Paw Patrol- Pups help a Saiyan

After an experiment that went horribly wrong, Goku finds himself whisked off to another world; one that had a team of talking pups. Goku will team up with the Paw Patrol whether it be for missions or upcoming threats. And remember, whenever you're in trouble, just yelp for help.

12. Chapter 12: Everest and Goku

The characters of Dragon Ball Z belongs to Akira Toriyama and the characters of Paw Patrol belongs to Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. The only thing that I do own are the OC's of the story. A/N: A different setting, a different pup, a different mission and a different bad guy. And I want you guys to tell me if you're excited for the upcoming Paw Patrol movie. I know I am. Also, I'm going to start adding the opening to future episodes starting with this one.

Chapter Twelve: Team Up Mission- Everest and Goku

A group of people were flying high over the clouds. The Saiyan in the orange Gi, Son Goku, his son in the purple Gi, Son Gohan flew alongside the Namekian in a similar Gi as Son Gohan, Piccolo. They were on their way to meet up with a friend who said she had something to show them.

After a freak accident, Goku wakes up to find himself somewhere entirely new. Soon he is met by a bewildering sight, a boy accompanied by dogs who can talk.

Goku, Ryder and the Pups all take the time to get to know each other. From having fun like telling stories to responding to emergencies. Goku helps the Pups by catching a falling Alex when he fell out of a tree.

Don't stop, there's no fun to be found

Goku, Ryder and the Pups all stood outside the Lookout and saw that a new kind of trouble was brewing. A large shadowy figure stood ominously over Adventure Bay. But the nine looked to each other with grins before charging into action.

Vic Mignogna: We can't find paradise

All we have to do is go! Go! Free your soul!

Standing in a circle, the pups all unleashed their auras from their Mighty powers. In the center of the circle, Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan. Then all eight of them unleashed pillars of their power into the sky.

Vic Mignogna: Dragon Soul!

Soon, Goku, Marshall, Chase, Skye, Rocky, Everest, Rubble, Zuma and Ryder all stood together and posed for a picture with smiles on their faces.

Frozen winds blew across the Arctic region as the day was a little cloudy. He only animals milling about were little penguins. The honked as they waddled, slid down hills on their bellies or dived into water. Some of the penguins had a small tracker attached to their flipper. The penguins suddenly felt a rumbling coming from deep below the ice. When the ice started cracking, all the penguins started panicking. Some were able to get away just as the ice underneath them started to crack, but a few of the others weren't so lucky as the ice caved in underneath them. The penguins squawked as they fell into the inky darkness below. The cracking ice continued around for miles on end.

Deep down below in the ice, the sound of footsteps could be heard walking along a metal floor. Soon, the footsteps stopped before a bunch of headlights turned on. Standing next to the switch was an elderly looking man. His head was mostly bald on the top, he was wearing a lab coat with a long sleeve shirt underneath it to keep warm.

The man walked over to a section of the wall and pressed a few buttons on a very large console. A huge voltage of electricity went around the room and machines started to whir to life. The man looked to the wall on the far side and said, "Come back, Doctor Wheelo! Come back to life!"

He looked up to a spherical glass jar containing an abnormally large brain. The volt of electricity went through the brain's container and a lot of bubbles were created from the activity. The glass container started to glow a dark blue. A red lens opened up and moved about before a deep voice came from it, "Finally! After so long of being in suspended animation."

"Apologies, my lord." The old man said before bowing to the brain. The brain of the doctor said, "Dr. Kochin? My old friend. You have not disappointed me in my revival. How long has it been?"

"Fifty years since the facility had to be placed on light auxiliary power in order to keep you alive." Kochin informed. Then he added, "In total, it's been Fifty-five years since our experiment has brought us to this world."

"And yet not much has changed since leaving our former world behind." Dr. Wheelo said. Then he questioned, "Have you located a suitable body for the transfer?"

"Quite a few actually." Dr. Kochin said with a grin, showing only one tooth in his mouth. Turning back to the console he said, "As you are quite well aware, Dr. Wheelo, that this world is not only different from the one we came from, but that it has a great deal of much more special flora and fauna. Namely, talking canines, felines and so much more."

"Yes, I remember." Dr. Wheelo said in agreement. Then he ordered, "Go on."

"Through observation and analysis, I have deduced the perfect body for you to take and so much more." Dr. Kochin said and typed in a few commands. On a large screen appeared a few images. The lens looked amongst the images and thought about, "Hm. And what makes you think that this 'Paw Patrol' will be worth the effort, Kochin?"

"Oh, great deal, Dr. Wheelo." Dr. Kochin promised. He then went over what he had found, "Not only is the boy a capable genius, but recently the boy's mutts have acquired a certain power from a meteorite."

"Show me." Dr. Wheelo demanded and Dr. Kochin played a feed of the meteor falling to Adventure Bay. Then it showed of the Pups and Harold getting their powers. Dr. Wheelo sounded impressed when he said, "Truly interesting."

"I was mostly thinking of transferring your conscious into the boy while figuring a way to transfer the dog's powers into the body next." Kochin thought aloud. Then he said, "But this is what is most interesting."

"What is it, Kochin?" Dr. Wheelo asked him. Dr. Kochin then said, "While the dogs are indeed greatly powerful, it is these few that are the most powerful."

He showed the images of the Dalmatian, German Shepard, the Mixed-Breed and the Husky. Dr. Kochin then said, "Among the eight who had received their powers from the meteorite that night, they are the most powerful. But the Dalmatian is the most skilled out of all."

"Very intriguing." Dr. Wheelo said. Dr. Wheelo then questioned, "And how do we bring this 'Paw Patrol' to us, exactly?"

"That shouldn't be too hard to do." Dr. Kochin said and typed a few extra keys. A new image popped up and the penguins that had fallen were shown. Each of the penguins had slight bruises or were holding a flipper in pain. Dr. Kochin then said, "These penguins are being monitored by some wildlife organization which was done by the tracking chips in the bands. But thanks to the way these walls block the signal, the organization while become worried and alert the boy and his dogs."

"Thus bringing them to us." Dr. Wheelo finished. Dr. Kochin laughed in agreement to this. He pressed a few more keys and said, "But we may need to test the dog's powers, just in case."

"Agreed. Activate the bio-warriors and have them on standby." Dr. Wheelo commanded. Dr. Kochin nodded and said, "At once, my lord."

The man started evilly laughing as they were eager to put their dark plan into motion.

Over in Adventure Bay, the Pups were busy getting a bath over at Katie's Pet Parlor. Katie was wearing a pink apron for the water as she washed the Pups. Rocky had made sure be the first one to get it over with. Ryder and Goku were watching from the side as the last one was Zuma. The Chocolate Labrador splashed around as he was enjoying it. Ryder and the other Pups laughed while Goku looked about the only room in the building before asking, "So, Katie? You mostly take care of Pups and Kittens?"

"She has had a few other animals in here from time to time." Rubble said as he thought of some of the adventures. Rocky nodded and said, "Yeah, one time she had a goat in the bath."

"A goat?" A confused Goku asked and looked to the blonde girl. Katie laughed and said, "It's kind of a long story."

"Part of a confusing stowy." Zuma added when he remembered. Goku looked to the Chocolate Labrador as he was being washed and asked, "Confusing?"

"Oh, that's a pretty good story." Marshall laughed as the Pups all started to think about it. The sound of Ryder's Pup Pad going off made everyone look to the boy. Pulling out his phone like device, Ryder pressed the button and said, "Hey, Jake. What's up?"

"Something really weird apparently." Jake said and that made everyone look to Ryder. Ryder then asked, "What do you mean, weird?"

"It might be better if I was to tell you in person." Jake said with a worried look. Ryder looked amongst the group and said, "Yeah, I guess that we can swing by when we're done here."

"Thanks, Ryder dude. You're the best." Jake said with a smile. Then he said, "And Everest is gonna be so excited to see the other Pups again."

"It's true!" Someone shouted from the background. It made Jake, Ryder, Katie and the Pups all start to laugh. When he was able to stop, Jake then said, "Later, dudes!"

And with that, the phone cut off. Ryder looked to Katie and asked, "How much longer do you think it'll be, Katie?"

"Don't worry. I'm almost done." The pet shop owner said as she continued to give Zuma a bath. When she was done Zuma hopped out of the tub before shaking himself dry. Ryder then said, "Pups, let's get our vehicles into the Paw Patroller just in case."

"Right, Ryder." All six Pups said before following the boy to the door. But before he left with them, Ryder looked to Goku and said, "Why don't you stay here and we'll come pick you up."

"Sounds good to me, Ryder." Goku nodded with a shrug. Katie then asked, "Would it be okay for me and Callie to come along too?"

"Really?" Ryder asked. Katie nodded and said, "Yeah, I mean, it's been a while since we were at Jake's Mountain, not to mention that I don't get to hang out with Everest all that much."

"Well, I guess that it would hurt." Ryder said, finding it okay. Then he said, "If you'll just wait with Goku, we should be back soon."

"Okay." Katie said and began to close up shop. Ryder looked to Goku and nodded before leaving after the Pups.

It was a few minutes later and Goku, Katie and Callie in Katie's arms were waiting outside the pet parlor. While they were waiting for the Paw Patrol, Katie and Goku looked about as they stood on the sidewalk. Katie then looked to Goku and asked, "So…?"

"So, what?" Goku asked as he turned to her. Katie then finished the question, "So, what's it like being a martial artist?"

"It's a lot of hard work, that's for sure." Goku said as he thought about it. Then he said, "A martial artist has to keep their selves in shape in order to take on challenges and break past their limits."

"Huh, sounds like something that's beyond me." Katie said with a small smile. But she shook her head and said, "But fighting's not really my thing."

"Well, you don't have to learn how to fight just to fight." Goku pointed out. He smiled when he said, "You can also learn it to defend yourself and others."

"I guess you have a point." Katie agreed. The sound of a horn made them both look to their right to see the Paw Patroller rolling up to them. It stopped and the door opened to allow Katie and Goku to get in. When they came up to the cabin, Goku and Katie sat with the Pups on the side while Ryder said, "Okay, Robo-Dog. Take us to Jake's Mountain, please."

"Arf! Arf!" Robo-Dog responded before driving again while Goku and Katie put on their seatbelts. The Paw Patroller zoomed down the streets of Adventure Bay before coming to the outskirts of town. Goku looked amongst the group and asked, "So, what's so special about Jake's Mountain exactly?"

He gasped before becoming excited and asked, "Is it some kind of special training ground or something."

"No, nothing like that." Ryder laughed as he thought it was a little funny. Even the others laughed a little from Goku's guess. Chase then told the Saiyan, "It's mostly a camping ground and Jake uses a ski lift in the winter."

"Huh, sounds neat." Goku said as the Paw Patroller continued to drive out of town.

It wasn't much longer when the Paw Patroller came to the mountains. Skye looked out the window and said, "Hey, we're almost there!"

"Really?" Goku asked and looked out the window. When he did, he saw a tall mountain coming into view. He looked to the others and asked, "Is the mountain the tallest in the area?"

"Yeah it is." Katie said with a giggle. It wasn't much longer when they pulled up to Jake's cabin. When it stopped in front of the porch, everyone unbuckled from their seats. Everyone but Robo-Dog walked out of the Paw Patroller and up to the door. Ryder was the one to walk up and knock on the door. The door opened and a man wearing a red and blue T-shirt, grey pants and a red baseball cap. Jake waved to them and said, "Hey, Ryder! Pups! Katie! Callie! And-"

He became very confused when he saw Goku standing at the back of the group. Looking to Ryder and asked, "Uh, who's your new friend there, Ryder?"

"A new friend? Pawesome!" The voice from earlier said from inside. Jake moved to make room as a young Husky pup stepped into the doorway. The majority of her fur was a grayish-lavender color, while her paws, ears, chest, belly and the bottom side of her fluffy tail was white. Her eyes were a blue color and she was wearing a yellow and teal knit hat on her head. When she saw Goku amongst her other friends she said, "Wow, it's so cool to meet you."

"Hi there." Goku waved to the Husky. Ryder then asked, "So, what's up, Jake? You sounded really worried over the phone?"

"And for good reason." Jake said as his worried look came back. Then he asked, "Ryder, Pups, do you guys remember when we went to go and place those bands on the penguins?"

"Yeah." All seven said as they clearly remembered it. Jake then informed, "Well, I just got a call from the wildlife dudes in the city and they've told me that all the signals from the bands have mysteriously disappeared."

"Mysteriously disappeared?" Rocky said as they were all finding it a little strange. Jake nodded and said, "And they've asked us to go and see what's going on."

"Well, if we're heading towards the Arctic Area, then we'll need to get some winter gear for this mission for you, Katie, Callie and Goku." Ryder said as he thought about what they'll need. Marshall then said, "And snacks. Since we're bound to get super hungry while we're out there."

"Good point there, Marshall dude." Jake said as the others laughed a little.

Everyone rounded up the necessary food, clothing and other gear for going to one of the coldest places in the world. Everyone had packed winter clothing as they were once again back on the road. Katie had packed a pink snow jacket, snow pants, mittens, boots and stocking cap while Callie only had a magenta stocking cap on. Jake planned to switch his T-shirt out for a red winter coat, green pants, a pair of snow boots and blue stocking cap on his head. Goku planned to still wear his Gi under a large blue snow coat. Goku looked to Ryder and asked, "How long will it take to get there, Ryder?"

"A lot longer than it took to get to Jake's Mountain, Goku." Ryder said when he turned his head to the Saiyan. Jake then said, "So, maybe to pass the time, we could get to know each other a little better, huh?"

"Sounds good to me." Goku agreed. Then gesturing between Katie, Callie, Jake and Everest he offered, "Why don't one of you go and tell us about yourself."

"Oh, how we met Everest is a good one." Jake said as he gave a scratch behind Everest's ears. The Husky was clearly enjoying the scratch before saying, "Well, if we're going to tell that story, Jake, then you have to go first."

"Sounds good to me, dudette." Jake said with a thumbs up. He cleared his throat before saying, "Okay, so basically, I was up in the Cold Area just to see what was what up there."

"What was what now?" Goku asked, not understanding what the mountain man was saying. Jake chuckled and said, "Mostly to see if everything was all good up there. See if the penguins were healthy and all that."

"Oh." Goku said, starting to get it. Another round of laughs went through the Paw Patroller. Jake continued with the story, "I called the Paw Patrol to invite them to hang out and help out a little, but I ended up dropping my phone and it fell into the icy cold water."

"Worried about Jake's safety, me and the team hustled to get up there to help him." Ryder said. Everest spoke up, "And as Jake was looking down where his phone landed in the water, the ice started to give out from underneath him. But thankfully, I was able to pull him back before he could fall."

"And after that, me and Everest moved to go and take shelter at her igloo since there was a snow storm was coming in." Jake took over. He laughed when he said, "Me and her had a pretty good long walk, we went bellybogganing, saw a good number of penguins and there wasn't much trouble."

"Bellybogganing? What's that?" Goku asked, never hearing of something like that. Everest had a big grin when she said, "It's where you slid down a snow-covered hill on your belly."

"Huh, sounds interesting." Goku said before letting them continue. Chase then took over, "While they were walking through the snow, we ended up driving on a frozen lake that started cracking on us."

"But thanks to Robo-Dog's driving, we were able to get out of that situation quickly." Rocky nodded. From the driver's seat, Robo-Dog turned his metallic head back and barked his thanks, "Arf! Arf!"

"Unfortunately, we never did make it to Everest's igloo since the snow storm hit." Jake shook his head. Everest then said, "But thanks to some digging in a huge hill of snow, we were able to wait the snow storm out."

"But ended up getting buried too." Jake laughed. Katie then asked, "So, how exactly did you get out?"

"With these babies." Everest said and held up her paws. Everyone grinned to this. Skye took over, "The Paw Patroller reached the spot that the computer had locked onto."

"We started to search for Jake and Everest after finding their tracks." Rubble said. Zuma took over, "And thankfully, we wewe able to find them just in time."

"Yeah, they were trying to get across a bridge of ice and it started to give way." Marshall said. Everest looked to the other Pups and Ryder with a grateful smile, "And thanks to their quick actions, me and Jake were able to get to safety."

"Nice." Goku said and gave a thumbs up to the Paw Patrol. Ryder finished up by saying, "And even though the rescue was a little bumpy, we managed to get them to safety."

"And not only that, but I offered Everest to come to Adventure Bay to stay with me." Jake said and once again gave a scratch to the Mountain Pup's ears. When he stopped, Everest said, "When we got back to Jake's Mountain, Ryder and Rocky were very nice enough to give me my own Paw Patrol gear."

"Oh yeah, that snow plow thingy that I saw in the back." Goku said as he remembered Everest getting her vehicle before they left. Everest nodded, "Mm-hmm."

"What about you, Katie?" Goku asked the girl sitting on his side of the Paw Patroller. She looked to him when he asked, "What's your story?"

"Well, my story is mostly that my parents came from the big city to Adventure Bay." Katie started as she held Callie close. She remembered as she said, "It was around eight years old when I started working in the Pet Parlor and when I was ten, not only did I get Callie here…"

The purple furred cat gave a small meow before resting her head in Katie's lap again. Katie smiled when she said, "But thanks to my dedication and passion for helping out with animals that convinced my parents to let me run the Pet Parlor all by myself."

"Wow." Goku said, really impressed with their stories. Katie looked to the Saiyan and asked, "So, what's your story, Goku?"

"Yeah, tell us." Everest excitedly said. Even Jake wanted to know when he said, "Come on, tell us, dude."

"Okay, since we have a long drive ahead of us." Goku shrugged and got himself ready to tell the story.

The land and air changed around the Paw Patroller as it entered the Arctic Area. Inside the Paw Patroller, Goku finished up by saying, "And that's how I ended up in your world."

"Wow." Everest and Jake both said after hearing Goku's story. Even Katie was surprised to see what the Saiyan had been through. Looking down to Callie she said, "If I hadn't witnessed you saving Adventure Bay the way you did with the tsunami, I'd find it very hard to believe."

"Same here." Jake agreed on that much. Jake then became curious and asked, "So, what was the afterlife like exactly?"

"Well, I wasn't in much pain anymore. Plus, everything looked much nicer topside." Goku said. But he shook his head when he remembered, "Even though I've never been down below."

Everyone started chuckling at that. Zuma then noticed where they were and said, "Hey, we've made it to the Awctic Awea!"

"Yep." Ryder agreed. He pressed a button on his Pup Pad and his chair swerved so he could face the others. A screen came down over the back and Ryder pressed a button on his Pup Pad, "Now we just follow the signal to where the penguins' tracker tags last transmission came from."

"Uh, Ryder, dude." Jake said and pointed at the map on the monitor. It showed large clouds starting to roll in and it made Ryder worry. Then he decided, "I guess we'll need to find some high ground and set up camp before we head out."

"Sounds like a good to me." Katie said with pretty much everyone else agreeing. But as they went deeper into the Arctic Area, Goku's eyes widened when he felt a pretty big power level nearby. He looked out the window to try and see if he could see them. Everest happened to notice the Saiyan's behavior and asked, "Is everything okay, Goku?"

"I think I'm sensing a huge power level out here somewhere." Goku said as he continued to scan the horizon. But with a shake of his head, "But I don't see anything."

"Okay, so we know that something really weird is going on here." Ryder said as he put the pieces of the puzzle together. Looking to the one who lived in the area before he asked, "Everest, where would the best place to set up camp be?"

"Just on a ridge with an over hang about a mile or two from where we are. Just keep going straight." Everest said. Suddenly, a very loud noise could be heard throughout the cabin. Callie nervously meowed while Katie had a worried look when she asked, "Was that a bear?"

"I'm not seeing any out there." Goku shook his head when he looked out the window. Ryder, Jake and the Pups all started laughing and Everest said, "That was no bear. That was just my belly. It gets really loud when I'm hungry."

"Which is like a lot." Jake chuckled before pulling out a pup treat from his pocket. He tossed it up in the air and Everest caught it in her mouth. She seemed to enjoy it as she ate it before commending, "Yummy. Liver flavored."

Another round of chuckles went about the cabin.

They made it to the ridge with the overhang and the Paw Patroller stopped under it. When he was sure that it was safe, Robo-Dog glanced to the passengers and barked, "Arf! Arf!"

"Robo-Dog is saying that it's all clear and that we can get out now." Ryder said and unbuckled himself. The others followed suit and walked out of the Paw Patroller. When they stepped out of the Paw Patroller a gust of wind blew over them and Goku hugged himself, "Oh, man! This is really cold."

"I thought you grew up in the mountains?" Everest remembered. Goku nodded as his teeth chattered and said, "Yeah, but we didn't get a lot of snow around there."

"You gonna be okay, Goku?" Marshall asked as the others came out. Goku once again nodded and said, "Yeah, just give me a minute."

The others lightly laughed while moving to set up camp. They set up a few tents just in case they were there over night while also getting a place for a fire ready as well. Ryder stood at the side of the ridge with his Pup Pad in his hands. Jake came up and asked, "How far away is the penguins' last ping?"

"About a few miles from our current location." Ryder said as he looked over the map. Chase walked up and asked, "So, are going to go out and search, Ryder?"

"Not just yet." Ryder shook his head. Looking up to the gathering clouds he said, "I think it might be best if we wait until the snowstorm has passed."

"Good call." Jake nodded. Pointing back to the Paw Patroller he said, "I'm gonna get some firewood to try and warm everyone up."

"That sounds good." Ryder said and the three walked back to the others. They were currently getting the camp set up. Rubble looked to Goku and asked, "Are you still sensing that power level, Goku?"

"I am." Goku said and looked out to the mountainous horizon. But shaking his head he said, "And I can tell that it's close, but I'm not entirely sure how close."

"Well, let's at least try to get warmed up for the moment." Jake said as he started get the firewood ready. It didn't take too long to start the fire and everyone sat around as the wood burned.

Down below in their lair, Dr. Kochin approached Dr. Wheelo's brain container. The red lens looked to the approaching man and he said, "What do you have to report, Dr. Kochin?"

"I'm pleased to announce that our special guests have arrived to the Artic Area, my lord." Dr. Kochin said with a wide grin. Then he said, "And once the snowstorm has passed they plan to come to the birds' rescue."

"Give them a little incentive to start their search now." Dr. Wheelo ordered him. Dr. Kochin bowed and said, "Of course, Dr. Wheelo. I'll send out the scout warriors to at least cause a little chaos amongst them."

"An excellent idea." Dr. Wheelo commended. Dr. Kochin started pressing buttons and one of the monitors showed a few capsules containing four or five short looking warriors.

Back at the campsite, the group had gotten warmed up by the fire and had a few cups or bowls of hot chocolate. In addition to wearing a few coats, they also had a blanket draped over their shoulders. Goku took a sip from his mug and said, "Mm. This is pretty good." Looking to Katie he asked, "What was it called again?"

"It's called hot chocolate." Katie said as she placed the pot back over the fire to keep it warm. Goku looked to the Pups and asked, "Hey, uh, about that confusing story you guys were talking about earlier. What exactly happened?"

"Oh, that was mostly about a misunderstanding." Marshall said with a shake of his head. But he did start telling it, "It mostly started because I was having a pretty bad day. Every now and then my clumsiness would ruin someone's day a little, especially when I got back to the Lookout."

"When he got back to the Lookout. We were playing with a volleyball and when we passed it over to him, an impressive spike caused me, Zuma, Skye and Rocky to get tangled up." Chase said. Rubble looked excited when he said, "It was about that time when I let them know that an Apollo Super Pup episode was on."

"Even if it was one we alweady watched." Zuma said with a chuckle. Marshall took over, "But before I could join them in watching the episode, I chased after a runaway volleyball. When I came back, I overheard them talking about the episode and was thinking that they were talking about me.

"So, I thought it might be best if I took a small break or something from the Paw Patrol." Marshall said and hung his head. Chase wrapped a foreleg around the Dalmatian and said, "Hey, it was a simple mistake. But just know that we would never intentionally make fun of you."

"That's true." Rubble nodded followed by the other Pups. Marshall then continued the story, "So after an hour or so of being gone, the Paw Patrol started to look for me."

"I was the one who found a goat in the bath tub at Katie's." Rocky said before he shivered from the memory of being wet. A round of chuckles went about the campsite. Rubble took over, "We all searched the entire town. Even some of the farms outside and in the bay."

"We finally found him when he called us." Skye said. Chase then reminded, "Well, it was more after my drone found him in the woods."

"Oh, yeah. That's right." Skye remembered. They both laughed from this. Rubble then said, "And after all that, Marshall needed help to save a family of rabbits that were trapped under a tree."

"Wow." Goku, Jake, Everest and Katie all said. Callie just meowed before laying her head back down. Marshall finished the story, "Once we freed the rabbits, we headed home and cleared up the confusion."

"We did let know how much Marshall means to us all." Rocky said and Zuma nodded in agreement. The Chocolate Labrador smiled when he said, "Even though Mawshall never did get that new volleyball."

"I said I would." Marshall said and playfully stuck out his tongue.

Suddenly, Goku's head snapped up when he thought he heard something. Everyone looked to the Saiyan and Rubble asked, "What's up, Goku?"

"I heard something not too far." Goku said and he stood up. Carefully making his way around the fire, he looked around the ridge to see if he could spot anything. When he looked down the hill, he saw some shapes running through the snow. Pointing down the hill he said, "Down there! I saw something!"

Everyone got up, minus Callie since she was in Katie's arms, and walked over to him. They looked to where he was looking, they didn't see anything. Rubble glanced to the Saiyan and asked, "Uh, not to question you, Goku, but are you sure you saw something?"

"I promise I did." Goku said as he continued looking for wherever the shapes went. But they didn't see any sign of whatever they were. Jake then said, "Look, Goku, dude. I'm not trying to disrespect you or anything, but I don't think there's anything out there."

"I'm not so sure about that." Everest said as she started to smell something. Looking about she said, "It's faint, but not only does it smell odd, but it smells like they have the scent of the penguins as well."

"So, what do we do?" Chase asked and looked to Ryder. The boy seemed to be thinking hard before saying, "If there really is something out here and it's involved the penguins' disappearance, then we may need to check it out."

"The snow seems too deep for a good number of our vehicles." Rocky deduced from looking at the white fluff around them. Jake then said, "I guess we'll just have to go on foot then."

"Well, we might want to split into at least two teams." Ryder suggested. He then said, "Me and Katie will lead one team while Goku and Jake lead another.

"We'll take Rubble, Zuma, Rocky, Skye and Callie with us." He said and gestured to the chosen Pups. Jake then looked to the remaining Pups and said, "Then that leaves us with Everest, Marshall and Chase."

"Oh, Mawshall and Evewest on the same team." Zuma lightly teased. Marshall slightly blushed while Everest looked between the two with a confused look. But before more could be said, Ryder looked to the two groups and said, "Well meet back here at least an hour before sunset. Sound good?"

"Sounds good." Everyone nodded. Jake, Goku, Chase, Everest and Marshall headed down the hill in one direction while Ryder, Katie, Callie, Rocky, Rubble, Skye and Zuma headed in another.

Goku and Jake's group went up the side of a mountain in their search. Goku looked to the mountain man and asked him, "So, Jake. How did you get to run your mountain? Is it kind of like with Katie and her Pet Parlor?"

"Eh, more like I was an apprentice to the previous owner." Jake said as they continued walking. Jake then asked, "So what about your mountain from your story?"

"Huh, Mount Paozu?" Goku asked and glanced to Jake. Then he said, "Oh, it's pretty peaceful most of the time."

"Really?" Everest asked as it sounded neat. Goku nodded and said, "Yep. Most trouble actually happens elsewhere."

"Are we getting closer to wherever that thing is?" Chase asked as his teeth started chattering. Even Marshall was agreeing with him by shivering and saying, "Yeah, it's a lot colder up here than it was back at camp."

Goku, Jake and Everest started laughing from the boy Pups reactions to the cold. Goku then looked to Everest and asked, "Are you still smelling something?"

"Give me a minute." Everest said before raising her nose into the air and taking a few sniffs. When she finished, the Husky looked to the Saiyan and said, "It's faint, but it smells like it's coming from ahead."

"Then let's keep going." Jake said and they continued walking. But as they were starting to walk down the hill, Goku asked, "Is this a good place to try some of that bellybogganing?"

"The hill does seem steep enough." Everest said and looked to Jake. Jake looked down the hill and said, "As long as we get back to searching, then I don't see why not."

"A-Are y-you re-really g-going to do this?" Marshall asked through chattering teeth. Goku looked to the Dalmatian and said, "Come on, Marshall. Doesn't it sound like fun?"

"I don't know." Marshall shook his head. Everest smiled and said, "Well, it's actually really simple. Just follow my lead."

With a happy howl, Everest ran to the edge of the hill before jumping into the air and landing on her belly. She cried out with joy as she slid down the hill. Jake laughed too before joining in, "Look out below!"

He jumped before sliding down on his belly as well. Goku looked to the two and said, "Whelp, see you guys at the bottom."

The Saiyan ran forward before copying what Jake and Everest did and landed on his belly. He laughed as he slid down. Marshall shivered before looking to his best friend and said, "It's gonna be a cold ride…"

"But at least it'll be fun." Chase finished before the two ran forward. They both jumped and started sliding down the hill after the other three.

"Ahh!" Goku screamed as he slid down. Though he thought it was fun, he screamed, "This is so cold!"

"I agree." Marshall said as he came down behind Goku. Everest shouted from the front, "You guys need to grow more fur."

"Show off!" Chase shouted from the back. As he went down, Marshall ended up going over a jump and yelled as he flew through the air. Everyone looked up to see the Dalmatian flying before landing ahead of them. But as he landed, he ended up tumbling and gathered snow around him before it turned into a giant snowball.

"Woah! Woah!" Marshall shouted as the snowball continued rolling down the hill. Soon the snowball collided with a rock wall with a loud thud. When they reached the bottom of the hill Goku, Jake, Everest and Chase got back up and went over to where Marshall's snowball crashed. The Dalmatian's head popped up out of the snow and felt dizzy. Everest asked, "Are you okay, Marshall?"

"Now I know how snowflakes feel when they come down from the sky." Marshall said before shaking his head. Everyone started laughing and Everest and Chase helped dig Marshall out.

Over with Ryder's group, they were walking more along the flatter side of the Arctic Area. They all looked about as the snow whipped around them. Rocky sniffed as he walked around before looking back and said, "I'm not smelling anything."

"Me neither." The other three Pups said in agreement. Ryder looked to the group and said, "We'll keep searching for a little longer before calling the others and heading back."

"Sounds good to me." Zuma said as he shivered. Skye walked up a small hill when something zipped by in the snow storm and it made her yip. The Cockapoo looked about before she saw the shape once again run by. Glancing back she said, "I saw something!"

"What is it?" Katie asked as the others joined her. Pointing with her paw she said, "I saw something running through the snow."

"Should we call for the others?" Katie asked. Deciding to not take any chances, Ryder said, "That might be for the best."

But as Ryder started to bring the Pup Pad out, four shapes jumped out at them. They all cried out as four short, but mean looking robotic plant-like warriors all stood around them. Callie became really scared and Katie asked, "What are they?"

"I don't know. But they don't look very friendly." Skye shook her head. All four of the creatures spoke in unison, "Come with us and none of you will be harmed. Dr. Wheelo has requested your presence."

"Huh?" All seven said in confusion. The beings took a step closer and repeated, "Come with us."

"I don't think so." Ryder said before telling the Pups, "Use your Pup Fu training, you guys."

"Right." All four Pups said as they understood. Seeing that the group was unwilling to comply, the beings prepared for battle.

All four assumed a stance just as the beings came at them. Skye ducked under a swipe from one while Rocky came in with a spin kick that knocked it back. Rubble decided to get a little creative and barked, "Arf! Arf! Shovel!"

The shovel extended from his back and he used it to scoop up a little snow. Then he flung it a creature just as it came at him. The creature covered its face with its arms but it was still covered in the white fluff and stumbled backwards. Zuma quickly took action by running behind it and tripping the creature. Ryder was currently dodging strikes from the other two creatures while Katie and Callie were behind him. One creature disappeared before Ryder's eyes and came behind him. Katie was quick to warn, "Ryder, watch out!"

Ryder looked back just as the creature was about to strike again. Quickly ducking down, the creature missed and Ryder used a sweep kick to trip the creature. It fell on its side and the other creature looked past Ryder to Katie. It jumped over Ryder's head and landed in front of Katie. She screamed and Rubble was quick to notice her plight. He ran with his shovel extended and quickly spun to slam the head of his shovel against the creature's back. The creature fell face first into the snow and Rubble shouted, "Run, Katie!"

Holding Callie close, Katie started to run away from the battle. But before she could get too far, she bumped into someone and fell back. She looked up to see an old man standing in front of her.

Ryder and the Pups continued to defend themselves from the creatures. When he had gained enough distance from them, Ryder once again tried to use his Pup Pad to call for help. But one of the creatures was able to get close enough to knock the Pup Pad from his hands. Seeing that he wouldn't be able to get it back in time, Ryder said, "One of you call for help! Hurry!"

"Okay!" They yelled. Zuma tapped his Pup Tag and said, "Guys! Come in! We'we undew attack!"

"Enough of this!" A voice shouted. Everyone stopped to see Katie being held by the arm by the old man while he held Callie in his other arm. The man then said, "While this little show was interesting to watch, it is time for you come with us, Ryder and the Paw Patrol."

"Just who are you?" Ryder questioned as none of them knew the man. The old man smiled when he said, "All in good time." His eyes narrowed when he said, "Now come. You wouldn't want anything to happen to the girl now, would you?"

"Stand down, Pups." Ryder said, not wanting anything bad to happen to Katie. Rocky, Rubble, Skye and Zuma all stopped fighting and the man gestured for them to follow. Looking to the Pups, Ryder nodded before following after the man.

Goku and Jake's group had made it to the top of the mountain when Everest stopped. She seemed confused when she said, "I don't get it. The trail stops here."

"That doesn't make any sense." Chase said as he too started sniffing the area. The three's Pup Tags suddenly went off and they heard Zuma shout, "Guys! Come in! We'we undew attack!"

"Zuma!" Chase said to get a response, but there wasn't an answer. They were all very worried as Everest said, "We've got to go and help them!"

"But we must be too great a distance from them." Jake said as he looked in the direction of the Paw Patroller. Marshall then said, "Don't worry, Goku can get us there in no time."

"Right." Chase agreed. Even Goku nodded in agreement. Looking to them all he said, "Everyone, hang on to me."

Jake and Everest looked to each other before trusting in Goku. Jake then placed a hand on Goku's shoulder, Marshall, Chase and Everest all held on to a leg. Goku then placed two of his fingers to his forehead and the group disappeared with Instant Transmission to go where their friends were.

The five reappeared around where their friends were captured. But when they looked about, they didn't see any signs of them. Jake shook his head, "I don't see them anywhere."

"Doesn't your Instant Transmission bring you to the target that you sensed, Goku?" Chase asked the Saiyan. Goku was scratching the side of his head and said, "It was supposed to. I don't understand what went wrong."

"Well, why don't we search for clues." Everest suggested. Marshall nodded and said, "Good idea, Everest."

"Then we should spread out but stay close." Jake said and the group began looking about for any sign from their friends.

Down below in their lair, Dr. Kochin was guiding the captured group into the main chamber. When he stopped, Dr. Kochin told his bio-warriors, "Make the girl and the kitty cat comfortable."

"Yes, sir." The creatures agreed before grabbing Katie's arms and taking Callie from her. Skye angrily said, "Hey, where are you taking our friends?!"

"I wouldn't be so concerned about them at the moment." Dr. Kochin said when he glanced to her. With a dark chuckle he said, "I would be more worried about you and your friends."

Ryder and the Pups looked to each other as they didn't really like the sound of what he said. Bright pink lights suddenly came on and they all winced under the bright lights.

Up in the main room, Dr. Kochin, Katie and the bio-warriors walked in. They placed Katie up on a pedestal before attaching chains to her arms and legs. Though she wanted to resist, Katie knew that there was nothing that she could do. When the bio-warriors left her alone, she looked to the doctor and questioned, "Now who are you?"

"We are the future." Dr. Wheelo's voice said from behind her. The sudden voice spooked Katie and she asked, "Who else is here?"

"Young lady, allow me to introduce to you the greatest scientific mind…" Dr. Kochin said as he stroked the frightened Callie's back. Then looking behind the girl he said, "The one and only, Dr. Wheelo."

"Dr. Wheelo?" Katie said in disbelief. She glanced behind her just as the lights of Dr. Wheelo's brain container revealed its contents. Katie stared in shock and disbelief and said, "But that's impossible. If that's really Dr. Wheelo, then that must mean…"

She looked to the old man holding Callie in his arms and said, "You must be Dr. Kochin."

"A pleasure it is for you to meet us." Dr. Kochin said with a cackle. Katie put it together and said, "And I suppose that you two are the reason for the penguins' disappearance, aren't you."

"That we were." Dr. Kochin said with a shrug. Then he added, "But they shouldn't have been so bird brained enough to be above our lair."

"Those penguins did nothing wrong to you." Katie said with a glare. Then she questioned, "What did you guys do with them?"

"I would watch your tone, young lady." Dr. Kochin warned her. But then he answered Katie's question, "But for the little balls of fluff, they're fine for the moment. And they have served their purpose for bringing the boy and his mutts to us."

What he said got Katie really thinking. But instead of asking what he meant, she decided to ask, "But I don't understand. You and Dr. Wheelo unexpectedly showed up at the university in the big city over fifty years ago and were presumed dead after an avalanche when you came up here. So, how are you…?"

"Still alive?" Dr. Wheelo finished the girl's question. The brain in the container answered her question, "It is true, that we should have died. But luckily, thanks to this place that we had built and the technology that we had, we were able to save ourselves."

"And while Dr. Wheelo's body had been destroyed by frostbite and the harsh elements outside," Dr. Kochin continued, "I was able to save his magnificent brain and put it where you see it now."

"But unfortunately, the lab didn't have a suitable power source to run like it does now." Dr. Wheelo explained, "And thus I was kept alive by reserve power while Dr. Kochin searched for a better solution."

"Wait, now that I think about it." Katie said as she began to really think. When she looked between the two scientists and said, "You were the one who took an experimental power source from a far-off lab."

"Guilty as charged." Dr. Kochin laughed as he continued to stroke Callie's back. Katie then decided to go ahead and ask, "So, what do you want with Ryder and the Paw Patrol?"

"Ah, the million-dollar question." Dr. Kochin said. Pressing a few buttons on the console, it brought up a video feed of Ryder, Rocky, Zuma, Skye and Rubble where they left them. Dr. Kochin then said, "As you have seen, the great Dr. Wheelo's mind has been preserved, but without a body, he can't very well bring his scientific genius to this world or our own."

"Wait, what?" Katie asked as she didn't understand either part of what he was saying. Dr. Kochin looked to her with a questioning look and asked, "What don't you get?"

"You're from another world?" Katie asked. Dr. Wheelo said, "Yes, we are." But he decided to drop the matter by saying, "But it is not something that we will discuss."

The lens moved to where it could view the video screen, and it widened before saying, "Kochin, the boy's dogs are not all there."

"Yes, it would seem that they decided to split up. But they should be along soon." Dr. Kochin reassured him. Dr. Wheelo's lens started to move around for a moment and he said, "I sense the sudden appearance of five lifeforms above us."

"That must be Jake and the others." Katie said to herself. Dr. Kochin then said, "I'll invite them in right now."

He pressed a few buttons on the console and the building started to rumble. Katie hoped that her friends would be able to save her and stop these madmen.

Up on the surface of the ice, Goku, Jake, Everest, Marshall and Chase were still searching for whatever happened to their friends. Marshall came over the top of the hill and noticed something in the snow. He shouted behind him, "Hey, guys! I think I found something!"

The other four quickly joined him and looked about. Chase then deduced, "Looks like there was a brief fight here."

"But there isn't a clear sign of who really won though." Everest said as she looked about. Taking in a few sniffs she said, "But I am picking up those scents from earlier again."

"Then we must be close." Goku said just when the ground started rumbling. Looking down to the ground he asked, "Do you guys feel that too?"

"Uh, yeah!" The other four said as the rumbling intensified. The ice started to crack under their feet and it made Goku and Jake grab the three Pups. They ran just as the cracks started to get bigger and chunks started to fall into a deep chasm. The group had run a good distance when the ice stopped cracking but continued falling.

The group turned and gasped when they saw a large building standing at the bottom of the chasm. The building looked straight up spooky and foreboding to them. Chase looked to Marshall and said, "Survey says, that's where our friends are."

"I think the survey is right." Marshall said when he looked to his friend. Another voice suddenly came from the building, "Are you the last of the Paw Patrol?"

"We are!" Goku shouted down at the building. His voice echoed when he questioned, "Where are our friends?"

"Come in and get them if you dare!" The voice taunted and they saw a large set of doors open up. Looking to Jake he said, "Hang on to me. I can get us down there."

"No problem, Goku, dude." Jake said and hung to Everest as best as he could while grabbing on to Goku. Goku then jumped down and carried everyone down to the ice in front of the gate.

Inside the building, Dr. Wheelo looked about of the newcomers. The lens looked about the three Pups before looking to the one in the blue coat. He seemed intrigued by him and ordered, "Kochin, distract the one with spike hair and blue coat. I wish to see his power."

"At once, Dr. Wheelo." Dr. Kochin said as he began punching some keys. Looking up to the monitor he said, "I'll have Misokattsun keep him busy while the others will probably rush in to save their friends."

"Very well." Dr. Wheelo said and stayed silent to watch. Through the monitor, Katie saw which one was Misokattsun and her eyes widened. He looked like a very enormous, yellow ball of putty. The warrior walked off to carry out his orders.

Back outside, Goku and the others landed before the opened doors and they set the Pups down. Chase then said, "Think it's a trap or something?"

"More than likely." Jake said as he looked about the place. They all looked to Goku when he said, "Be on your guard. Someone's coming."

They all saw Misokattsun running out of the fortress before leaping at them. They all became frightened and Goku shouted, "Everyone, move!"

Jake and the Pups ran out of the way as Goku jumped back. Misokattsun ignored the others as he went after Goku. When they were at a safe distance they stopped and looked to Goku just as he dodged a punch from the yellow blob. Jake then noticed, "He seems to be fixed on fighting Goku."

"What do we do?" Everest asked as she wanted to figure out a way to help. Marshall then said, "We'll just have to trust that Goku can handle him long enough for us to find the others and escape."

"Okay, then." Jake said before all four turned and ran into the fortress.

When they were inside, Goku stopped holding back on Misokattsun and unleashed a kick on his face. The yellow warrior's head snapped back and stretched a little before coming forward at Goku with a grin. Goku was very surprised by this and grunted when the head knocked into him and sent him flying. Goku crashed into the ice wall. When he looked up, Goku gasped when Misokattsun came flying at him. Quickly jumping out of the way, the yellow warrior smashed into the ice wall and Goku fired a sphere of Ki at the top. It exploded and ice rained down on the warrior and buried him. Deciding to take the opportunity, Goku quickly turned and followed after his friends inside the fortress. Misokattsun was able to free himself from the avalanche and rushed after the group into the fortress.

From the control room, they had witnessed what the four were shocked from what they had seen. Dr. Wheelo then said, "Incredible. Never would I have guessed that a being from our dimension would come here."

"Y-Your dimension?" Katie asked as she thought that it was very shocking to learn that they came from Goku's dimension. Dr. Wheelo started laughing, "I have decided that I want his body instead."

"As you wish, Dr. Wheelo." Dr. Kochin laughed as he pressed a few more keys and the other two bio-warriors were unleashed. They walked out of their tanks, and Dr. Kochin said, "Kishime, Ebifurya. Go and greet our guests."

"Yes, Dr. Kochin!" Both bio-warriors said before moving forward.

Ryder and his group of Pups were still waiting for whatever was going on when two sets of doors opened up. They looked to one and saw Jake, Everest, Marshall and Chase came running in. Rubble happily shouted, "Guys!"

"You're okay!" Chase shouted as they were all relieved. That was when Everest noticed something and asked, "Where are Katie and Callie?"

"A strange old man in a lab coat took them away." Rocky said as he didn't know where exactly they were. Dr. Kochin's voice came over the intercom, "Your friends are safe and sound. For the moment."

"Don't you dare hurt her." Ryder warned as he looked about the room. Dr. Kochin retorted, "Don't presume to give me orders boy! Just be glad that your friends are still alive."

"Guys!" Everyone heard Goku's voice shout. They looked down the same tunnel to see Goku running up to them. Dr. Kochin's voice said, "Ah, now the gang's all here now."

"Uh, who is that?" Goku asked when he joined the others. Ryder shrugged and said, "I don't know. But he's got Katie and Callie with him."

"But I think we have bigger things to wowwy about." Zuma said as he looked between the two tunnels. They all looked to Misokattsun, a reptilian like creature and a man with pink skin and a pony tail run out of the tunnels. Dr. Kochin ordered over the intercom, "Misokattsun, Ebifurya and Kishime! Keep the one in the coat and the Pups entertained!"

"Yes, Dr. Kochin!" The three warriors said in unison. While a good deal of the group was confused, only Ryder and Rocky seemed to know the name. Shaking his head the boy said, "That's not possible."

"It can't be." Rocky added in disbelief. Ryder then said, "We need to get Katie, Callie and get out of here fast."

"I don't think so." Misokattsun said with a chuckle. Kishime laughed and said, "You're going to be a part of the good doctor's plans."

"I don't think so." Goku disagreed and took his stance. The three bio-warriors took a stance as well. Goku glanced to the others and said, "You guys find a way out, I'll hold them off."

"You won't be alone, Goku." Marshall said as he struck a series of poses and stood with the Saiyan. Not taking his eyes off of the three enemy fighters, Goku asked, "Are you sure, Marshall?"

"I'm hoping that my Pup Fu will be enough." Marshall said as he was hoping that his training would pay off. Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye and Rubble all stood by their side as they too went through a series of poses. Chase looked to Marshall and said, "Between the seven of us, we should be enough."

"Eight." Everest said as she moved to stand with them. Misokattsun scoffed and said, "Please, the man with the spikey hair has a much better chance than the seven of you mutts."

"But don't worry, we won't kill you." Ebifurya reassured with a wicked grin. He threw his hand forward as he shouted, "Because now you're on ice!"

A wind of ice was sent forward at the group and they jumped out of the way. The blast created a trail of ice before impacting the wall. Kishime jumped up into the air and strands of metal wires appeared on his arms before becoming electrified whips. All eight kept on their toes to avoid the ice blasts or electro whips.

From their spot, Ryder happened to notice that the door that Kishime and Ebifurya had come from. He looked to Jake before tapping the Mountain Man's arm. When Jake looked to him, Ryder nodded to the door. Understanding what his friend was saying, both Jake and Ryder quickly and quietly made their way to the opening.

Goku, Marshall and Everest were dealing with Misokattsun while Chase, Skye and Zuma battled against Kishime and Rocky and Rubble fought against Ebifurya. Everyone was on the defensive as they tried to avoid the attacks from the enemy fighters. Goku threw a sphere of energy at Misokattsun, but the bigger fighter smirked as the orb collided against him. With a yell, he sent the orb of energy back at Goku. Goku shouted, "Get down!"

The three dived down to the floor and the orb flew past their heads. It impacted the wall and created a large explosion. Everest looked up and said, "That guy's body acts like rubber."

"And it's able to take hits like a pro." Marshall said as they moved out of the way when the large fighter came down on them. Goku then said, "Let's just see how stretchy this guy can be."

He flew right at Misokattsun and the yellow bio-warrior flexed his belly out. Goku rammed right into the large fighter's stomach and it extended as Goku went further. Misokattsun smirked as he thought whatever the Saiyan was planning wasn't going to work, but he became a little worried that he was still being stretched. From their spot on the ground, Everest took notice and said, "Looks like Goku's starting to slow down."

"I think you're right." Marshall nodded. Looking up to Goku still stretching Misokattsun's belly he shouted, "Goku! You're slowing down!"

Then I guess it's time to crank it up a notch, Goku thought to himself. He shouted, "Kaio-ken!"

A red light came from the Saiyan and both Pups could see it. Misokattsun cried out as his belly began to stretch too much before Goku erupted out of his back. Both Marshall and Everest winched at how gruesome it was and watched as Misokattsun's body fell down and laid flat on the ground. Goku landed amongst the two just as his red aura faded. Everest then said, "Come on! We need to help the others."

"Right." Goku said as they looked to the other fights. Ebifurya jumped up into the air before unleashing a blast of ice at Rocky and Rubble and they jumped out of the way. But when he looked down, Rubble said, "Uh-oh."

Rocky looked and gasped when he saw one of Rubble's paws frozen. Moving in front of his friend, Rocky promised, "Don't worry, Rubble. I've got your back."

"Oh, how sweet." Ebifurya mocked. But he was suddenly tackled into by Everest from the side and knocked back. Everest growled a warning, "Keep away from my friends."

Marshall ran up to Rubble and asked, "How does your foot feel, Rubble?"

"R-Really c-cold, Marshall." Rubble said as he could hardly feel his paw. Marshall tried to think of what to do, and an idea suddenly came to him. Raising his paw, he karate chopped the ice and it cracked a little. He hit it again and Rubble's paw came loose. Rubble breathed a sigh of relief that he could wiggle his toes.

Chase, Skye and Zuma were still on the run to avoid Kishime's electro whips. But when Zuma suddenly slipped, Kishime evilly grinned as he brought one of his whip's down. The Chocolate Labrador gasped when suddenly a shape moved in front of him. Chase cried out in pain when the whip wrapped around his paw and the electricity ran through his body. Skye gasped before looking back, "Arf! Arf! Wings!"

Her Pup Pack's wings extended and she took off into the air. She flew to the right of Kishime as he had his attention on torturing Chase. She collided with the Bio-warrior's head and he retracted his whip to try and get Skye off of him. Chase fell to the ground and Zuma ran up to him, "Chase! Awe you okay?"

"Uh, that was not fun." Chase said as he laid on the ground. A voice said from above, "Don't worry, Chase. I've got this one."

They both looked up to see Goku flying over head towards Kishime. Skye jumped off the Bio-warrior just as Goku landed a kick to the reptilian creature's midsection. Kishime was sent flying backwards before he corrected himself and landed on his feet. Goku reassumed his stance while Kishime reprepared his electro whips again. The Saiyan rushed forward and used Rapid Movement to try and confuse his opponent. Kishime seemed a little confused at first, but when Goku reappeared behind him, he smirked, turned and lashed out his electro whips. They wrapped around Goku and he yelled out when they sent a volt of electricity. The three Pups cried out, "Goku!"

Chase then looked to his Pup Pack and barked, "Ruff! Net!"

The net cannon extended from the pack and it shot out a net at Kishime. The Bio-Warrior cried out when it landed on his head and tried to wrestle it off of him. The whips came off of Goku and he fell onto his knees and took a few deep breaths. Kishime was able to get the net off and turned to the German Shepard and growled, "You're going to pay for that, you mutt!"

"I don't think so, Dude!" Zuma shouted as he came running up with the breather mask extended. Skye came flying up and grabbed the mask before they used it to trip Kishime up from behind. They tripped the green Bio-Warrior yelped as he was tripped up and fell to the ground. When Kishime got back up on his feet Goku came in with a spin kick that knocked the Bio-Warrior off his feet and into a wall. Loose debris from the wall fell over the hole, but the four could feel that this wasn't over yet. The green warrior gave a roar as he came bursting out of the wall. He went after Goku who could barely dodge the attacks from the electro whips. Without looking away he shouted, "We need some way to get rid of this guy! Any ideas?!"

"If only we could use his attacks against him somehow." Chase thought aloud. Skye then suggested, "If only we had some water, then when he hit that…"

"It would make him one big bug zappew!" Zuma finished. Skye looked about before asking, "How about that water pipe there?"

The boys looked up to where she was pointing and saw that it was indeed a water pipe. Both had a smile on their faces as they said, "Huh, that'll do."

Over with the other four's battle, Ebifurya was really pouring on his ice attacks. He had all four Pups on the run as they tried not to get frozen. He fired a shot ahead of them and it knocked them backwards. All four grunted when they hit the floor. Ebifurya grinned when he reared his hand back, "Check mate, doggies!"

He threw his hand forward and time seemed to slow down as Marshall looked up. Without a thought of himself he threw himself in front of the blast. He cried out when the blast hit and incased him in a block of ice. Everest, Rubble and Rocky all looked up and shouted, "Marshall!"

"Ha, ha!" Dr. Kochin's voice laughed over the intercom. Then he ordered, "Ebifurya, toss him up into the air and I'll take care of the rest."

"Yes, Dr. Kochin." Ebifurya nodded in understanding. The three moved in front of the frozen Marshall to try and protect him. But Ebifurya quickly disappeared from view. Everest, Rocky and Rubble looked about before Ebifurya reappeared behind them and picked the frozen Dalmatian up. The three looked back and Everest growled, "You put him down!"

"I don't take orders from you." Ebifurya snarled before throwing the frozen Marshall into the air. His three friends cried out, "Marshall!"

They saw a drone fly into the room and caught the frozen Marshall when he started to come down. But before they could try and go after him, Ebifurya stood in their way again with a grin.

Ryder and Jake walked up a flight of stairs that came to the control room. But before they could try and come up with a plan, Dr. Wheelo's voice said from the side, "It's not polite to linger in doorways, gentleman."

Ryder and Jake were shocked to have been discovered so quickly. This made Dr. Kochin turn to them and he said, "Welcome, my friends. You are about to witness the making of a new moment in history."

"You're not going to get away with this." Ryder said with a glare. It seemed to make Dr. Kochin angry and he shouted, "Silence! I have had just enough of all the insolent remarks."

"Just let our friends go, dude." Jake demanded. Katie then said, "Guys, you have to stop them. They want to take over Goku's body!"

"Wait, what?" Jake asked as it sounded very odd to them. Looking to Ryder he asked, "How are they going to be able to pull something like that off?"

"You have no idea what kind of scientific marvels that we are capable of." Dr. Kochin said with a wicked grin. But the grin fell when he said, "But with your annoyingly, futile resistance it's taking too long for mine and Dr. Wheelo's liking."

"What? Did you really think that we would just hand over our friend for your inhumane experiment?" Ryder questioned with a skeptical look. Dr. Kochin laughed and pointed to Ryder as he said, "Well, to be honest, we were initially going to place Dr. Wheelo's mind in your body."

"Okay, that's way creepier." Jake commented. Dr. Kochin then said, "Oh, you haven't seen how creepy I can be."

He and Dr. Wheelo looked up and it made the other four look up as well. They noticed a drone fly into the room and it was holding on to something. Ryder, Jake, Katie and Callie all gasped when they saw the drone lower the frozen body of Marshall onto the ground. Katie fearfully asked, "Is he…"

"Oh, he's quite alive I assure you." Dr. Kochin reassured them. He walked over to one of the tables in the control room and picked up a laser pointer. With a small laugh he turned and fired the laser. Though it didn't seem to be harming Marshall, it did melt his icy prison and the Dalmatian grunted when he hit the ground.

"Marshall, are you okay?" Ryder asked, hoping that he was. Marshall raised his head and shivered when he said, "Yeah, just a little cold is all."

"Oh, don't worry." Dr. Kochin said as he picked up another device from the table. It looked like a crown made of gold roots. Dr. Wheelo then said, "Hurry and place the device on the canine's head before he can get away."

"As you wish, Dr. Wheelo." Dr. Kochin said with a grin before moving towards Marshall. Ryder was about to rush in and to save his friend when the robots from before appeared and grabbed both his and Jake's arms. When he couldn't get free, Ryder shouted, "Marshall, get out of there!"

Marshall tried to get back up on his paws, but Dr. Kochin acted fast by ripping the firefighter's hat and then placing the device on Marshall's head. Marshall tried to shake the device off of him, but Dr. Kochin just maniacally laughed as the wires of the device tightened. Ryder tried to fight out of the Bio-Warrior's grasp, but they held fast as he and his friends watched in horror. Marshall tried to fight off the device's attempts to control his mind but he couldn't keep it back for long as his head hung forward. When he raised it again and opened his eyes to reveal hazy red eyes. Ryder tried to reach him, "Marshall? Marshall! Can you hear me?!"

But when Marshall didn't answer him, Dr. Kochin just laughed and said, "I'm afraid that he can't hear you. He's completely in the service of Dr. Wheelo."

"Let him go, evil science dudes." Jake demanded as they all glared at the evil doctor. Dr. Kochin just scoffed and said, "All this chatter is starting to annoy me." Looking down to the brainwashed Marshall he ordered, "Go and await for the arrival of the one called Goku. You're more likely the one to subdue him."

"Marshall can't fight Goku." Ryder shook his head, becoming worried for both his friends. Dr. Kochin looked to the boy and arched a brow. Ryder then said, "Goku's fighting abilities are leagues above Marshall's. He wouldn't stand a chance."

"That remains to be seen." Dr. Wheelo said before addressing Marshall, "Go now, and do as you're told to."

Marshall didn't say anything as he moved off to get ready for the rest of the group. Callie decided to do something and looked to Dr. Kochin with a growl. The old man looked to the cat with a questioning look before she swiped at the old man's face with her claws. It caused Dr. Kochin to flinch and drop Callie. When she landed on all four paws she took advantage of this and ran to safety. Dr. Kochin just scoffed before turning back to the monitor.

Back in the other room, Goku was still battling against Kishime while Everest, Rocky and Rubble were on the defensive against Ebifurya. Over on the other side of the room, Skye and Zuma were trying to get the water pipe to burst. Chase moved behind Kishime before firing his net again. The net once again fell over the Bio-Warrior's head and he growled as he ripped it off. With a snarl he turned to the German Shepard. Goku said, "Chase, what are you doing?"

"Getting him into position." Chase said before jumping out of the way when Kishime came at him. Goku was a little confused at first but cast a glance over to where Skye and Zuma were. He then noticed what they were doing and said, "Oh!"

Chase lead the ticked off Kishime to where he wanted him and Goku prepared himself to help out. Chase stopped running and turned just as Kishime made a leap for him. Chase shouted, "Now!"

Goku leapt forward and used Instant Transmission to close the gap. When he reappeared he grabbed Chase from the spot before jumping over Kishime's head. While the green Bio-Warrior became confused as he came sliding to a stop and turned to them. Goku put Chase down as he said, "Excuse me, Chase."

"No worries, Goku." Chase said with a nod. Goku once again leapt forward but this time he turned himself into a ball and flew towards Kishime. Kishime prepared his electro whips again, but he didn't react in time as Goku straightened out his body and kicked Kishime in the chest. The Bio-Warrior cried out as he went flying backwards. Chase shouted, "Zuma! Skye! Move!"

Both Pups jumped away from the water pipe just as Kishime crashed through it. The water flowed down onto the Bio-Warrior and Kishime cried out as electricity shot through his body and electrocuted him. The green warrior's body went through spasms as he cried out in pain. The electricity stopped flowing when Kishime stopped moving.

"Come on." Goku said and the four ran off to help the others.

Rubble and Rocky were running to avoid being hit by Ebifurya's ice beam. Though they were running for their lives, they were also giving Everest the opportunity to sneak up behind the Bio-Warrior. When she was right behind him, the Husky jumped and tackled into Ebifurya's back and it made him stop his attacks. She growled as she hung on and bit into the Bio-Warrior's shoulder. Ebifurya cried out in pain from the bite and tried to get her off.

Goku, Chase, Skye and Zuma arrived on the scene and stopped when they saw what was happening. Rocky and Rubble joined them and Goku asked while not taking his eyes off of the scene before them, "Uh, did we happen to miss something."

"That… Ebifurya guy… froze… Marshall." Rubble said between breaths. That caused the other four to look to them and they said together, "What?"

"Then he tossed Marshall up into the air and some kind of drone took him away." Rocky said. Skye then pointed with her paw and asked, "And that's why Everest has gone into Beast Mode?"

"Yep." Rocky nodded. Rubble agreed, "Pretty much."

Everest released her grip on Ebifurya's shoulder and said, "That's what you get for what you did to my friend Marshall!"

"Get off of me!" Ebifurya said as he reached for her. Everest looked as if she were about to bite him again, but she heard Goku shout, "Everest! Get out of there!"

The Husky heeded the Saiyan's words and quickly jumped off of Ebifurya. The Bio-Warrior turned around with a growl, but it left him open to a kick in the side from Goku. Ebifurya crashed through a wall and Goku fired a beam of energy at him. It struck the hole and created a huge explosion that made everyone brace themselves. When it was over they all looked to the spot where Ebifurya was and could only see a huge pile of rubble.

"We need to find our friends." Everest said as she had a worried look. Rocky then asked, "Then what are we waiting for? Come on!"

All seven made a run for the entrance where the three dead Bio-Warriors came from.

Back in the observatory, Dr. Kochin, Dr. Wheelo and most of their captives had watched how the others had fared. Ryder, Katie, Jake and Callie all started cheering for their friends while the two scientists were impressed. Dr. Kochin said, "Astounding! I knew that he was a skilled fighter, but this Goku person is unlike anything that I have ever seen."

"And the Paw Patrol are performing most admirably." Dr. Wheelo added. He sounded happy when he said, "Perhaps there is more that can be done with them all."

"Don't you dare touch any of them, you creeps!" Katie warned. Dr. Kochin turned to her with a glare and narrowed his eyes. She yelped and looked a little scared from the menacing stare. Ryder then questioned, "I still don't understand something…"

Dr. Kochin turned to the boy while Dr. Wheelo's lens turned to him and he asked, "I somewhat follow on why and how you wanted mine and Goku's bodies, but what exactly do you want with my team exactly?"

"At first, it was mostly to get our hands on the power that dwelled within them." Dr. Wheelo said as the optic widened a little. But then he said, "But know once we extract the canines' powers into one body, they can still be useful to us."

"You're not using any of them." Ryder said as he wouldn't let them hurt his Pups. Dr. Wheelo sounded somewhat amused when he said, "You do not have the means to deny us. You, this world and the world that we came from will fall before our very might."

"Wait? The world you came from?" Ryder asked as it was very confusing for the three. Jake then commented, "That somewhat makes sense. With how these guys act and think, you'd believe that they got it from the Red Ribbon Army goons."

"Red Ribbon Army?" Dr. Wheelo and Dr. Kochin asked. The latter asked, "So, that upstart of world dominating degenerates managed to get started, eh?"

"Uh, started and then was destroyed by our friend Goku." Jake said with a slight grin. Dr. Kochin scoffed, "Serves them right for trying to do anything without our genius."

"Wait, you know them?" Ryder asked. But before their questions could be answered, they heard the rest of the group coming into the room. Katie shouted, "Guys, watch out!"

"Now, my slave!" Dr. Kochin shouted to what seemed like no one in particular. But a yell from above made everyone look up to see a white spinning blur coming down at Goku. The Saiyan blocked a strike with his forearm and he made the thing bounce back.

But they gasped when they saw the thing land to reveal itself to be Marshall! They were confused when Chase asked, "What? Marshall? What are you doing?"

"He's being used by the bad guys!" Ryder shouted to them. Katie added, "It's the device on his head."

"Don't just stand there, dog! Get them!" Dr. Kochin ordered and pointed to Goku and the other Pups. Marshall rose on his back legs and started performing different martial arts poses. When he finished he lowered all four paws back onto the ground.

"This going to be a problem." Rocky said with a nervous look. Goku didn't look away from the Dalmatian and asked, "Why is that exactly?"

"Marshall's the best of us when it comes to Pup Fu." Rocky said. Chase then added, "And he's not as clumsy when he does."

"We'll have to fight him while not hurting him." Rubble said. It didn't sound so easy and Zuma said, "And making suwe he doesn't huwt us, either."

"Enough talk! Go and fight!" Dr. Wheelo ordered and Marshall sprang into action. He came down amongst his friends and used a sweep kick to trip up Rubble, Zuma and Everest while the others moved back. All three fell to the ground with a grunt and Marshall moved in to attack them. But Chase was quick to come in with a paw strike that knocked the Dalmatian back.

Marshall slid backwards before lunging forward with a growl. He and Chase entered a frenzy of attacks that they were able to block before lashing out. Goku looked to the other Pups and said, "Some of you guys go and help Chase with Marshall, and the others see if you can free Katie. I'll go and free Ryder and Jake."

"On it." They said and split up. Dr. Kochin saw them split up and told the remaining Bio-Warriors, "Do not let them escape!"

Two of the Bio-Warriors released Jake and Ryder to fight. They engaged Goku in a fast frenzy of blows which the Saiyan was able to block and counter against. Ryder took the opportunity to kick one of them upside the head with his foot and it caused it to release his remaining arm. The Bio-Warrior looked to the boy and tried to grab him, but Ryder moved out of the way before it could.

Everest and Skye rushed to help Chase while Rocky, Rubble and Zuma ran over to where Katie was being held. But before the Pups could help her, Dr. Kochin shouted from his new perch, "I wouldn't do that if I were you!"

"And why not?" Rubble shouted back just as he made a leap onto the platform. But a barrier activated and it gave Rubble a little shock before he fell back down. Dr. Kochin laughed and he pointed to the Bulldog when said, "That's why!"

"Find out where this thing gets its power from." Rocky suggested as he looked about Katie's platform. Rubble and Zuma helped him in their search. Ryder had climbed up onto Dr. Kochin's platform and tried to sneak up on him. Dr. Kochin surprised him by saying, "You really shouldn't be playing up here, little boy."

"Let my friends go!" Ryder said and prepared himself to fight. Dr. Kochin just sighed before turning and raising his left hand to the boy. Ryder found it confusing before the fabric of the sleeve tore to reveal a metallic arm. He gasped in shock when it turned into a Gatlin Gun. Ryder quickly jumped off the platform when he started to open fire. Dr. Kochin laughed as he fired his arm after the running boy.

Chase, Skye and Everest weren't making any headway of stopping Marshall as he was able to block all of their attacks and landing a few hits of his own. Chase jumped back and fired his net just when Marshall leapt at him. The net seemed to slow Marshall down enough for both Skye and Everest to tackle him to the ground. Chase rushed over and moved the net to where Marshall's head was uncovered. He tried to pry the mind control device off of his friend's head but couldn't seem to make it budge. Everest said, "We should try to reach him."

"How?" Skye asked as the Dalmatian underneath them struggled. Chase then suggested, "I don't know! Try talking to him… or true love's kiss!"

The second option caused Everest to blush, so she decided to try the first thing. Looking down into the red hazy eyes of her friend she said, "Marshall, please snap out of it. You're a member of the Paw Patrol. You're our friend."

But it didn't seem to be enough as Marshall started growling while trying to fight the three off. They were all caught off guard when he calmed down before twisting his body into a spin and it threw them off. All three Pups grunted when they landed and looked up to Marshall as he escaped from the net. He turned to them and prepared to fight once again.

Goku was able to jump over three of the four remaining Bio-Warriors before going at the last one still keeping its grip on Jake. He jumped and shouted, "Jake, duck!"

Jake did as his new friend said and quickly lowered his head. He felt the Bio-Warrior's grip release when Goku kicked it in the head. It went flying and crashed against the console. It got back up and jumped to stand with the others. Jake looked a little worried while Goku prepared himself. All four of the Bio-Warriors jumped at them and Goku leapt forward as well. He quickly spun around and hit all four of the machine creatures with a Dragon Kick. The kick knocked all four away and they hit the ground hard. Goku landed back in front of Jake, they watched to see if the creatures would get back up again. When they didn't, Goku looked to Jake and said, "Go and help Ryder. I'm going to see if I can't help Chase and them with Marshall."

"Good luck, dude." Jake said before running off. Goku looked over to where Marshall was fighting against Everest, Skye and Chase and moved to help out.

Over with Rocky, Katie, Rubble and Zuma, they were still working on trying to free the girl. They looked at the wires attached to it and Rubble asked, "Eenie-Meenie-Minie-Mo?"

"Uh, that's a bad idea, dude." Zuma said with a shake of his head. Rocky agreed when he said, "We can't just go with our guts on this one. We could end up electrocuting ourselves or Katie."

"Yeah, neither of those sound good." Katie said as she became fearful. But before they could keep searching for a way, Ryder shouted, "Look out!"

They looked to see the boy still running away from the stream of bullets coming from Dr. Kochin's Gatlin Gun arm. All three Pups ducked behind Katie's platform and Ryder jumped behind it as well. Katie cried out as the bullets came flying at her, but thanks to the force field they were stopped before they could hurt her. Dr. Kochin quit firing his weapon and shouted, "What's the matter, you little brat? You and your mutts can't handle a problem of this magnitude?"

"My Pups can handle anything that they come across." Ryder retorted when he peered around the platform.

Back over with the three trying to stop Marshall, he had once again knocked Chase and Skye to the ground. Though she didn't really know any Pup Fu, Everest was holding her own while still trying to get through to her friend. She jumped back when Marshall tried to swipe his paw at her and said, "Marshall, please! I don't want to hurt you!"

But Marshall didn't seem to acknowledge her voice as he leapt up into the air and came back down with his hind paw outstretched. Everest was about to move out of the way when Goku appeared between them and blocked the kick with his arm. Grabbing the leg with his paw, Goku held Marshall upside down and said, "Easy there, Marshall! It's going to be okay."

Once again he didn't seem to hear them as he started swinging his body. Goku and Everest were confused by this until Marshall rose up and struck his paw at Goku. Goku reared his head back to avoid getting scratched by Marshall's claws but in doing so released his grip on the brainwashed Pup. Marshall took advantage of this by spinning around and used his free leg to land a kick to Goku's side. The Saiyan let out a small cry as though it did hurt a little, but it wasn't that bad. Marshall landed on his front paws before maneuvering to where he stood on all four paws once again.

"Marshall." Everest said. Goku looked down to her and said, "Don't worry, Everest. He's still in there."

"We just need to get that thing off of him." Skye said as she and Chase quickly rejoined them. All four looked to the device on Marshall's head and knew that without it, their Marshall would be in control of himself again. Goku wished aloud, "I'd try to hit it, but I might end up hurting Marshall as well."

"Then we have to hold him down and try to get it off that way." Chase suggested. Seeing as they didn't have anything better, all four of them rushed at the Dalmatian. Marshall met them halfway when he also charged forward. Marshall jumped up into the air and somersaulted over them before coming behind them. All three turned to the Dalmatian as he landed and turned before launching at them. Goku went on the defensive as Marshall came right at him and the two entered a frenzy of blows. Goku had to remain on the defensive so he wouldn't hurt Marshall.

"What are we going to do?" Skye asked as she didn't have any good ideas to help their friends. Chase shook his head, "I don't know."

They heard sniffling coming from behind them and turned to see Everest with her head hanging. Chase looked to Skye and said, "But we better think of something fast."

"Like that will be of much help." Dr. Wheelo sarcastically said from his spot. Chase and Skye looked over to where the brain was being kept and the disembodied brain said, "Nothing will break our hold on the one called Marshall. And we will acquire both your friend's body and your powers. It would be best if you all surrendered now."

"You." Everest angrily said, making both Pups look to her. The lavender Husky had a really angry look on her face as a few tears fell from her eyes. She shouted, "This is all your fault."

Everest began to think of all the happy times that she had with her friends. She thought of the good times that she had with Jake, Ryder, Chase, Skye, Zuma, Rocky, Rubble and especially Marshall. She thought of the day when she first met Jake, Ryder and the other Pups. Everest didn't say anything at first, but she felt a certain connection with Marshall. And the thought of him or her friends in danger like this made her so angry.

She growled as her irises flashed icy blue and the air around her started to change. Chase, Skye, Goku, Marshall, Dr. Kochin, Ryder, Jake, Katie, Callie, Zuma, Rocky and Rubble all looked to her as the air started to feel really cold. Everest shouted again, "THIS IS ALL-" She threw her head back as a freezing aura shot out, "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!"

The aura expanded and caused the entire room to shake and it made everyone fall to the floor. Dr. Kochin looked to Everest and said, "What's the matter doggy? Don't like barking up the wrong tree?"

While most of the team looked a little offended by the comment and one was confused, it only seemed to make Everest even more mad. Dr. Wheelo's optic narrowed at Everest before widening as he could feel that something was wrong. Looking to his colleague he said, "Kochin, stop upsetting her."

"I think I hear your pack howling for you." Dr. Kochin jabbed at her. Everest continued to growl and she created another cold wave of air from her. Dr. Wheelo urged, "Kochin! Stop it!"

"You let my friends go!" Everest howled before she did something amazing. Both her eyes and her forepaws glowed icy blue as a dome of energy formed around her and the intense wind from it caused the room to shake again, only this time the ground around her started to freeze. With another howl, she sent shards of ice flying in multiple directions. Some of the shards embedded themselves in the wall, the console and the ceiling. Her icy aura continued to expand and it passed over everyone. When it came over Marshall, the icy air caused the device on the Dalmatian's head to crack before some of it fell off of him. The color of Marshall's eyes returned to normal. He shook his head and the rest of the device fell. The Fire Pup of the Paw Patrol felt like he had been dreaming the entire time. He looked about and said, "Guys? What's going on?"

Everyone but Everest, looked to their friend and saw that he was himself once again. They all cried out, "Marshall!"

"Interesting." Dr. Wheelo said. But his words seemed to only fuel Everest's anger. With another howl the dome of icy wind expanded and it caused everything to bend away from her. Her increase in power caused pipes to burst and sparks to fly from the console and other places in the wall. It even seemed to upset Dr. Wheelo as he cried out.

Everest looked like she was about to let loose another blast, but a paw and hand on her shoulder made her gaze soften as she looked on both sides to see Marshall and Goku standing beside her. Marshall had his grin again as he said, "It's okay, Everest."

"And it's all thanks to you." Goku added with a proud grin of his own.

Up on his platform, Dr. Kochin rose up on his feet and looked to the three. Raising his gun arm again, he was very angry when he said, "Enough games!"

But before he could open fire, Callie came screeching through the air towards the mad scientist. She latched on to his face and started scratching him. Dr. Kochin cried out as he tried to get the cat off of him. Jake came running up behind the scientist before knocking into him with his shoulder. Dr. Kochin cried out as he fell and Callie quickly jumped into the mountain man's arms. Jake caught her and held her close just as Dr. Kochin hit the ground. The old man groaned in pain before getting back up. When he looked to the group, everyone gasped at what they were seeing.

Instead of Dr. Kochin's face being all bloodied up from Callie's scratches, they saw that there was metal skull underneath. Everyone was very shocked and Rocky asked, "What did you do to yourself?"

"Becoming the only thing that can out live a fragile human shell." Dr. Kochin said as he rose up onto his feet. He was about to raise his arm again when they all heard Dr. Wheelo start to laugh. They all looked to where the brain was and his laughing became maniacal as the wall started to crack. Everyone cried out as the shaking started to intensify and more of the room started to fall apart. Dr. Wheelo sounded ecstatic when he said, "Yes! Yes! You are all more than I could have hoped for.

"And it will be so satisfying to wield all your powers once I have defeated you." He finished just as the wall around his container broke away. A giant robotic shell emerged from the wall. It had a large black torso while having three toed feet, two pincer like claws on both hands and a long whip like tail. Dr. Wheelo took a step forward and it caused the floor to crack with each step he took. Dr. Wheelo raised a hand and opened the claw. A red light came from it and Goku shouted, "Everyone! Move!"

Everyone but Katie dove out of the way as Dr. Wheelo shot a blast of energy. The blast shot through the room before impacting against the far wall. When the blast subsided, everyone could feel a cold air from the outside. Goku looked to Dr. Wheelo and said, "You've got to stop this! You're going to destroy everything!"

"All of this can be rebuilt." Dr. Wheelo said as he gestured to the destroyed lab. But then pointing to the team he said, "But I won't have my right to a new body be taken away from me."

"Well, I'm not giving you my body!" Goku shot back. Ryder then added, "And you're not getting your hands on any of us either."

"Enough!" Dr. Wheelo roared before firing another shot at them. Goku quickly threw his hands forward and fired his Kamehameha at him. The two attacks collided against each other and the two entered a power struggle.

The others cried out as the heat was intense and it caused the building to shake once again. Dr. Wheelo's attack was starting to over take Goku's, so he decided to kick it up a little. A red aura started to form around him when he shouted, "Kaio-Ken x 3!"

The red aura extended through Goku's Kamehameha and it started to push Dr. Wheelo's blast back. But when the mad doctor put more power into his attack, Goku smiled as he knew that he had an ace up his sleeve, "Kaio-Ken x 7!"

His red aura intensified and his attack caused a huge explosion. Everyone cried out as the explosion shook the room and destroyed a good deal of the ceiling. The blast even caused Dr. Kochin to be flung back and landed near the edge. He started to get back up when the floor started to shake. Dr. Kochin looked to his comrade and shouted, "Dr. Wheelo!"

But the floor gave way and Dr. Kochin screamed as he fell into a deep chasm. Dr. Wheelo didn't seem to acknowledge that his colleague was gone as he rose up and looked to not even have a scratch on him. Looking between the group he said, "Enough games. I will end this, with or without claiming my prize."

The giant robot leapt up into the air and flew high into the sky. Jake quickly ran up with Callie in his arms and he asked, "Do you think he's gone?"

"Not a chance." All the Pups said with a shake of their heads. Ryder looked to Goku and said, "And it looks like you didn't even put a scratch on him."

"I guess I could have gone a little higher." Goku nodded. Chase then asked, "I wonder what he's got planned?"

"Whatever it is, it can't be good." Rocky shook his head. Goku then said, "I can try to take him down with one last shot."

"One last shot?" Katie asked from her spot. She then noticed that the platform wasn't glowing anymore and carefully stuck her foot out. She somewhat expected to be shocked like Rubble had, but found that it was no longer active. Katie seemed happy when she said, "It's off!"

"Rocky, give me a hand." Ryder said as he climbed up. Rocky jumped up to help free Katie. Rubble walked over to the Saiyan and asked, "What one last shot?"

"To use my ultimate technique." Goku said and looked down to the Bulldog. The majority of the group's eyes widened when Goku was suggesting; the Spirit Bomb. Looking around to the others he said, "But just in case, I need you all to get out of here. Find the penguins and go."

"You want us to leave you?" Marshall asked, feeling as none of them could do that. But Goku reassured him with a smile and said, "It's going to be okay. I'll join you as soon as I can."

"Let's trust him." Ryder said as he and Rocky managed to get the shackles off of Katie. They helped her down and Goku said, "Hurry."

The group looked to him before hurrying to the stairs. Goku watched them go before looking up into the sky.

Dr. Wheelo stopped in the atmosphere and looked down on the world below him. Spreading his metallic arms out he said, "Now it is time for me to destroy them all."

The metallic body of Dr. Wheelo started to turn red as he began to power up.

As they were running down the stairs, the group noticed that the column that led up to the main room started to glow. Ryder looked to the others and said, "That doesn't look good."

"I sure hope Goku knows what he's doing." Jake added as they continued to run. Katie agreed, "You and me both."

Goku looked down as the floor started to glow and shot up a beam of light into the sky. As he looked back up, he could sense Dr. Wheelo's energy starting to increase. Deciding to stop wasting time. He rose his arms in the air and prepared to start.

The Paw Patrol soon came upon where the penguins were being held and got the door open. When it was fully open, the penguins looked overjoyed to be rescued. The team helped heard the penguins to the door. But before they could make it outside, a familiar figure stepped in front of them. Dr. Kochin's human disguise had practically been ripped to shreds and much more of his robotic body was exposed. Raising his arm again he said, "You lot are not going anywhere!"

"I wouldn't bet on it." Marshall said before looking to his back. Then he barked, "Arf! Arf! Water Cannon!"

The cannon quickly extended from his back before shooting a stream of water at the mad scientist. Dr. Kochin coughed and held his arms up to shield himself from the water when Chase followed up by looking back and barking, "Ruff! Net Launcher!"

Like the Fire Pup's pack, the cannon extended before shooting it at Dr. Kochin. Kochin growled as he was wrapped up in the net and fought to free himself. The penguins all squawked and the ones that weren't hurt so bad jumped forward before sliding across the floor. They were able to knock Dr. Kochin off his feet and he cried out when he hit the ground. The group quickly took advantage of this by running past him and out the door.

When they made it outside, a shot went over their heads and made them flinch and they stopped moving. They looked back to see the sopping wet mad scientist walking out into the snow. With a glare he said, "Like I said. You're not going anywhere."

"And you're not going to hurt my friends again." Everest said with a glare as she took a step forward. Then without realizing it, she barked and sent a wave of blue energy towards him. Dr. Kochin gave one final cry before it washed over him.

When the group looked to him, they were surprised to see Dr. Kochin's body standing completely still, like a statue. But before they could do anything, the ice underneath Kochin's feet started to crack. It gave way and the frozen robotic body of Dr. Kochin fell into water and sank down into the cold depths of Arctic Area, never to be seen again.

"Come on. We need to get out of here." Ryder said and the group started running again. They found a crack in the icy wall and saw that it went upwards. Jake pointed, "This way!"

After letting the penguins go through first, the Pups followed next and followed by the three humans.

Up at the top of the platform, Goku raised his arms and prepared to start. He began to feel for the energy. I call upon all the animals, the plants and all the people. Lend me your energy!"

From the many forests, deserts, mountains and oceans of the world, little balls of energy started to float away from all the plants, animals and the people living there. The balls of energy started flying towards where Goku was.

Up in the atmosphere, Dr. Wheelo was starting to notice that some thing was happening down on the surface. His optic sensor looked about the surface and saw odd movement to him. Not understanding what was happening he questioned, "What is going on down there?"

When the group made it to the top of the ice wall, they turned around to see an amazing sight. They watched as the little spheres of energy floated right to the building and to Goku. None of them could take their eyes off of what they were witnessing as Rubble asked, "How much energy do you think Goku's going to need?"

"I don't know." Marshall shook his head. Then he wished aloud, "But I do wish that I could help."

"Well, we know that he needs to gather enough energy for the Spirit Bomb." Skye remembered what Goku told them. Then she had a smile when she said, "But he never said that the energy couldn't be given willingly."

"But how do we do that?" Zuma asked. Chase shrugged and said, "I don't know. Maybe we just have to raise our hands and paws in the air."

"Let's try it." Everest said, wanting to stop the madness of Dr. Wheelo. Standing on three legs, she raised her left paw up into the air. They were all amazed by what they saw next; like a snowflake rising from the ground, a little ball of energy came up from her paw and floated to the building. Ryder then said, "Well, looks like we have our answer."

All six members of the Paw Patrol joined Everest by raising a paw up into the air. Callie also raised one of her paws up and was soon followed by Katie, Jake and Ryder.

Little balls of energy floated from them before heading after all the others.

Up at the top of the building, Goku could see that it was working. All the little balls of energy came together and started to form a growing sphere. He sounded really proud and excited when he said, "Yes! Just a little bit more!"

A few of the spheres of energy coming at him were much different than the others. While all the others felt nearly the same in some ways, seven of them had a different feeling to each of them. But Goku nevertheless allowed them to enter the Spirit Bomb. It wasn't much longer until he felt that it was ready. The Spirit Bomb shrunk to where it nearly fit in the palm of the Saiyan's hand. He smiled as he could feel that it would do the trick. He looked up to the sky where he could sense Dr. Wheelo and reared his arm back.

Dr. Wheelo's red body couldn't handle anymore energy and he unleashed it in a huge blast. The beam headed straight down to where the laboratory was and he let loose a maniacal laugh at the thought of victory.

Goku could sense the beam of energy as it came down upon him. Thinking that it was no or never, Goku threw his arm forward and shouted, "Spirit Bomb!"

He flung the Spirit Bomb up into the sky and it raced towards the incoming beam of energy. The orb collided with the beam before tearing straight threw it.

Up from where he floated, Dr. Wheelo could see the orb of energy coming right at him and moved his robotic hands in front of him. Thinking that it was just an ordinary attack, he braced himself to take it head on. The Spirit Bomb collided against him before it started to over take him. Dr. Wheelo felt that he was starting to lose against the attack and tried to fight it back, but it was in vain as he could feel the Spirit Bomb destroying him. But before it completely destroyed him, Dr. Wheelo let out one last holler, "Curse you, Goku and the Paw Patrol! Curse you!

From down below, everyone witnessed a tremendous explosion rock the sky. They all shielded their eyes from the intense bright light and when it was over, they looked to see if anything was about to happen. When they didn't see anything, Rubble looked about and asked, "Is it over?"

"I think it is, Rubble, dude." Jake said with a grin. Everyone started cheering for their victory against the evil forces of Dr. Wheelo. A sudden shout made them all look up, "Hey!"

Everyone smiled when they saw Goku flying towards them. When he landed, they all started to crowd him, even the penguins as they waddled up and hugged the Saiyan's legs. Goku laughed and he said, "Okay! Okay, you guys. Take it easy."

"That was incredible, Goku!" Katie said while some of the penguins squawked. They all laughed a little. Goku then reached behind him and said, "Oh, and Marshall."

"Huh?" The Dalmatian said as Goku revealed his firefighter hat. Goku smiled when he said, "I think this is yours."

"Thanks, Goku." Marshall said as Goku placed it back on his head. Ryder then said, "Well, that was a wild ride."

"Boy, I'll say." Jake agreed. Goku then said, "Why don't we get the penguins back to the Paw Patroller and take a few of those Healing Roots."

"I think that would be wise." Ryder agreed. The group walked with the penguins as they waddled back to their mobile headquarters.

It was nearly sunset when they made it back to the Paw Patroller. Goku went inside to get the Healing Roots. He came back out with the bowl in hand and asked, "Okay, so whose going to need one?"

"I think it's mostly you, the Pups and the penguins." Ryder said as he, Katie, Callie and Jake all felt fine. Goku looked down into the bowl and he said, "Well, I think if I can break some of these in half, then there should be enough for us all."

"We can help out with that, Goku." Katie said as she, Ryder and Jake all came up to grab a few. The four started to break the roots before distributing a few amongst the penguins and the Pups. Each of them took the root and chewed or carefully swallowed it. Soon, everyone was feeling like their old selves again.

"So, I guess we'll stay the night here and head back in the morning?" Jake suggested. Katie nodded and said, "Yeah, that sounds like fun to me. Especially now that the danger has passed."

Soon, they had set up camp and had a fire going. They sat around and at a little supper to help calm themselves. Jake then asked, "So, Marshall, you still okay?"

"Uh, yeah. I'm fine." Marshall said. But then with a shake of his head he said, "But I don't really remember much of what happened. All I really felt is like I could feel my body moving, but I wasn't aware of me doing it."

"Maybe the device wasn't being used right?" Rubble asked with a shrug. It caused a few others to shrug as well. Marshall looked a little guilty when asked, "So, did I really fight for the bad guys?"

"You may have been being used by them, Marshall…" Rocky started. Skye shook her head, "But you were never really one of them."

"Because you're one of us." Rubble said and patted the Dalmatian on the shoulder. Zuma pumped a paw and said, "You'we one of the Paw Patrol, dude."

"And you're our best friend, bud." Chase said and pulled Marshall into a friendly noogie. Marshall laughed and pushed the German Shepard away, "Chase, stop that."

The others started laughing too before Everest got up and walked away from the fire. While most of the others were a little confused, Marshall got up and walked after the lavender Husky. She sat down near the edge of the ridge and Marshall sat down next to her. He was a little worried when he asked, "Are you okay, Everest?"

"I'm okay now." Everest nodded. She glanced to Marshall and said, "I was just a little worried about the whole thing. About everyone, the penguins, and really worried about you."

"I am sorry for scaring you guys like that." Marshall said. But Everest shook her head, "You don't have anything to be sorry for. It was the bad guys who did all this bad stuff.

"And I'm just glad that you're safe." Everest said before resting her head against his shoulder. Marshall slightly blushed, but he smiled as he didn't say much about it.

From behind, everyone looked on the scene with a smile. Rubble looked to them and said, "Those two are really made for each other."

"Mm-hm." Everyone but Goku said. He looked to them and said, "I don't really follow what's going on here?"

Everyone looked to the Saiyan with bewildered looks before bursting out with laughter. Goku gave a few chuckles himself before rubbing the back of his head.
