Prologue

"Eat."

A bowl of instant noodles with a single apple and small carton of milk was tossed towards the boy. He didn't move towards the plate until the speaker was gone. Gifted with an ever the cleaver and analytical mind, the boy had learned quickly that appearing to eager cost him his few comforts.

He hungrily ate the meal and then tried to sneak himself to sleep in spite of not having a bed. However, the dreams always came back. In spite of it all, he moved towards the TV. It was always the same program; what matched the majority of his dreams. For some reason, if he saw this, it didn't hurt so much.

"In the case of Izuku Midoriya, we find the defendant...Not guilty."

Roars of mass outrage and hatred filled the courtroom, from civilians, reporters and several lower ranked heroes and their sidekicks.

"ORDER! ORDER!" The Judge snapped, silencing all. "The boy has lost his parents due to his own Quirk's lack of control.."

That was the part his dreams emphasized, but that this program didn't show. For that small mercy, he was grateful; no sight if his parents sizzling into non-existence as they tried to get to him amidst the flames brought fourth by his own Quirk.

The worst part of those memories was that not once had Inko and Hisashi Midoirya looked terrified of their son or resentful of their deaths; all he could remember, or least he remembered right, was unconditional love and concern in their eyes.

"The boy will be placed under indefinite house arrest in the care of the Bakugo family." The Judge continued, giving the boy a small amount of hope. "For the sake of public safety, until he demonstrates control over his Singular-level Quirk, he will be denied any entry into Hero Academies."

The program would flash to various images of happy families or workers, each going from one to the next by burning transitions accompanied by screams, melting and bubbling sounds.

Each person was someone his Quirk had incinerated when his Quirk woke, destroying a good part of Mufasta City. And most of them was connected to someone in the facility holding him; the workers made no effort to hide their hatred for the boy and the delight they felt whenever their experiments made him scream and cry.

Electo-shock. Drowning. Freezing. And so, so many surgeries and injections. At nine years old, Izuku had experienced far too many surgeries for anyone to endure. And whenever those where done, there had come the beatings, the insults...and...

A fire burst from Izuku's body before returning to his body, sparing him of that memory. His clothes were now in tatters and he was cold, but his Quirk kept him warm. Spying the small bits of ruble and cloth, Izuku lifted his hand and then pulled it back. The bits flew into his hand before the hand glowed a bright blue, turning them to nothing.

If there was one upside to...What was this facility? Izuku had no idea, but he knew it was not legal or public. He had been kidnapped on his way to the Bakugo home and had been held here ever since.

Back to the main point, the one bright side was that somehow, Izuku had gained five more Quirks. Yes, you read right; five quirks.

Still, this meant little to the boy, who shut off the TV and went back to attempting to sleep...before an explosion and screams made him jump to his feet.

Somewhere in Mufasta

The same time

Katsuki Bakugo, in spite of not even being 10 years old yet, was having a life-crisis.

Ever since his Quirk, Explosion, had awakened, the boy had known he would be a great hero; the richest and most powerful of all time, The entire world agreed with him reminding him of his brillant mind and natural fighting ability...and then Deku, no, Izuku!

Yeah. Then Izuku had gotten his quirk...and destroyed a third of their city, including his own parents, on accident. That had been a wake up call for Katsuki. That day he had learned that here were those even STRONGER than him and some Pros at birth.

He had also seen the double standard of society; they were quick to vilify Izuku and called for his blood, refusing to enable him to train his Quirk...and when the boy was kidnapped on his way to Katsuki's house, where he was going to live? No one did much other than say

'Good riddance.'

'One less villain.'

'Who cares what happpens to some villain?'

Disgusted and angry, Katsuki, with the support of his parents, had begun to blow off school and search for his friend. Not like rhe missing school mattered, he was the best student without trying. Besides, if the situation had been reversed, Izuku would've done the same for him for far less.

For six years he had been searching, pleading Pros to keep looking..but for naught, just like today. With a sigh, Katsuki began to make his way home when something and someone caught his eye.

The someone was a blonde girl with yellow eyes and fangs, about his age huddled into an alley with her head bobbing to music. The something was what he spied her holding: a very familiar All Might action figure.

Anyone else would've ignored such this and claim the girl was just a fan of All Might, like so many others. But Katsuki knew that exact toy. He'd recognize it in a mountain of them.

He made his way over to the girl.

"Oi. Where did you get that?"

The girl flinched fearfully and jumped to her feet, holding the action figure close, as if fully expecting the blonde boy to attack her.

"H-Hey...!" Katsuki snapped, then calmed himself. He was NOT going to lose his first clue after so long! "What's wrong with you...?"

The girl then brandished a knife, but her hand was shaking

"I..I'll...!"

Most boys would be scared or nervous at this. But Katsuki Bakugo was smart.

"Look. I don't want trouble. Its just...my best friend went missing and he had that same toy...Does it have a name on it?"

Her fear subsiding but her guard still up, the girl fearfully turned the toy around for Katsuki to see two words decorated All Might's back: IZUKU MIDORIYA

"H-he...He saved me..." the girl whimpered, tears in her eyes.

Katsuki was quick to hug the girl, in gratitude in finally giving him a clue to his best friend and brought her out of the alley as he whipped out his phone.

"Hey fuck-ups!" He snapped at the police. "Ya wanna upstage the heroes for once?"

An hour later, the police made an announcement; they knew where Izuku Midoriya and several other missing children were or had been being held. The top 10 heroes quickly banded together to charge the sight, but when they got there?

They found several children, bur everything else was destroyed, bloodied or decayed.

One hour earlier

Izuku had brought back by the sounds of explosions and screams. And then he sensed it:

Power. Pure, unbridled power, matched by the anger accompanying it.

"P-Please master..! W-we did this to help..IRK!"

"Shut. Your. Fucking. Traps. Where. Is. My. GRANDSON?!"

He slammed the man onto the floor

"M-Master, If I had...!"

A ripping sound, no doubted accompanied by blood, filled Izuku's ears.

"AAAAAAH!"

"Oh please, not like you ever used that. Now. Answer!"

"D-Down the hall!"

Fear returned to Izuku

"...Tomura? Kill them all."

"Yes sensei!" A raspy, giddy voice cackled. "If you all were so upset about your precious loved ones...why don't you go join them? Oh wait, you'll be burning in Hell because of what you've done! I hope your wife and parents are proud of you!"

Mass screams that died down quickly accompanied the voice before an explosion then tore away the door to Izuku's room. In floated a well dressed man with grey hair and a sad look on his face.

"P-please..." Izuku whimpered as the man grew closer, setting jis feet on the floor.

"Oh Izuku..." He cooed, sadness in his voice as he knelt down and gently reached for the boy. "My sweet, sweet Izuku...What have they done to you?"

The boy looked up, his fear subsided by confusion.

"H-how do you...?"

The man looked even more heartbroken, but adopted a sad smile.

"D-don't you remember me, Izuku?" he begged, "It's me...I'm your grandpa."

Memories came to Izuku; a smiling man who shared this one's appearance coming to his parent's apartments, hugging and nuzzling him and buying him many of his toys. Tears glistened and the boy's lips quivered before he fainted

"I expected that response. Kurogiri, warp him while I reign Tomura in."

"As you wish, Sensei."

A portal appeared underneath Izuku, who fell through before he grandfather returned to the scene of the carnage.

The next evening

"Don't sugarcoat it Ujiko. How bad did they treat him?"

In the next room over, the young boy had an oxygen mask, bandages and tubes coming out of nearly every part of his body, pumping him the necessary medicine and nutrients or removing waste from his body while he got the sleep he had been deprived for years.

"It's a pretty long list, old friend." The longevity-blessed doctor answered as he scanned over the documents. "It'd be easier if I mentioned what they didn't do to him; I don't think even Shigaraki would stomach this, and that boy has quite a few issues...Idiots, these fools."

The suit-wearer said nothing as the doctor rambled and raved on how the scientists at the facility had let their emotion cloud their minds and ignored what he had taught them about Quirk Singularity.

"How far along are Inko and Hisashi?"

This brought the doctor out of his rant, and he went over to a screen which showed two tubes with growing humans in them. Two very familar humans.

"Honestly master, if it was just your daughter, I'd at least have restored her to a humanoid shape with her hair and Quirk. But with her husband as well..."

"If you need more resources, ask." The leader said as he gently walked over to his unconscious grandson, who winced and teared at the touch even in his sleep. "...This is all my fault, isn't it?"

"I highly doubt that's the case, Sensei. We could not have predicted that your daughter and Hisashi's Quirks could have blended together to form something so...powerful." Dr. Ujiko said. "It doesn't help the fact that their Quirks are relatively uninformed about to the public."

"Focus on the 'villain', ignore the circumstances." All for One said, he then glanced in a certain direction.

"...Sensei, I know what lies there..." Ujiko said. "You cannot seriously be thinking of sending him THERE, are you?! He needs therapy and time yes, but to loose such a powerful asset...!"

Ujiko realized all too late he had forgotten that the 'asset' was his master's grandchild. The child of his beloved daughter, the one person he unconditionally loved.

"Ujiko." Sensei, or as others knew him, All for One growled. "You are a very close friend and confidant...but speak of my grandson like he is some WEAPON...and I will personally see to it that you are subjected to your own experiments!"

"Y-yes...S-s-Sensei!"The doctor whimpered.

All for One looked in the direction again. He HATED the place Ujiko was thinking of. It was were most of the pains in his ass had come from, and if Izuku was sent there, he would no doubt follow in the paths of said pains in the ass. At the same time, it was probably also the only place that could help Izuku, especially if that rumour Giran had brought them was true.

"Once Izuku is healed enough to stand and talk without aid, contact Machia and have him tunnel there." The legendary super villain ordered. "Price for treatment is no object and take as long as you need."

"Yes sensei." Ujiko said.

All for One then spied his charge was missing and no violent video game sounds could be heard...and any female screams were from Nomu conversion.

"Where did Tomura get to?"

Worry filled them and the left to find him...but unbeknownst to them, the apprentice was overlooking Izuku's pitiful state.

Tomura hated kids. They were loud, they were noisy, stupid and above all else, they looked up to the heroes he despised. The heroes who had allowed this to happen to his teacher's grandson.

Grandson.

A thought suddenly occurred to the young decomposer; if All for One was like a father to him, would that make him something of an..uncle to Izuku?

Uncle.

Huh. He kind of liked that idea.

The budding villain gently moved some hair out of Izuku's face with his pinky before removing the hand he wore on his face, a heartbroken look in his eyes.

"This disgusting society..." He gritted in a hushed tone, fury mixed with regret and grief, forcing him to leave for some air. However, before he left, he gave the boy one more last look and made a vow. "I'll tear it all to pieces if it means you'll have a better life."

An hour later, Tomura found himself standing over the excavated ruins of his family home and soon found a photo that had shaped him so much: his father as a child with his grandmother, Nana.

"Grandma...don't worry...I hate you too."

A portal then opened, his master stepping out.

"Tomura, you really should let me know when you leave."

The boy ignored that.

"What are we going to do with cousin Izu? I'd LOVE to have him a Co-op player, but after all the shit those...those...fuckers put him through?"

All for One knelt down and placed a hand on his apprentice's shoulder.

"Trust me, my boy, you will need to channel that anger into something that will progress your growth. Espeically since several of them will make decent training Nomu."

The supervillain then noticed the picture Tomura was holding and smirked, an idea forming in his head.

"Tomura, what would you say if I told you...that you could further destroy All Might...even if you're weaker than him?"

The boy's eyes widened.

"What are you saying, Sensei...?"

All for One whispered something into Tomura's ear

"...No shit?"

"No shit."

Tomura smiled evilly.

"I'm going to need to do some serious levelling up...And a lot of fodder."

"Of course." All for One assured him. "That is why I am here."

3 years later

UA Campus

An odd couple walked along the famous academy's campus: One of them was prinicpal, an unidentified mammal in a suit with a scar across his face and a smile on his face. This was Nezu, the smartest being on the planet.

The other was a woman of breath-taking beauty and a natural kind shine to her. This hid her incredible power, which probably would've made her #1 hero in the world if she had cared for such things. This was Mamako, the Motherly hero and Nezu's wife.

"This is where it'll be." Nezu beamed. "Each student gets their own room, one year gets two floors with shared living spaces and kitchenette..."

Mamako beamed at her husband's delight at the idea of a dormitory at UA; it would save students time and give them a space of their own while they trained to become saviors of the world. However, it was incredibly hard to convince parents to let their children move in, a notion Mamako understood all too well with her own son.

Speaking of said son, he was currently sleeping after a rougher day at school and swordsman ship classes.

Nezu suddenly tensed, his wife following in suit.

"...You want high or low?" She asked.

"Low." Nezu mused. "Its amusing to pull off the David and Goliath and Badass adorable bits."

Mamko giggled as they turned around and made their way to what had gotten their attention, but for different reasons. For Nezu, it was animal instincts telling him someone had approched his territory. For Mamako, it was because she had felt something else...

What they found broke their hearts: A green haired, freckled boy, unconscious on the floor, with a briefcase next to him.

They knew who it was; the so called 'Firestarter', Izuku Midoriya. The so called 'monsterous brat' so many was glad vanished. But to them? He was a scared little boy with great power and no one to teach him how to use it, like a disturbing amount of youth in the world.

With tears in her eyes, Mamako quickly and gently picked the boy up as Nezu picked the lock of the suitcase. Its contents included at least two fortunes, paperwork to enrol the boy...and a recorded message.

"Keep him safe and happy. Show those fools he and those like him have potential dwarfing that of your precious Symbol of Peace. If needed, more money will come into your possession."

Nezu would've ignored this under other circumstances. He knew was doing this and had inkling as to why; he had researched the Midoriya family and along with Toshinori, had uncovered a dark truth about them. But the genius of his mind, along with some spitefulness of the current hero society and the committe, saw the merits of this..including that it gave him the excuse he needed to set up a dormitory

"Darling? Put the boy to bed and then call...'you know'. Tell them I'm implementing Class S whether the Committee likes it or not and a dorm will be up in two days."

To be continued

Next chapter; bittersweet reunions, a new mission for UA and an intro to children like Izuku; the Sanctuary students.

Extra: Tomura has Standards

"I don't think even Shigaraki would stomach this, and that boy has quite a few issues.."

Unknown to them, Tomura Shigaraki HAD read the list...and was currently puking his guts out

"Oh dear..Oh kami...I...I officially hate something more than my dad! OHHHH HERE COMES LAST MONDAY'S LUNCH...!"

He puked again

"Sweet Hirokoshi, when was the last time I ate corn?!"

2 hours later...

"I mean...KAMI! I'm evil and proud of it! But what those pricks did? TOO FAR!"

...

"What?"

...

"Okay, Look, destroying people? Bulidings? Ruining lives? I'm all down for that. But torturing, molesting and experimenting on a little kid for something outta his control? NOT COOL!"
