Bill looked up at his computer in confusion. He kept typing out of frustration, repeatedly trying to see it wasn't real. 'There's no way!' He thought to himself, as he kept typing and typing.

On the screen, Kaeya was in Kalos. He didn't know how fast he'd gotten there at all. In fact it was impossible for a human to travel that fast. 'He's a human, but with a Vision...' He told himself, looking at the screen.

"Oh? So you're the little rat that managed to track down Kaeya?"

A voice behind him said, making him jump. He quickly reached into his pocket, and pulled out a Pokeball. "EEVEE!" He shouted, getting off his chair and sending out his Pokemon.

"Hmph! BEWEAR!"

He knew who this intruder was. Lusamine, president of the Aether Foundation.

"What are you doing here?!" He asked her, his Eevee standing in front of him.

"Well, I became aware that someone was tracking one of my workers and that didn't settle right for me." She answered.

'Does she know about his...' He said to himself. "Do you know about his Vision! It's Cryo by what the two told me..." He said.

Lusamine's smile turned into a frown when he asked about the Vision. "...Now I can't keep you here alone by yourself. You know a bit too much about Teyvat." She said, before sending out her Mismagius.

"Eevee, Bite!" He ordered his Pokemon. Eevee jumped and lunged at Mismagius.

"Bewear, Hammer Arm."

Bewear punched Eevee down to the ground, making them faint. "Now Mismagius, Hypnosis!"

He reached to send out another Pokemon, but he started to get tired. He collapsed to the floor, as he felt like sleeping now. 'Crap...'

He closed his eyes.

"I expected more of a fight, but this will do. Mismagius!" She shouted out, her Mismagius carried Bill using her Psychic powers. "Alright, we're done here. We need to go." She said, returning her Bewear.

"Teleport!"

A light engulfed her, taking her into an alleyway.

"Oh it's you."

She recognized that voice. "Ghetsis..." She said, with so much disgust.

"Lusamine."

"..."

She looked over to Ghetsis' 'partner'. "I thought you two were at Alola." She said. Ghetsis looked angry, raising his cane before 'Partner' stopped him.

"Same here as well." 'Partner' said, scoffing a bit.

"Oh hello you three!"

The three turned around, glaring at a unknown man. They immediately knew who it was, by how tall he was and his facial hair.

"Hello Lysandre." Ghetsis mumbled underneath his breath, possibly saying crude stuff to him. 'Partner' bowed down to himz

"I'd prefer if you didn't do that." He said to him.

"Ah my apologies, sir." Before standing up from the ground. The Admin looked over to the two others.

"Now then I wonder how you all are at Kalos...I don't remember either of you coming with me." Lysandre explained.

"I was over at Johto, dealing with a rat of sorts." Lusamine spoke, shrugging her shoulders.

"Oh 'rat'? My how rude of a woman with a attitude of yours to say!" Ghetsis mocked her, cackling to himself.

"..."

Her Mismagius dropped Bill, making a thud on the ground. Lysandre took out a Masterball, making the two other Admins stare at him.

"You better not send it out now. If you do, everyone will start to get suspicious and the Boss wouldn't like that." She said to him.

"And I wanted to use Zekrom back at the ship..." He whispered to himself, attracting Lusamine's attention.

"...You dare risking our entire plan just to summon a Legendary Pokemon among a group of people?!" She shouted at him.

"What the hell do you know, hm?! Didn't you work for us just for your Ultra Beasts?! In which we can't even get them, making you useless?"

"USELESS?!"

'Partner' and Lysandre watched the two argue, before Lysandre got a bit impatient. "Shut them up for me, I don't want to get my hands dirty just yet." He whispered to him. He nodded, before summoning his sword.

"ENOUGH!"

The alleyway started to get cold, making all of the Admins shiver. Bewear looked at him, before running and attempting to use Hammer Arm at him. He summoned a ice wall, blocking the entire attack. Then, he sent out ice shards at Bewear, completely making the Pokemon faint.

"...Damn you!" She shouted out, in frustration.

The ice wall shattered, and 'Partner' put away his sword, it vanished out of thin air. "Now then, I believe Lysandre has something to say." He said, looking at the two.

"Ugh..." Ghetsis scoffed, choosing not to fight. He knew it was better to stay back than fight back against 'Partner'.

"Thank you." Lysandre thanked him. "I will be the only Admin here in Kalos. Do not send any reinforcements, it'll be a quick in and our if Sycamore doesn't see me at all." He explained, before fixing up his collar wrist. "I assume you, Lusamine, want to go to Alola if so he'll take you there. And Ghetsis...Unova?" Lysandre darted his eyes to 'Partner' as he talked about Lusamine.

"Fine, I don't wish to talk about this more. And my foundation needs me, sorry for getting mad at you." She said to 'Partner'.

"It's alright now. You should pick up that man and get ready for Beheeyem's Teleport." He nodded, accepting her apology.

"Right." She said back, and looked at her Mismagius. The Pokemon picked up Bill's unconscious body again, and she walked over to 'Partner'. In a flash, the two vanished, leaving Ghetsis and Lysandre alone.

"Ghetsis, we should talk. The news are talking about the S.S Anne."

"He vanished without a trace...! But it's clear someone came in and attacked him!"

She looked at the scene. It was true by what Whitney saying. But she looked over to the computer, there was a large hole in it. Like someone smashed it to hide something.

She looked at the fainted Eevee, summoning her Elemental Sight. There was a faint trail of Psychic there. "Whitney, someone used Teleport." She said to the Gym Leader.

"Eh?!" She walked over to her, looking down at the Eevee. "How do you know?!" She asked her, seemly confused.

"There's a faint trail of Psychic, it's from here to..." She used her Sight again, trying to pinpoint the end trail. Her head turned to reek of headaches, clutching her head. Whitney looked at her, afraid.

"UGH!" She cried out, almost not handling the end trail.

"HEY GUANG?! ARE YOU OKAY?!" She asked her, grabbing her shoulders.

The headache and pain went away, leaving Ningguang with relief. "...Kalos. KALOS! KALOS IS WHERE THEY TELEPORTED AT!" She turned to Whitney.

"WHA-REALLY?!" She asked her. She nodded her head, the Gym Leader looked shocked but quickly changed her face.

"Yeah...YEAH! I'LL TRUST NINGGUANG!" She exclaimed. "IN FACT, I'LL GET YOU A SHIP TO GO OVER THERE TO KALOS TO FIND BILL!"

Ningguang was the one to look shocked this time.

Bill woke up, within a red room and chains on his legs and arms. He looked around the room, especially the banners. There were in a 'R' symbol, filled in with the colors of the rainbow. He knew what symbol that meant.

Team Rocket.

'No! No! Giovanni is dead and so is Team Rocket, there's no way he could be alive!' He said to himself, shaking his head.

"...I'm sorry. I'm so sorry..."

A small whisper began to fill up the room. He turned around, seeing a green haired girl with animal ears. She is also held in chains, but there's a shock collar on her neck and wrists. She's sobbing as she's holding something in her arms.

"I...tried destroying it. T-They won't let me..." She kept sobbing. "They're going to use it to track every Vision User...I don't want to help them!"

"Hey calm down!"

The girl looks up at him, hiding away whatever she was holding.

"We'll get out of this together! You and me!" He tried encouraging her.

"I-I tried to! I kept shouting at them to free me! They don't listen...They want to use me for evil..." She begins to sob again.

"..."

Bill lifts his head down, he doesn't know how to help her. "My name is Bill..." He introduces himself to her.

The girl looks back at him.

"And I'll get us out of here! I need to find Keaya for my friends!" He explains to her.

"Keaya?! She looked confused. "He's here?!"

"Yeah! I've been trying to help two of my friends find him! And with the news about the S.S Anne, I hope he's okay..." He answered. He was still a bit uneasy about him supposedly being in Kalos.

"Oh...Oh no...OH NO NO NO!"

He looked at her, she was full on crying.

"THEY'RE STARTING, CRAP!"

"H-Hey! Calm down!"

"YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ONE BIT!"

The door opened, the girl recoiled back, quickly wiping her eyes.

"Sucrose, is everything okay? I heard you shouting and-" The blonde man looked over at the girl than at Bill.

"Oh. Well this is quite a surprise."
