And with that she grabbed Elsa's hand and pulled her towards the haunted house.

Meanwhile you had run back to the guy with the ring toss game.

"Hello, young man. You came back. Want to try your luck at my ring toss game?" The man asked, smiling slightly.

"Yes please." You said as you placed the money on the counter.

He nodded and gave you the rings.

"Good luck." He said.

"Thank you." You said as you made yourself ready.

'I am not leaving this spot without that penguin' you thought to yourself as you threw the first ring.

"Oh, Anna, are you ok?" Elsa asked worried as she and Kristoff guided a terrified Anna out of the haunted house.

Kevin, Vanessa and Hans followed suit, scratching their heads.

"Let me guess, this was Anna's idea?"

They looked towards where the voice came from, and they all saw you standing there, your arms behind your back.

You raised an eyebrow as you saw them, and the state Anna was in.

"Uh… Yes. She insisted we go in, even though we tried to warn her." Vanessa said and you lightly shook your head.

"Anna. You know you don't deal with haunted houses very well." You said.

Anna looked at you, still shaking a bit.

"I thought that all that happened… you know… with Ifer and stuff… had made me braver."

"Come on, Anna. There's no shame in admitting you're scared." Kristoff said as he patted her shoulder.

Anna nodded slightly.

"All right. I was scared. I'm sorry I dragged you guys in there."

"It's all right, Anna." Elsa smiled a bit as she looked at you.

"Are you ok? I heard you had to take care of a couple of things?" She asked and you smiled.

"I'm fine. But…." You revealed what you were holding behind your back.

"This guy needs a home." You smiled as you presented Elsa with the stuffed penguin with the red bow tie.

Elsa gasped and clutched her hand over her mouth as she stared at the penguin.

"(F/N)…" She whispered.

You smiled as you gave it to her.

"For you, my love. Now you know why I was gone."

Elsa smiled widely as she wrapped her arms around your neck and gave you a big hug.

"Thank you so much, (F/N)… I love it. And I love you. So much…" She whispered.

You smiled as you hugged her tight.

A little while later you decided it was soon time to call it a night. But before you left you grabbed Elsa's hand.

"Hey, Elsa. Would you like to go on one more ride with me? One last ride before we leave? You asked.

Elsa smiled.

"Which one?"

"That one." You said as you pointed at the Ferris wheel.

Elsa's smile widened.

"Of course!"

You all made your way over to the Ferris wheel that took two passengers in each car. You and Elsa got in one, Anna and Kristoff in one, and Hans and Vanessa in one. Kevin opted to stay on the ground and instead volunteered to watch all of your belongings.

As the Ferris wheel began to move, Elsa looked around.

"This is amazing." She said in awe as she looked at view.

The Ferris wheel gave its passengers quite the view of the town that was now illuminated in lights in every direction.

"Yeah, this is something else." You said as you smiled.

Slowly you took her hand in yours, intertwining your fingers.

As your passenger car reached the top, the Ferris wheel stopped.

Elsa turned to you as she smiled.

"Thank you so much for a fun and wonderful day. And also… thank you so much for winning me this." She looked down at her lap where her stuffed penguin sat.

"You know you didn't have to." She said and you smiled back as you caressed her cheek.

"Anything for you, Elsa." You said before you leaned forwards and whispered in her ear.

"And I love you too. So much."

With that, you gently captured her lips with your own in a heartfelt kiss. Elsa smiled as she kissed you back in a kiss full of the love you felt for each other.

Later that night, Elsa was laying next to you, sleeping peacefully while hugging her stuffed penguin and with a smile on her face. And as the night enveloped the town, her lips moved ever so slightly as she mumbled one name in her sleep.

"(F/N)…."

And that's it for now!

Poor Anna, though. Anyone else scared of haunted houses in amusement parks? Let me know!

Until next chapter, take care and stay safe, and I'll see you next time :)
