At one of the offices for ZAFT officials, Yzak was reading through the latest report. Supreme Council Chairwoman Lacus Clyne will be hosting post war delegation convention where all nations and allies: Orb Union, Earth Alliance, PLANT, Kingdom of Scandinavia, Equatorial Union, United States of South America, African Community, and Oceania Union will attend.

As representatives from allies and nations will be present, ZAFT will be escorting these officials during their stay. It is imperative to keep peace between everyone as the Second Alliance War had only just ended and not all of the delegations have agreed upon. This is where ZAFT will take it upon themselves to be mediators during the delegation convention.

Yzak was reading through the details when Dearka dropped a file on his desk, making Yzak flinch. He turned to Dearka with a scowl. "Read." Dearka sat down. "You'll want to, trust me."

Yzak glanced at the manilla file. "The post war delegation convention is soon approaching us; we finally have orders and yet you want me to look at a file?"

Dearka tapped the file with his fingers. "Interesting materials."

Yzak gave in with reluctance. He grabbed the file, opening it to view Viola's background. He looked up to Dearka. "We've already looked into their background."

"Not all of it," Dearka gestured. "Keep reading."

Yzak read through the pages. He stopped reading to look at Dearka, hoping that what he read was a joke. Dearka shook his head. It wasn't. Yzak continued to read through. When he was finally done, he placed a hand over his mouth. He couldn't believe it.

"I had the same reaction," Dearka took back the file. "Sebastian and Viola were told that their compatibility to reproduce together was less than a 25 percent chance. Both had higher compatibility with other Coordinators. They denied to partake in that. Instead by some miracle Viola is pregnant, two months pregnant to be exact." Yzak didn't respond. "You're probably thinking the kiss you made was a mistake but you wouldn't be thinking this hard since her reaction was coy. And thanks to my charisma, Shiho had the same response as you did last night, I got to ask her how she feels. You want to know something interesting?" Yzak stared at him. "She was kissed by Sebastian." Yzak dropped his hand. "Right? Perhaps this couple is very open. Anyways, besides their friendly gestures, maybe the real reason they were appointed to this mission, was that they were part of the volunteers in the cure for sterility program."

Yzak looked down to the file. "Possible. Seems plausible, but you just made me read this to get a reaction?"

Dearka winked. "A reaction but you needed to know the truth."

"You're not even sad for me," Yzak narrowed his eyes at him.

"Why would I be," Dearka shrugged his shoulders. "You still have someone." Yzak rolled his eyes. He went back to reading the details of the convention. "Does it state who we will be escorting?"

"It doesn't," Yzak glanced down to that part. "None of us will know until the representatives start to arrive."

At the safe house, the glass pod had just sprayed a mist over Selena. Once it fully dissipated, the top of the glass moved away, letting Selena rise out.

"Your Highness," Mikael bowed to her. "Lacus has sent out further details and orders for the post-war delegation convention. As of now, they only know that our High Chancellor Luka Ivanov with some of our royal government officials are attending." He extended out the documents. Selena took them to start reading. "We are still on schedule. The Konugr has updated us that they have taken all of the biological research facilities with the help of the Junk Guild. Ground forces are still locating them on Earth. Princess Anita has updated the status is still stable. Dr. Donovan Landry with his Aesculapius has gathered supplies at Copernicus City and is trajected to be near Lagrange 5. The two captured radicals believed they were working with someone who shared their ideals." Selena glanced at him. His lips twitched into a small smile. "Same ideals of the late Patrick Zala even though they were protecting Earth Alliance-Blue Cosmos biological research facilities. They said the only ones who were allowed to take these destroyed facilities were their newest leader and-"

"-Don't finish that sentence," Selena glared at him.

He coughed once, regaining his composure. "Lastly, your dear friend Gatlin Tzvi has been anxiously waiting for you to arrive at the ice rink so he can finish his visual autobiography."

"Does he know his teacher Luka Ivanov will be here?" Selena handed back the documents. She headed to the kitchen area.

"Thankfully no, or else he would be continuously contacting us for updates," Mikael followed her. "He also stated he wasn't going to attend Fiona's and Darren's wedding since Lacus is now Supreme Council Chairwoman allowing him to become busier with touring and events as he is now the number one entertainer of PLANT."

"Speaking of Lacus, how was her speech at the ceremony?" Selena was curious.

"Befitting speech from the Songstress," Mikael explained. "She mentioned about the defects and sterility of Coordinators with touching base on how they will cure and eradicate that. People are putting more trust in her as ever. She's gaining momentum amongst her opposition. More people are switching over to her side." The two continued catching up from the days Selena slept in the pod and kept to their schedule.

Cagalli and Athrun with representatives and guards had docked at Aprilius One. They came a few days early to visit with Kira and Lacus. They headed down the glass elevator from the docking station to view all of landscape.

"This delegation will host all the nations and allies," Cagalli stared out the window. Athrun was by her side. "We may be staying here for longer than we planned. Diplomacy between all of us can be negated but the wounds of war have not fully healed."

"Since Lacus is now Supreme Council Chairwoman, we won't have to worry too much," Athrun reassured her. "When she became mediator for the armistice, it wasn't as hostile as we believed."

"I am just worried that what happened at Armory One will happen all over again," Cagalli couldn't stop thinking about that day.

"It won't be," he turned to her, grabbing ahold of her hand. Athrun gave it a squeeze. "None of us will let that happen ever again."

Lacus' estate was a mansion located near the water. It was the same mansion she lived in. It was stationed with guards out front. The car pulled around to the front where Lacus and Kira were waiting for them. The four greeted with one another with hugs and smiles. The four headed to one of the foyers to indulge tea and snacks. Athrun and Cagalli will be staying with them until the conference starts.

After catching up on pleasantries, Athrun went straight into business. "We've had some reports about missing people or those pronounced dead, alive and well."

Lacus placed down her cup. "You have heard about those as well." Athrun waited for her to continue. "Reverend Malchio let us know about the some of these incidents but as of now there haven't been any new incidents." Kira nodded to the butler. The butler left to retrieve the files.

"Is this the work of Blue Cosmos and Earth Alliance?" Athrun hoped it was another Extended program.

"We haven't been able to rule that out yet," Kira gestured to the butler who had the files in hand. Cagalli placed it on the table between them. She opened it up letting both her and Athrun see. "The people who have returned are both Naturals and Coordinators."

"Both?" Cagalli was shocked. She thought it would just be one or the other.

"Have you spoken to any of them?" Athrun picked up one of the paperclipped stack. He glanced through it. Some of the people were the same ones he has seen in his reports.

"Not all," Lacus shook her head. "Those that we have spoken with only said they thought they died but were thankful that they were alive. They didn't know where they were for the time they were missing. We even asked if we could examine them. No scars or anything. Some allowed us to take samples of their blood. We haven't found anything out of the ordinary so far. People are saying that it's a miracle."

"A miracle?" Athrun scrutinized. "A miracle is mostly one in a million at least once per month, statistically wise, for one person. However, these are stating beyond miracles." He pulled out one of the paperclipped stacks. "This person here, statistically and medically impossible to survive this kind of laceration. The loss of blood and severe shock would not allow them to live long, yet when we met up with him, he had no scars, functioning as if this incident never happened. These aren't miracles. Someone is playing God."

"But who?" Kira figured Athrun would be on the same line of thought. "And why? We have a wide range of suspects, thanks to Durandal's unpublished list. There are still those in the fringes that are not in the list. Is this the start of something? Do they have similar goals as we do? Taking the biological research facilities will help us see if the instrumentation and research is similar to these cases."

"What about Princess Anita and Princess Selena?" Athrun thought of them as one of his first suspects.

"The Kingdom of Scandinavia?" Cagalli looked over to Athrun. "They are not like that. They have helped out during the last war, hiding the Archangel and they were the first to go against the Destiny plan."

"Not the Kingdom, just those two," Athrun corrected her. "After the disappearance of Prince Sven, Princess Selena has become dormant. Her great uncle is acting as King regent on all government organizations and publicity since she went dormant. Princess Anita only appears from time to time, but she is still using the excuse of mourning her parents and her aunt and uncle, Princess Selena's and Prince Sven's parents. However, Princess Anita is renowned in the medical, biological, and botany professions. She has to follow orders from Princes Selena. It wouldn't be a surprise that those two would be up to something."

"We have not ruled them out either," Lacus spoke first. "Princess Selena and I have never got along but the Kingdom has been in constant cooperation. There are several we have not ruled out, but we don't have a top suspect. Just trying to see where this path leads us. We have been using all our outlets, PLANT, ZAFT, Terminal, and now our allies." She motioned to them. "This has been strictly confidential. We are using our other goal of trying to cure Coordinators as our main front."

"Killing two birds with one stone," Athrun blurted the saying. Lacus and Kira nodded. "Coordinator radicals don't seem likely as there are Naturals involved but then again it could be possible if they used them in their experiments."

"What about Librarian Works?" Cagalli looked through the rest of the stacks. "They have created Carbon Humans of the most highly skilled pilots-those pilots were killed in action. They have vast amount of data on mobile weapons, detailed data on pilots, and genetic material. We fought against them last year. Their organization is unclear."

"A possibility," Kira answered. "Yet they make Carbon Humans, why would they need to bring back the dead or those who went missing? We have been asking questions like these on each of the suspects. Another one that came up is the Aesculapius, a medical vessel that helps out the injured."

"That vessel is not affiliated with any nation or allies," Cagalli interjected.

"Right, but we have them on the list," Kira explained. "We can't rule out anyone or any organization until we have concrete evidence that they aren't behind this. We even have the Clan on our list as well as Martian Colonists."

"Martian Colonists?" Athrun jerked up from reading. "They're neutral!"

"Everyone is on the list until we rule them out," Lacus added. "We may have peace with the majority but it only took extremists to create a second war between Earth Alliance and PLANTs. We cannot allow something like that again. We can't allow a small force to make giant ripples. I am hoping with this delegation that we can secure agreement that if something like that happened again, we would investigate before accusing. Although it may be easy in words, we will need to hold nations accountable of their actions and not take action in our own hands."

"We think this will become something bigger than just healing those who were on the brink of death," Kira looked over to Lacus, who looked back over to him. This caused concern for Cagalli and Athrun. The two glanced at one another before looking at Kira. "This is only between us. Not everyone in Terminal knows about this. One of the Terminal informants told us that one of the people who recovered went into convulsions. Possible relapse. The family stated the person didn't know how or why they were alive. Screaming out to them that he should be dead. They would catch him talking to himself, especially at night or in the dark. His family stated they heard him say 'the sun wants the moon but the moon hates the sun, they'll soon come together as the moon can't outrun the sun.'" Lacus and Kira could see the confusion on their faces, similar to their own when they first heard it. "The person later died due to an overdose of sedatives. He was an astrophysicist. His family allowed us to use his research and anything pertaining to it to see if we can figure out before the saying becomes true."
