Hilbert lied about the bar. Tartaglia expected it to be in the dining room, but nope. The whole place was underground, almost like a basement. He had gotten lost while trying to find it, if not for the workers there. There was a sign on the door. It read,

OPEN 8AM-12PM

NO KIDS ALLOWED.

He opened the door and walked into the bar. Classical music played out inside, was the walls soundproof? The bar was empty, expect for Tartaglia being there.

"A customer, Ragnvindr!"

"I'm on it."

'That name sounds familiar...' He thought to himself.

"Good morning, sir. Take a seat and the bartender will make your drink." The waitress said, making Tartaglia nearly flinch. He looked at the counter, where she was, and quickly smiled.

"Of course." He said, grinning. He saw a empty stool. The bartender was behind the counter, perhaps he could talk with him.

He sat down on the empty stool. "Hello." He said.

"Hello."

The man had red hair, pulled up into a ponytail. He donned a black coat, underneath it was a black shirt, a thin white vest, and a black ascot. He gave Tartaglia a disturbed look, but eventually pulled out a menu.

"Here. Tell me what you want and I'll make it." He said.

FRESH WATER : FREE

SODA: 100$

LEMONADE : 100$

ALCOHOL: 300$

MARGARITA : 400$

WHISKEY : 500$

VODKA : 600$

"Fresh Water." He decided, sliding the menu to the bartender. "You're not going to get mad at me for ordering that right?"

"Of course not."

"Ah."

The bartender went over to the fridge, he opened it and grabbed a bottle of Fresh Water. He placed it down for Tartaglia to get.

Tartaglia opened the cap, and began drinking it. He wiped his mouth after.

"Will that be all?" The bartender asked.

"Yes, that's all." He said, making the bartender raise their eyebrow.

"You came all this way, out in 9:01, entered a bar, just for some Fresh Water?"

"...Fine, I wasn't hungry for breakfast so I chose to wander around the ship." He admitted to the man.

"Ah. So you wish to talk to me then?" The man asked, cleaning a glass.

"Hm I suppose so." He said, starting to run out of ideas now. "Where are you from?" He asked.

"Kanto. The captain let me on until I get to where I want to get." He answered. "And you?"

"Hoenn. My job works is in making toys and such, so I'm trying to expand business." He explained, lying to him.

"Hm, interesting."

The room was silent.

"So uh! Your family has business in the wine industry?" He coughed, his mouth forming into a nervous smile.

"Yes. Guessed it by my name? I'm going to Alola to expand my fath- my business." The man explained.

Now he was getting suspicious. He looked down at his belt, where his Vision was at. "Yeah, I guessed it by your name. Now I have this amazing jewelry, do you want to see it?" He chuckled.

"Jewelry?"

"Yeah jewelry. It's an rare, limited, jewelry."

If this bartender recognized a Vision, then he'd have his first clue. He grabbed his Vision, and slammed it down on the counter.

The man's eyes focused on the Vision. "This is a beautiful piece of jewelry." He said.

'He's lying.' He told himself, but kept his cover up.

"Diluc, right? That is your name, am I correct?" He asked, slightly more twisted with his words.

"That's not my name, you must be thinking of someone else-"

"Give it a rest. Your cover is now blown, now how are you here?" Tartaglia asked, swiping his Vision back.

Dliuc looked at Tartaglia.

"Leave now." He commanded.

"I asked you a question. Are you going to answer it or not." He exclaimed.

"If you don't get out now, I'll make someone force you out of here. Now leave." He demanded now.

Tartiaglia slammed his fists against the counter. Dliuc nearly summoned his claymore, before Tartaglia sighed and walked out of the bar. The waitress was in shock before looking over to Dliuc.

"Hey Ragnvindr, what uh happened with you and that guy?" The same waitress asked, with a worried look.

"Nothing happened. Nothing at all. I'm going to be taking the night shift in case he comes back." He exclaimed.

"Are you sure? Do you want me to call security?" She kept asking.

"No it's fine, I'll deal with him myself if he does anything."
