Chapter 39 Round 2: Rat Wrench
"Engenium, stay back," said one of Tensei's sidekicks. "This guy is way stronger than the reports said he was, we need to wait for backup."
"No can do," said the hero Engenium, "The longer this mad man runs loose the more people will get hurt." the Hero turned the corner in a dark alleyway as he spot his target, "There you are, surrender now." as he got into a combat stance.
The man in the shadow just smiled as he licked his blade, "Oh you are going to be fun."

"Alright folks, let's get the second round of the tournament started," announced Midnight causing the crowd to go wild, "Now to kick off the second Round we have the Famous Demon Slayer, versus one of his partners in crime, YAE RYOSHI!"
(Izuku Midoryia Vs Yae Ryoshi)
"Wow, looks like the crowd was looking forward to this one," said Izuku as he looked at the audience, "How about you Yae?"
Yae crossed her arms and frowned, "To be honest not really, I don't have my rifle and you don't have your sword, it's like we're fighting ()."
"Ooooh, I like the sound of that," chimed Midnight
Izuku blushed, "I wouldn't go that far."
"In any case," as Yae got into a low fighting stance, "Don't expect me to go easy on ya."
Izuku smiled as he got into his swordless stance. "I wouldn't haven't any other way."
"It looks like both of them are ready to go," said Midnight. "Then without further ado, BEGIN."
Yae quickly made two knives and threw them at Izuku, who was easily able to dodge this, but Yae saw this coming as she tossed several small metal balls on the ground that quickly ignited and exploded creating a smokescreen.
Izuku backed off for a moment, ready for Yae's counterattack. For a moment he waited for the smoke to clear as he expected Yae to jump out of the smoke but he was more surprised when a metal ball launched out of the smoke barely missing Izuku.
"Damn, missed," said Yae as the smoke cleared revealing she was holding a thin silver metal sling in her hand.
"You made a sling with your quirk," as Izuku took a look at it, the center was made of a thin cup of metal like one of Yae's knives, and the sides were made of thin chains.
"Yep, let's test it out." as Yae started to spin the sling around. Izuku saw this a dashed forward directly at Yae, she saw this and aimed at his head, and just like she thought he ducked and dodged the bullet without losing any momentum. 'Shit, in a flat arena like this, shooting him without my gun isn't going to work.' as she quickly swung the empty sling at Izuku using it like a makeshift whip, which just caused Izuku to dodge by jumping over her, Yae quickly ducked and kicked backward, hitting Izuku in the arm. 'Got him, but there's no way that's enough.' she thought as she rolled forward and created a knife in her hand before throwing it.
Izuku saw this and dodged as he went forward on the attack aiming a kick at her gut, but as he did Yae bent back in a bridge before bringing herself back up like a whip with a punch, 'This is my chance." thought Izuku as he grabbed Yae's fist and pulled it into a throw. 'If I toss her out quickly I'll end this with a ring out.'
Yae quickly destroyed that idea as she used the sling in her other arm to wrap around Izuku's leg causing him to of balance, forcing both of them to roll forward near the edge of the line.
Yae quickly used her quirk on her feet and made a small explosion to keep her from rolling out of the arena.
Izuku quickly used one hand to push him up high enough for him to use Cloud Walk to jump back in. 'Yae's not used to fighting in such a limited space, time to shrink that space.' As Izuku then dropped down and started to breakdance as fast as he could, as he spun streams of flames appeared off of his heels creating a small torrent of flames.
"He's break dancing in flames!" announced Present Mic.
"Interesting use of his quirk," said Aizawa. "Since he doesn't have his sword he's using his shoes instead, gathering the heat to make a small storm of fire to push Yae back."
Yae slowly stepped back as she was pushed to the line, 'This is bullshit, I'd rather be knocked out by the tree again than be pushed out like this, dammit Yae thinks, think!' Yae closed her eyes and tried to come up with a strategy when she felt something, the heat from Izuku's flames were coming from above and moving down. 'He's just repeating the same movements. THAT'S IT! He's doesn't know how to breakdance he only knows one move and that leaves a pattern and that pattern shows and opening above.' Yae used her Strange metal to boost her jump above Izuku, before falling down right above him, knife in hand. "Gotcha now, Izuku."
Izuku grinned, as he saw Yae coming down. In a split second, Izuku stopped and wrapped his legs around Yae's torso while also using one hand to her arm to redirect the knife into the ground.
"HOLY SHIT!" Shouted Present Mic and some of the audience as they saw that Izuku was doing a single handstand with his legs wrapped around Yae.
Summoning all the strength he could to one arm and his stomach, Izuku threw Yae as best he could out of the arena, but he didn't have enough power, and Yae was using her strange metal to keep herself in the ring, Izuku saw this coming and took a deep breath, 'Breath of Lightning!' Izuku ran at Yae as much speed as he could muster.
Izuku punched Yae in the gut and neither of them knew what broke first, Izuku's fist hitting against Yae's metal-covered stomach, or Yae's ribs breaking under Izuku's punch. What actually broke first was the ground beneath Yae, as she knew she couldn't dodge she tried to hold her ground with her quirk but it wasn't fast or strong enough to hold her ground against Izuku's punch. The ground broke sending Yae out of the arena and out of bounds, leaving Izuku in the ring.
"WINNER! IZUKU MIDORIYA!" announced Midnight as the crowd went wild.
Izuku jumped down and helped Yae up. She glared at him as she clutched her stomach. "I have no idea why are they cheering, we barely had any time to go all out, we didn't even have our gear."
"I still think we put up a great show," said Izuku.
"Next time, we fight like how we did last time."
"You mean in a bigger arena."
"And decked out for war," said Yae. "I'll beat you next time that's a promise."
Izuku smiled at his friend's determination, "I look forward to that." as Tomo appeared and took both of them to Recovery Girl's office.
"Okay everyone," said Midnight. "We need just a minute to patch up the arena and we'll get on to the next fight."

"Man that sucked," said Yae as Eri and Tomo helped patch her up.
"You still did great," said Eri smiling at Yae.
"Thanks," said Yae before Tomo kissed her cheek. "Hey what the heck are you doing Tomo?"
"I'm using recovery girl's quirk," said Tomo as she held Recovery Girl's spare walking stick and pointed at Recovery Girl who kissed Izuku's arm.
"Oh."
"There you go dearie," said Recovery Girl as she then gave him some candy. "Your arm hasn't been damaged all that much so you should be ready to go by your next fight."
"Thank you Recovery Girl," said Izuku as he ate the candy.
"Yes, you two did well," said Yushiro as he turned to both Izuku and Yae. "But there is something I must tell you both."

(Hibiki Uzui Vs Ejiro Kirishima)
Hibiki stared at Kirishima, 'This was the one that Izuku helped with the first time right? I wonder if he'll be much of a challenge, he reminds me of Tesutesu and that guy is an idiot.'
"Hey, Hibiki." as he got her attention, "Let's have a good match."
"Okay," said Hibiki simply.
"BEGIN!"
Kirishima then charged forward and hardened his fist as he tried to hit her, but Hibiki was too nimble and able to dodge his strikes, "My, my, my, you have no hesitation hitting a girl."
Kirishima kept trying to punch her, "Of course, it would be disrespectful if I held back just because you're a girl."
Hibiki hummed as she dodged another punch, "I see, okay." as Hibiki twirled and sent a hard high kick to Kirishima's face, she expected him to block the kick but instead when he was hit he spun around fast and was bringing his fist down. Hibiki jumped back as Kirishima smashed the ground where she was standing. 'So he used the force of my kick to make a strong punch, I expected him to just block it allowing me to grapple him, but he did something interesting.' Thought Hibiki. "I suppose it's my turn to go on the offensive."
Hibiki ran and jumped at Kirishima kicking him, but he brought his arms up to block the kick, Hibiki then bent forward grabbing his arm and using her free hand to punch Kirishima in the eye, but she immediately felt something wrong, "That ain't going to work." as Kirishima pushed her away.
Hibiki backflipped away as she landed she inspected the back of her fist. 'It's cut, I didn't punch that hard because I suspected he could harden his eye but he still cut my hand, just like in the last fight he was able to harden in a way that caused him to sharpen his body. Fighting him isn't like punching a still wall like Testesu but like fighting a jagged wall just has hard but even sharper.' She thought as she looked at him, she then noticed as he changed the hardness around his arms to be sharper, 'This fight is going to be a pain,' she groaned mentally. 'I could just vibrate and send a hit straight to his organs, but that might kill him. My only real option without being too violent is to just throw him out and that's no fun...In fact, it might be time to make this tournament a little bit more fun.' as she smiled.
"Okay, here I come," as Kirishima dashed forward at a fast speed. "CRIMSON DASH."
"I surrender."
"Huh," as Kirishima faceplanted and rolled forward onto his back before looking up at Hibiki. "What?"
"I said I surrender," said Hibiki. "I'm hate to admit it but you are not a good opponent for me, If I hit you without a weapon I would just injure my self and if you harden in a spikey way then I can't grab you without hurting myself and I doubt throwing you would actually work."
Kirishima then stood up a little disappointed. "Well okay if you're sure."
"Don't worry I'm sure," said Hibiki as she turned to Midnight. "I surrender."
"Very well, then our winner is Kirishima," announced Midnight as the audience clapped and some cheered.
As Hibiki walked away she stopped at the mouth of the tunnel. "Oh Rattrap, Oxnard." she sang as her two rodent friends came out of the shadow of the tunnel. "It's time we shook things up a bit."

"So you're telling us, that she's the descendant of your old Demon Slayer buddy," said Yae, as they watched the end of the fight.
"Yes the last pillar of sound, Tengen Uzui," said Yushiro. "Her techniques are modified versions of his moves, just like the ninjas I and Izuku fought, they even have the same last name."
"Wait then why is she here and how did her family become like this?" asked Izuku.
"Back up a second," interjected Yae. "If they have the same last name, how did it take you this long to figure this out."
Yushiro sighed, "Well I honestly was hoping I was wrong and it wasn't true but all the evidence shows that connection, and secondly, the man had three wives, each giving birth to at least six children. For a while Uzui became such a common name in Japan it might as well just translated to Smith or Adams, maybe both. Hell theirs a good chance everyone in this room other than me, is related to him somehow." This caused both Izuku and Yae to look at each other for a moment. "After the years of running into several people with the name Uzui, I've stopped connecting the name to him, but Hibiki is different. I believe she is a direct descendant of Tengen. I know this is going to sound selfish but I want you two to keep quiet about all this, for now, I would like a chance to speak with her and her family, maybe even figure out how they became like this, the last time I spoke with their family they were a family of athletes and had given up their ninja ways but that was 300 years ago."
Yae scowled for a moment, "I don't know, she's been on my radar for quite a while now, been thinking of knocking a few of her teeth out."
"We won't say anything to anyone, we'll let you speak with her and her family," said Izuku "but If she does something we are going to stop her." This caused Yae to grin, "but we will try to talk to her first." this made Yae frown.
"Thank you," said Yushiro. "Now then both of you should make your way back to your classmates."
"Okay," said Izuku before he turned to Eri, "Do you want to head back to my mom?"
Eri shook her head, "I'll stay down here just in case they need my help again."
"Okay, I'll tell mom," said Izuku
"See you guys later," said Yae before she stopped for a second, "Oh wait Tomo, can I get a favor from you?" Tomo raised an eyebrow.

(Katsuki Bakugo Vs Kayaki Raitos)
Kayaki was trying his best to keep his face neutral as he was sweating bullets. 'I don't feel safe at all right now.'
Bakugo was just standing on the other side with a bored look on his face, he wasn't even in a fighting stance, he didn't even look like he was about to fight.
"Uh, Bakugo are you ready to fight?" asked Midnight.
Bakugo was silent for a second as he just stared at Kayaki. "Yeah, but this won't be a fight."
The crowd was puzzled by his answer. "Hey what's with Bakugo?" asked Denki. "Shouldn't he at least be a little serious?"
"Yeah, he's fighting a guy who can make lasers," said Mineta
"You idiots have no room to speak," said Yae as she and Izuku made it back to the stands.
"Yae, Izuku." as Melissa greeted her friends.
"Huh? What is that supposed to mean?" asked Denki.
Melissa then gave him a weak smile. "Well I hate to break it to you but Bakugo isn't in any danger."
"This fight is pointless," said Shoto giving his rare opinion. "Watch and you'll see."
Down in the arena Midnight raised her hand. "BEGIN!"
Kayaki jumped back and extended his hand outward as he fired two beams at Bakugo's feet, but Bakugo didn't even move let alone flinch. "Oh come on." as he fired two more that barely missed Bakugo's head.
"Whoa, those two shots could have taken Bakugo's head off," announced Present Mic, "But why isn't Bakugo moving? How strange?" before he turned to see Aizawa looking at him as if he was stupid. "What?"
Bakugo sighed and started to walk towards Kayaki as the boy started to fire rapid shots at Bakugo with each shot barely missing him. "Stay back, I'm warning you I can take you down with one shot."
Bakugo grinned. "Oh really," he pointed at his forehead. "Hit me right here."
Kayaki then gave a sigh of defeat as he pointed his finger at Bakugo's forehead and fired as a beam of light hit Bakugo's forehead. "Bakugo's hit! Wait, how is he still standing?" asked Present Mic.
Denki jumped out of his seat at the sight. "Hey what gives, how is Bakugo perfectly fine?"
"That's because he's a flashlight you idiot." said Yae giving him a 'You're stupid look.'
"Huh?"
"Denki," said Izuku getting his attention. "I hate to tell you this but Kayaki can't make lasers, his quirk allows him to just make light, during your fight he was just pulling your leg."
Denki looked at him in shock. "What?"
Down in the arena, Kayaki put his hands up. "So how'd you figure it out?"
"For one I'm not an idiot," said Bakugo "And two during you're last fight, your light beams never left a scorch mark or any indication that it had damaged anything, if anything you're beams of light are nothing more than an illusion to fool utter morons." as Bakugo made several people feel stupid, including some heroes who were watching like Present Mic, but he especially made Denki feel pathetic. "So about you surrender and I won't hurt you."
"Okay... Okay, no" as Kayaki made one last flash from his hand blinding Bakugo as he punched the explosion user in the face causing the whole stadium to gasp.
Bakugo slowly brought his hand up and rubbed his cheek as he thought it over. "Not bad for a nobody," as Bakugo threw his fist back. "Let me show you how it's done."
Kayaki's eyes went wide. "I Sur-" he didn't finish as Bakguo slammed his fist into his face, knocking his lights out.
Bakugo turned and left with the other boy out cold. "Come back and fight when you can at least throw a decent punch."
"WINNER, by knockout, BAKUGO!" announced Midnight as the crowd cheered somewhat for Bakugo. "Okay with that quick match out of the way can we have Mashiro Ojiro and Jack Mukyu to the arena please."
Midnight's announcement confused everyone in the stadium for a moment before the jumbo screen changed showing both Ojiro and Jack as opponents.
"Oh check it out everyone," Came Present Mic's voice over the speakers. "The next battle will be Ojiro Vs Jack, now that's a fight I want to see." as a few in the crowd started to agree.
"Mic!" said Aizawa in the booth.
"I didn't say that." said Present Mic in the booth.
Aizawa turned back to his microphone, "Okay people one moment, and and...my mic isn't working."
The two looked at each other for a moment, before Mic grabbed his and yelled through it, but it didn't go through the speakers. "What the hell is going on?"
Aizawa then went to the door trying to open it, "We're locked inside." As he went to the window and looked for the other teachers.
In the stands, Hibiki smiled, 'Time for round two you two.' Hibiki then felt her quirk disappear, without looking she could tell that Aizawa was canceling her quirk, 'Nice try but this isn't my quirk doing anything, but thanks for confirming that you're on to me. Don't worry I'm not going to run, I still have toys to play with.'
"Alright everyone," said Midnight getting their attention as no one noticed the small hamster hiding in the shadow of her boot. "Let's get this fight ready to go." The crowd started to cheer as they thought it was an unexpected twist.
"What the hell?" said Shinso as he stood at the entrance of the tunnel. Jack then landed right in front of him. "Hey, do you have any idea what the hell is going on?"
Jack looked at Shinso, "to be honest I have no idea, but if it's alright with you." as he gestured to the arena.
"Yeah go for it," said Shinso as he turned back to the tunnel. "I'm going to find out what's going on."
On the other side, something similar was happening. "Tail, last as long as you can, something fishy is going on," said Bakugo as he left through the tunnel.
"Uh Okay," said Ojiro as he walked towards the arena.
"Is this normal?" asked Nina in the stands.
Kendo shook her head. "No this is super weird, I've watched the sports festival with my dad and this has never happened before."
Nina then noticed that Yui was giving a side glance to Hibiki. 'Is She responsible?'
Hibiki looked down at Nina, keeping her face calm and as mildly surprised as the others, 'Nina was able to tell when Jack was lying to her, I doubt she can tell if I'm lying, I've been trained to hide from lie detection quirks.' Hibiki then fought her instincts when she felt something suddenly appear behind her as she turned to see some she hadn't expected. "Oh, Izuku."
Izuku gave her a look. "Hey uh could we please talk for a second?"
Hibiki gave a glance on the ground as she notice a shadow was slithering behind Izuku. "Sure." as Hibiki stood up and followed Izuku. 'This might make things even better.'
As Yae saw this she made a knife out of her metal, 'I should have known this was going to happen, no one some like her would pass on screwing with the sports festival.' She thought before she felt a hand on her shoulder and saw it was Melissa with Ochako behind her. "Don't worry I'm not going to do anything stupid, stay here and be prepared for your turn, okay, I got this."
"Be careful, you and Izuku," said Melissa, Yae nodded to both of them before running after Hibiki and Izuku.

"This isn't right," said Principal Nezu as he turned to the other teachers. "We must investigate this right now."
"Why?" asked Toshinori
Nezu turned to All Might. "All Might can't you see something is wrong here?"
"I don't see anything wrong, why do you?"
"Yes there is." as Nezu stood in his chair and slapped Toshinori in the face. "Now come on."
"Why?" asked Toshinori unfazed by the fact he was just slapped.
Nezu starred at All Might for a moment before he turned to Gran Torino and noticed the old teacher was cheering for the fight, he then turned to the other teachers and say they were in the same state. 'What is happening, its as if they all are completely unalarmed by what is happening around them as if this was supposed to happen or if it's just normal.'

"Huh?" Nezu looked under his seat as he saw a rat scurrying under the seats. "A rat?" then Nezu saw several other rats and mice running around between and under the seats. 'Are they the cause of this, they must be,' Thought Nezu as he jumped out of his seat and ran towards the exit. 'I am a rodent as well, it explains why I am not affected by this and I can notice something is wrong, I have to stop this.' As Nezu made it to the hall of the stadium he stopped in his tracks as he saw something he'd never thought he'd see. "A Capybara?"
Indeed, in front of Nezu was the largest known rodent in the world eating a carrot in its mouth as it stared at Nezu.
'A Capybara should not be here, meaning the only reason it's here is that it belongs to the enemy and the only enemy I know of that uses animals like this as a weapon are those ninjas, Hibiki must be behind this, but why now?' Thought Nezu as he slowly tried to walk past the Capybara, but as he tried the Capybara sidestepped in front of him. Nezu tried the other way but the Capybara sidestepped in front of him. "I see so you are here to make sure everyone in the arena is stays in their seats." The Capybara did nothing to acknowledge Nezu and just kept chewing with a blank stare. Nezu sighed. "I don't have time for this, you are clearly smart or intelligent enough to follow orders, so let's make a deal. You let me pass and I'll give you this." as Nezu held out a cube of cheese. The Capybara's eyes widened as he stared at the cub of cheese. "You want this cube of cheese, much better than those carrots, then please let me pass." The Capybara's eyes darted between the cube and Nezu before it decided to sidestep out of the way. "Thank you," said Nezu as he tossed the large rodent the chunk of cheese and ran past.
"Principal Nezu."
Nezu looked and saw a student running towards him. "Hitoshi Shinso, what are you doing here?"
Shinso stopped. "I'm sorry sir, but what is going on what's with this sudden change, why am I not fighting and-and what is that?" Shinso pointed at Capybara.
Nezu turned to see that the Capybara was no longer eating the cheese and was now staring directly at Shinso, "That would be a Capybara," The Capybara then began to start shaking and glowing as its eyes turned red. "And of course, it has a quirk."
"Uh Principle Nezu?" said Shinso getting nervous about the glowing rodent as it started to crouch low.
"DUCK!" yelled Nezu as they both dropped to the ground as the Capybara flew over them making a crater in the side of the wall.
Shinso got up and saw the crater. "Oh shit!"
Nezu jumped on his back. "Run quickly now!" without hesitating the boy turned and ran from the Capybara.

Down in the arena, Jack and Ojiro were duking it out both showing off their exceptional skills in martial arts as they both rarely used their quirks. "So why are you holding back?" asked Jack as he blocked a kick from Ojiro.
"Well you still have a few rings on your arms, not to mention something doesn't seem right here." as Ojiro leaned back to dodge a punch from Jack.
"True, so are we just going to drag this along as much as we can or.."
Ojiro smirked. "Well, I guess we should kick it up a notch." Ojiro slammed his tail into the ground, cracking it, using it as a spring for him to flip through the air for a spinning ax kick.
Jack crossed his arms as he blocked the kick, "Okay, let's play." as Jack formed some soot on his arms and pushed Ojiro back as he then went on the attack, Ojiro ducked and used his tail to swipe the loose dirt at Jack's eye causing him to back off. "Getting tricking are we."
"You got your tricks I got mine," said Ojiro as he began to coil his tail. "Let me show you." he then whipped his tail out dragging it across the ground at a rapid speed, breaking the ground and whipping it at Jack.
Jack covered his fist in ash as he made rapid-fire ash punches to destroy all of the pieces of the arena thrown at him. Jack readied himself to counterattack attack but when the dust cleared he noticed Ojiro had disappeared. Jack's instincts kicked in as he looked up and saw Ojiro coming down spinning. Jack jumped back a bit and right as Ojiro landed, Jack launched forward with a kick right to Ojiro's face, as Jack felt his leg connect his moment of triumph was halted as Ojiro also used this chance to kick Jack in the face by using his tail to push off the ground for power.
Both blows connected forcing both of them to put distance between them. "Wow look at this fight," came Present Mic's voice over the speaker. "It's like watching Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan."
"Not the analogy I would have gone with but sure," came Aizawa's voice.
"Oh looks like the gloves are coming off," said Mic's voice as Jack took off a pair of rings from his arms. "Things are about to be heated."

"My, this fight is turning out to be one for the record books," said Hibiki as she watched the fight with Izuku. "People are defiantly going to be talking about this one for a while."
"Why did you do this?" asked Izuku causing Hibiki to give him a confused look. "Don't play dumb with me, you did this somehow, just like how you controlled the hornets."
Hibiki tilted her head. "Hornets? What are you talking about?"
"Your quirk is like Koda isn't it," said Izuku, "You control animals like you did the hornets like you're using those rats around us." Hibiki's expression darkened. "Yeah, I noticed them on my way back from speaking with Yushiro Sensei."
"I am nothing like Koda." Said Hibiki making Izuku confused as that was not the response he was expecting. "When he speaks, he compels the animals around him, don't get me wrong he is nice, but if he wanted too he could force every animal around him to do his bidding, enslaving them. I'm pretty sure if he works on it hard enough he might even be able to force his will on those with animal quirks."
Izuku was somewhat surprised by her disdain for Koda. "Uh, I didn't know you disliked Koda."
"Not really dislike, but I do have a problem with people you have a quirk like his, if I hated him I would have killed him already," she said with a smile.
Izuku got serious at the threat of his classmate. "You would kill him, but what your doing isn't any better."
Hibiki kept her smile. "Izuku do you know the origin of the quirk doomsday theory?"
"Huh?" Izuku blinked as he recalled the theory. "The quirk doomsday theory is a theory that quirks will become too powerful in the future for anyone to handle, that quirks will lead to the death and destruction of humanity, but what does that have to do with anything?"
"Rats." Said Hibiki with a big smile. "Rats are the origin of the doomsday theory. You see back when quirks first came into being, scientists all over the world wanted to study them but human rights and all of that kept them from truly studying quirks, so what do you think they did when they discovered that rodents and other animals could have quirks." Izuku saw where she was going with this as he thought of Nezu. "Oh, the principle was just one of many. Poor things his mother probably didn't have long to live after giving birth." as Izuku gave her a look of surprise, "Please It isn't too hard to see what your thinking, but I'm afraid it's worse than you might realize, they not only tortured them, they bread them to be tortured, while it might take a few years for a human to get a quirk then become an adult and have kids, it only takes a few years for some animals, because of that a lot of poor animals died, but at the same time the amount of animals that have quirks is incredible. Rats, Mice, Hamsters, Rabbits, you name it if a country found a rapid populating animal with a quirk they would bread it until they had enough to study on them."
"Yeah, Yae has told me some stories, but why are you telling me this?" asked Izuku.
"Oh I just thought you would like to understand a bit more about my quirk," Said Hibiki. "My quirk allows me a variety of abilities, simply vibrating a blade is just one of them, the sound is quite powerful, while it's true I can't use it to blow down a door like Present Mic, I can use sound to resonate with other creatures, I can tell by their breathing and heart rate, etc etc, using it to communicate with them in ways almost no one else can. Also, I can use it to disrupt communication between p To widen both mine and their horizons, I communicate with them, teach them when I ask they can say no if they think it's too dangerous they can run. I don't force them."
"I see," said Izuku who stored the information for later. "So why did you ask them to do this?"
"Well mainly I was bored," said Hibiki being honest.
"I hope there's a better reason for all of this." hoped Izuku.
Hibiki slowly shook her head, "No, but on the upside, it's given us this lovely opportunity to have a nice chat."
"I'm afraid this chat is over," said Izuku as he grabbed her writs. "Please tell your friends to stop this, now. You're just going to make things worse for yourself, stop now and we can go and apologize to the teachers and sort this mess out." he pleaded.
Hibiki just kept smiling. "I'm sorry did I say chat I meant to say was it gave me enough time to trap you."
"What?" Izuku then felt something wrong as he lost control over his legs, he looked down and saw a shadow from the ground slithering up his legs and wrapping around him. "Hibiki wait, stop."
"Hard to see something coming if it's just a shadow," gloated Hibiki as she watched her Shadow snake coil around Izuku. "With my friends, no one is stronger than me." Hibiki's instincts told her to lean back as she then caught something that was aimed at her head, it was a knife, that she then twirled in her hand. "I really should have put something to keep the students from following."
"You better let go of him right now," said Yae.
Hibiki then threw the knife into the ground between them. "Make me."

A/n: So your probably wondering, 'Lorenzo what the fuck why are you doing this' well for one I wanted to add a bit of a twist to things, in several other fan ficts they have the tournament invaded by villains or it gets interrupted by some unknown person, I wanted to play with that idea just a little differently, you know spice it up a bit. 'No I mean the Capybara.' Oh well I wanted to put in something truly unexpected I mean how many of you saw the capybara coming and it does fit with Hibiki's character.
