"Tuna?" he asked holding up a can.

She looked it over. "Lindsey it expired over a year ago. When did you buy this?" she asked giggling.

He chucked the can in the trash and continued to rummage through the closet. Tara plopped on the couch with a pint of vanilla ice cream and watched him. "You know you need lots of vitamins babe," he was calling over his shoulder. "And calcium, lots of calcium."

"And pickles," she called eagerly, giggling when she failed at being serious.

He smiled and threw away the items in his hand before advancing slowly to the couch with a questioning expression but mischief in his eyes.

"Well you know, pregnant women get those weird cravings right?" she asked. "I want pickles," she smiled.

"What kinda pickles you like darlin', sweet or dill?" He straddled her and took a bite of her ice cream, leaning in and kissing her softly on the lips, his eyes sparkling even brighter. "Cause I got a real sweet one for ya."

"Oh yeah?" She felt her face turn a light shade of red.

"Oh yeah," he confirmed.
