Candice sent out her Froslass. The Pokemon bursted out of its Pokeball, and prepared for battle.

"Shadow Ball!" She commanded it. It's fingers began to form a ball from dark energy. It threw it at the unknown intruder.

But surprisingly, the ball was cut in half exploded. She coughed, unable to see her terrain. Snow crunched while her eyes were close, but then she heard her Froslass cry out. She opened her eyes, and saw her Froslass holding back a claymore.

"FROSLASS!" She cried out, rushing over to it.

"Stand back. I must exorcist this spirit for good."

Candice blinked, she lunged at the intruder. They let out of their claymore, falling onto the ground.

"What are you doing?!"

"Spirit?! That's my Pokemon for crying out loud!"

Candice looked at him. A teenage boy with light blue hair and pale skin. She had never seen him in Snowpoint ever.

"Who are you?!" She shouted.

"Why aren't you letting me exorcist that spirit!" She furrowed her eyebrows at him.

"THAT'S MY POKEMON! YOU WON'T HURT HER!"

"What is a Pokemon?!"

Candice's brain stopped for a minute. "...What."

"This is my home. I still don't trust you after you tried to 'exorcist the spirit'." She brought the boy to her house. He looked around, seeming to be in awe. She sat down on her table, letting out a sigh. Her eyes drifted to the unknown boy.

He was eating a popsicle.

"Hey! This is Snowpoint City! You're going to get a cold!" She slammed her hands on the table.

"But I'm not cold." He stated, getting another bite.

"Well, I-You're still going to get a cold!" She exclaimed, now standing up. He took another the last bite.

"Listen, who are you? I don't understand how you don't know what a Pokemon is." She explained. The boy looked at her, now looking serious.

"Well there are Hilicurls, Ruin Guards, Slimes, Samacurls, and Whopperflowers in my world. I don't assume you have any Pokemon named or look like those?" He said.

Candice stood there, dumbfounded. "...I have never heard of those Pokemon before."

"...This isn't good."

"Okay let's go over basics here, what's your name?"

"Chongyun."

He took a seat, next to Candice. She sat down, after standing up for some time.

"My name is Candice. I'm the Gym Leader of Snowpoint City." She introduced herself, giving her hand to Chongyun. He grabbed it and shook her hand. She noticed his hand was cold to the touch. That was probably not important.

"Mind telling me about your world? Also what's the deal with the whole exorcist thing?!" She asked, raising her voice a bit.

"My family are exorcists." He explained in such a short time.

"Oh. Sorry..." She apologized, turning her head away.

"Now about my world, you have never heard of a Vision?" He asked.

She turned back to him. "A Vision? No?"

"Ah I'll explain it to you. So listen closely."

Teyvat is a fantasy world, where seven elements flow and converge.

Those seven are Pryo, Electro, Anemo, Geo, Cyro, Hydro, and Dendro.

It's said in the distant past, the Archons gave mortals these elemental powers. They're called Visions.

I was granted with a Cyro Vision. I have meet others who have different visions. Someone with Hydro, another with Pryo, and Electro.

Our weapons are different whenever we use our Vision powers. I use a claymore for what ever, either using Cryo or something else.

...I think that's all.

I'm sorry I couldn't say that much.

The room was silent. He looked at Candice.

"Candice?

She stood up from her chair, her face unreadable. Chongyun sighed, she must not have believed him. He knew that would happened given his story, but it was worth a shot.

Suddenly, the back of his jacket was grabbed. He was forced out of the chair.

"Ugh! Candice?" He coughed out.

"Come on."

"What..?"

He looked at her. Now her eyes were blazed with determination.

"I'm going to help you around Sinnoh and get you home! I will promise you that! As long if you don't try to exorcist any Pokemon here..." She explained, raising her voice up. He was a bit shocked, but didn't say a single objection to it.

"I will."

"Okay now come on! Snowpoint will be easy for you to travel through. You have a Cyro Vision, right?" She asked, helping him up.

"Yes. I do have a Cyro Vision."

"Good. Now let's get going."

Author Note: yes i made Chongyun be in Snowpoint because it's cold ahahahah. well anyways, he's got a companion for the time being in Sinnoh. i couldnt think that made for what he said, so im sorry if it sounds a bit eh. i think that's all, i hope you all enjoy.
