Ulrich362: That said, we have three matches coming up to decide the fates of four... well five students but one of them is basically getting a slap on the wrist instead of expulsion.
bopdog111: But the one at the first isn't like Jaden, Syrus, and Emily's situation. His father wants him to head home.

It was the next day after Jasmine's practice duel with Emily to prepare her for her match, and now they with Mindy, and Alexis were having lunch in the Obelisk Blue Girls Dorm.
"I think I'll be ok." Emily admitted with a small smile. "I really appreciate everything you've done to help me out. With everything."
"Still can't be too careful. What if your opponent uses something like that Fiend?" Mindy asked her.
Emily shuddered. "That's... why you've been helping me with that too. Plus, there's no way someone could have that card, it's impossible."
She closed her eyes.
'After all, Yubel is in outer space and she'll never return.'
"Well me, and Min will still help you be ready for then." Jasmine grinned to her.
"Thanks." Emily smiled back warmly.
After finishing lunch up they walked out of the Girls Dorm to visit Jaden, and Syrus only to find a crowd was gathered.
"Huh, what's going on?" Alexis inquired seeing that.
"Jaden?" Emily called.
Her brother looked over, "Shh Ems pay attention."
They looked where they find a tanned muscular man was talking with Professor Banner, "...I mean don't get me wrong if Chumley was any good at Dueling it be one thing. But clearly he's not he's wasting his time here! It's time for him to give up dueling, and come home!"
"We see your point. Chumley is a bit uh..." Banner trailed off on the next word.
"Dense, you mean dense don't ya? That's why I want him to come home, and join the family business, the sake business!" the man told them before asking, "You do like sake?"
"Oh yes, I love it. I can't get enough of it." Banner confirmed with a smile.
"Loud, and clear! Here!" the man said placing a white clothed up bottle that has a Kanji word for sake on it, "Free sample!"
"Oh no thank you, I really couldn't." Banner politely declined.
The man said, "Oh yes, you could! C'mon just think of it as a good bye gift from me, and Chumley."
"Wait, Chumley's leaving?" Alexis asked hearing that.
Emily frowned at that.
"Well Chumley is one of our pals. Come on we better talk some sense to him." Jaden said as he begin to run upstairs which they followed him arriving in the room to see Chumley has his back turned to them, and was packing his clothes in a pack, "Hey. What you doing Chum?"
Not turning around Chumley replied, "What's it look like?"
"It looks like you're packing up to leave, but why?" Syrus asked. "Don't you want to stay here?"
"Yeah, you shouldn't run away from your problems." Jaden agreed.
As he said this Jaden placed his hand on his shoulder to turn him around to where they see Chumley was having tears running down his face.
"Looks like he doesn't want too." Syrus said also in shock.
"No." Chumley weakly protested, "I got something in my eye okay? Both of them. Now just leave me alone would ya?"
When he said that he wiped his eyes with his arm.
"No way pal, we're not letting you go anywhere." Jaden told him. "If you want to stay then you have to tell your dad."
"I shouldn't. It's not like I'm worth wasting your time on anyhow. At least according to my dad I'm not." Chumley told them, "But he doesn't know. I really could be a Champion Duelist cause I have a Special Power, I haven't told anybody. Sometimes Duel Monsters talk to me."
"Well haven't you told your dad this?" Emily asked him.
Chumley said closing his eyes shut, "Of course not! Everything to him is just 'sake' this, 'sake' that, and 'sake' whatever!"
"What if you proved to him you should stay?" Emily asked. "I mean... you could try and duel your dad right?"
Hearing that Chumley turned to her surprised, "Huh? Emily do you even know who my dad is?"
"Well... no, but if you want to stay with Jaden and Syrus you can at least try." she answered.
"Yeah come on Chum we got some talking to do." Jaden said taking Chumley with him.
A few minutes later after they explained to situation to Chancellor Sheppard, Mr. Huffington, and Banner...
"So there you have it." Jaden told them, "Chumley can't be allowed to drop out. He's got a gift."
"Oh sure." Mr. Huffington said sarcastically before remarking, "A gift for eating Grilled Cheese."
"Look we know Chumley, we're his roommates." Jaden told him, "Not to mention his pals."
"Jaden's right." Syrus agreed. "Chumley deserves to stay at Duel Academy."
Chancellor Sheppard told them, "Look boys, I respect you sticking up for your friend here. But I'm afraid that this is a personal matter. It's not your business."
Mr. Huffington chuckled with a grin, "That's right. It's family business."
"Have you even tried talking to Chumley?" Jaden asked.
"Well if your really serious then perhaps I should take him up on his dueling offer." Mr. Huffington declared turning to his son which surprises Chumley, "That's right Father vs. Son. If you have this special gift that your friends say, you should beat me easy. And I'll let you stay at the Academy. But if you lose, then you come home."
Chumley made a determined look saying, "It's a deal!"
"Don't worry Chumley, you can beat him." Jaden smiled reassuringly.
"Good! Then let's duel first thing tomorrow morning!" Mr. Huffington grinned. "How does that sound Chancellor?"
"So be it." Chancellor Sheppard agreed, "Tomorrow morning it will be decided. Will Chumley stay, or go?"
With that they headed out before Banner said to Chumley, "You know Chumley this is a really courageous thing your doing, even knowing that your father is a champion." That surprised all but Chumley.
"A champion?" Syrus asked in shock.
"Wait, his dad is a duel monsters champion? How?" Mindy questioned.
Banner turned over saying, "He haven't told you? His father was a Duel Monsters Champion 3 years in a row known for a One Turn Kill, and was nothing to take lightly."
"Wait, but if he's that strong... what if Chumley loses?" Emily asked nervously.
"Well Jaden knows that Chumley will stay." Jasmine said to her.
"And you still accepted his challenge?" Jaden grinned to Chumley upon hearing that, "Ah you really want to stay! Come on Chum! We better get your deck ready!"
They all headed off at this.
Later that night...
"Ah come on! Just a little more sake you can take it!" Mr. Huffington grinned as he poured some sake in Banner's cup.
"You are so very generous." Banner smiled to him.
"Ah, all I know is that you given it a try!" Mr. Huffington grinned before turning to Pharaoh who was licking a bowl of his share of sake, "And your cat does as well!"
"Ah yes good thing I stocked up on kitty litter." Banner smiled.
Mr. Huffington then chuckled, "Oh speaking of nature calls!"
With that he exited trying to find the restroom only to hear talking from upstairs.
"What's with Chumley's cards? Their all Koalas."
"Koalas are my favorite duh!"
Curious he walked, and peeked from a crack at the door to see Chumley, and everyone were in the room making sure Chumley's Deck is ready.
"Hey actually I think I might have something special for you Chumley." Syrus mentioned handing him a card.
"Oh yeah, I think I've got something too." Jaden agreed giving him a second card.
They looked to see Jaden's card was a Fusion Monster called Master of Oz while Syrus' monster was called Des Kangaroo.
"I got it a while back, but I never used it." Syrus smiled. "Maybe you can."
"Yeah same with me. After all with 4200 attack points it packs a pretty good wallop." Jaden smiled.
Chumley being shocked was the face he has, "You two would really give me such cards?"
"Of course, you're our friend Chumley." Jaden confirmed.
"Chumley?" Emily asked.
Chumley turned to her hearing her.
"I just... wanted to wish you good luck, and I hope you manage to win and stay on the island with us." she mentioned.
"Ah thanks Emily." Chumley smiled hearing that while Mr. Huffington looked on before smiling leaving before Chumley said, "Guys thanks for the help."
"You're welcome pal." Jaden smiled.
"Alright Chum. It's time to hit the hay, and watch your best for tomorrow!" Jaden grinned.
Chumley nodded as the group all went to bed.
The next day...
Everyone was in a small arena for them to see the duel.
"Alright. Chumley, Mr. Huffington. You both know the stakes for this match." Banner told them, "If Chumley wins he gets to stay at School. But if he loses he has to go back home."
"Well Dad... I'm not the same flunkie I was." Chumley said to him, "So now you ready?" He activated his Duel Disk ready to begin.
Seeing that Mr. Huffington activated his own Duel Disk.

"That was the way he gets one turn kills. A combination of both Flipping the Table, and One Bottle of Sake. When One Bottle of Sake is destroyed it deals 500 points of damage to Chumley." Banner explained before adding, "Not only that Flipping the Table destroys all the cards except itself on it's owner's field. Then the same amount of cards on Chumley's field are also destroyed."
Hearing that Jaden frowned. "Wait a second, that Angel should have been destroyed."
Hearing that they all turned seeing Drunkin Angel is in fact still in play. Shocked Chumley asked, "Hey why is Angel still out!? Wasn't he destroyed by Flipping the Table?"
Mr. Huffington smirked, "Wishful thinking, but Drunken Angel has a Special Ability. He can't be destroyed by the effect of Flipping the Table!"
Chumley's eyes widened in shock hearing that.
"Now Drunken Angel attack! Sake Sizzler!" Mr. Huffington called as Drunken Angel uses the Sake Bottle as some kind of flame thrower at Chumley.
Chumley cried out as he was hit by the flames.

"Well Chumley, I'll admit you impressed me here. But it's all over now." Mr. Huffington said drawing.
"Huh?" he asked hearing that.

"Oh no!" Syrus panicked seeing the bottles.

Grabbing it again he flipped the table up.
The two bottles shattered as Chumley started to cough again.

"I can't believe it. He lost..." Syrus trailed off seeing this.
Jaden just looked shocked seeing that.
"Well Chumley... you know the agreement." Mr. Huffington told his defeated son.
"Yeah... can I say goodbye to Jaden and Syrus first?" he asked with tears in his eyes.
"Good luck in school son." Mr. Huffington said with a nod, and a smile before walking off.
"Huh, what?" Chumley asked in shock. "But, I lost the duel."
"That reminds me he gave me this note for me to give you." Banner hands Chumley a note.
"What does it say pal?" Jaden asked him.
Chumley began reading.
"Chumley, you made me so proud. Last night, I happen to notice your friends helping you prepare your Deck for you to have a chance. It reminds me that as long as you have friends, you can do anything. I'm not easy to deal with so, I am already leaving, and just say, I'm sorry for this Chumley, if you find it to forgive me. Good luck in school, and continue making me proud Chumley."
Chumley lowered the letter revealing tears in his eyes. "I will dad, I promise."
"That's great Chum!" Jaden cheered at this.
Emily smiled at that before taking a nervous breath. 'I just hope things work out for us too Jaden.'
"Well, I hope this match has served as a demonstration for your own matches ahead." Banner said to her, Jaden, and Syrus.
"It sure has, we'll be sure to win so we can stay here with our pal." Jaden grinned.
Needless to say they feel motivated about this.
A few days later...
The fated days arrived, and now Dr. Crowler was walking down a hall grumbling while some Slifers backed away from him afraid he's gonna slap them with an unfair punishment.
'Just look at them! Pathetic Slifers littering the campus like vermin... The harold halls of MY Duel Academy of all the elite! Not the lame! Not Jaden Yuki!' Dr. Crowler thought in anger seeing the Slifers before shouting in rage, "THOSE SLIFER SLACKERS MADE A FOOL OF ME FOR LONG ENOUGH!"
His shout was heard all around in the Academy as the Slifers quickly made themselves scarce while Chazz walked out of their way to Dr. Crowler.
"Dr. Crowler, let me be the one to take those Slackers down." Chazz stated.
"Hm? You?" Dr. Crowler asked hearing that.
"That's right, I'll be sure to send Jaden and his little sidekick on the next boat off the island." Chazz smirked.
It didn't took Dr. Crowler a mere five seconds to decide. "Sorry, but you'll be sitting this duel out Chazz."
"Say what?" Chazz questioned.
"Don't get me wrong, your skills are admirable but I'm afraid I'm not taking any chances on this one. If Jaden loses he along with his sister will be expelled from Duel Academy once and for all." Dr. Crowler explained it to him, "With is why they'll be facing one of the greatest Tag Duelists in the world, and a Duelist that has experience with the Dark Side."
With that said, and done he walked down the hall leaving Chazz there. Chazz's eyes widened before he clenched his fists. "Fine, at least I can enjoy the show."
Meanwhile...
"Alright." Jaden, and Syrus were arming their decks with Emily after being tested again by Jasmine, and Mindy before Jaden asked with a grin, "So you two ready to kick some Duel Monster butt?"
"I hope so." Syrus admitted nervously.
"Well, I'm still a little nervous but the girls have been helping so... we'll see what happens." Emily agreed.
"Looks like you four are more then ready." Chumley admitted, "I think their showing both the teams at once, and decide who goes first at random. Me, Jasmine, and the others will be in the Audience Section while you three meet your opponents."
"Right, thanks pal." Jaden grinned as they walked down to the stadium.
"Attention the Tag Team Match will begin in just a few moments! And remember these are test conditions! These are Sudden Expulsion Matches!" the announcer declared.
Meanwhile in another part of the audience was Bastion, and Makoto looking on before seeing Alexis, Jasmine, and Mindy sitting next to them before Bastion asked, "Your Alexis Rhodes, Jasmine, and Mindy right?"
"Yeah, and you're Bastion Misawa." Alexis nodded. "We've met."
"Indeed. I have to say these matches are a bit harsh." Bastion told her, "Rumor is going on that Crowler arranged for best Professionals to duel them."
"Well, they did break a big rule." Mindy admitted. "But I think at least Emily will be alright."
"I am interested if the student who is so hesitant that defeated the big guy on campus has a chance here." Makoto admitted to them.
"Well Zane was trying to get her to come out of her shell, he could have won a lot easier." Jasmine pointed out before looking. "Oh, it looks like they're ready."
At another part was Chumley by himself watching with Zane not too far away.
"Those three will ace this match." Chumley told them.
At another part was Chazz sitting quietly with Taiyou, and Raizou by his side.
"Send out the accused!"
At that Jaden, Syrus, and Emily walked in the arena. Syrus looked nervous while Jaden was grinning and Emily was taking slow breaths to try and stay calm. Syrus noticed Zane which his brother was just watching.
'Zane!' Syrus thought surprised before taking a deep breath, 'Okay... I gotta believe in myself, and focus...'
"Now without further ado allow me to introduce part 1 of our guest Tag Team Duo!" Dr. Crowler who was standing on the field announced.
Suddenly two bald men dressed in a orange gi, and green gi jumped on the field doing expert back-flips.
"What the?" Syrus asked in confusion.
The jumped in the air landing side by side, and rose up crossing their arms like monks.
"The Paradox Brothers!" Dr. Crowler announced the identity of the two.
"Salutations you fools." the orange monk smirked.
"Hope your ready to duel." the green monk smirked.
"I'm always up for a duel." Jaden grinned.
"Uh I never heard of these two. Maybe this wouldn't be so bad." Syrus said to them.
Dr. Crowler chuckled before revealing, "Perhaps after all they haven't dueled in ages. Their last opponent was a child that goes by the name of Yugi something."
"Wait, they dueled the King of Games himself?" Emily asked in shock.
"These two will handle your brother, and Syrus." Dr. Crowler said to her before saying, "And now everyone meet Miss Emily Yuki's own opponent!"
At that they all turned as a black silhouette walked in. Emily swallowed nervously seeing the figure approaching. Soon the figure was revealed to everyone.
It was a man in his mid 20s that has spiky white hair down his back with a white, and blue striped shirt on having a light blue jacket with blue jeans on having a old modeled Duel Disk on his arm but has on a smile.
"Huh, who's that loser?" Chazz questioned.
"You must be my opponent in this match." the man said kindly to Emily, "I wish you luck."
"Oh... thanks. You too." she smiled. 'He seems really nice actually.'
"Oh come now you really don't know who this gentleman is?" Dr. Crowler asked her seeing that, "This is none other then Ryou Bakura, a friend of the King of Games who fought against him in Battle City years ago."
"Another duelist that fought Yugi?" Jaden asked. "Oh man, this is awesome."
Emily however frowned at this. 'He dueled Yugi in Battle City? If he's that good... no, I should at least try and duel. Jasmine, Mindy, and Alexis spent so much time helping me prepare for this match.'
"Well to make it clear it wasn't actually me, but I am a decent duelist on my own right." Bakura pointed out to Dr. Crowler, "I still use the cards in the past but they grow stronger each time, so I am probably at my best."
The orange monk known as Para talked, "Enough with the pleasantries..."
"Now on the duel..." the green monk known as Dox agreed as they both salute their hands.
"We didn't come here to talk."
"We came..."
"To destroy you!" the Paradox Brothers declared to their opponents.
That was when Chancellor Sheppard decided to get a say, "Crowler, don't you think this is a bit much?"
"No not at all!" Dr. Crowler quickly defended, "Jaden, Syrus, and Emily broke big time rules so they get big time opponents! Besides we can't send the three back now, they come so far."
"Well what's that matter? Your paying their travel costs." Chancellor Sheppard smiled making Dr. Crowler look shocked, "Jaden, Emily, Syrus... I'll leave it up to you three."
Jaden grinned. "Dueling the same opponents Yugi did? You bet I'm game."
Dr. Crowler grumbled, "Yes, quite clever. Alright everyone! To decide whom faces whom is quite simple! Watch the screen to decide!"
With that they turned their attention to the screen to see as the four duelists were shuffled, and ruffled at random as the four on the field watched. Everyone watched the screen in eager anticipation. Then they stopped revealing the matches.

"I'm first?" Emily asked nervously. "Well, ok."
"Like I said before, I wish you luck." Bakura smiled to her again as the Paradox Brothers, Jaden, and Syrus got off the field, "Be sure to do your best."

"Come on, you can beat him." Jasmine whispered from the stands.
"Ryou Bakura, I heard of him. He plays this risky Deck called a Occult Deck that uses a trap called Destiny Board for a automatic win." Alexis mentioned to them, "I also studied the Paradox Brothers. Their the best Tag Team in the world. This is hardly even fair."
Chazz chuckled, "Hey Chumley looks like your gonna have a lot of extra room because their toast!"
"Not licious." Chumley said nervously.
"Are you ready to begin?" Bakura asked her.
"I think so." Emily nodded. "Who should go first?"
"As the student who's school career here is on the line, it's fair you go ahead." Bakura smiled.
Emily nodded at that as the two of them got ready.

"Well you won't forget it after this." Bakura said placing the trap in his hand before taking a card placing it on his Duel Disk, "For now though, I'll summon Doomdog Octhros."
A dark portal opened before what walked in was a black, and red patterened fiendish guard dog with the red shaping a skeleton on it's body that barked demonicly.

Despite losing his monster Bakura didn't look fazed only smiled stretching his arm to the field saying, "Octhros' special ability activates. Whenever it's sent from the field to the graveyard, I place 1 Level 8 Fiend monster from my Deck to my hand." He adds a card with a smile.
Emily's eyes widened and she shuddered slightly before shaking her head. "Ice Edge attack him directly!"
The Water HERO charged in slashing Bakura who only stepped back. (Bakura: 3000/Hand: 3)
"I activate the special ability of Ice Edge, when he attacks you directly I can destroy a set spell or trap on your field." Emily explained. "I destroy the one on the left."

"Not good." Jasmine frowned. "Especially for Emily."
"Yeah, I know what you mean." Mindy agreed.
With the Field's departure Bakura placed down the card, "Arise, Dark Necrofear!"
A Dark portal opened below as something rose from it. It opened it's eyes showing a dark blue skinned fiendish woman wearing black, and blue armor with pointed ears, and yellow eyes with what looks like a broken fiendish doll in her hands.

Said Doctor was chuckling madly, 'As always when Mr. Bakura means business, he doesn't hesitate not unlike her! And not only that he always does what's best to frighten others, and as soon as the Destiny Board is complete there will be nothing she would do!'
"Now let's begin." Bakura pointed ahead, "Dark Necrofear start us off by attacking Elemental HERO Ice Edge!"
Dark Necrofear widen her eyes which fired eye beams at the small WATER warrior.

"Well, I wasn't expecting you to destroy Dark Sanctuary, but it looks to be the right decision. I wonder, can it help you against Dark Necrofear, and Destiny Board?" Bakura asked with a smile setting a card.

Bakura blinked hearing that before he nodded a bit, "Of course."
"Sorry, I just want to make sure I do this right." she apologized. "Ok... first I'll activate Elemental HERO Solid Soldier's ability targeting Stratos in my graveyard, then I'll chain Absolute Zero's ability, and third I'll chain Gaia's effect. I think that's the right order. First Elemental HERO Gaia's ability cuts the attack points of Dark Necrofear in half and then gains those points until the end phase."
Dark Necrofear winced from losing power. (ATK: 2200 / 2 = 1100)

"Next, Absolute Zero destroys every monster you control." Emily mentioned.
Bakura widen his eyes as Dark Necrofear was struck by an ice blast destroying her.
"Finally, since Solid Soldier was sent from my field to the graveyard through a spell effect, I can bring back Elemental HERO Stratos in defense position." Emily finished as her monster reappeared.

"Now the effect of Stratos activates, destroying your set card... which means Gaia can attack your life points directly."
Bakura's set card shattered before Gaia charged in which Bakura smiled, "Well, you really do surprise me... But I still got something."
Emily's eyes widened. "Huh?"
Revealing the last card in his hand he explained, "For you see when you attack, I get to activate the effect of Dark Spirit of Banishment's effect in my hand."
At that a skeletal spirit holding a curved blade rose up cackling evilly as Gaia stopped seeing it.
"What is that?" Emily asked nervously.
"When you attack Dark Spirit of Banishment takes 1 Level 8 Fiend from my graveyard, and summon it by negating it's special abilities."
The Spirit opened the graveyard portal which Dark Necrofear rose up.

"Then the target of your attack shifts to Dark Necrofear." Bakura added with a smile.
Emily frowned as Gaia destroyed Dark Necrofear. "I end my turn."

"And first up, Destiny Board's effect activates." Bakura raised his arm as the Ouija Board moved stopping at A which he said, "So now, I take Spirit Message "N" from my Deck, and place it on the field."
He places the card as a third spirit with a A on it rose up.

Dark Necrofear rose again from the graveyard, and lift her arms as dark strings appeared ensnaring Elemental HERO Gaia forcing it to Bakura's side.

"A second one?" Emily asked fearfully.
The three shuffled as Bakura placed the card, "Come Curse Necrofear!"
At that what rose was something that looks like a Shadowy version of Dark Necrofear looking on fire with dark flames.

But during the end of a turn that does happen, it can be summoned back, and then a card on your field for every one of my Spell or Trap cards that have different names are destroyed."
Emily's eyes widened even more.
"Which means due to Destiny Board, if she destroys Curse Necrofear he can basically destroy every card she has!" Mindy cried stunned.
"And not only that if he gets two more Spirit Messages she loses." Jasmine added grimly, "But I know she can do it!"
"And now Gaia attack Elemental HERO Stratos!" Bakura called as Emily's Fusion Monster attacked Stratos.
Emily cried out as her only monster shattered.
"And then Curse Necrofear attack her directly!" Bakura declared as Curse Necrofear charged an attack at Emily with her eyes.
"I play Ankuriboh's ability!" Emily cried as her Kuriboh monster appeared. "I bring back Liquid Soldier in defense mode!"

"Good thing Ankuriboh helps her out of tight spots like that." Alexis admitted seeing that, "But now she has no cards in her hand, and we don't know if her set card can help her."
"I wouldn't count her out just yet Lex." Jaden grinned staring at the duel, "If I know my sis, she believes in her cards, and it will help her against whatever Bakura will do."
"I hope so, cause as it stands 1 bad move will finish her." Bastion said as Bakura ended his turn.

Emily nodded as she closed her eyes. '3100, I can deal 3100 points of damage this turn and that's just enough to win. Curse Necrofear is more powerful than Core.'
Bakura drew two cards looking, and said, "Then I activate the spell, Magical Stone Excavation!"

Bakura reactivated Dark Sanctuary as the eyes opened again as they looked around.

"And I guess, I should fill you in." Bakura smiled before saying, "Dark Necrofear is in my last Spell/Trap Zone which means, I can't place the final Spirit Message there. But now Dark Sanctuary bypasses that. Now instead of Spell/Trap Zones, the Spirit Messages when placed on the field by Destiny Board, their instead level 1 Fiend Monsters without any attack or defense points, and are not effected to card effects beside Destiny Board's. Of course, you can't attack them either but that doesn't stop you from attacking me directly."
Emily frowned hearing that before shuddering seeing the field.
"Now Curse Necrofear attack Elemental HERO Core!"
The stronger monster charged an attack at Core as it readied for the attack. Suddenly Core began glowing.

"When Elemental HERO Core is attacked his current attack points double, and I play my trap Reinforcements to give him 500 more points. Not a strong card, but one that I added just in case!"

The smoke cleared showing Bakura standing up.

"Huh?" Emily asked nervously. "What happened?"
"I had banished Dark Spirit's Ceremony." Bakura explained before saying, "By banishing this trap card, whenever my Life Points becomes 0, they become 100 instead." He then takes a card from the graveyard adding, "In addition as a Level 8 Fiend monster was destroyed by your card, I can take Dark Spirit of Banishment back to my hand from the graveyard." He shows the monster before then added, "Then I place Elemental HERO Gaia to Defense Mode."

"And finally at the end of the turn, Curse Necrofear's effect activates!" Bakura added as the graveyard portal opened.
Emily's eyes widened in horror seeing that. Curse Necrofear rose up again readying.

"And due it's ability your only monster, Elemental HERO Core is destroyed." Bakura smiled as Curse Necrofear fired blasts at Core which he grunted before grinning punching the ground where the graveyard portal opened before he shattered. What he done caught Bakura by surprised looking curious.
"Core's ability brings back Elemental HERO Absolute Zero from my graveyard!" Emily explained quickly.
Absolute Zero rose up readying.

Bakura shrugged at this, "Ah well. I end my turn. And now Emily this is your final turn. If you fail to defeat me this turn, then Destiny Board will be complete, and I will win. So you better tread carefully at what you do now."

"Is she trying to beat Destiny Board's timing?" Bastion asked hearing that, "The better move would be to attack."
"She's avoiding Dark Sanctuary's second effect." Alexis pointed out.
Hearing the 'second effect' surprised Jaden, and Syrus that there's a second effect otherside from the Spirit Messages being monsters, and wonder what that was.
"Wait, what second effect?" Jaden asked.
"If she attacks she flips a coin, and if it's heads the attack is negated, and she takes damage equal to half her attacking monster's attack points." Alexis explained.
"So... what happens now?" Syrus asked. "Lady Heat's effect wipes out his life points, but doesn't Destiny Board activate at the same time?"
Bakura stared as both Destiny Board, and Lady Heat glowed before Lady Heat fired fireballs at him which he defended.

Chazz growled looking REALLY pissed off. 'Coward! Had to use a burn effect to win!'
"Been a long time since I lost a match, since I dueled Yugi at Battle City." Bakura admitted standing up before walking over to Emily smiling.
"That... I won somehow." she whispered before falling to her knees in exhaustion.
Bakura knelled down smiling, "It does show you still have a place here at Duel Academy." He offered a hand for her.
She nodded taking it before walking up to sit with Jasmine, Mindy, and Alexis.
"Alright, I knew you do it girlfriend!" Jasmine grinned patting her back.
"YOU knew?" Mindy asked with a teasing smile hugging one of Emily's arms.
"Well of course, I mean US! Why would I not say us?" Jasmine asked hugging the second of Emily's arms.
"I got really lucky." Emily admitted only to frown. "I just hope Jaden and Syrus can win too."
"I have a feeling that they will get through the Paradox Brothers." Jasmine assured before sitting down, "Come on, me, and Mins saved you a seat." She gestured to the chair in between her, and Mindy.
Smiling she sat down with them. "Thanks you guys."
"I didn't think you would be able to beat THE Bakura!" Mindy smiled to her, "Him with Destiny Board is tough to beat with those Necrofears."
"It was all thanks to you." Emily smiled.
A few minutes later...
"Go UFORoid Fighter! Finish them!"
Tempest on a standing platform firing a blast which pierced through a large monster striking the Paradox Brothers.
Paradox Brothers: 0000
Winner Jaden & Syrus.
"They won too?" Makoto questioned. "That's a little impressive."
"How... how could they won... not fair...!" Dr. Crowler stepped back collapsing in shock with all three escaping expulsion.
Deciding to rub it in to his face Banner walked, and grinned, "How? Because of your suberped teaching of course. Oh right their in my dorm."
At that Pharaoh licked Dr. Crowler's cheek causing the crazy teacher to freak out, "THAT FURBALL JUST LICKED ME! DOES HE HAVE RABIES!? SHOW ME HIS PAPERS! CALL THE POUND!"
"Haha what did I tell ya Sy! I told ya we can do it!" Jaden grinned patting Syrus' back.
"Banner, not all of them are your students." Fontaine pointed out with her own grin. "Oh, and if you're worried about being licked you can stop by the nurse's office Crowler."
"Well the important thing is that we ALL gotten through okay!" Jaden grinned reaching where his sister is before posing to Emily, "Slick moves Ems! I honestly wasn't expecting for you to deal against Ryou Bakura, but you sure showed him your stuff!"
"Let's be honest Jaden, I got lucky." Emily admitted. "I still have a lot to learn while I'm here... but at least I get to stay."
"Hey luck is a part of dueling. And besides when you dueled me, you sure beat me good!" Jasmine said with a grin.
Emily nodded with a small smile.
Ulrich362: Apologies for skipping the Paradox Brothers but that aside, Chumley got to stay after proving to his dad he made great friends, Emily managed to barely pull off a win against Bakura, and Jaden and Syrus pulled off their own win against the Paradox Brothers.
