Foes all around well now we'll go fearless and free
A group of people were flying high over the clouds. The Saiyan in the orange Gi, Son Goku, his son in the purple Gi, Son Gohan flew alongside the Namekian in a similar Gi as Son Gohan, Piccolo. They were on their way to meet up with a friend who said she had something to show them.
Vic Mignogna: I'll give you strength and you'll give me love that's how it we'll live (that's how we'll live)
Your courage won't fade, if you're with me my enemies will never win
After a freak accident, Goku wakes up to find himself somewhere entirely new. Soon he is met by a bewildering sight, a boy accompanied by dogs who can talk.
Vic Mignogna: We will fight for love and glory, we will live to tell a story
There is nothing we can live through, nothing ever dies, we will rise again!
Goku, Ryder and the Pups all take the time to get to know each other. From having fun like telling stories to responding to emergencies. Goku helps the Pups by catching a falling Alex when he fell out of a tree.
Vic Mignogna: Don't stop, Don't stop were in luck now!
Don't stop, there's no fun to be found
Goku, Ryder and the Pups all stood outside the Lookout and saw that a new kind of trouble was brewing. A large shadowy figure stood ominously over Adventure Bay. But the nine looked to each other with grins before charging into action.
Vic Mignogna: We can't find paradise
All we have to do is go! Go! Free your soul!
Standing in a circle, the pups all unleashed their auras from their Mighty powers. In the center of the circle, Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan. Then all eight of them unleashed pillars of their power into the sky.
Vic Mignogna: Dragon Soul!
Soon, Goku, Marshall, Chase, Skye, Rocky, Everest, Rubble, Zuma and Ryder all stood together and posed for a picture with smiles on their faces.

From the Lookout, it hadn't been but a few minutes when Ryder and the Mighty Pups had left the Mighty Tower. Goku's head shot up and he warned, "Careful, Everest. Those two powers I was sensing earlier are heading right for us."
Both Everest and Goku waited to see who it was when Harold and the Ladybird came into view. Both the technical genius and the master cat burglar landed on the ground and looked a little smug as they eyed the two. Harold then taunted, "So, this is all that's left to guard those pesky Pups' meteor, eh?"
"Doesn't seem like they're that tough." Ladybird scoffed while waving a hand in disdain. Everest smirked when she reminded, "Seems like you forgot about the last time we faced off, Harold."
"That was so long ago, I wonder if you remember how to fight." Harold shot back at her. His eyes quickly drifted over the grounds and an idea came to him. Then looking to Goku he said, "And you got anything to say?"
"Just that you're not getting past us." Goku said with a determined look. Harold's hands started to glow as he raised them and said, "Let's see if you can back that claim up."
He extended his hands and the two defending the tower braced themselves. They noticed that the Pups' regular vehicles were caught in a golden glow before Harold brought them to him. They gasped when Harold redesigned them into a makeshift robot with Marshall and Rocky's vehicles as the legs, Chase's cruiser as the main body, Zuma and Rubble's as the arms and Skye's helicopter as the head. Harold flew into the head that he had modified and started the robot up. The robot raised its construction rig hand up before lashing out at the two. Goku quickly grabbed Everest before jumping out of the way. The rig slammed into the ground and Harold growled in irritation when he saw them land not too far from him. Looking to the Ladybird he suggested, "Um, how about a little help here?"
"Well, you looked like you were doing such a good job." Ladybird teased him with a shrug. Then she said, "But since you asked so nicely."
She tensed up her body before springing to the air and heading straight for Goku. The Saiyan barely couldn't react in time as she rammed right into him and carried him a few yards from the Lookout. The Ladybird smirked as she grabbed him by the collar of his new outfit before twirling him around and then hurtling him towards the ground. Goku was able to catch himself by extending his hand out before somersaulting backwards and landing on his feet. The Ladybird seemed impressed by it by saying, "Pretty flexible."
"I got to admit that I was pretty surprised that you were able to throw me like you did." Goku said as a smirk formed on his face. From behind the Ladybird Harold shouted, "Stop yakking and get to work!"
"Uh, okay!" The Ladybird said, acting like how a teenager would. She flew at him again but this time Goku was ready for her. She tried to punch and kick at him but he managed to block or avoid the strikes with ease.
Back with Everest and Harold, the former was still avoiding being crushed by the latter. When Harold made another swipe at her, he questioned, "Why won't you stand still?"
"Because that would let you hit me." Everest answered as she jumped back. When she landed she added, "And I now I don't want that to happen."
"Then let's try something different." Harold said as he extended the hovercraft arm. He shot the buoy forward to the side before moving his arm. Everest cried out when the rope of the buoy wrapped around her and Harold laughed when he started to retract the rope. Everest started struggling before glaring at her foe. She took a deep breath before letting an icy breath at the head of the robot. Harold cried out as he shielded himself from the icy blast. Seeing that he was distracted, Everest used her cold breath to shoot a pretty sharp icicle that sliced through the rope of the buoy. She cried out as she tumbled backwards and looked up to see that Harold was once again coming for her. Quickly getting up, Everest jumped into the air and barked for her snowboard to come out before using her ice breath to create a ramp for her to quickly move down.
Goku and the Ladybird were starting to have difficulty against each other as neither of them could subdue the other. They had entered a frenzy of blows as they quickly moved across the ground. Ladybird lashed out her foot and Goku caught it under his arm. The Ladybird struggled to free herself, but the Saiyan quickly followed up by throwing her into the air. Ladybird screamed as she tumbled through the air before managing to stop herself. She looked back to Goku with a scowl before taunting, "Bet you wish you hadn't done that, huh? Now you'll never be able to reach me."
"I wouldn't be so sure about that." Goku countered with a grin before leaping up into the air and flying straight for her. Ladybird gasped in shock before quickly moving out of the way. Goku managed to stop and turn to her on a dime while she began to grow more and more nervous. She looked to her partner and shouted, "Hey, kid! We got a problem up here!"
"I've got a problem down here too!" Harold shouted back as he was trying to get Everest. The Ladybird growled before turning back to her opponent with a glare. Goku raised his hand and motioned for her to bring it on. She obliged him by flying straight at him and they once entered a frenzy of blows.

Over the ocean, Ryder and the Mighty Pups were starting to get closer to the island and could see the Flounder on the rim of the volcano. Ryder looked to the Mighty Pups and said, "Alright, Pups. Let's save Cap'n Turbot and get back to Goku and Everest."
"Right!" All six Pups nodded and headed for the island. On the volcano, Cap'n Turbot saw his rescuers coming and started shouting and waving his arms, "Oh, thank goodness you're here!
"I was starting to get worried that you wouldn't make it in time." He said with a relieved look. Ryder reassured him by saying, "Don't worry, Cap'n Turbot. The Mighty Pups and I are here to help.
"Rubble, you and I will stabilize the boat to stop it from teetering." He said to the Bulldog and Rubble nodded in agreement. Then he looked to Skye and said, "Then Skye will create a twister to lift the Flounder back down to the water."
"Sounds like a plan to me." Cap'n Turbot agreed, seeing as he really wanted to get down from the volcano. While Rubble, Skye and Ryder flew down to the Flounder to get started, Chase, Marshall, Rocky and Zuma all looked back to the direction of Adventure Bay and Chase said, "I sure hope that Everest and Goku are doing okay."

Back in Adventure Bay, the Ladybird ducked under a kick from Goku before trying to land a punch to his gut. Goku was able to catch her fist before it could reach him and she quickly followed up with a kick to the chin. Goku's head snapped back and the Ladybird smirked when she grabbed both his wrists before pulling him forward and kneeing Goku in the gut. Goku cried out as it really did hurt and she threw him to the ground. Goku rose up to his knees and looked back to her. He gasped when she came down with her foot raised high. The Saiyan quickly rolled out of the way and all the Ladybird did was create cracks in the ground.
Everest was still going up against Harold and his makeshift robot as the latter kept trying to strike at her. Everest managed to get some distance between her and Harold before unleashing another blast of ice breath at him. Harold raised his robot arms to shield himself from the cold attack and it made the two arms freeze together. They seemed stuck for a moment when Harold tried to separate them and with a frustrated yell he caused the ice to break. Harold glared down at the super powered Husky before his gaze fell down to the firetruck leg of his makeshift robot. An idea came to him and he grinned from it. He lashed out with the Recycling truck leg of his vehicle and Everest jumped back again. She looked up at him when Harold taunted, "You couldn't get me to freeze in my tracks even if you tried."
Everest growled at that before opening her maw and unleashing another torrent of ice. But it was just what Harold was waiting for when he lashed out the firetruck portion and let loose the contents of the firetruck's water tank. Everest cried out as the water splashed on her and caused her to freeze over.
Goku looked back just as Everest became a pup-cicle. He cried out, "Everest!"
He leapt away from his fight with the Ladybird to go and help the Mighty Pup. The Ladybird shouted to her comrade, "Heads up, kid!"
Harold happened to look to see Goku coming and activated all of the lights from each vehicle. Goku shielded his eyes from the bright lights and the two villains acted quickly. Harold shot any remaining ropes and wires that wrapped around the Saiyan. Goku started struggling against his bonds while the Ladybird quickly flew around and grabbed the broken buoy. She then flew up to Goku before trapping his legs with the buoy. Goku was able to see again when he shouted, "Let me go."
"Eh, no." Harold said before making his bindings tighter. Goku fell to the ground before sitting up and said, "These binds can't hold me forever, you know."
"That's why I think it's best if we do this." The Ladybird said before punching him right in the face. Goku fell to the ground again and groaned in pain from the blow. Ladybird turned to Harold and said, "Okay. Now let's hurry up and grab that shiny meteor."
"The sooner the better." Harold agreed before jumping out of the makeshift robot. He ignited his jetpack and the Ladybird followed him up to the Mighty Pups' logo. Ladybird used her super strength to open up the compartment and she revealed the meteor to the world.
"Oh." Both villains awed from the sight of the meteor. From the ground, Goku started to stir and looked over to the frozen Everest. He was relieved to see that she was okay, evident by the way her eyes were moving while frozen. He could see that she wasn't too far out of reach from his feet. The Saiyan tried to think of something before pulling his legs apart before ripping the buoy apart. Then with a swift motion of his leg, he used his heel and kicked the ice surrounding Everest with enough force to make it crack. The cracks grew bigger as not only did Goku keep up the kicks, but Everest was using what strength she could to break free as well. Between the two of them, they were able to break Everest from her icy prison. She grunted when she fell flat on the ground and looked to him and said, "Thanks for the assist."
"No problem." Goku said before asking, "Think you can help me out."
"Sure." Everest said while keeping an eye on the two villains. She gasped when she saw that they were starting to remove the meteor from its compartment.
"Nice and easy. Nice and easy." Harold said while they were pulling the meteor out. The Ladybird said to him, "Stop saying that and keep pulling."
"Don't be telling me what to do." Harold shot back at her. The two suddenly started squabbling amongst each other and it made Everest and Goku look up to them. Everest then said, "Quick. While they're distracted."
"Right." Goku nodded as he started to struggle again. Everest helped him by taking a wire into her jaws and started moving it to where Goku could free himself. It wasn't long until he freed one of his arms.
Up at the compartment, Harold and the Ladybird had removed the meteor from the compartment. Well, the Ladybird was the one to yank it out and said, "Guess I better lug this thing back to the hideout."
"Uh, we're supposed to do it together, remember?" Harold bitterly reminded her. The Ladybird rolled her eyes before reminding, "But I'm the one with the super strength, remember."
"Then let me make something to help lighten the load." Harold said before extending his arms. Bits and pieces were removed from the Pups' regular vehicles before coming together and forming large metal gloves. Then he grabbed a hold of the meteor and the two entered a bit of a tug of war with them shouting, "Let go! You let go!"
Down below, Goku and Everest successfully freed the former and looked up to see the two bickering supervillains. Goku looked down to Everest and asked, "Should we get in the middle of that?"
"We'll have to if we want to get the meteor back." Everest said, knowing that that would be the best thing. Goku suddenly sensed an incoming power and looked out over the ocean and warned, "Get ready, I think I can feel the Copycat making his way towards us."
"What?" Everest asked and looked to where he was looking.

Back at the island, while the rest of the Pups were hanging back, Ryder, Skye and Rubble all moved into position. Ryder flew over to the back of the Flounder while Rubble was on the side. Both boys strained to stabilize the boat and were able to get it to where it didn't tilt towards the lava filled crater. Ryder then shouted, "All right, Skye. It's up to you to use your twister to get the Flounder back down to the ocean."
"And then I can take it from there." Cap'n Turbot added from his spot on the Flounder. Skye then barked, "Arf! Arf! Wings!"
A pair of large, pink wings extended from her back and a pink mini-tornado formed under her. She flew over to the Flounder and when she was hovering over it, Skye started moving her paws around and it made the air around her started to form a tornado underneath the Flounder. Cap'n Turbot tried to stay standing as the boat started lifting off the rim of the volcano. Skye struggled to keep the Flounder from tipping while in the mini-tornado. Down below, Cap'n Turbot, Ryder and the rest of the Mighty Pups were hoping that Skye could pull this off.

Back at the Lookout, the Copycat came flying overhead and could see that his teammates had the meteor. He looked down and was shocked to see that not only was Goku still on his feet, but he had a comrade as well. When the villainous feline looked back to his two teammates, he became somewhat surprised to see that they were squabbling over the meteor as they shouted, "It's mine! I need it for my collection!"
"Uh!" Copycat shook his head before flying closer. Goku and Everest watched as the Copycat came closer. Goku was about to fly up and meet him when the Copycat suddenly yowled, "Quit squabbling you two!"
His loud interruption spooked the two and they abruptly dropped the meteor. Everest became worried and shouted, "Goku! Catch it!"
"On it!" Goku nodded before leaping to intercept the meteor. But the Copycat wouldn't have any of it, "Oh no, you don't!"
He quickly formed a mini-tornado that barreled towards the Saiyan. Goku braced himself as the wind slammed into him and smacked him into the wall of the Mighty Tower. But the interference allowed the meteor to slam into the ground with a heavy thud and the glow quickly faded. Everyone, hero and villain alike, didn't like the look of it when they all said in unison, "Oh that's not good."
They all looked up to the Mighty Tower as it quickly reverted back to the regular Paw Patrol Lookout. Goku yelped as he was pulled down with the rest of the wall. When the tower finished reforming, the wall were Goku was slammed reappeared with Goku still in it. Only somehow the regular wall had cracks from the impact. He and the others were greatly confused by this and the Saiyan shook his head, "I don't even get how this happened."
Everest lifted her glowing paw just as the light faded from it. The Husky gasped when she quickly realized what was about to happen over the ocean. She looked out to see and said, "The others!"

Back at the island, Skye had lifted the Flounder just a few feet from the rim of the volcano and was about to move it towards the ocean when a strange feeling suddenly came over her. Her paws stopped glowing and both of her mini-tornados faded from existence. She screamed as she and the Flounder fell from the sky. While the Flounder had more of a bumpy landing, Skye wasn't so lucky as she fell into the crater of the volcano. She managed to grab a hold of the rocky surface and pulled herself to safety. Ryder shouted, "Hang on, Skye!"
He flew down and grabbed her from the ledge and flew back up to the others. They looked up when Rubble said, "Uh, Ryder. I think something's really wrong.
"I can't feel my super strength anymore." He finished as the hovercars fell onto the rim of the volcano. The other Pups looked down at their paws as the glow faded. Zuma was greatly confused and he asked, "What's going on?"
"I think something's happened over at the Lookout." Rocky guessed. Ryder was in complete agreement when he said, "Since you all get your powers from the meteor and the last time you lost your powers, it must have lost its light."
"Which means that Everest's powers are out too." Marshall guessed, hitting the nail on the head, so to speak. Ryder only nodded to confirm this. Chase then said, "Looks like it all falls to Goku until the meteor regains its light."
"And he's on his own against three villains." Rocky said, getting worried. They were all getting worried from the looks of it. Ryder then said, "We need to get back to Adventure Bay as soon as possible."
"But how?" Rubble asked while Ryder set Skye down. Everyone was at a loss for what to do. From up above, the Skye look-a-like kitten watched from the cover of some clouds and giggled from the Mighty Pups' misfortune.

Narrator: The fight has begun and has immediately taken a turn for the worse. With the light of their meteor gone, all the Pups' powers have are inactive, leaving only Goku to fight the three villains. How will Goku and the Mighty Pups win this fight? Find out on the next Pups Help a Saiyan!

Author's Note: The fight continues in the next chapter and the Pups and Cap'n Turbot's escape from the island will be kind of the same from the show. Goku's going to go up against all three Super Baddies for a while until the Paw Patrol gets back. I look forward to reading your reviews.
