10:21 PM.
This day went faster than she and Xinyan had anticipated.
The lights were on right now, both of the girls awake still. Xingyan was on the ground, polishing her guitar. She looked up at Barbara.
"Yo Barbara! You want to practice for tomorrow?" Xinyan asked, cleaning her guitar. Barbara laid on her bed, looking at her catalyst.
Barbara just shook her head. Xinyan's smile faded, and her eyes flared up. She stood up from the ground, putting everything down.
"Hey is there something up?" She asked.
"...I saw someone familiar from Mondstadt."
"Really?!"
"I don't think I did though. He looked familiar but what if it was someone else? I shouldn't mistake him for someone else on accident."
That wasn't like Barbara one bit. When they first meet, Barbara was the one who would ask the questions.
"My head..."
"Ugh..."
Xinyan blinked, before looking to the side. There was someone there, she looked closer and there was a Vision on her.
"Hey you got a Vision!" She exclaimed.
The girl looked up at Xinyan. "You have too!" She stood up and helped Xinyan up. She dusted off her dress, and she began looking. It looked like a route.
"I don't remember getting here."
"Me either. Is there a town nearby?"
"Ecruteak City?"
"That's what the sign says, but I don't remember this ever being a city." Xinyan exclaimed, shrugging her shoulders.
"Me neither. But let's ask around!" Barbara said, running to the gate.
"Hey!"
She ran after her.
"Excuse me but do you know where Mondstadt is at, sir?"
"Mondstadt? Never heard of that."
"Ma'am, what about you? Can you tell me where Monstadt's at?"
"What is that?"
Barbara was getting worried by the second. All of the passerby's had no knowledge of Mondstadt at all. Xinyan had caught up to Barbara, she was talking to two people.
"Mondstadt's the City Of Freedom!"
"Are you talking about Unova?"
"What is a Unova?!"
Xinyan rudely bumped into the two people, grabbing Barbara's hand. "I'm so sorry, me and my friend will go now." She tried apologizing. She walked away from them, and Barbara leaned towards her.
"I-I'm getting scared. They had no idea what Mondstadt is! I tried explaining Mondstadt to them, but they said something about a Unova." She whispered.
Xinyan widened her eyes. "Really?! Have you asked about Liyue or anything else?" She suggested.
She shook her head. "If they don't know about Mondstadt, then they won't know about Liyue." She advised.
They were in a bit of a dead end here.
"So if this isn't our world...Does that mean Visions don't exist here?"
"Who did you think you saw?" Xinyan asked.
"Kaeya. But I don't think that's possible. Is it?" Barbara turned to look at Xinyan.
She took a deep breath before speaking. "It's not impossible, it's possible. Heck look at me, I'm a Pryo Vision and I'm here with you now! If anything, this Kaeya guy could be here! Does he have a Vision?"
Barbara nodded her head, giving a smile.
"See nothing to worry about, Barbs. Now, night. Maybe we should ask around tomorrow, how does that sound to you?" Xinyan asked, jumping onto her bed.
"That's sounds great. Thank you and good night." Barbara said, turning off the lights. She covered herself with the blanket and rested on her pillow.
Author Note: hey guys, sorry that i didnt have post for this week it's Spring Break so i sorta took a break. anyways, yes i skipped this day so no Childe and Dliuc battle but that'll happen soon. also the Windblume Festival has arrived to Genshin meaning you can wish for Venti again. i wish people who want Venti gets him, and people who want Childe gets him, as well as Rosaria! i think that's all for now, i hope you all enjoyed this.
