Around noon, Adrien was at his lair watching the movie about his mother being a movie star in Rise of the Werecat. He noticed how well she played the role of being both a gentlewoman and a beast.
"What an amazing actress," Adrien said and saw one part of his mother attacking a hunter in the movie.
Maybe all her life she wanted the world to know that werecats are not like that. Maybe they are just afraid to see the difference. Just like his father couldn't see that his son is still the same on the inside. And he abandoned him like garbage.
The cats meowed and jumped on the couch to join their master, "Hello my kitties" Adrien petted some of them, "Good boy" He petted Plagg before offering milk, "I wish to someday help you find caring owners, guys" Adrien said.
The movie ended and Adrien understood that his mother just wanted to be accepted in the human world, "Oh mom" He sighs in sadness.
Night came and he goes into his closet to suit up for his nocturnal activity.
"Time to get my claws out," He said as he put his mask on.
Plagg meowed near his ankle, wanting to join his master for this, "Alrighy, who can resist those cute eyes? Come along, Plagg" He let Plagg follow.
The cats meowed that he hopes he'll keep Plagg safe, "Don't worry. He'll be back in one piece" Cat Noir said and got out of the workshop with Plagg. Sniffing for danger lurking around but found no scent.
"Well I smell nothing," He said.
"Meow" Plagg agreed.
Cat Noir however suspected Lila might appear any minute or that he might find any criminal. He so wanted them as mice snacks to kick ass.
He walked into the alley to find a bad guy as his mice snack while Plagg stayed near him.
"Watch this" He whispered to Plagg before making his move.
"Almost there" The thief was breaking through a door with a buzzsaw.
"Breaking the door instead doing safe cracker?" Cat Noir startled the thief.
"Cat Noir?!" The thief gasped.
"Yeah, and I'm here for the big mouse" Cat Noir grinned.
Plagg hissed at the thief for doing something bad.
"Stand back you freak!" The thief took out his gun.
"Heh, afraid I'm gonna claw your ass?" Cat Noir taunted.
"Let's find out" The thief shot him but missed and Plagg tackled him.
"AAAAGH! GET OFF ME!" The thief screamed.
Cat Noir rushed in and took the gun, "A new kind of gun, huh? To kill people?" Cat Noir crushed the gun.
"Get this beast off me!" The thief threw Plagg.
"My turn!" Cat Noir punched the thief and then claws him twice before spin-kicking him.
"And sometimes punishment means a lesson" Cat Noir said before making his leave with his cat.
"Good job, Plagg" He scratched Plagg's chin.
"There he is! Get that cat now!" The bad guys found him and they were not looking very happy.
"Damn it!" Cat Noir ran to get away but then found a Ducati in the alley.
"Get back to the lair, Plagg. I'm gonna lead them out of here" Cat Noir instructed before starting the bike.
Plagg did as he was told while his owner drove away.
The bad guys saw him driving but they quickly went to their cars to go after him. No way we're they gonna let that feline get away again.
"You want a chase? You got it" He drove even faster.
He drove to the left, dodging several cars on the road. One thug took out a grenade launcher and fired at him but Cat Noir got down as the projectile was fired, increasing speed to get away faster. He dodged the next shot and the third one hit another car.
Soon he drove through a market and used one car door as a shield to block off another projectile.
"Meow! You guys are crazy!" Cat Noir felt the impact and tossed the door aside and drove faster.
"After him!" They kept chasing him.
Soon Cat Noir came to a dead end but he slides up a plank and landed safely on another road.
"Yes. 10 lives!" Cat Noir whooped and drive back to the alley but got hit by something and he fell off his ride.
There stood a mysterious masked samurai with a katana, "Going somewhere, Kuro Neko?" She approached him.
"I don't hit women but that stunt was ridiculous" Cat Noir kips up from the ground.
"For a Neko, you didn't land on your feet" She chuckled and tried to slash him with her katana but Cat Noir was too fast and kicked the sword out of her hands.
"Funny. You don't even know what I am" Cat Noir extends his claws and tries to claw her but she dodged every hit.
"Big mistake, cat boy," She said.
"You made a mistake when you mess with the cat!" Cat Noir tried to brutally slam his feet on her but it made the ground crack, "Now I'm gonna whoop your ass!" He laughed and pounds his fist on the ground.
It got so hard the ground collapsed under the samurai's feet but she got to higher ground, "Heh, I'm still standing" She taunted.
"Alright lady, you asked for it!" Cat Noir ran up the car.
The samurai jumps down from the lamppost and onto the street, with Noir trying to tackle her.
Tumbling together until Cat Noir was on top of her, pinning her arms down, "If we keep fighting like this, our asses is gonna be sore in the morning" Cat Noir teased.
"Let go of me, Kuro Neko!" The samurai exclaimed.
"Simmer down, ninja. I'm not a bad guy. Let's just talk like regular humans, please" Cat Noir said politely.
"Hai" She got up with him.
"Are you calm now?" Cat Noir had to be sure she won't whoop his ass.
"I'm perfectly calm, Cat Noir," The samurai said.
"A big fan of me?" Cat Noir grinned.
"No, and I know you're not human," The samurai said.
"Technically, I'm half human. My tail is real" Cat Noir swishes his tail.
"And your ears too?" The samurai guessed.
"Yes. And remove your mask so I can see who you are and why you attacked me" Cat Noir demanded.
The samurai removed her mask, revealing herself to be a Japanese girl, "My name's Kagami"
Cat Noir did the same with his, "I'm Adrien, the missing Agreste boy"
"You really are him? He didn't have those ears and tail" Kagami looks at them.
"It's a trait from my mother" Adrien explained, "And I still haven't gotten an answer to why you tried to kick my ass," He said.
"You looked like a cat burglar," Kagami said.
"Is that all?" Adrien replied.
"Yeah. But I was mistaken" Kagami said.
"Heh. Just because of the catsuit?" Cat Noir chuckled.
"Sort of. Most cat burglars wear leather suits" Kagami said.
"Mmhmm. Well, are you some kind of a samurai superhero?" Adrien asked.
"Mostly an assassin. My ancestors have fought for centuries to fight for peace" Kagami explained.
"Yes. I've been looking for a dark witch who has been doing bad things. She bewitched bad men to do her dirty work" Kagami explained.
"Lila" Adrien uttered her name.
"That's her. And I'm guessing she has a thing for cats like you" Kagami said.
"Yes, but I got a white witch friend," Adrien said.
Plagg ran in and found his master, hissing at the stranger he did not like, just to protect his master.
"Plagg, relax" Adrien shushed him.
"I love cats. Isn't that right, my cute little kitty?" Adrien gives rapid kisses to his cat.
"Meow" Plagg just meowed out.
"I see" Kagami crossed her arms.
"And the truth is, I'm a Werecat," Adrien said.
"No wonder the ears and tail are real" Kagami touched the tail.
"Yup. My tail is like my third paw" Adrien said.
