" Wow Lily, this place is amazing. " Loona said as she walked further into the penthouse's living, looking around the place as she did in awe.
" Thanks, I'm glad you like the place, you can set your stuff down near the near the sofa, and I'll give you the grand tour now so your familiar with the place. " Lily said as she gestured neon the large U shaped sofa.
" Alright. " Loona said as she walked over and rolled her travel suitcase in front of the sofa.
" Okay, so the place has two floors, we'll start with the first floor, here's the kitchen's as you can see, and on the dining table is my pet hellplant, I call her Nippy. " Lily said as she lead Loona over to the kitchen dining table.
" Nippy? " Loona said curiously as she raised an eyebrow at hearing the name.
" Well when I first got her when she was the size of a walnut, every time I tried to feed her she'd nip my fingers. "
" Though she's long stopped that once she got used to me, but the name sounded cute to me, and so I named her Nippy. " Lily explained how she named the carnivorous plant.
" Hey Nippy." Lily said as she talked sweetly to the demonic plant, seeing it looking at them as they approached the table.
Nippy looked at them with one of the eight dark blue slit eyes around the side of it's flower bud shaped body, watching them as they walked up to the table
" How are you doing girl? " Lily asked the Nippy curiously as she leaned against the table and looked at it.
Nippy simply stared at Lily for a few seconds, then lazy shifted the eye looking at Lily, towards Loona.
" I have someone I'd like you to meet, this is my girlfriend Loona. " Lily said to the plant as she gestured to Loona, seeing Nippy was looking at the hellhound.
" You be nice to her, and don't nip her, okay? " Lily asked Nippy sweetly, to which the carnivorous plant simply blinking at her, before closing her eyes and seemingly going to sleep.
" Hm, guess she wants to take a nap, anyway let me show you the rest of the place. " Lily said as she lead Loona out the kitchen to show her the rest of her residence.
" Alrighty, down this hallway is one of the two bedrooms here on this floor, the other one on this floor is at the other end of this hallway. " Lily said, as she lead Loona down a hallway leading out of the kitchen.
As they made their way to the right end of the hallway, there was a cream white woods door with a ornate gold doorknob.
As Lily turned the doorknob and opened the door, they saw a large, luxurious, spacious, contemporary modern master bedroom.
It had cream white high ceiling, light tan wood floor, and pale grey walls, a Queen size bed, a nightstand dresser, and a 40 inch flat screen TV.
Entering the bedroom, the foot of the bed faced the door, on the right and left side walls, was a single window with dark red curtains.
On the left side of the bed was a nightstand dresser, with black metal dresser handles, and on the left side wall was a white wooden door with a gold ornamental doorknob.
The bed a fancy pale red bed comforter, cream white bedsheets, two large cream white fluffy pillows, and sat on a fancy, smoothly polishes rich dark brown platform bed frame.
The bed had a half oval shaped headboard, and on the nightstand dresser was made of elegantly carved traditional dark brown wood, and had gold ornamental handles
On the nightstand was a elegant cream sky blue ceramic bell lamb, with a lampshade cover with a crimson flora pattern design on it.
And under the flat screen TV, was a elegant dark brown traditional wooden dresser that the TV stood on, and gold ornamental handles.
" The other bedrooms look like this, minus my bedroom which is the master bedroom, and each bedroom has a bathroom it, and each has a hot tube as well. " Lily said, as she shut the bedroom door and continued the tour.
* Click! *
" Augh, what a long day. " Blitz groaned as he opened the door to his apartment and walked through the door.
He then picked up two full plastic grocery bags in each hand arm, and one with his tail as well, before he walked into the apartment and closed the door behind him with his tail.
As he entered the living room of the small apartment, he saw a faint pale blue light form under Loona's bedroom door.
" Huh, I forgot Lily and Loona were going to have a sleepover tonight, they must be watching TV while using Bluetooth headphones, since I don't hear no sound. " Blitz said as he spotted the light from under Loona's door.
" When we're sitting down eating dinner, I'll apologize to Lily and Loonie for being such a #$$ earlier, hope she likes pork ribs . " Blitz thought regretfully, as he recalled how he acted to Lily in his office, and how Loona stormed out.
" Loonie, Lily I'm home, can you two put up these groceries while I get busy getting dinner started? " Blitz called out as he walked into the kitchen placed the grocery bags on a kitchen counter.
" Hey, you two hear me? " Blitz asked as he walked up to Loona's bedroom door, since he had yet to hear a response from anyone.
" Hmm. " Blitz hummed in annoyance, as he was still meet with silence, and proceeded to cautiously open Loona's bedroom door.
" Hey you two, can you, huh? " Blitz said, as he opened Loona's bedroom door and stared in confusion, seeing that no one was in the bedroom.
The light Blitz assumed was from the TV, was actually from a pale blue full moon nightlight in a corner of Loona's bedroom.
" Well that's odd, wait, why's Loonies closet open? " Blitz thought as he noticed Loona's closet was left wide open.
He also noticed serval pairs of clothes missing from the closet, and saw that some of Loona's dresser drawers were also left partly pulled out.
" Oh #$%&, oh no, my baby's ran away! " Blitz said frantically, and began to immediately go into a panic.
" Why, was it because of what I did back at the beach, at my office with Lily, $#%&, of course, she must have gone to Lily's place! " Blitz said as he remembered them leaving together.
" $#%&, #$%&, I have to apologize and fix this, $#%&! " Blitz thought as he frantically called Loona's cellphone.
" Alrighty, down this hallway lead to where there is a small exercise room and the laundry room is. " Lily said as she lead Loona through the living room, and down a small hallway that split at the end.
and the laundry room, the exercise room is on the left, the laundry room is on the right. " Lily said as she pointed to which path lead to each room.
" And out this door leads to the deck. " Lily said as she lead Loona through the kitchen and went towards a pair of sliding doors that lead out to a large deck.
The deck was very large and spacious, it had a very dark rich brown wood floor, and an area with outdoor furniture.
The outdoor cushion chairs, two coached, and a wooden coffee table, and large black metal outdoor grill with a company name called Brimstone grills on it. "
The outdoor furniture and grill sat under a large dark brown wooden deck roof, proving plenty of shade from all sides of it.
The deck also is a luxury swimming pool, and large walk-in outdoor hot tub, the pools was in the shape of a rectangle, and the tube was circular shaped.
The pool had a white diving board, and a deep sapphire blue pool liner, the walk-in hot tub was pure white, and had a white marble rim around it.
" Huh. " Loona said, as she looked around the deck and took in the view and details of the place with amazement.
" Now on to the second floor. " Lily said a sane lead Loona back inside the house to continue the tour of the penthouse.
* Ring, ring, ring! *
" Hm, augh. " Loona groaned, as she pulled out her phone and rolled her eyes in annoyance after looking at the screen.
" What, who's calling you? " Lily asked curiously as she saw Loona's reaction.
" It's #$%&ing Blitz, probably calling me to #$%& about me staying over at your place after finding my note, well whatever, he can deal with it. " Loona said as she turned her ringer on silent.
" Alrighty, this stairway leads up to the second floor, and to the second floor living room above us. " Lily as she lead Loona to the top of a curved stairway at on the left right side of the living room.
The staircase was wide enough for two people, and had a stainless steel metal handrail, with straight grey stainless steel metal rods, and jet black wood tile stairs.
As they made it to the top and arrived at the second floor, Loona saw the second floor had the same color scheme, floor and concept design.
At the top the stairs was a spacious lounge room, there was a lazy boy sofas on the left and right wall, a wood coffee table, and two cushioned armchairs in the room.
The two lazy boy sofas were light cinnamon brown, the coffee table was rectangle shaped, and made of dark brown wood with a glass table top and sat between the two coaches.
Both the two armchairs were light beige, and one sat on both sides of the coffee table facing it, and a steel grey rug sat under the coffee table.
" These two hallways lead to the rest of the floor, this leads to the other two spare bedrooms. " Lily a s she gestures to the two hallway entrances in the second floor living room.
Both hallways had arched entrances, one hallway was on the left wall coming from the stairway, and another hallway on the wall facing the stairways
The hallways had light charcoal grey walls, a cream white arched ceiling, and dark rich brown wood tile floor, and had two dome shaped ceiling lights in it.
" Down the left hallway leads to a split at the end that leads to the two spare bedrooms on this floor, there's one on the right and on the left at. " Lily said as she pointed to the left hallway entrance.
" There's a hallway at the end on the right side that leads to my bedroom door, and the the one facing the stairway also leads to my bedroom. " Lily said a she lead Loona towards the stairway facing hallway.
Once they reached the end of hallway, they turned down another hallway going right, and on the the left side at the end of it was a cream white wood door.
Lily then grabbed and turned the door's ornate gold doorknob and opened it, revealing a large, luxurious, spacious, master bedroom.
The master bedroom that was Lily's own bedroom had a pale ashen grey wood walls, a cream white dome shaped roof, and dark charcoal grey wood floor.
On the dome shaped ceiling was a single dome shaped light in the center of it, and in the large bedroom was a King size bed.
The foot of the bed facing the wall with the door they entered room, the bed sat on a low platform bed frame, made of polished elegantly carved jet black wood.
Placed in front of the foot of the bed, was dark tan brown cushioned storage chest, that was 2/3rds as wide as the large king size bed was.
The bed frame had a half oval shaped ash grey cushioned headboard, and a large jet black rug was placed under the bed.
The bed had a pale ash grey bed comforter, cream white bed sheet underneath, and two large fluffy cream white pillows on it.
It also had a elegantly carved nightstand dresser with a lamp on both sides of the bed, and each nightstand dresser was made of jet black wood.
The nightstand dressers had a ornate gold dresser handles, and each had a black ceramic bell lambs, with a white lampshade, and had gold flora patterns on them.
The nightstand on the right had a balk and grey house phone, that was on a dark grey and black phone ringer, and that sat right next to the lamp on the dresser.
On the wall facing the bed, was a 70 inch flat screen TV, that sat on a wide jet black drawer with many dresser drawers with ornate gold handles.
Off to the left wall of the room was a pair of double sliding doors, made of rich dark brown wood, and had ornate gold handles.
And off near the right side of the bed, on the wall it was up against, was a cream white wood door with a ornate gold doorknob.
On both the right and large walls of the bedroom was a window, with black curtains that were currently open, showing the city outside.
" Wow, this is a nice room, lot bigger than mine. " Loona said as she looked around the bedroom and took in the details.
" Thanks, though your room is also very nice Loona, but anyway the door on the left side is my walk-in closet, and the door one on the right side of the bed leads to my bathroom. " Lily said as she pointed to the doors in her room.
* Ring, ring, ring! *
" Huh, now Blitz is calling me. " Lily said as she pulled out her black IPhone she used for work, and saw the imps name on the caller ID.
" Augh, #$%&ing for real, ignore it, he'll just be $#%&y to you like he was back at his office, and ask where you live. " Loona said with a frown, as she recalled Blitz's behavior towards Lily back then.
" Yeah, I'd rather not deal with that, if he asks, I'll just say I had my work phone turned off. " Lily said as she turned the black iPhone's ringer to silent.
" Now with that the tour is concluded, so you hungry Loona? " Lily asked as she turned to Loona after she shut her bedroom door.
" Ah, yeah sure, so does this hotel have any restaurants, or are we going to order something from room service? " Loona asked curiously, wondering what they were going to do for dinner.
" This hotel does have three restaurants, I've been to all of them and their very good, but I was thinking of making dinner for us. " Lily said as she lead Loona into the living room.
" Oh, you can cook? " Loona asked Lily curiously as looked at Lily with a raised eyebrow
" Yeah, who did you think fixes all my lunches that I brought to work, hm? " Lily asked Loona curiously with a playful tone.
" I actually thought you bought most of your lunches from a store." Loona said with awkward smile as she lightly chuckled.
" Well sometimes I actually did when I wasn't feeling like fixing anything that night, but I'm a very good cook if, I say so myself. " Lily said confidently with a smile.
" My mom taught me a little, and aunt Abella and my sister Emma were the ones that taught me everything else I know about how to cook. " Lily said as she recalled those times with a happy smile.
" So what do you plan on making for dinner? " Loona asked curiously, wondering what planned on them eating.
" I was thinking of making a stuff crust pizza, with lots of meat and cheese, peppers, olives, pink oyster mushrooms, and onions on it."
" I was also thinking of using pepperoni, Italian seasoned hellhog sausage, bell peppers, and apple wood smoked bacon on it, sound good Loona? "Lily asked a she ran a off a list what ingredients she was planning to use.
" Sounds good, think I can help, I know a bit of how to cook, and I hate to make you do all the work, after you've done so much for me already. " Loona asked as she volunteered to help Lily make dinner.
" Oh it's no trouble for me, it's only a pizza, but you can help if you want, though I'll be making it from scratch. " Lily said said nonchalantly as she headed to the kitchen with Loona following behind her.
" I don't mind helping, it's the least I could do. " Loona said as they as they walked into the kitchen.
" Alright, well I'll handle making the dough, pizza sauce, and bacon, you can chop and slice the sausage, onions, and bell papers while I do that. " Lily said as she has headed to her fridge.
" Alright. " Loona said as she stood behind Lily handed her a package of hellhog sausage, one purple onion, and one red and green bell pepper.
" Use a knife from the knife block on that counter, I keep the cutting boards in the drawer under them, and there's plates in the cabinet above them you can put the stuff you've chopped up on. "
" I'll put up the left over stuff you don't use, and be careful, those knifes are very sharp. " Lily said as she pointed to a nearby counter with a black wood knife block with various kitchen knives in it sat.
" Got it. " Loona said as she got a kitchen knife, and a hard white plastic cutting board from the cabinet beneath them, and two white ceramic dinner plates from the cabinet above them.
" And don't worry, the onions are not the kind that'll make your eyes water." Lily said informed Loona as she opened a bottom cabinet door and pulled out a bag of all purpose flour.
" Alright. " Loona said as she chopped up the hellhog sausage, onions, and bell peppers into thin slices.
As Loona was doing that, Lily went about gathering ingredients and other stuff, and got busy making her homemade pizza dough and pizza sauce.
" $#%&, $#%&, $#%&! " Blitz said in frustration and panic, as all his calls to Loona's and Lily's number eventually went to voicemail.
" #$%&, $#%&, what do I do, what do I do?! " Blitz thought as he paced around his apartment's living room in a panic.
" Wait, there is that, augh but I really don't #$%& want to resort to that, but I don't have any other #$%&ing options, $#%&. " Blitz groaned irritably, as he looked up a number on his phone and hit call.
" Huha. " Stolas signed softly, as he sat and slouched back on the coach in his bedroom, wearing his house robe while watching some reality TV show he found.
Since it was Monday, Octavia and Zella were staying with him, since his wife was living elsewhere after finding out about the whole thing with him and Blitz.
Tonight like most nights, he was watching TV alone, but he took comfort in knowing Octavia had someone like Zella who cared and loved his daughter.
Thinking of this, the tall owl prince smiled faintly, as he remembered what he heard Zella say to Octavia back at Loo Loo land and discovered they were dating.
* Ring, ring, ring! *
" Hm? " Stolas said curiously, as he was brought out of his thoughts as he heard the phone near the coach, and saw the purple cloud rise from it with name Blitzy in the cloud.
" Oh! " Stolas exclaimed in surprise delight, seeing it was Blitz that was calling him, and quickly sprang into action to answer the phone.
" Hello Blitzy ~" Stolas said on in a low husky voice as he answered the phone, delighted to that the imp had called him.
" Heeyyy Stolas. " Blitz replied awkwardly as he greeted the owl prince with a forced smile over the phone.
" So, what do owe to the pleasure of you calling me at such a late hour? " Stolas asked curiously as he played with the telephone wire
" Oh, are you perhaps feelings lonely tonight, and want some company ~" Stolas said in a very low and husky voice as he leaned back against the couch.
" Well actually, you see, I need a favor. " Blitz said begrudgingly on his end, as he pinched his brow as he said this.
" Oh, a favor, what kind of favor? " Stolas asked with a slight tone of disappointment, though he was admittedly curious about what Blitz wanted.
" I need to find out where Lily lives, you think you can find out for me? " Blitz asked, trying his best not to sound desperate as he did.
" Oh, what for, is something wrong Blitz? " Stolas asked as he sat up, now a little concerned as he detected a slight shift in Blitz's tone.
" Augh, alright look, I had this big #$%&ing argument with my daughter Loona, and was kind of an #$$ to Lily when I found out Loona and her had started dating today. " Blitz said, as he begrudgingly told the owl prince what happened.
" When I came home, I found a bunch of Loona's stuff missing, clothes, toothbrush, stuff like that, and I think Loona went to stay at Lily's place. "
" The things is, I don't know where Lily lives, she never told me, or anyone at work, and neither of them are answering their phones. "
" I need to find out where Lily's place is so I can apologize to them and fix this mess I made, so will you help me? " Blitz asked with a hopeful tone.
" Why of course Blitz, and I'm glad you called me to help you. " Stolas said with soft voice filled with genuine sympathy, understanding why the imp needed his help.
" Yeah, yeah, so do you can find out where Lily lives? " Blitz asked, hoping the owl prince knew, or help find out.
" Well I suspect Zella might know, since she's Lily's sister, stay on the line while I go ask her. " Stolas said as he placed the phone on the wooden table, and headed out of his bedroom.
As the tall owl prince entered the hallway outside his room, he walked the halls till he arrived at the bedroom door of his daughter.
From under the door Stolas could see the light of TV, and standing right in front of the door, he could hear the muffled sounds of what sounded like an action movie.
He raised his hand to knock on his daughters door, since he thought it was the polite thing to do since it was his daughter.
Though just when he was about halfway from knocking on the door, he was startled as the door flew open faster than than the owl prince could react.
The door had only been halfway opened, and halfway leaning from behind the door was Zella, with her right arm raised and claws out ready to attack.
Though upon seeing it was Stolas, Zella immediately relaxed and steeped out from behind the door, retracting her claws as she did.
" Oh, hello sir, sorry if I've spooked you again. " Zella said after she did a light bow to the tall owl prince.
" It's quit alright, it's always good to see your on alert while protecting my owlette. " Stolas said with a smile after he had a moment to compose himself.
This same thing had happened many times to not only him, but to the palace's servants, maids, and butler's as well.
They all knew to knock and announce their presence before entering a room when Zella was inside it, or when she was with Octavia, which she was almost all the time.
If they didn't when Zella was in a room, they'd risk being mistaken for an intruder and a threat, and risk being attacked by the hellcat bodyguard.
Though thankfully no one had never been harmed, but many have been startled and jump scared by almost being attacked by Zella.
" Anyway, mind if I come in? " Stolas asked curiously as he gestured to inside the bedroom.
" Oh, of course sir. " Zella said as she stepped aside and allowed the owl prince to enter the room.
" Hey dad, what's up? " Octavia asked curiously as she turned around on her bedroom sofa, turning her head around like a owl would.
Her sofa was a black fluffy lazy boy two seater sofa, and sat 5 and half feet away in front of a 40 inch flat screen TV, that sat on a short dark wooden TV stand.
" Oh I just wanted to see how you two are doing, what is it your watching by the way? " Stolas asked curiously as he gestured to the TV, seeing the screen paused.
" Oh just some zombie TV series from the human world, its just got to the part where the zombies first show up, its pretty good so far. " Octavia said as she pointed at the paused TV screen.
" Would you like to watch it with us? " Octavia asked her dad curiously.
" On no thank, besides, I wouldn't want to intrude and you and Zella's time together. " Stolas said as he politely turned down the offer, having never been a fan of horror movies.
" Though I do need to borrow Zella for a short bit, I need to discuss something with her, if you don't mind. " Stolas said casually as he looked at Zella.
" Of course sir, you mind keeping the movie paused till I get back Octavia?. " Zella asked as she looked towards the owl princess.
" Sure, I'll just watch other stuff till you get back. " Octavia said nonchalantly, as she began to search for other stuff to watch on the TV while she waited for Zella to return.
" So what is it you need to discuss with me sir? " Zella asked as Stolas and her stepped outside Octavia's room and into the hallway.
" Let's head to the kitchen first before we start. " Stolas said casually, as he gestured for the hellcat to follow him as he began walking down the hallway.
" Umm so sir, what is it you wanna discuss, is something wrong? " Zella asked curiously with concern, as she followed behind the tall owl prince into the family kitchen.
" No, no, nothing is wrong Zella, please have a seat. " Stolas said cautiously as he sat down at the head of the kitchen table, and gestured for Zella to sit on the chair on his left.
" Okay, but you seem so tense and nervous sir. " Zella said as she sat down at the table, noticed the owl prince's peculiar body language
" Well, it's just I I'd like to ask you something private, if you don't mind. " Stolas said cautiously as he sat down on the window side table and gestured for Zella
" Well sir, if it's something concerning my family's business, you know I can't discuss such matters with those outside the family, even if it's you sir. " Zella said apologetically to the tall owl prince.
" Of course, I actually wanted to talk about your older sister Lily. " Stolas said as he clarified what he wanted to discuss with her.
" Lily, what about her? " Zella asked curiously with edge of concern to her voice, while her ears perked up in attention.
" Well you see Zella, Blitz called me earlier and told me his daughter and him had a bit of rather heated argument today. "
" And that he also found out later that same day, that Lily is dating his daughter Loona as well. " Stolas said as he informed Zella of the call he had gotten from the imp earlier.
" Wait, Lily and Loona finally hooked up, and it was today, huh. " Zella thought, surprised and happy that Lily and Loona had finally got together.
" And though I don't know all the details, but apparently Blitz overreacted to this, and upset Lily when he found out Loona and Lily were dating. "
" And because of that, he got into another heated argument with his daughter, who has apparently runaway to Lily's place to live there. " Stolas said as he informed Zella of what he was told by Blitz.
" So, concerning what I wanted to asks about relating to Lily, is that do you know where she is currently living? " Stolas asked Zella's curiously with a gentle tone.
" What, why? " Zella asked in shock, as she looked at the owl prince in stunned surprise.
" Blitz told me he feels terrible for what he said and did, and he wishes to apologize to the two of them and make up with them. "
" But neither of them are answering their phones, and he doesn't know where Lily lives, and so I was hoping you'd help with that. " Stolas said as he explained the situation.
" W-Well sir, Lily only tell those she trusts with stuff like that, for personal reasons that I won't get into, if I did do that, it would be a betrayal of her trust in me. "
" Your basically asking me to betray her trust in me as her sister, and as someone she can rely on, I'm sorry sir b-but I can't do that. " Zella said very nervously, as she looked at the owl prince with eyes filled with fearful anxiety.
" Please don't be afraid or nervous Zella, I do very much understand where your coming from. " Stolas said reassuringly in a gentle tone, seeing the distress Zella was in
" You deeply love and care about your sister Lily and your family very much, and that's why it's not easy for me to ask this of you. "
" And I want you to I'm not asking as your boss, I'm asking this as a friend Zella. " Stolas said gently, feeling bad that he was having to do this.
" B-But Lily's going to hate me if I do. " Zella said sadly in a soft tone as she weaklyw protested.
" I'm sure she won't dear, and if she asks you can tell her I pressured you into telling me, I'll take the blame. " Stolas said gently as he smiled softly at Zella.
" Huha, she's staying at the penthouse at the Crimson Lotus hotel in the upper west side to of Imp City . " Zella said reluctantly as she lowered her head.
" Thank you Zella, I won't forget this. " Stolas said with a soft smile as he thanked her, before getting up and heading back towards his room.
" Huha. " Zella said with a heavy sigh, as she got up and headed back to Octavia's room, hoping Lily wouldn't hate her after this.
