The water was boiling, so it was time for step two. The next was to warm up the teapot, placing hot water and the jasmine leaves in. He let it sit for one minute before he drained the tea leaves. He poured out the tea into a cup, and drank some of it.

It didn't taste good as back home. He placed the cup down on the plate. The door opened, making him turn his head around.

"Rex Lapis, what do you say we go from here?"

Xiao was waiting there, waiting for Zhongli's answer.

"It is best that we stay put for now. Until the Elite Four has told us anything, we will not head out immediately." He explained.

"I understand your worry, but we can handle whatever is thrown at us." He shrugged his shoulders.

"Absolutely not. Is Razor awake yet? We have free time, so I wish to take him around town."

"Razor has been awake."

The two adeptus looked at Razor, the boy sitting down on the third set of bed. He was full on sitting down, observing the whole situation. "Razor wishes not to go out! He wishes to stay." He announced to Zhongli.

"...I can't force you, so Xiao. How would you like to look around the city?" He asked.

"Hmph alright, I'll go."

Zhongli stepped out into the light and faced the Elite Four members. The members were sitting up high, away from the arena. Lance was there too, also watching him. He couldn't summon or use his powers, that'll cause consequences right now.

"Zhongli? Fancy name, never heard of a man like that before." Lorelei, the Ice type specialist, said.

Through those glasses, he knew she was piercing at him with such observing eyes. He stayed silent, slightly moving his handcuffed hands.

"He looks quite interesting if I do so say myself." Agatha said. "Say where did you find him?" She looked up at Lance.

"If I may interrupt, Lance found him near Victory Road at night!" Bruno said, raising his hand.

Agatha was the Ghost type specialist, whiles Bruno was a Fighting type specialist. If he wasn't cuffed up, he would take the chance to run off. These people can and will find about his true identity. That worried him.

"Lance, do you have something to say?" Koga asked him.

The Poison type specialist.

"Yes I do. Have I ever told you all about my encounter with Looker?" Lance said, his Dragonite right besides him.

Zhongli messed with his cuffs, trying to break or snap it off. He was a dragon so he was strong enough to do so!

"I'm afraid not, Lance. Tell us." Lorelei said, lifting her glasses up. The rest of the Elite Four seemed to agree with her, nodding their heads.

"Alright. It was a rainy night and I happened to encounter one of the International Police officers. He introduced to me as Looker, and we chatted away that night. And eventually when we had to leave the bar, we had a encounter with a man. This would have been a ordinary man but he wielded fire. He attacked us, but eventually fainted. Looker took him to the hospital, and offered to check up on him." He explained his story, before looking at Zhongli. "And I have my reasons to believe you're from this mans world, Mister Zhongli."

The arena was silent, as the Champion and Elite Four awaited his answer. He cleared his throat, before speaking. "Lance, I do not wish to be rude, but how can you assume I am from this mans world? I do not know the man's name nor you do not give me any details about this fire wielder." He said, blank and forward.

"If you wish so, this man's name was Diluc. Does that name ring any bells for you?" He asked him.

"No that does not sir. I do not know anyone of Diluc." He said back.

"Hmph. Then what about Tartaglia? What relationship does Tartaglia have to do with you? And for your ability to speak and talk with my Pokemon." The dragon master asked.

"Tartaglia? Who is that?" Koga asked.

"Speaking to Pokemon is such a rare ability. Are you certain you saw him do it?" Agatha asked.

"I am certain." He said.

"Childe is...a friend. That is all." Zhongli sighed, lifting his shoulders up.

Lance knew he was lying about something, but he couldn't pinpoint it. "Childe? Who is Childe?"

Sneaking inside the arena was easier than expected. The matches for today were canceled, driving away trainers. This allowed him and the boy to get inside. He could see Zhongli's elemental magic trail, they were close. He put his mask on and looked at the boy behind him.

The boy nodded, and summoned his claymore.

"Zhongli, we know you're here. And we're going to save you."

Zhongli realized a terrible mistake. It wasn't usual for him to make such a mistake like this, but he messed up. Messed up bad. He should have said Tartaglia instead of Childe, that would just make Lance's suspicions go down a tad bit.

But knowing him for the shortness time, he was smart. Smart enough to use Childe against him to find out anything.

"My mistake, I meant to say Tartaglia-"

"So you are from another world." Lorelei said.

The other Elite Four members have also figured it out. He's not in a good spot now.

"Lance, what do you say we do with him?" Bruno asked, looking up.

He braced himself for whatever Lance was going to say.

"I say we place him under surveillance. Keep a eye on him." He said. "If he wanted to hurt me, he would have done so already."

That was the best possible thing he could say. Zhongli left out a sigh, relieved. But he perked up a bit, hearing a weird yet familiar sound from behind. He turned to see a dark greenish aura from the far distance. "Xiao...?" He mumbled to himself.

Koga realized something was off, and he too saw the aura. He let out a Pokeball, and threw it, sending out his Crobat.

"Koga?! What are you doing?!" Lorelei asked him, rushing over to him.

Agatha scoffed, before sending out her Gengar. "It seems like there's someone else with us." She said.

"Everyone, calm down! I'll have security get rid of these intruders right now!" Lance said, but Bruno sent out his Hitmonlee.

The Fighting type specialist looked above at him. "That aura is a strong one." He said.

There was a flash, and Zhongli looked down at his cuffs. Broken and slashed in half by a claymore.

"Come! Come with Razor!" A boy let his hand out towards him.

"Crobat, Toxic Fang!"

The bat flew to Zhongli and Razor, ultimately being stopped and thrown on the ground by a polearm. Xiao grabbed Zhongli's arm, wearing his mask.

"We need to go NOW!" He shouted at him.

He had enough.

"ENOUGH!"

The ground shook, rumbling. Razor looked down at the ground, seemly confused. Xiao grabbed his collar and jumped onto the Elite Four's stands. He threw the boy to the members.

"What's going on?!" Lorelei asked, ducking down while hiding a Pokeball behind her back.

"EVERYONE GET DOWN! NOW!" The adeptus shouted at all of them.

Lance's Dragonite moved in front of him, destroying any boulders and such. The rumble stopped, Zhongli stood there still. His hair and eyes were glowing, he looked up to the Champion and Elite Four.

"I...apologize for Xiao's behavior."

"Lance, do you think it was a good idea to let them stay in a room? After what those three did in front of us, they could be dangerous."

Lorelei said, her Jyxn and Dewgong by her side. She crossed her arms, as she waited for his answer.

"I know they are dangerous. But Zhongli can keep them from destroying everything." He said.

"And what if he doesn't? What if he allows it, he's dangerous himself! You saw what he did back there!" She said back.

"If Zhongli ever tries to kill anyone, we will kill him. But...I don't think he will."

"Hmph. What is he then? A dragon?"

Lance knocked on the door, with Lorelei walking off. Zhongli opened the door, looking at him.

"Zhongli. We retrieved some information about someone called Ningguang in Johto."
