Chapter 14: Danny vs The Monster

Previously

"Let's see if that babe will still like you with a black eye!..."Dash said as he raised his fist.

"Ugh... just get it over with..."Danny thought as he braced for it.

However, before any harm could fall on him, there was suddenly the sound of an explosion nearby.

KABOOM!

"What the-..."Dash yelled as he dropped Danny.

"Huh? What the?..."Danny asked out loud as there was now loud stomping.

Suddenly, the walls broke down and the green monster from the other night appeared in all of it's terrifying glory and rage.

"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRR!..."The creature yelled loudly in a voice that shook the ground.

"GHOST!..."Dash shouted in horror as he and the other students were terrified.

"Oh man, it's back!..."Danny thought as he couldn't believe this.

The monster is back.

Present Time

Danny couldn't believe it.

The monster was back and if it was even possible, it looks even bigger and nastier than the last time.

"STUPID LITTLE MAN!..."The monster yelled as it stomped it's foot, making the ground shake the an earth quake.

"RUN!..."Dash yelled as everyone ran for their lives.

Danny, however, hid under a table and changed forms. While everyone was too busy fleeing to notice, Tucker ran to Danny.

"Oh man, get the thermos!..."Tucker said, looking at what he thought was a new ghost.

"It's not a ghost, Tucker..."Danny said, surprising his friend.

'What? What do you mean?..."Tucker asked..

However, the monster was throwing tables around and breaking the cafeteria as it had another tantrum.

"I'll tell you later, I gotta stop this thing now..."He said as he flew after the monster.

"GRR! WHERE ARE YOU?!..."The monster yelled, wanting to find it's target.

"Looking for me, Ugly..."Danny said as he appeared to the scene.

He assumed that the monster came here for payback and Danny was more than ready for their fight.

However, the monster just growled at him.

"Get lost, Bub! I want someone else!..."The monster snarled as it slapped him away like a fly before stomping away to find it's real target.

"GAH!..."Danny said as he hit a wall.

He got up but was confused.

"Wait...if...I'm not it's target...then who-..."Danny was cut up by the sound of a very girly shriek echoed.

"THERE YOU ARE!..."The monster's furious voice was heard.

"Oh man..."Danny said, not liking this.

With Monster Katie

The female monster had broke out of the cafeteria and was now stomping through the halls, looking for her target.

"Where is that no-good bully? When I get my hands on him, I'm gonna make him sorry!..."The beastly girl thought furiously as she looked around.

However, she soon spotted who she was looking her.

That no-good Jerk Dash Baxter, who was hiding and coweing behind a trash can but Katie saw him.

"THERE YOU ARE!..."The monster girl shouted as she ran towards him.

"AH! HELP!..."Dash said as he started to run, only for Monster Katie to grab him in her fist.

"NOW I GOT YOU!..."The beastly girl said in fury.

"Let me go! I didn't do anything wrong!..."Dash begged.

"YES, YOU DID. YOU JERK!..."Monster Katie said in anger and Dash sniffed as tears came down his face.

"MOMMY!..."Dash cried in her grip while the angry beast growled.

"I'M GONNA BREAK YOU!..."Monster Katie roared in his face as it raised him to throw him into the floor.

Dash screamed and soon found himself fainting before the probably impact. Danny soon fazed in and saw Dash the blonde jock in the monster's grip.

"Oh man, I gotta save Dash!..."Danny said, only to pause. "Boy, this is REALLY bitter-sweet..."He muttered before he took off.

He soon saw the monster angrily shaking the unconscious Dash in it's fist.

"Wake up! I want you awake!..."The monster roared at the bully, who is still passed out.

"Now, you gotta learn to play nice with others..."Danny said as he appeared, only for the monster to get even more annoyed.

"I said get lost, Bub. He's got this coming!..."The monster yelled.

Danny blinked.

"Look...I know Dash is a jerk, a moron who's rude, dumb, mean, unmotivated, not to mention won't make anything of himself..."Danny trailed off. "I think I lost my point..."He added before he shook his head.

"Why are you even after him?..."Danny asked, wondering why this monster is after the biggest bully at school.

He got no answer as the monster just growled again.

"NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! NOW GET LOST!..."Monster Katie said as she tried to smack him again but Danny became invisible this time.

"Not again!..."Danny said as he reappeared and dodged more of the monsters swings.

"HE'S GOT THIS COMING!..."Monster Katie shouted as she held Dash in her fist.

"Probably but that doesn't mean you can put him in the hospital. Maybe just leave him to authorities,."Danny said as he sent a blast at her and sent her back a couple of feet, making her madder.

"GRR!..."It let out.

Dash soon found himself regaining consciousness.

"Huh? What? Where am I?..."He asked out loud, only to see he was still in the monsters grasp.

"AHHH!..."Dash let out another girly shriek at the beast.

Monster Katie ignored him as she tried to swing at Danny again, only for the ghost boy to sent more blasts at her, sending her back and making her let go.

"AH!..."Dash screamed as he found himself falling out but Danny caught him.

"I got you..."Danny said.

"Thanks Danny Phantom, you rock!..."Dash said, in awe of his hero.

However, it was short lived as the monster got up and roared even louder.

"ROOOOOOAAAAAAAAAR!..."It let out.

"AH!..."Dash screamed as he ran for his life.

Danny rolled his eyes at that before he faced the beast again.

"Okay, time to get serious..."Danny said as he charged his fists with ghostly energy.

"GET LOST!..."The beast yelled as it charged at the ghost boy.

Danny managed to dodge it and sent some blasts at it.

"GRAH! THAT DOES IT! YOU'RE GONNA PAY FOR THIS!..."The creature yelled as it stomped it's foot again, causing another small earthquake that shook the school.

The ghost boy didn't like this and tried to think up a strategy.

"Come on, think Fenton. This thing is fast, strong and it hates Dash. How to get rid of it?..."Danny said as he thought of how to kick its butt back to wherever it came from.

So far, he had nothing.

"YOU'LL REGRET GETTING IN MY WAY!..."The beast yelled as it got angrier and even got bigger.

"Oh man!..."Danny said as he tried to think fast.

He got an idea as it flew to the creature head on, made contact, made the two intangible and pushed it to the outside of the school.

"The creature was not amused.

"AH!..."It yelled and Danny smirked, glad that he now had more space.

The two ran towards each other as the ghost boy took to the air. He gained speed as he dodged another swipe from the monster.

"I think that's enough..."Danny said as he decided to end this before someone got hurt.

Being fast, he dodged more of the beast's swings before Danny did an upper cut and hit the beast with all his might.

"AHHH!..."It yelled.

The monster was soon sent flying high in the air, several dozen yards away and was soon out of sight...but it was landing in the direction of the football field.

"Okay, it's out of the school. Time to finish this..."Danny thought flying there.

However, once he got there. He saw that the monster was gone.

"What? No way!..."Danny shouted as he flew around but didn't see any green and angry monster anywhere.

"Again with the Houdini act..."He said as he decided to see if it went else where.

As the ghost boy flew to search, he did not notice that a certain someone had been behind the bleachers, unconscious.

A certain blonde girl who is now regaining consciousness.

"Ooh...what hit me?..."The girl let out in a pained voice as she came back to reality.

With Danny

After a few minutes of searching, the ghost boy saw that the entire school was monster free but he is not happy.

"I can't believe it got away again..."Danny muttered as he went behind a tree and changed forms.

Seriously, how does a ten foot tall monster keeps disappearing like that?

Tucker soon spotted him and went to him.

"Dude, what was that?..."Tucker said.

If I knew I'd tell you...I have no clue what that thing is and that's the scary part..."He answered as he rubbed his shoulder.

He may have thrown the monster out, but it still felt like hitting steel to him.

"Are you okay?..."Tucker asked.

"I'm fine but this is the second time I fought that monster and it got away again...we need to do some investigating..."Danny said, not liking this. "We also have to find out why it was after Dash of all people too..."He added.

"That doesn't narrow things down, since lots of people don't like Dash. Hey, maybe it's just a nerd he shoved in a locker one too many times..."Tucker said.

Before Danny could make a comment on that, he saw Katie walking over towards him, who was gripping her head.

"Katie...are you okay?..."Danny asked, having forgotten about her.

Katie blinked and gripped her head.

"Danny...ow..."She let out.

"What's wrong?..."He asked.

"I don't know...I think I passed out or something...and it feels like I just got hit by a truck..."She said as she grabbed her head.

"Oh man, you must have gotten hurt or something when that mon-...ghost showed up..."Danny said and Katie blinked.

"A ghost..."Katie repeated but hissed again.

"Come on, I'll take you to the nurse's office..."Danny said as he helped her walk.

Katie still felt a head ache but smiled at his closeness.

"Thanks, Pookie Bear..."Katie said as he helped her get there.

At the nurse's office

The nurse examined Katie over as she asked questions.

"So, you really have no memory?..."She asked.

"No...Danny says I must have passed out or something when that ghost appeared...or been knocked out..."She said as the nursed looked her over.

"Well, I don't see any signs of injury or bruises...I suppose you were just in shock or something due to not being used to the ghost attacks yet..."The nurse said kindly.

"So, I guess I'll need to get use to it..."Katie said as the nurse examined her head. "When I first moved here, I thought the ghost thing was just a tourist gimmick..."She admitted.

"Don't worry, you'll get used to it after a while..."The older woman said before finishing up.

The blonde girl soon walked out the nurse's office, where her boyfriend was waiting for her.

"So, what did she say?..."Danny asked.

"Good news, no injuries. Apparently, I'm not used to ghost attacks...that I must have just been shocked but I'm fine now..."Katie said.

"That's good..."Danny said in relief...and also some guilt.

He felt awful for forgetting about his girlfriend because of that green rage machine

"This was my fault. That monster is my responsibility and because I got side tracked, Katie got hurt. Some boyfriend..."Danny thought, feeling guilty.

Even more when Katie wrapped her arms around him.

"You know Danny, it was really sweet how you worried over me and helped me to the nurse..."She said cutely as she did the walking man on his chest but to her surprise, Danny pulled himself out.

"I don't think I deserve this..."Danny said, only to see the look Katie sent him and he realize what he almost slip.

'I mean...you got hurt and I wasn't there to help you..."Danny said, still guilty.

"What are you talking about? You helped me to the nurse's office and me getting hurt wasn't your fault, it was the ghosts..."Katie said, unintentionally guilt slinging.

"What I mean is..."Danny was shushed when Katie put her finger on his lips.

"Not another word, Danny. I am fine now and that ghost attack was no one's fault. Its not like you summoned that thing or whatever..."Katie said and Danny nodded.

"True..."He admitted.

"It might not be my fault, but it's still my responsibility..."Danny thought but found himself brought back as Katie still had her arms around him, not letting go.

"So...do we still have class or what?..."Katie asked and Danny nodded.

"Yeah, ghost attacks happen so frequently here that as long as the classroom isn't destroyed, class starts again as soon as the ghosts are gone..."Danny said and Katie frowned.

"Wow, they really are used to ghost attacks..."She thought before she got an idea.

"What time is it?..."Katie asked.

"12:15..."Danny said and Katie smirked.

"Hmmm...we still got 15 minutes before class starts..."Katie said as she eyed a nearby janitor's closet and sent a knowing look to Danny.

Danny soon found himself being pushed inside and the blonde girl closed the door.

"Katie...are you sure about this? I mean...the other day was one thing but...what if we get caught?..."Danny asked.

"It'd be worth it..."Katie said before locking the door.

"Now, come to mama!~..."She said as she lunged at him and soon began making out with him.

"Mmmm..."She let out as her leg was once again popping during the kissing.

"I gotta admit, she bounces back fast..."Danny thought as he closed his eyes and found himself making out with her again.

The blonde girl began moaning as she placed more on kisses on his lips as she kissed him with hormone induced passion.

"Mmm...Mmmm!..."She let out, enjoying this.

"Whoa!..."Danny thought as Katie began tonguing him again, causing the ghost boy to go beat red.

The dark haired boy suddenly remembered something but soon pulled away.

"Wait!..."He said.

"What?.."Katie said, wondering why the kissing was cut shot.

Danny soon saw her expression and felt bad about it but had to be clear on something.

"I...Katie, look. Can you just promise not to cover my entire face with your lipstick like last time...I mean...I forgot my handkerchief and well...we still have class...plus, I rather not give the guys another reason to be jealous..."Danny said and Katie giggled.

"Oh, okay...I guess we'll hold back a bit..."Katie said as she went back to lip-locking with him.

Enjoying the fact that she now had him all alone with her.

15 minutes later

Class had started again, in spite of the attack from the monster, just like Danny predicted.

About 30 seconds after the bell rang, Katie and Danny both walked into the classroom. One of them had a satisfied look on their face and the other had a faint blush that wasn't noticed by the teacher.

"You're late again, Mr. Fenton...and you seem to be tardy Miss Kaboom..."Mr. Lancer said.

"We're sorry, Mr. Lancer. I got lost and Danny went to find me..."Katie lied, using her innocent face.

The educator sighed.

"Since it's your first day Miss Kaboom, I will give you a warning but you know the rules, Mr. Fenton..."He said to the boy who seemed lost in thought.

"Mr. Fenton!..."The teacher yelled again.

"Huh? Oh, sorry Mr. Lancer..."Danny said while some students snickered.

The teacher frowned before Danny and Katie went back to their seats.

Katie just innocently took notes while Danny's mind was still on what recently happened in the janitor's closet and how Katie seemed even more enthusiastic for some reason, even if she "held back" in closet.

And by that, he means that she just stuck to lip locking and frenching him instead of kissing every inch of his face like on their last two dates.

"I just made out in the janitor's closet with a hot blonde...twice..."Danny thought, still feeling all the kisses and touches she had given him.

He sent felt someone place a note on his desk. It was from Katie, who sent him a wink, before going back to her notes.

Danny sent her a look before he opened the note and blushed when he saw the message in it.

"If you play your cards right, there's more where that came from after school... Pookie bear..."Was written in beautiful pink cursive ink.

"Oh boy..."Danny thought as he glanced at Katie who quickly flew him a kiss and kept giving her boyfriend lovey dovey stares while classes continued.
