Hii! Guess what… I'm in Singapore! I've been visiting all my relatives, so that's why I haven't been updating as much as before, BUT when I get back to H- nearly let it slip there, but when I go back, I have to do quarantine, so I'll probably update a lot then. Also, from the next chapter on, Sokeefe4Evar's helping me edit my stories, so they'll hopefully be longer! Thanks so much for agreeing to help me! Get ready for a longer chapter, this is the longest chapter so far. I can't believe I've gotten over 900 views to this story! If you're reading this, thank you, thank you so much for reading this. Check out my other story, KOTLC React! Enjoy!

Okay, quick fact that's interesting, you can skip ahead to the story if you want, but did you know, if you say: Why can't you get me some ice cream, you're actually saying: Why can not you get me some ice cream. The wonders of English never fails to amaze me.…..

Luna2023: Thanks so much! I feel the same way about your stories :), and I can always count on you to review as soon as the chapters come out XD.

"Keefe got another memory back. I made him agree to let me hail you."

"What is it?" he didn't sound surprised.

"There's a lot of information, but whenever you get back from where you are-" I peered into his background, which was a bit murky, but she could make out the glittering castles in Eternalia,"-I can show you. The main point is, there may be another group involved. The Triumvate. Lady Gisela made it seem like they were a threat in the memory, but have you seen any traces of them before? "

Mr Forkle sounded surprised. "I have, actually. When we were searching for your parents, remember those scrolls Lady Gisela gave us?"

Oh, I remembered them alright, those scrolls that had taken AGES to uncode.

"Well, one of the runes we had deciphered was "Triumvate", but I didn't tell you at the time because you were so focused on finding your human parents. All that we could tell about them is that they're extremely secretive, and that they have three main leaders, just like the Collective. We couldn't tell what their names were though."

"Which side are they on?" I held my breath.

"Unfortunately, they seem to be on their own side, which remains unknown."

"Oh. Have you heard any other stuff about them?"

"No, sorry. I can ask the Councilors though, they might know."

"Okay."

I ended the hail and reached out with my mind again.

Keefe?

Foster?

Hi! I just hailed Mr Forkle.

What did he say?

Brace yourself. I took a deep breath and recapped everything he had told me.

Sorry.

What are you apologising for? You will always come first, Foster. But I still don't get why he didn't tell us before.

Same. Anyway, you're still at the Shores of Solace, right?

Nope.

WHAT!? YOU BETTER BE KIDDING ME!

Don't worry, I'm at the WAVES OF WIMPINESS. I absolutely refuse to say that stupid name.

Despite the childishness of it all, I still had to laugh.

I have to go now, Grady's at the door.

Brace yourself.

I know.

I disconnected our minds again, and glared at Grady. He was indeed at the door of my room, with a grim smile on his face.

He said, "I think, Sophie, that it's time for another lesson about boys."

Keefe's POV

After Foster disconnected our minds, there wasn't much to do except vandalise the perfect walls of my father's escape house. So that was exactly what I did. Ro helped of course. She took great pleasure in smashing the walls of his study while he went out to Atlantis.

But that was before the force field. It wrapped around the house in glaringly bright light, blinding both of us until it was too late. I grabbed the goblin throwing stars that were hidden in my cape and hurled them in every direction. Ro also grabbed all the daggers she could find and threw them, but the Neverseen had struck at the perfect timing.

I could make out a few bright figures beyond the border of the force field, but the only two I could make out were Ruy….and Mom.

Ro sweared and pulled out even more daggers (did she have an infinite number of them?) but didn't throw them. Not yet.

"We meet again," Mom said.

"Okay, two things. First, can I just say this? TERRIBLE punch line. Classic Villian style. It just doesn't work. Second, what's up with capturing us when we're alone? It's starting to get predictable. " I said.

"He does have a point. The only thing he forgot to mention was you won't get a second chance at your punchline. I'll make sure you don't." Ro snarled.

Mom paled but still said, "Take them", to the other Neverseen members.

One of them -I assumed it was Ruy- tightened the force field so me and Ro were forced to huddle together. Then we were floating. I don't know how it happened, but, but the force field had lifted us above the ground and was pushing towards the sky. We were standing on a little metal platform that a Conjurer could have summoned.

Ro was yet again, muttering some unbelievable dirty curse words that even I would have gotten in trouble for using. I thrashed, trying to get out of the protective cocoon, but the force field kept getting tighter around us, so we had to choice but to give up.

Then I had an idea. First, I pressed the ice blue panic switch Dex had given me, then I tried something different.

The last few times Sophie had connected our minds, I had felt this sort of pull towards her emotional centre. So as we drifted in the sky, I tried to recreate that pull, hoping she would feel something. ANYTHING.

"Ummm Hunkyhair" Ro said nervously.

"Yes? I'm trying something. Wait."

"You better be trying something. Look, we're nearly at a hideout."

I saw the distant black dome, and quickened my pace. Suddenly, I felt a sort of snap ripple across me, and Sophie's panicked voice filled my head.

Keefe? What happened?

FINALLY. We're in a BUNCH of trouble Foster, so you better help us.

Spill.

We were at the Waves of Wimpiness, and the Neverseen ambushed us. They did this weird floaty force field thing, so now we're in the air flying to one of their hideouts.

Is there a landmark there?

Hmmmmm. Nope.

Not helping. I'll ask Sandor to check your trackers, and I'll send Mr Forkle and the Collective as soon as possible.

Okay, but you better send them soon. We're nearly there.

As soon as you get back you can tell me how you did that flashing thing.

What? But she had already disconnected our minds.

"I assume you were talking to Blondie?" Ro asked.

"Yeah, how did you know?" I said.

"You have the same dopey grin that you get every time you talk to her. Also, enough with the chatting. We're here!"

I glanced around, and saw what looked like a HUGE cave that was cloaked with ANOTHER force field.

"Foster better send the Collective soon…"

I hope you enjoyed that! Please review, and thanks so much to Luna2023 and Sokeefe4Evar. You guys bring me so much positivity and are my fave authors on fanfiction by far. SPlease stay safe, happy, and keep reading!
