A/N: I'm just checking to see if there is still "anybody out there"! I don't think I've written anything new for Detty at all this year. IF there are still any readers who want more stories, please let me know. I have plenty of them from the six years I wrote solely on Live Journal. But this one is new.

This is one of many stories I originally posted on LJ. It starts after Betty and Daniel's "all-night date" on the bridge. When I flew from Portland to NYC in 2013 to attend The Art of Brooklyn Film Festival where Eric Mabius was a judge and America's talent agency is, with a script in hand I co-wrote of an Ugly Betty movie, I was very inspired getting to walk on "their bridge"!

Updated version of my story "Something New". Following the series finale, what exactly happened between our two favorite characters Betty and Daniel? In my version of a "Season 5" Daniel takes Betty up on her offer of a job as her assistant. Does this new dynamic work, or just create more problems? Will a drunken kiss change everything for them? Let's find out... R&R Please! Detty!

This is set between Million Dollar Smile and London Calling, with some slight changes in the timeline to suit my purposes, which you should be able to spot pretty easily. There will be some drama, but hopefully plenty of laughs and of course, romance!

This is a little story from another site that I posted there in 2014. It begins six months post-series, with Daniel in France and Betty in London. I really enjoyed this story, since it involves DJ as Daniel's "wingman".

This will be a romantic/angsty tale, with a bit of mystery and spookiness, and yet, sliced with humor. I'll try to time this out to finish just in time for Halloween. I can't tell you how much it excites me to see that I am NOT the last Detty fan standing! Especially with how grim real life has been for so long, it fills my heart with a little bit of hope that Detty still lives!

This is set right after the whole "cult" business when Betty runs interference for her friend, she gets more involved in Daniel's healing journey than even she expected!

Ha! I feel a bit like Claire here with the title of this story! Oh well, whatever! I know the Meade matriarch eventually did well with her "insert" and was proven to be quite popular with ladies of a certain age. Personally, I'm not quite ready for that ice flow yet, either, Claire! This tale is set more or less in the present day, assuming Daniel had returned to NYC.

This little AU tale begins back in Season 2, after Daniel calls Betty the big S-word when she and that "Egg Salad" guy are kicked out of Wicked for life for kissing on stage! This is actually a story I posted a long time ago on another site. I just thought it might be fun to post here and share it with you ladies. Don't worry, I'm still working on my other story. This is a post-series story, set after Betty has fled London for a sunnier climate on "vacation". She finds that sometimes the worst thing that can happen turns out to be just what you need.

This story is set in Season 4, immediately after "The Passion of the Betty". It seems all Betty really needed to find HER passion was the right inspiration. And she has finally found it with Daniel.

Between losing her suitcase, having to deal with uncontrollable and drunk models, Wilhelmina leaving the shoot, Matt and Amanda going MIA, and Marc sneaking in the shoot to spy on his ex, Betty feels like things couldn't go more wrong. That is until she and Daniel get closer than a boss and his employee ever should... Or maybe things are finally going right? A DETTY story.

Valentine themed short story :D This story takes place over a year later since Betty quits Mode; and in this instance Daniel didn't go after her... ...yet ;)

This story is set in Season 3, just at the end of Filing for the Enemy. I never liked how they treated poor Alexis's character, so I'm changing the whole pushing Christina down the stairs storyline completely and going in a different direction from there, with of course some canon events as I decide to throw them in with my alternate universe!
