10. Chapter 10

A scene opens up with Atomsk and TME talking.

"Boy, last chap was interesting." Atomsk said.

"No kidding, a lemon with Naruto and Sakura with Lillum joining in though not much was seen with that, beforehand Naruto is trying to up his calligraphy skills so he can make a somewhat decent trap, not much else happening… what do you say we make chapter 10 the final Wave arc chapter?" TME said while he grins at Atomsk.

"No problem that… unless you want to continue a bit with the lemon." Atomsk said with an amused smirk.

"Nah, would need a reason why Naruto would wake late, after all it was canon he was late but since it wasn't from training…" TME said while he shrugged.

"Besides we can have a lemon after the Wave battle so we can make this chapter a bit longer if needed, not much but some." TME said while he looks amused.

"Works for me." Atomsk said before looking thoughtful.

"Wonder if Naruto and Touka would fight in this."

"Oh big time, would be traps VS water Jutsu though so lets hope Naruto's traps don't get soggy before activation." TME said while he could see how Naruto would get in trouble.

"True but hey, it's Naruto. He gets himself in big issues but can get himself out." Atomsk said.

"Well unless he makes some issues worse like he did with Touka and stuff, now there maybe an issue with her causing trouble between the missing Ninja team and the Konoha team." TME said while he remembered Touka getting angry with Naruto and stuff.

"True but maybe Naruto can try and fix this." Atomsk said.

"Maybe, either way it will be combat time so… time to get in the story!" TME said as the scene shifts to…

Land of Wave/ Tazuna's home/ guest bedroom

"Come on Naruto wake up!, seriously what did you do to keep you knocked out like this." Emerald said as he tried to nudge Naruto a number of times but no matter what he did, Naruto didn't wake as Kurama looks amused while she stands next to a blushing Sakura.

"Hehe, you're more durable than you look Pinky, maybe I should really go all out later to see how many tails worth of energy I can use on you." Kurama teased while she grins at Sakura.

Sakura blushes more at this.

"N-No comment."

Kurama chuckles more as the trio of Emerald, Kurama, and Sakura went to the others down below with Inari and Tsunami upstairs so the group could talk without much issue.

"OK, bad news is that Naruto is still out, so he won't be with us for a bit… seems whatever Naruto did last night, really took it out of him." Emerald said as Lillum looks amused.

"Well I could explain what happened but most of you probably already know what happened already with this sentence alone." Lillum said with a teasing grin.

Kakashi eyesmiles a bit as Helios giggles.

Sasuke though surprised but slightly amused.

"Guess Naruto can cross that off his list." He said as Sakura was embarrassed.

"Not funny guys!" She said.

"You're right… its Hilarious that you pretty much screwed Naruto into a sex coma and now we have to leave without him for the bridge so Tazuna can work while we make sure Zabuza and Gato don't try anything, same with that Touka woman." Helios said while she gave Sakura a half lidded look.

Sakura gulps.

"I-I didn't mean for that to happen." She said though her Inner self well…

"Yeah right. You really wanted more from Naruto. Especially when you rode that cock like a Whore."

Some look amused while some didn't as Helios looks at Serina.

"Lady Serina, could you wait here with Ruby and Jirai Gumo so that when Naruto wakes, he can know where to go if we're not back?" Helios said while she looks at the Spider boss.

Serina sighs a bit at the predicament.

"Of course." She said.

"B-But shouldn't we help papa at least?" Ruby said with a worried look.

"Don't worry Ruby, I'm leaving you the important job to make sure Uncle Naruto gets to where he needs to go, think like this, we handle the heavy work, you handle the brainy work as the support." Emerald said to try and help Ruby feel better as he pets her head with his normal hand.

This made Ruby feel better.

"Okay." She said with a cute smile.

Emerald gave a small smile from this as he looks at Serina, Jirai Gumo, and Ruby.

"Hold down the fort till where back, soon we should give Ruby a tour of her new home at Konoha at the Namikaze compound." Emerald said as the Ninja left with Tazuna leaving Serina and Jirai Gumo with Ruby as Tsunami and Inari came back to the room.

"I see that everyone else left to help my father." Tsunami said.

"Indeed, don't worry once Naruto wakes and he gets to the bridge, as long as things work out things should go well for the town." Serina said as Inari scoffed at this while he crossed his arms.

"Like that will happen with Gato in charge, he could just blow the bridge up or something, heard Ninja use those bomb things." Inari said as Ruby frowns and hopped off Serina's lap and bopped Inari on the head.

"OW!... what was that for!" Inari said while Ruby frowns.

"For being a down in the dumps thats what, papa and the others won't lose to that mean Gato man." Ruby said while she glared at Inari.

Inari frowns.

"Listen here little girl or… whatever you are. No one can beat Gato. Look what he did to my village and the people in it. You don't understand the hardships we are all facing."

"Maybe not but when I looked Gato was a small man smaller than most, whats stopping you and others from just ganging up on Gato and making him pay!... I mean I've been alive for a few days yet I can see how messed up this town is… may as be what mommy said and its just a town waiting to die!, more so when grumps like you are in it who just think the worst." Ruby said while she frowns at Inari.

Tsunami was concerned before looking at Serina to see if she should say something.

Serina sighs as she looks at Ruby.

"Ruby enough, even if you do bring up points the both of you, it doesn't change the fact that Emerald, Kurama-chan, Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke, Helios, Lillum, and the rest of us here will do what we came here for, so let's just see Inari if fate does will the Wave to wash away under Gato's tyranny… or hopefully get better if we all work together to make sure Gato doesn't do this to other places." Serina said while she picked up her daughter though Ruby stuck her tongue out at Inari before looking away as Inari did the same with crossed arms… though…

Tsunami looks at Inari.

"You know… he would be disappointed with how you're acting up."

"And what can he do now!... Gato killed him and he will do the same to us all!" Inari said before he ran off while he had a angered look on his face while tears ran down his cheeks.

Tsunami had a sad look on her face.

"Kami… feels like I'm failing as a mother."

"Eh its not your fault Tsunami… just give it time… sooner or later someone will get Gato and pretty much his empire will fall… doesn't matter how strong or influential someone is… everyone has a weakness…" Jirai Gumo said before he yawns and moved to sit against a wall to nap.

"I guess you're right, Jirai Gumo." Tsunami said as she went to cover JG with a blanket.

Though she kissed his head for a second surprisingly enough.

Not sure how that happened or maybe it was just Tsunami being caring, either way as Jirai Gumo opened an eye for a moment but closed it while he slumbers.

As this happened, the scene went to the bridge with Emerald standing near Lillum and Kurama while they watched the Bridge builder and his workers work on the bridge more, Helios, Kakashi, Sakura, and Sasuke were on the other end keeping lookout at the end of the bridge not finished yet as Emerald noticed Haku approaching though he sensed other presences nearby.

"Hey Haku-Chan… guess the meeting is here huh?" Emerald said while he didn't see Zabuza or the others with him… must be nearby since he could feel eyes looking at him.

"Yes. Sorry if I'm the only one present for now." Haku said.

"More like Zabuza and his two men won't come out of hiding… I can sense them nearby… and more…" Kurama said while she looks irked.

"This wasn't a trap to fool us, was it so you could take out Gato after and that Touka chick?" Kurama said while she looked irked since she did like Haku but didn't like the situation right now with how many people she could sense… and that number starts to grow.

Haku shook her head.

"No. Not from us." She said.

Though to many people's shock, a few Kunai was thrown from some hidden direction making Emerald use his canister like seal to block them from hitting Lillum as a few of Gato's men came out of hiding with twisted grins.

"Hehe, looks like you really got them fooled Haku, seems the plan went without a hitch." The Goon said making Lillum and Kurama looked irked while Emerald looks at Haku's body language to try and read what was going on when she looked surprised as Emerald looks at Kurama and Lillum.

"These punks are lying… Haku step back, these guys are trash so only one of us has to deal with them." Emerald said though for some reason mist starts to creep onto the bridge… this made Emerald wonder if Zabuza was doing this but the goons grinning instead of looking worried made his eyes widen as he looks at Kurama.

"Get to Tazuna and his workers now!" Emerald said when he realized what was going on now… Touka may have plans to deal with Emerald and Zabuza's teams but the fact of the matter was that both teams were going after one person for two different reasons… to kill or protect the bridge builder and if Zabuza's team was iffy on this, may as well force some hands by trying to target the bridge builder to cause chaos.

Lillum and Kurama narrow their eyes as they quickly went to help the workers.

Though as this happened, to many peoples shock, Bruno appeared from the fog and boy did he look hostile… Emerald thought this was genjutsu but Emerald having to raise his canister arm to block a downward attack from Bruno caused Emerald to growl when his feet cracked the ground under him while Haku looked shocked when Bruno did this… just what was going on here!?

"Bruno what are you doing?!" Haku said with a shocked look.

Though Bruno didn't seem to register Haku when Bruno growls as he channaled chakra into his arm and nearly pushed Emerald through the bridge but Emerald using a quick shadow clone and substitution made it so he was able to get free as Emerald wracked his brain on why Bruno was attacking him… than it hit him… sure Emerald and Haku may know each other a little and have some trust but Zabuza, Grigori, Bruno… these three have none and if Touka was using some hidden mist Jutsu and some of Gato's minions as leaf ninja in disguise on Zabuza's end…

"Fuck… this is not good." Emerald said while he really didn't like this… if it was genjutsu he would know with his arm but right now this wasn't that… just straight up trickery and Touka was playing everyone for fools and Emerald couldn't do much when he had to avoid a hit from Bruno since the guy was like a literal wrecking ball and Emerald looks at Haku.

"Haku find Kakashi or Zabuza and make them see reason!... this is a plan from Touka to cause issues!" Emerald said before he punched Bruno's fist with his canister covered one which knocked Emerald back but he was unharmed since Bruno hit his sealed arm.

Haku's eyes widened at this.

"Alright but be careful." She said before she went to find either Ninja.

As Haku ran off, she moved to equip a mask she had just in case so she wouldn't get hit by projectiles in the face… but she heard many conflicts going on with swords to her left and she ran into a fight with Sasuke and Grigori… the kicker was that their blades were going so fast that the mist around them looked to be pushed away and the concentration… no way would she be able to get involved without getting sliced to pieces… even if she used her Kekkei genkai or bloodline technique, she would get serious injuries at best.

Sasuke noticed Haku and was mad before Haku tries to stop this.

"Grigori stop. We're being tricked." Haku said.

Though it was pointless when the two Swordsmen ninja didn't let up… before Haku could try again some kind of rope came from the mist and got her around the right arm… it pulled her away from Grigori and Sasuke while they were too busy fighting… and Haku saw when she was pulled to the edge of the bridge Touka standing over her on the railing.

"You know you really should keep your nose out of this before you get killed for following the wrong man." Touka said while she had a cold look in her eyes while she wore her full ninja gear and had a headband for the Mist on her forehead.

Haku was still wearing her mask but she did frown.

"This coming from someone that has bad parental issues and you are basically screwing all sides just to get some prize."

"Sticks and stones bitch, I could care less who wins as long as I get Zabuza's head and his weapon, he fucked my mother over so I have a bone to pick with him… better not think just because you have a kekkei genkai that your anything special." Touka said while she lets go of the rope holding Haku and jumped back from the bridge and into the mist but Haku knew that Touka was just ready to strike now that she had a target so to speak… if not Zabuza than her for trying to stop this conflict… though funnily enough seems Touka emulated Zabuza when she used the hidden mist technique and assassin skills he had.

Haku narrows her eyes behind her mask and breaks free of the rope before going after Touka.

Haku's reasoning for this was because if she was able to capture or kill her, she could end this before things got worse, and if she went after Zabuza and Kakashi… well if Haku lets her guard down, she could be killed by Touka from behind if she was not careful.

Meanwhile as this happened…

"Oh crap I'm so late!" Naruto said as he rushed to get up from his bed while he had a panicked look on his face.

Naruto quickly got dressed and was now rushing out of the room and to the front door.

After he ran out while saying a quick goodbye to the others, he noticed that aside Jirai Gumo sleeping nearby, Serina and Ruby were nowhere to be seen while Tsunami was working in the kitchen… he figured Serina was in town so he was rushing through the forest as fast as he could… however he noticed something making him stop after a minute or two… it was a boar of all things but looked cut up with cut marks as well… and the way the cuts where… it looked like they were heading to Tazuna's house!

"No." Naruto said as he quickly doubled back.

As he doubles back, he remembered some things he said to Inari about him being a coward and stuff… man that left a bad taste in Naruto's mouth now when he thought the worst…

As this happened, a couple samurai like rouges under Gato's employ sliced the door to the building open making Tsunami jolt big time while Jirai Gumo opened one eye as he saw two thug like goons… one had an eye patch and the other had a hoodie on.

"Hehe, well well well, looks like the boss man and the boss lady was right, seems they left the woman alone." The thug with the Hoodie said with a grin as he walked by Jirai Gumo with the man with the eyepatch doing the same when they didn't notice him.

Jirai Gumo was quiet for a moment as he saw this happen and he lightly sighs as he gets up.

"Hey now you two really shouldn't threaten an unarmed lady… honestly don't you samurai have honor or you just thugs wanting to cut someone up?" Jirai Gumo said while Inari, hearing the commotion came by to see this go down with Tsunami looking shocked at Jirai Gumo trying to get the thugs attention from her.

One of them noticed JG.

"Where did you come from?!" He said with a narrow look.

"Err… I was by the wall you slashed open?" Jirai Gumo said as the eyepatch wearing thug scoffed.

"Well sorry pal but you are at the wrong place at the wrong time." The eyepatch bandit said as he was about to draw his weapon against Jirai gumo but Tsunami surprised Inari and JG when she looks at the bandits.

"I-If you harm him… I-I'll bite my tongue… Gato wants a hostage right!?... Doubt that would work if I was dead." Tsunami said while the goons frown at this while Jirai gumo rubs his head.

"You know Tsunami… doing that to protect your kid… honestly rather nice… so much so I may as well wake up a bit… sorry in advance though since I may have to ask Serina to summon spiders to help repair your place…" Jirai Gumo said in a cryptic manner and as Naruto got near the house… he was shocked when he saw the thugs run out of the house and Jirai Gumo in his full Spider form burst forth while he looked pissed.

"Know the term let sleeping dogs lie to humans?... well guess you should know not to wake a Spider who can be easily grumpy!" Jirai gumo said as he rushed the Bandits who had fearful looks as they jump out of the way of Jirai Gumo's charge as Inari and Tsunami came out of the building though to Jirai's chagrin the hoodie wearing bandit noticed.

"Get back inside!" Jirai Gumo said as the bandit in the eyepatch tried to rush Tsunami but Inari remembering many things like Kakashi talking with Inari about Naruto in the past, his father Kaiza's sacrifice, and now Jirai gumo the normally lazy Spider doing this… he really surprised many when he rushed the bandit.

"K-Keep away from my mom!" Inari yelled as the Bandit grins when he went to grab his sword handle and as he was swinging it… it seemed to slice Inari in half but in Inari's place a log was seen confusing the bandit.

"Huh!?" The eyepatch wearing bandit said as Naruto with a fierce look was holding Inari in one arm.

"Bad move man…" Naruto said as he grins.

"You may want to look behind you… seems a surprisingly protective Spider didn't like what you did." Naruto said while the eyepatch wearing bandit looks confused.

"What?" He said before the eyepatch bandit turns around.

This results in Jirai Gumo being right behind the bandit with a leg already swinging his way and the bandit was pretty much knocked through a few trees while the Hoodie wearing Bandit in a attempt to try and sneak attack Jirai Gumo was stopped when Naruto used one of his newest trap seals on Jirai Gumo with a Shadow clone making it… this results in the Sword of the Katana the Bandit used to hit Jirai Gumo but instead of Jirai Gumo getting hurt, the impact seemed to be absorbed and launched back at the hoodie wearing bandit making the Hoodie wearing bandit screaming as he was forced back with a sword like injury on his chest and he was out now… this resulted in Naruto and Jirai Gumo being the winners of this fight.

"Hah! Never mess with Konoha and the spider clan!" Naruto said.

"Hmm… not bad of a seal though still shoddy since it ripped with a sword swing… hope the next one you make does well against Jutsu otherwise you're in trouble Naruto." Jirai Gumo said as he noticed the seal Naruto used was ripped in half before he returned to human form and yawns as Serina while she carried Ruby rushed to the group with a worried look on her face with Ruby looking just as worried.

"Is everyone okay?" Serina said as Tsunami went to Inari as Naruto grin.

"Everything is fine Serina-Chan. These bandits didn't stand a chance against Jirai Gumo and I. Man, first time I saw you mad."

Jirai Gumo blinks at that and scratched his cheek.

"I was mad?... well considering I didn't want those thugs messing with a nice woman like Tsunami guess I got a bit irritated when they threatened her… still doubt I was as impressive as Inari who went to protect his mother." Jirai Gumo said making Serina and Ruby blink as everyone looks at Inari.

"Really?" Ruby said as Inari sniffles a bit.

"I didn't want my mom hurt."

Ruby jumped from Serina's arms and walked up to Inari… she comically enough reached up and pets his head.

"Sorry for earlier… you did well protecting your family." Ruby said with a cute smile on her face.

Inari blushes a bit.

"Yeah well… I'm sorry too." He said.

Ruby smiles more as Naruto got a serious look on his face.

"Hey Serina, can you look after Tsunami and Inari for me?... I really need to get going to the bridge, if Gato's men came here they are probably causing trouble there." Naruto said as he had a serious look on his face.

Serina nods her head.

"Go. We'll handle things here."

Naruto nods his head but before he was about to leave, Jirai Gumo passed Naruto a small stack of paper.

"Here, before you go, special paper I made for Trap uses… should make it so you have a few seconds before the paper rips so make them count." Jirai gumo said before he yawns.

"Thanks sensei!" Naruto said as he takes the paper and runs off.

As this happened, Serina smirks as she looks at Jirai Gumo.

"So… you actually got off your lazy ass to protect a nice lady, I guess even a lazy rock can be moved by a pretty lady." Serina said with a teasing smirk as Jirai gumo leaned away from Serina when she moved closer to him.

"H-Heyy… if I didn't do anything, everyone would be mad. Besides, no one has a right to hurt her." Jirai Gumo said.

"Suuurre… and I'm not a sexy milf who any love to fool around with." Serina said in a teasing manner as Jirai Gumo grumbles as he walked to Tsunami, pats her shoulders and sides before he walked away while many symbols appear on Tsunami's robes.

"There, protective seals and traps so no one can harm her without issues, I'm going to take a nap now so try and not bug me." Jirai Gumo said with a small blush as he walked into the ruined home and walked up the still intact stairs to the intact second floor as Serina giggles a bit.

Tsunami blinks a bit.

"Did I do something wrong?"

"Hehe, no no… though tell me… what do you think of Jirai Gumo?... I mean he did protect you before Naruto got here from what I could tell and since he is normally a lazy ass of a man so him moving for a pretty lady could mean,,," Serina said with a teasing smirk on her face.

Tsunami blushes a bit.

"W-Well… besides the whole…laziness… he looks nice."

"Hehe, well maybe later you could give him a reward for helping you out of a serious jam once things in Wave are settled." Serina said with her and Ruby giggling a bit.

Tsunami was blushing brightly as Inari was confused.

"What reward is that?" He said.

"Oh nothing you need to know yet Inari-kun, why don't you and I try and get some help since we may need it if Gato tries something and Ruby can stay here and get Jirai Gumo if more thugs come back." Serina said while she glanced at Tsunami with an amused look since this would get Inari out of the home and Ruby would just be around the area so no interruptions for her so she can relax after a harrowing experience.

Tsunami blushes again as Ruby gave a firm salute.

"You can count on me mama. I'll make sure Uncle JG gets off his lazy butt."

"Good… keep scouting the area but leave the home alone for a bit… now Inari-kun, lets get going, don't worry, if anyone tires to attack us, well I'm similar to Jirai Gumo in that I'm the Spider boss so I'm stronger than him… and a lot more active normally." Serina said as she starts to walk from the group.

Inari was cautious as Ruby gestures him to follow her mom.

"Don't worry. We got it covered." She said.

Inari did look a bit hesitant but he followed Serina which left Ruby with Tsunami and she salutes to her.

"Don't Worry Miss Tsunami, I'll keep watch for meanies and get Jirai gumo so he can take care of the bad guys, so enjoy wowing him if you want!" Ruby said before she turned into an adorable spider and scuttles away and jumped into a bush leaving Tsunami alone.

Tsunami didn't how to respond to that before she slowly enters her house.

As this happens with Tsunami calming herself now while she hoped her home could be fixed… the scene went to the bridge with Naruto getting near it and he heard the sounds of battle going on but the mist he saw made him hesitate to jump… especially when he saw a damn water Dragon jutsu being launched from it… honestly it made him pale when he pictured himself hit by one or worse… Zabuza's sword… boy that would be a bad end… this did give Naruto an idea since if this Mist was made by a Jutsu.

"Hehe… boy this will be fun…" Naruto said as he quickly starts to write down a trap but funnily enough he taped four of them together in a larger square so he could really make it massive… when he was done he grins at his work… may piss off Jirai Gumo with how it was but if this worked boy would it be an attention getter in a good way.

Naruto than jumped high in the air and screams down at the bridge.

"HEY YOU GUYS BETTER STOP THIS FIGHTING NOW!" Naruto said while on the bridge…

"HEY YOU GUYS BETTER STOP THIS FIGHTING NOW!" Many heard Naruto yell as a large gust of wind was felt around everyone, Zabuza with Kakashi was nearly knocked to the side which ironically saved him from a Chidori… Grigori and Sasuke's swings were knocked to the side throwing them off balance and Emerald for a moment was sucked away from Bruno confusing the massive man when he saw Emerald flailing his arms like he was swimming in the air and to Touka's chagrin when she nearly had Haku pinned was the mist fading fast and a damaged Haku was able to get away as Naruto used some kind of cobbled together trap Jutsu to absorb the Hidden mist Jutsu that Touka made and low and behold all the mist vanished and Naruto lands on the bridge with a grin.

"Oh yeah the hero has arrived!, no more mist tricks with me around HAHAHA!" Naruto said as he threw his head back to laugh as he held up the taped together trap in his hand.

"Naruto?!" Sakura said and she was surprised but glad her teammate made it.

"Hehe, in the flesh. Sorry for being super late, Jirai Gumo and I had to stop two of Gato's thugs from getting Tsunami-Chan." Naruto said.

"Huh!?, what!?" Lillum said while Naruto laughs more.

"Hehe, yeah funny how that happened after I got tired out, guess it was a good thing Sakura-chan knocked me out hehe." Naruto said while he rubs his nose as Kurama and Lillum look at Sakura with amused looks as Tazuna looks away with a blush.

"N-Not a good time Naruto!" Sakura said as Haku got nearby.

"She's right. We need to deal with Gato and that bastard child Touka. She tricked us when we thought more of your shinobi allies came but Emerald saw they were in disguise."

Touka on her end was about to strike Haku from behind as Naruto with a serious look used a Shadow clone to get her out of the way as he used his Chakra blade to block the attack to himself as he dropped his trap.

"Haku get to Kakashi-sensei and Zabuza, I'm not sure where Helios-sensei is since I don't see her, probably a light Jutsu thing, but I'll keep Touka busy… she can't do that mist trick with me having these after all." Naruto said while he grins as he pulled out smaller trap cards he had while Touka looks really annoyed now.

"Should have killed you in town when I had the chance." Touka said while she got a deadly look in her eyes as water formed around her blade though Naruto smirking when he jumped back did get her worried.

"Yeah… I'm not the main threat to you here… better look at the ground since that trap absorbed your mist was shoddy at best…" Naruto said with a prank like grin as Tazuna, Kurama, Sakura, Lillum, and Haku quickly stepped back and rushed from Touka after looking at the ground under her feet.

"What?!" Touka said a she looks down.

What she saw was the four paper patchwork trap Naruto had and it was wobbling ominously… Touka got wide eyes and jumped back but the trap pretty much explodes sending mist flying high in the air like a small mushroom cloud and Touka screams when she was sent flying off the bridge and Naruto laughs when he got a good prank in.

"HAHAHA!... man never underestimate a good prank… really need to fine tune these traps… fun using the enemies own Jutsu against them." Naruto said with an amused grin as he ran next to Haku, Sakura, Kurama, Lillum, and Tazuna.

Haku blinks a bit.

"Is he always prank happy?" She said.

"Like you wouldn't believe." Everyone else but Tazuna said as one like they answered that question so many times it was ridiculous.
