Kira was thrown back into the music room where the others were. Seeing him roll in they stood up and gasped. "Kira?!" Sunset exclaims. "What happened?"

Sonic and Shadow helped the boy up and he looks at her. "R-Rage was captured..." he says painfully "An evil man named K-Krosis. The same one who turned my sister...in the dark realm..."

"We have to go save him!" Sonic says

"Hold yer horses." Applejack says. "If I remembah right we can't just go there."

"That's right Rage said the atmosphere there would change us somehow." Rainbow says "Whatever that means..."

"The atmosphere in the Dark Realm is dangerous to non Dark Dwellers or Chaos Guardians in Rage's case." Kira says giving a thankful nod to Sonic and Shadow.

"We can't just leave him." Fluttershy says.

"Right." Sonic agrees "There has to be a way to get to him."

Meanwhile in the Dark Realm Krosis had Rage strapped into a strange device as he fiddles with the controls Midnight sat and observed. "You know you're wasting your time Krosis." Rage says in a bland boring tone. Krosis looks up.

"You have no idea what this even does boy." He spits back.

"Infuses Dark Power into someone therefore corrupting them so they are yet another thrall to do your bidding?" Rage asks with a tone showing he knew the answer. Krosis glared at him angrily "Like I said. Been in this situation before."

"Yes, yes so you claim. You are a fool Rage if you think I would believe you." Krosis scoffs.

"You know the other villains I have put up with were never so...well I guess smart would be the word for this situation." Rage retorts.

"Why thank you." Krosis chuckles assuming ot was a compliment.

"I would take that with a grain of salt...you're still not exactly smart. You're still stupid just not as much as the others." Rage says with a sly grin. Krosis shouts in anger and sends a shock of electric energy shocking Rage.

This caused him to grunt in pain.

"I have about had it with your smart mouth!" He shouts. "Midnight...start the damn thing up." He says walking out of the room.

"Yes sir." She chuckles turning the machine on.

"That's cool I'll be here and once I find a way to break out you're dead." Rage calls to Krosis as he leaves.

Back in the Light World, the group was searching Rage's house for a way to go after him safely.

Sonic pokes his head out of the kitchen "You guys sure Rage won't flip about this?" He asks.

"I am sure he would do the same for us." Sunset says. "If he has anything where would he keep it..." she sighs.

"Doesn't Rage have a gun safe?" Shadow asks

"Why the heck would he have one of those? He HATES guns." Sonic scoffs.

"You can use them for storing a lot more than just firearms." Shadow answers "You can store things that are important to you."

"Alright new question, how would we open it? Those things are locked and in most cases explosive proof." Twilight asks.

"Well why not pick it?" Sonic asks

"You can't pick a combination lock." Rainbow Dash scoffs. "Besides who's to say he even has anything we can use in a safe? Knowing Rage if there was any kind of protection he knew about it would probably be some spell or magical thing of his."

"Rainbow Dash has a point." Kira says "Rage probably wouldn't have anything hidden away like that."

"Why wouldn't he? I am sure he would want us to come help him just like we would him!" Sonic shouts.

"Sonic Rage isn't one to show a weakness. He'd feel bad if we helped him." Sunset says.

Rage yawned still being held up he looks as Krosis walks in the room. "So you gonna let me go now?" Rage asks.

"Oh yes and I'll show you the way out too." Krosis says "Seriously though I am shocked you've lasted this long."

"Yeah nothing...nothing is going to change that I told you I am a Chaos Guardian." Rage sighs "Your Dark Corruption isn't going to work. Save your energy."

"Clearly..." Krosis says "Tell me why is you came to this place?"

"Well when you see the hall of a school change to a hall of a castle or fortress or whatever this is...it's hard to ignore." Rage says.

"If you were able to see it then that means you have ties to the darkness." Krosis chuckles.

"Yeah my family." Rage says in a lower tone. Krosis looks a little surprised at his mention of his family.

"You mean you're not on good terms with them?" He asks

"How can I be?" Rage sighs "They're all denizens of the Dark. I am a protector and warrior of Light from an ancient prophecy. Kinda hard to be on good terms when you're polar opposites."

"...I know what you mean." Krosis says leaning against the wall next to the trap he had Rage in. "My father was embarrassed when he learned what power I had. Cast me out like a dog...since my whole bloodline hates me."

"Guess we have something in common even if we are as different as night and day." Rage comments "Not very often I find an enemy I can relate to."

"Same..." Krosis sighs "Honestly if I had a choice I'd let you go." He says

"What?" Rage asks "What do you mean by that?"

"I am just a pawn in a bigger game. I...value my life too much to risk what would happen if I do." He says.

"I understand." Rage says. "Why the sudden change in personality though?"

"I was ordered to capture you... that was it. I didn't expect The Master to take so long so I decided I should find why he wanted you imprisoned so damn much..." he answers with a shrug. "You claim to be a Chaos Guardian and if that's true it makes sense..."

"Nobody ever believes me when I say it." Rage sighs. "Even those who can sense and scan energy."

"Well given your kind was wiped out on another planet thousands of years ago it's hard to believe that claim." Krosis replies "It was nice talking with you, Rage however I am afraid it's time to put an end to this friendly banter..."

"I agree..." Rage says looking at him in disgust again.

Meanwhile Sunet and the others had found a lead on how to get to Rage. "So you're saying if we use this spell we can transport to where Rage is?" Sonic asks

"That appears to be the case but the whole Dark World issue still exists...what happens if you end up becoming corrupted or whatever?" Kira asks.

"I think Sunset and I will be fine." Twilight pipes up "When your sister took over CHS it took a special attack from her to turn Sunset. Otherwise the two of us were immune. We can go in and free Rage then he can pull the others through and protect them."

"That's risky Twi." Rainbow Dash says "What if the Dark Realm is different from that? What do you do then?"

"Do we have any other choice right now?" Twilight asks.

"I could go." XL offers "I should be immune with my Elemental Guardian powers?"

"I dunno." Flora says "Rage told me that it's not for sure we're immune to that...which is why he wouldn't let me go help him fight Nia."

"Why does this have to be so damn complicated." Sonic sighs "Can't we all just go and get him?"

"What happens if any of us turn though?" Fluttershy asks "I couldn't imagine what would happen..."

"I think it's best to send Twi and Sunset." Rainbow Dash says "Along with Kira they're the only two who have come in contact with this Dark World stuff and been okay. I am sure they can handle it. Even more so after they free Rage."

"Who's to say he even needs help." Rarity scoffs "He's pretty resourceful I am sure he's just fine."

"If he was okay I think he'd be back by now." Kira says.

"Back on Mobius time flowed a lot faster than it did on Dark Mobius so wouldn't he be more likely to be fighting?" Sonic asks

"Unlike Dark Mobius there is no time dilation between these worlds." Kira says "I am with Rainbow Dash and Twilight. Sunset, Twi and I will go rescue him. We can get you guys after just to play it safe."

"Still...be careful." XL says "Dark Worlds aren't somewhere you screw around in."

"We will." Twilight says looking at Kira. "Ready?"

"As long as you girls are." He says. Both nod and he extends his arm opening a portal. "Quickly." He says ushering them in.

The three come out in what appeared to be the meat locker of the castle. "Great where are we?" Sunset asks

"Shh." Kira shushes "This is the meat locker where all the meat for meals is preserved. We need to be careful Rage is in the dungeon a whole floor under us unless he was moved."

"Let's hurry." Twilight says "No doubt there are regular patrols in case someone tries exactly what we are doing."

In the dungeon Rage was struggling again to see if he could somehow break free. "You can stop wasting energy Rage." Midnight says "Only way to break that thing is to release them restraints which can only be done from the controls."

"Really? Well no I harm in trying. Besides not like I can do anything else..." Rage says distastefully. "Besides I'll have friends coming to save me soon enough."

"I wouldn't count on it. Security is nigh impenetrable since we upped t after you were captured." She scoffs.

"You underestimate my friends...not a wise move." Rage growls.

"Oh please you're the only one who posses any true powers." Midnight scoffs "I've seen them firsthand remember?"

"Yeah I do...when you corrupted Twilight..." Rage says "Then you tormented her. Still do from what I hear."

"Correct each time I take over she comes here...to this realm until she breaks free of my control." She chuckles.

"Once that happened." Rage scoffs "Besides I promised I would always be there to get her back!" He shouts

Midnight laughs at Rage's response to her. "Oh I will miss this after you finally turn!" She says

"Oh for the love of- you idiots haven't figured it out yet have you? I am never going to turn! You can't make me!" He shouts annoyed at this whole situation. "Now just let me go already!"

"Even if what you claim is true you and I both know what would happen if I do that." Midnight scoffs.

"I'd try and stop you." Rage says rolling his eyes.

"Exactly and either way we can't have that can we?" She smirks.

"Well we is a subjective term." Kira's voice says as Midnight is hit with a blast of ice magic.

"What?!" She exclaims turning before she is hit by another spell which froze her legs.

"Kira! Twilight! Sunset" Rage exclaims surprised as Kira runs over and frees Rage. Sunset runs over and hugs him.

"You're okay!" She says sobbing "we were so worried when Kira came back without you!"

"What did they do to you?" Kira asks looking at Rage's wrists which had become red and his hands swollen from how tight the restrains had been.

"Well tried to corrupt me wouldn't listen." He says.

"You idiots!!!" Midnight screams "You think I am just going to let you go?!"

"Well now that I am free." Rage says summoning his weapon "You may want to run."

"Fool, you really think you can beat me on my own turf?" Midnight chuckles.

"You act like I've never fought a Dark Being before." Rage scoffs "I'll beat you on or off your so called turf!" He claims.

"Very well I'll kill you where you stand!!!" She laughs firing beams of energy at the group. They all dive to avoid the attack. Rage rolls and remained on his feet. Twilight and Sunset dove off to the sides and landed on their stomachs while Kira leaps back just enough to remain out of range.

Rage counters with a swift kick to Midnight's jaw. The kick had just enough force she was sent reeling until she flapped her demonic wings to stop. She puts a hand on her cheek and bares her teeth "You red haired buffoon!" She shouts before Kira strikes her with a fireball. She then glares to him. "You insolent little worm!" She screams.

"You're outnumbered and outmatched Midnight Sparkle do yourself a favor and just give up." Kira says.

"It isn't wise to bluff when your life's on the line!" Midnight jeers charging an attack.

"He isn't!" Rage shouts from above her. Rage slices down and catches Midnight in the chest as she leaps backwards.

"Agh! You little..." she grunts holding the new wound. She looks at the two and smirks "Just you wait...I can tell once Krosis gets back you'll all die! You may be stronger than me for now but I can tell by your energy levels you're no match for him!"

Rage lands and crosses his arms as his sword disappeared. "You know for once I'd like to have a week where none of the crazy bullshit happens. I moved from Mobius to avoid exactly this. Yet here we are. Same exact routine. One week it's a group of corrupt girls with a knack for music, the next my old nemesis. Then there's the recent stuff! You, Krosis, the stuff that happened in that Camp Everfree place. Each time same thing. Some minion or something talks up how their master is going to beat me, or how they are soooo much more powerful than me yet always I beat them." He rants.

"What is with all this racket?" A voice asks as Krosis walks in rubbing his eyes "I can't get a wink of-" he stops seeing Rage and Midnight. "Oh? How did you get out?"

"L-Lord Krosis!" Midnight exclaims.

"Ah you have returned." Rage says looking over to him

"I see you had help..." Krosis says looking at the others. "It doesn't matter we're too close to let you interfere now. I'll just kill you now."

"Not if I can help it!" Rage shouts.

"Please!" Krosis scoffs "You were no match for me before! Nothing has changed since! Your power is the same!"

"Hmph then allow me to show you..." Rage says as he glows "Super Rage!" He shouts as his hair turns golden, his eyes become a deep crimson and a golden energy flare shoots up around him.

"What?!" Krosis exclaims "what is this?!"

"I told you." Rage says "This is my Super Form. I warn you...I still have six more forms stronger than this..."

"What is keeping you?!" A new voice echoes as a tall grey skinned male walks through the doors. He looks at the group of enemies. His deep purple eyes glaring seemingly through their souls. Long snow white hair drifted and dark purple marks adorned his body with an eerie and menacing glow to them.

"M-Master Yamma!" Krosis exclaims kneeling.

"These mortals are causing this?" The man asks looking at the four before grunting. "How? None of them possess enough light power to keep the barrier intact!"

"That has nothing to do with it." Rage says "The barrier between this world and its counterpart relies on far more than a few forces."

"So this world has a Guardian?" Yamma asks "I should have figured. Most do. What sort of Guardian?"

"A Chaos Guardian!" Sunset shouts "He won't let you just sit around and do this! He'll stop you!"

Yamma looks at Sunset before he breaks out laughing. "A Chaos Guardian! Oh that is hilarious!" He laughed before regaining his composure "As if! They were all killed off by Nix on another planet a long...long time ago!"

"Well it's true." Rage says "I am that Chaos Guardian."

"Oh?" Yamma looks at Rage "You sure have that golden Super Form thing down...still I see no evidence of you-"

"Burn! Bureijingukaosu!" Rage shouts as his sword transforms. This caused Yamma to look at him in shock.

"That name!" He exclaims "The name of the Legendary Blade of Chaos!" He shakes his head and looks more serious as he forms a large spear of dark energy "Regardless I will have control of this world!" He promises charging for Rage

"We'll see about that!!!" Rage shouts as he blocks the attack.
