I do not own anything in this chapter.

Danny Fenton looks around the fast food restaurant he was in and stops when he sees Randy, Marinette, and Will sitting at a table talking to each other. He stares at Will for a few seconds trying to figure out what important reason she and the other had. He hears his order number called and walks up to the counter grabbing the tray with the four burgers and groups of fries on it. He walks back to the table and sets the tray down on it.

"I'm telling you guys. We can't just ignore the fact that we travelled back in time." Marinette tells the others as Danny sits down next to Randy.

"We get that Marinette, but we can't really discuss something none of us know anything about." Will points out as Danny hands her burger and fries to her. "Thanks Danny."

"I'm with Will on this one." Randy says. "The whole idea is crazy, but none of us know how to do it or how things will turn out. We should just let it go until we meet that strange person again." He reaches at the tray and takes his burger and fries with a big smile. "Besides, we barely know anything about each other, and according to Danny, the person said that we have a couple hours before this event happens. I say we take it easy until we're actually needed."

Marinette sighs and turns her eyes to Danny. "Danny, could you help me out here?" She asks feeling upset that their situation was not making any sense.

Danny hands his food to Marinette who accepts the food as he says, "I don't know what to think. The figure comes out of a clock that magically appears and tells me that we have to save someone and that we have a couple hours to do it. The next thing I know is that I wake up on the ground with the rest of you guys."

Marinette watches Danny as he grabs his burger and takes a bite out of it. "Ok, I get that, but there has to be something we're missing here."

"You mean other than the location and time it happens." Will points out getting the Miraculous wielder to sigh in defeat. "I get why you're upset Marinette, but all of us were left in the dark about this, and we won't be able to confirm anything until we meet him again."

"This person can use time on their own will. I doubt he will even tell us who he is or why he is having us do this." Randy remarks before taking another bite from his burger.

Danny swallows his food and mutters, "You might be right about that, but we don't even know if this person is a guy. He could be a woman for all we know."

"The gender doesn't really matter right now anyway." Will says before putting a fry into her mouth. She swallows the food and makes a gesture to them as a group. "What does matter is what we will be doing when the time comes to help this person."

Marinette picks her burger up and sighs, "How can we even plan when we don't have any clue on who we are supposed to protect. I hate being left in the dark." She takes a bite from her sandwich and sighs in defeat.

"That's something all of us can agree on." Will mutters sadly. She grabs her burger and picks it up thinking of something else for them to talk about. "Why don't we try to get to know each other then?" She suggests before taking a bite from her burger.

Randy sets his half-eaten burger down and smiles at Will's idea. "I like that plan, and since you said it, I'll go head and start. I am Randy Cunningham, and I love playing video game, stopping evil plans, and having fun with my best friend Howard."

"What about your career in the hero gig?" Danny asks the purple hair teen.

"Right, when I was going into the ninth grade I was given a mask and was told that I am the Ninja. The mask is supposed to be traded off to the next ninth grader after every four years, and the rule was supposed to be the same after my time is supposed to be up, but I recently found out I am the current holder of the ninja mask until I feel like I should pass it on to someone else." Randy finishes explaining his story.

'Lucky.' Marinette thinks not liking the idea of giving up her Miraculous or her Kwami, Tikki. "I guess you could say the same for me. I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng, and I love designing clothes."

"Really?" Will asks finding it interesting that someone around her age would be already a designer.

Marinette looks at Will with a smile. "Yep, I already made some clothes for me and my friends. I'm the fashion designer of my class."

"That's actually pretty cool even though I'm not into fashion." Randy remarks giving her a small grin. "How did you become Ladybug?"

Marinette's mood dampens at the idea of telling her story. "Well, one day after school I find this box inside my room, and it was my Miraculous. At the time I thought it was weird, and it grew on me over time, but it isn't easy when this kind of life is forced on you."

"Can't argue with you there." Will remarks getting everyone to look at her. "I got my powers almost a year after I became a Guardian with my friends. I already introduced myself earlier, but I'm Wilhelmina Vandom, and I love swimming. As for how I became a Guardian, I was invited to my friend's house, and her grandmother told us we were the next generation of Guardians. I was still the new girl to town at the time, and becoming a Guardian as well as the leader of the team was a lot for me to take in."

"Gee, you sound like you were in a lot of turmoil." Randy says raising an eyebrow at the redhead.

Will's cheeks turn a little pink from the embarrassment. "I don't want to talk about it."

"Then don't." Will turns her head to Danny as he sets his half-eaten burger down. "I doubt everything went smoothly for these guys when they first started."

"Yeah, I was wacked straight into the school I was supposed to protect." Randy taps his chin a couple times when his mind goes through his memories of his past fights. "Actually, I think I destroyed the school more than protected it."

Marinette shakes her head and sighs in defeat. "Why am I not surprised?" Marinette mutters sadly.

Randy shrugs his shoulders. "It's not my fault when monsters and robots attack you almost every other day at school. It's not like I have a special power that allows me to reverse the damage done."

Marinette winces at those words knowing that she can do that after every battle at her home in France. She looks over at Will and says, "I tied myself up and found myself hung upside down in the middle of town. After I beat my first villain, I accidentally allowed the akumatized butterfly to fly around and turn people into rock monsters."

"You see? No one has it that easy at first." Danny assures Will.

"What about you?" Will asks wondering if he had the same thing happen to him.

Danny sighs while running his right hand through his hair. "Honestly, my first fight wasn't until I had my powers for a couple years. It took some time to learn how to control my three basic powers before the rest of my ghost powers showed up." He admits.

"At least you got to train before going out on the field." Marinette mutters sadly.

Randy shrugs and grabs a couple fries. "Eh, some people get to choose whether they want to be a hero or not. He's just one of those few."

"Actually, my teacher didn't want me and Angelic Code to go out as heroes since he doesn't want people to know that there are people born with a gene that gives them powers." Danny explains trying to play it off without revealing that he and Aelita were mutants.

"Your teacher sounds like he was trying to protect you guys." Marinette says raising an eyebrow at Danny.

"He is, and he's doing it to protect the others. I'm worried on how the others will react when he starts revealing more dangerous secrets he's been keeping from us."

"I think everyone has those moments." Randy says before putting the last of his burger into his mouth.

"Let's worry about our private lives when we are not on a mission." Marinette says deciding to change the subject. "What are we going to do once we're done eating?"

"I say we split up and start searching the town until we see something suspicious." Danny suggests.

"Agreed, but we'll be too noticeable in our hero gear." Will points out.

Randy shrugs, "Eh, if that fails we'll just have to go as we are."

"I wish that wasn't our only option." Marinette mutters before putting the last of her burger into her mouth.

"If we're going by foot, we better split up to cover ground." Will tells them as she wipes the grease off her hands with a napkin.

"Agreed. Randy and Marinette will go together as one team. Will and I will go as the other team. We can't risk being alone especially with something we know nothing about." Danny warns the others.

"I'll call it as I see it, but I fail to see how it can't be guys as one group and girls as the other group." Randy decides to point out.

"Marinette is from France, and Will is from another country." Danny counters getting Randy to sigh in defeat.

"I'm from Italy, and while neither of us girls know anything about the United State, Danny and Marinette already know each other. If we're going to work together, we need to learn everything we can about each other." Will explains hoping Randy can understand the reason behind their predicament.

"You make it sound like we will be fighting together in the future." Marinette says giving Will a curious look.

"I doubt we would be pulled here together without a reason." Will shrugs her shoulders and reaches in her shirt getting both guys to blink a couple times. She pulls out a hidden pendant that was hidden under her shirt. "This is the Heart of Kandrakar. It is the pendent that supposedly gave me and my friends our powers, but that's not why I brought it out."

"Are you saying that we were brought together for a specific reason?" Danny asks raising an eyebrow at Will's theory.

"Why would we be even considered to work together in the future?" Marinette asks curiously. "Danny and I met almost a year ago because he believed I needed someone to talk to without worrying about hiding my identity. We only talked a couple times after that, but we only worked together one time after we met, and I don't mean our fight from earlier today."

Danny sighs knowing exactly the moment she was talking about. "Oh yeah, that fight was definitely something I am not looking forward to do again." He mutters distastefully. 'Fury might be in charge of Shield, but I doubt he could up with every type of contingency plan to stop the Galactic Kids Next Door.'

"What happened in that fight?" Will asks curiously.

Marinette looks away and sighs, "I don't want to talk about it."

Will looks over at Danny who shakes his head at her unasked question. Will sighs at their response and puts her trash on the tray. "Ok then, lets just finish eating and find out who we are supposed to protect."

"Agreed."

Danny walks down the sidewalk with Will a couple step behind him on his right. She looks around the area and notices that it was not much different from her neighborhood. "Was your reason to have me as your partner just an excuse to have them partner up, or was your excuse about us being from a different country true?" She decides to ask first.

"I would say both." Danny answers giving a small smirk at the idea of having them together. "Marinette and I have only met a couple times, but we chat sometimes through the internet even though we're in different time zones."

"What about you and Randy?"

"We talked a bit earlier today or now if you want to count the time travel or whatever you want to call it. It also helps that we know about each other's existence." Danny admits thinking back on how Aelita looked some stuff up on Randy's hero identity. 'She really has become a walking human of information.'

Will glances to her right and mutters, "Oh, that makes sense I guess."

"What kind of powers do you have?" Danny asks hoping to get a nice change of topic.

"I actually have the abilities to control quintessence. You could say I can control electricity if I must be blunt." Will says deciding to give Danny a small run down on what quintessence is.

"I might have to ask Angelic Code to look that up for me later." Danny remarks with a small grin. "Controlling electricity sounds cool though."

"It is, but I can also use it to talk to electrical appliances." Will smiles sheepishly making Danny shake his head in response.

"Is there more to it? Your powers are starting to seem really cool."

Will giggles at Danny's idea of believing her powers were cool. "That's nice to know, but you haven't mentioned anything about your powers."

Danny chuckles, "Well, I started off with invisibility, turning intangible, and flying, but my two main powers I use are controlling ice and my body's ghost energy."

"Ghost energy?" Will asks raising an eyebrow at him.

Danny sighs, "A couple years ago my parents built a machine that would allow them to access the spirit world or ghost zone whatever people want to call it. It didn't work, and my friends thought it would be nice to get a picture. I found out why it didn't work, but my body was shocked to the core with ectoplasm." Will gasps in shock covering her mouth with her right hand. "Yeah, I found out later how I survived the accident."

"How did you survive?" Will asks without thinking how it would affect him.

"I don't know if I should tell you." Danny admits running his right hand through his hair as they stop walking. He looks up at the sky and asks, "Do you think we should tell each other our lives when we barely know each other?"

Will puts her hands behind her back and shrugs, "Honestly, I don't know. Before I moved to Heatherfield and became a Guardian, I started to be able to read minds, and the minds I read were my friends. Every time I read their minds the more I realized they did not like my company. My mom decided to have us move so I wouldn't be upset anymore."

"I guess good things do come out of bad situations." Danny admits turning his attention back to her. "I remember a month after I got my powers that I decided to tell my parents. They didn't take it well, and I was forced to leave." Will's eyes widen in surprise then show concern for Danny. "At the time I thought I was a ghost and a human, and my parents said I wasn't their son because they believe ghosts were evil."

Will walks up to him and gives him a comforting hug. He accepts the hug and puts his arms around her in appreciation. "I don't know what to say." She whispers sadly.

"It's probably better if you don't say anything. I was able to get through it with some help from my friends." Danny tells her as they release each other from the hug. He gives her an assuring smile getting her to give a small smile. "I made friends who backed me up and found my cousin who backs me up despite the situation I'm currently in with my parents."

"That's good to hear." Will turns her head when she feels a strange energy from the park that she sees across the street. 'What am I feeling?' She thinks before walking off to the park confusing Danny.

"Do you see something?" He asks as he follows her across the street to the park.

"No, but I do feel something foreign that I shouldn't normally feel." Will admits as they enter the park.

"You can feel people's energy?" Danny asks curiously.

Will nods her head and glances around the area. "Yeah, it's a special ability that allows me to feel the energy from people. The down side is that I am not familiar on how it works, but I can use my energy or aether to help calm animals down."

"Wow, that sounds pretty useful."

"It is, but…this way." She runs through the park with Danny following her and stops at the other end of the park seeing a dog chasing and barking at a vehicle.

"What was it that you felt?"

"I don't know if I'm honest, but I get a feeling that dog might be the answer to whoever we are supposed to be after." Will admits.

"Yes, I'm calling because I saw someone kidnapping the members of the Loud family." A person says behind them on his phone.

Danny and Will glance at the person then back at each other. "Let's move." He tells Will.

"Right."

"This town does look a bit smaller than what I'm used to." Marinette admits as she and Randy walk pass a random store. "Do you come from a small town?"

Randy shrugs his shoulders. "It matters how you look at it really. I live in a city that has been around for more than eight hundred years, but I live in a normal house despite my town has some bruce buildings."

"You really need better words to use." Marinette mutters not sure how she should be feeling about his slang.

"Either way living the secret life as a superhero gets exhausting." Randy concludes not hearing Marinette's comment.

"It's worth it when you save the people from danger though." Marinette points out getting a grin from Randy.

"You got it." Randy gives her a thumb's up from his left hand and notices them walking near an arcade. He turns his head to Marinette with a grin on his face. "How do you feel about heading to the arcade?" He asks while pointing at the arcade up ahead.

Marinette raises an eyebrow at Randy's question. "Why would we go to an arcade when we have someone to save?" She asks him curiously.

"Do you really not know what goes on at the arcade?" Randy asks getting blue haired girl to raise an eyebrow. Randy deflates a little at her response. "Right, many things go on at the arcade, and there is always one specific thing I learned while being at the arcade. Something bad will always be near because villains hate the arcade."

Marinette facepalms and walks past the arcade sighing at Randy's answer. "If you are trying to prove a point, you are doing really bad at it. I also might point out that our current mission is to stop this kidnapping from happening." She reminds him.

Randy sighs and runs his right hand through his hair. "Fine, you probably would lose to me anyway." He says getting her to raise an eyebrow.

"You seriously believe I'm going to fall for that?"

Randy shrugs and looks away acting like he does not care. "I mean. It's rare for girls to play videogames, and if they do play, there is barely anyone who is good anyway." He says laying down the bait hoping that Marinette will take it.

"Are you saying I can't play videogames?" Marinette asks feeling a little offended that he was saying that.

Randy raises his hands to his shoulders and shrugs, "What can I say? I haven't met a girl who could actually play."

"Well this girl is going to prove you wrong." Marinette enters the arcade getting Randy to smirk.

"Hook, line, and sinker." He mutters pulling his jacket in a cool motion knowing that he won the battle.

45 minutes later…

Randy and Marinette exit the arcade with Marinette holding a milkshake and Randy sipping the soda from his drink. Randy tosses the cup into the trash can and smirks at Marinette. "Ok, you proved me wrong. You know your way around a controller." Randy admits not taking his eyes off Marinette.

"I guess it goes to show you that you can't believe everything you are told." Marinette counters before finishing the last of her milkshake. She tosses her cup into the trash and asks, "Do you plan on having us get distracted again, or will we be able to continue our search?"

Randy rolls his eyes and asks, "Do you seriously believe we would have found anything instead of being in there?"

"Yes."

Randy shakes his head at her answer. "You see that's where you're wrong. If there is one thing I learned about being a hero, it is that the evil deed almost always comes to us without even meaning to." He tells her crossing his arms over his chest.

"Why would you say something like that?" Marinette asks raising an eyebrow at him.

Randy walks by her and turns his head to see a white hair kid with an orange shirt and blue jeans walking away from them when a white van pulls up next to the kid. He watches as a masked man pops his head out and grabs the kid's shirt in a quick second pulling the kid into the van. "Because I'm watching a kidnapping right now!"

"What?!" Marinette yells turning her head to the van as the door shuts. "We need to stop that van."

"Let's gear up then." Randy tells her before grabbing her wrist and pulling her into an alley as everyone else was distracted with other things around. "It's Ninja time." Randy ducks down behind the trash can and pulls the mask over his face allowing his ninja suit to cover his body.

Marinette gets behind the dumpster and opens her bag allowing her kwami Tikki to come out. "It's about time. How in the world did you get into this kind of situation?" Tikki asks her partner.

"I'll explain later Tikki, but right now we got a kidnapping in progress that needs to be stopped." Marinette explains to the kwami who sighs in defeat. "Tikki, spots on!" The kwami flies into the earing on Marinette's ear and makes it glow red with five black dots. Marinette puts her hands over her eyes allowing the mask to appear on her face then puts her arms out allowing the rest of her Ladybug costume to magically appear over the rest of her body. She looks over at Ninja who gets out from behind the trash can. "Let's move." The two heroes jump to the roof and chase after the van from the top of the buildings.

Phantom and Guardian fly over the city looking for the vehicle that they heard someone explain to the police. Phantom sees something from the corner of his right eye and notices the van, that the person talked about, parked at a building. "This way." Phantom tells Guardian getting her to look at him as he flies to the building.

Guardian flies after him, and they fly on top of the building ducking down to avoid being seen by other people. "What's the plan?" She asks him.

Phantom looks around the roof carefully and says, "I'm going to get you inside the building while I check the perimeter for anyone outside the building."

"Don't worry about it. I can get in myself." Guardian fazes through the floor getting Phantom widen his eyes in surprise. She sticks her head back out through the ceiling and says, "You go ahead and take care of the perimeter. I'll meet you inside."

"See you then."

Guardian lands on the top floor of the building and looks around carefully. 'It looks like a normal business building.' She thinks before looking around carefully.

"Just set her down over there." Guardian hears nearby. She looks around the area carefully and stops when she sees some shadows of people walking towards her. She fazes into the closest room and hears the people start to walk by.

"Why are we doing this again?" Guardian hears a different person ask.

"I shouldn't have to explain everything to you, but the boss wants to make sure all future threats are taken care of before they are even created." The first man answers.

Guardian raises an eyebrow at the statement and listens to the men open a door across from the room she was hiding in. "Let's just hurry. The others should be here with the rest of the family soon."

"Rest of the family?" Guardian mutters feeling dread running through her blood. "This isn't a simple kidnapping." She hears the door shut and the shuffle of feet and waits until she could not hear anything. She sticks her head through the wall and looks both ways before going through the wall. 'I need to hurry.' She sees the door to the room across from the room she was hiding in and sticks her head through the wall to find a female teen with brunette hair tied to a chair. 'That's one of them.'

Guardian enters the room just as the fabric around the girl's mouth rips apart around her mouth. "Geez, they sure know how to make a 'knot' of the situation." The teen says giggling softly at her joke while Guardian raises an eyebrow. "Now, I just need to break these ropes and stop them from hurting my family. I wish I could see how they tied me up, then I could be out of here in a jiffy." Guardian rolls her eyes and walks over to the girl getting the teen to stop when she heard the movement. "Oh great, my plan is already going south. Heehee, get it?"

"I would if I was actually working for those men." Guardian says getting the teen to frown. She gets behind the teen and burns the rope apart with her quintessence. She watches as the teen moves her hands in front of her and rubs them from the pain of having them tied behind her back.

"I never was a fan of this kind of stuff." The teen mutters. She removes her blindfold as Guardian burns the rope off of her legs. "Thanks, I guess."

"Do you have any idea why they were kidnapping you and your family?" Guardian asks as she walks around the chair to be in front of the teen.

The teen shrugs and leans back in the chair. "Honestly, I got no clue. They made it sound like I'm the one who has to suffer which makes no sense because I'm a comedian." The teen explains not sure how she got into this situation. "Who are you anyway?"

"You can call me Guardian for now. What's your name?" Guardian asks.

The teen stands up on her feet and adjusts the flower on her white tank top. "I'm Luan Loud, the funny one of eleven children." Luan introduces to Guardian.

"Well, I would ask some more questions, but we need to get out of here before those guys come back." Guardian walks up to the door and sticks her head through it getting Luan to take a couple steps back in surprise. Guardian brings her head back out and says, "Follow me."

Luan watches Guardian open the door and exit the room and exits the room after the hero. She follows Guardian down the hallway and thinks, 'This would be something Lincoln would love to be a part of.'

Guardian puts her hand up getting Luan to stop behind the redhead. Guardian turns her head back to look at Luan and puts a finger up to her lips. Luan watches as Guardian looks left and right down the hallway then motions her to follow. She follows Guardian down the hallway and stops when they find themselves right outside an open lobby. Guardian puts her hand up and whispers, "Stay here."

Luan nods and watches Guardian walk to the railing while staying crouched. She watches her protector and keeps calm when she sees Guardian stick her head through the wood. 'I hope she doesn't faze through life.' Luan chuckles mentally at her joke.

Guardian stares down at the lobby watching the men who were putting down chairs in a row of people who were tied up and blind folded. She glances over the tied-up victims and counts them noticing that there were twelve people tied up and only three of them were adults. She removes her head from the plastic covering for the railing and looks back at Luan who was standing against the wall looking back at Guardian. "How many siblings do you have?"

"Ten, and by that question they caught all of them." Luan summarizes for her mind. She gets down on her hands and knees and crawls over to Guardian before peaking over the ledge. She looks over the people tied up down below and becomes worried when she sees how her family was struggling. She lowers down behind the railing looking at Guardian completely worried about her family. "Do you have a plan to save them?"

"Honestly, I don't." Guardian admits with a sheepish grin getting Luan to drop her head. "But I didn't come alone."

Luan looks up in surprise. "Who else is here?"

"I wouldn't be staying out there if you knew how many of those guards are here." The two girls jump in surprise and turn their heads to see Phantom kneeling on the floor next to them.

"When did you get here?" Guardian asks her partner.

"I'll explain later, but right now we need to get her to safety." Phantom says pointing his left thumb at Luan.

"I'm not leaving my family behind." Luan argues not liking the idea that she must leave her family without trying to help.

"I'm not saying that we are, but we need to talk somewhere more privately than where we currently are."

Guardian nods agreeing with what Phantom was pointing out. "What do you have in mind?"

A mask figure walks out of the double doors into the lobby and smiles under his white mask. He removes his white cape allowing his yellow short sleeve shirt with a green jacket tied around his waist, blue jeans with a couple small holes around the knees, and green sneakers with a light blue emblem that was a T and E put together with the M looking like an evil grin. "Is the other girl secured in the other room?" He asks one of his subordinates.

"Yes sir, she has been put in a separate room that is set up for you to show her what you plan to do to her family." One of the soldiers says.

"Good, we need to be quick about it. We don't how much time we got until the Time User brings someone to end this before it can start." The figure reminds his men.

"Right boss!"

The masked man turns his attention to the family and looks over the family as his men scramble around setting the stuff he needs set up for his plan. The man's eyes rest on the white-haired boy and stares at the boy with an uneasy look in his eyes. He turns his eyes to the young goth girl who was not struggling in her bonds. 'I need this to work to stop certain things from happening in the future.' His eyes wonder to the young blond that was covered in mud. 'Three threats were created after that invasion, but none of them were there. I need to know who was really there and stop those things from happening.'

The man walks up to the father and kneels in front of the confused father. 'It's too bad these people have no idea how much they will fall apart after the invasion. It makes me sad that it even happened at all, but I can't stop something I cannot control. My current self is unaware of everything going on.' The man thinks before gesturing to the ten men watching the family. "Take off their blindfolds and ear plugs. It's almost time for the plan to go into action."

The men nod and remove the blindfolds and ear plugs allowing the family members to see where they were and to hear what the man wants them to hear. "It seems you guys are now starting to understand your predicament." The masked man says getting all twelve family members to look at him. "You don't have to worry about the youngest. She's being watched over by a couple of my men away from all of this. Don't want to scar her too early now." He sees the family glaring at him and chuckles at the situation. "Of course, your other sibling is going to be watching from another room what I'm going to be doing to you guys."

He sees the father's mouth move and motions for one of the men to remove the mouth gag. Once the mouth gag was removed the father yells, "Who are you and what has my daughter done to you?"

"Nothing…yet." The man answers shrugging his shoulders. "Honestly the events leading up to her big choice start off a chain of events that I just don't want to happen."

"What is that supposed to mean?" The father asks.

The man chuckles, "Sorry, but I can't give you that information. You don't have the clearance for it." He snaps his fingers, and the mouth gaga was put back in the father's mouth before he could ask any more questions. "Ah, it's always satisfying when something goes my way, but I'm on a time limit, and you guys are going to help this family member of yours with her future choices in life. Is everything set up?" He asks turning his head to the men setting the stuff up for his video presentation.

"Yes sir, everything is ready for you to use." One of the men says.

The mask man smirks under his mask and says, "One of you make sure that she is ready to watch what I am about to do to her family members." The men nod their heads, and the man closest to the stairs walks up to check up on their prisoner.

"Sir, what do you want us to do next?"

"Set the family up in order from oldest to youngest starting with their grandfather. It is almost show time, and no Time User is going to stop me."

"Are you sure about that?"

Everyone stops what they were doing and turns their heads to the voice only for no one to be there. "Who said that?" The masked man asks as he looks around carefully.

"Sir, she's escaped!" The soldier yells from above them.

The masked man grits his teeth. 'Of course, the help is already here. Who did she send after me?' He thinks as he pulls a short sword out from his shirt.

"Ah!" The masked man turns around to see one of his men fly up to the ceiling by a string getting the masked man to narrow his eyebrows.

"Well, I should have known the Time User would have sent you Ladybug."

"She didn't just send her." Phantom says as he grabs two men from below and pulls them through the floor getting them to yell in surprise.

"She brought four of us." Guardian says as she lands on the ground in front of the men.

"Smoke bomb!" Ninja yells throwing multiple smoke bombs on the ground surrounding the whole area.

Ladybug lands on the ground and swings her left leg out under two soldiers knocking them down. She takes their weapons and tosses them away before the men could realize what had happened to them. She swings her fist and knocks them out before they could get their bearings. She turns her head and moves slightly back avoiding the short sword from the masked man. "Found you." He tells her before grabbing a ball out of his back pocket. He drops the ball at her feet and jumps back as the ball explodes open and wraps a long wire around her body.

Ladybug falls to the ground and wiggles around realizing that she was taken down easy. "Who are you?" She asks the masked man.

"What? You're not going to ask me how I took you down so easy?" The man taunts feeling proud how he took care of one problem.

"That's…"

"Irrelevant? I know, but you are actually so easy to take down in this part of time."

"Ninja slash!" The masked man turns around and blocks Ninja's sword from coming down on him.

"Ah Ninja, the one warrior who is a challenge but yells his attacks before doing them. You have so much to learn."

"Not from you." Ninja replies before jumping back.

"I should have known she would have sent the present heroes to take care of me like I'm no threat at all." The masked man pulls a spray can out of his jacket and sprays it at Ninja.

Ninja leaps away throwing a ninja ring which flies past the villain's head getting the man's eyes to widen in surprise. "Didn't expect that now, did you?" Ninja taunts getting the man to narrow his eyes at Ninja.

"I'll be honest. I thought you were a good shot."

"Whoever said that you were the target." The masked man turns around to look at where the ninja ring went and meets a red yo-yo smacking him in the mask.

"Surprise." Ladybug tells the masked man.

Phantom knocks another man out and turns his head to Guardian who finishes freeing the family from their bonds. He turns his head to Ladybug and Ninja to see them pushing the masked man away from the family. He turns back to Guardian and says, "Get them out of here. We cannot risk getting civilians hurt."

Guardian nods and ushers the family out when the only boy asks, "Wait, what about Lily and Luan?"

Guardian blinks a couple times and mutters, "What is taking Luan so long?"

Luan runs down the hallway looking for her baby sister. She stops when she hears someone yell, "What is wrong with this baby?!"

Luan runs to the door and kicks it open to find a soldier trying to hold a crying fifteen-month-old kid in his hands. Luan looks at her sister in surprise and horror knowing the situation is something she does not want to be dealing with. Luan taps her chin and snaps her fingers when a plan forms in her mind. "I could take her from you and handle the trouble of watching her." Luan tells the soldier.

"Hey thanks." The soldier hands the kid to Luan and sighs in relief. "You don't know how much trouble…she…has…" The soldier trails off as Luan gives the man a nervous smile. "Aren't you supposed to be tied up?"

Luan chuckles and takes a couple steps away from the soldier while the kid grabs Luan's shirt glancing at the man then at Luan. "I was tied up for the situation, but I had some help to excess the situation." Luan says before running out of the room leaving a perplexed soldier. "Need to run. Need to run. Need to run!"

"Get back here!" The soldier yells as he exits the room and chases after the two.

The kid peeks over Luan's shoulder and blows a raspberry at the soldier. "Now is definitely not the time Lily. We don't want him to blow a gasket." Luan laughs while Lily gives Luan a bored look.

"Now that was a good one." Someone says getting the soldier and Luan to stop at the sudden voice. The soldier looks up and regrets it when he sees a hammer coming at his face. "Allow me to give the punch line." The hammer stops in front of the soldier getting the soldier to shriek in fright.

The soldier nearly faints at the size of the mallet and takes a couple steps back. The side of the mallet opens and shoots a fist out hitting the soldier right in the face. Luan and Lily watch as the man falls to the ground and look up at the person holding the mallet who was standing on the handle of the mallet. The person jumps off the mallet and lands on the ground a couple feet in front of Luan. "Uh…"

"I know that you got some questions, but I got a villain lost in time, so I have to bring him back to my present time, and…forget I said anything." The person tells Luan before running off to the main fight leaving a confused Luan and Lily.

"Did you understand any of that?" Luan asks her sister. Lily shakes her head 'no' in response. "Yeah, neither did I." Luan shrugs and walks away from the scene saying, "Let's go regroup with the rest of our family before they decide to look for us. Don't need something as bad as this to get worse."

"I have had enough of this!" The masked man yells before throwing a smoke bomb on the ground.

"Nice try!" Ninja yells jumping into the air and kicking the man to the ground surprising the masked man.

'Impossible, Ninja can't track people's movement while in the smoke!' The masked man thinks as he crashes into the ground. He gets back on his feet and jumps back avoiding the string from Ladybug's yo-yo. He looks up at both of his opponents and smirks, "Game over heroes."

"You haven't beaten us yet…whoever you are." Ladybug finishes lamely.

"Now that was just plain bad." Ninja mutters getting her to huff in annoyance.

"Actually, I just did." The masked man reveals a thin wire in his right hand and smirks, "One wrong move, and you two will become pieces."

"I still haven't seen you pull that move off once." A voice says from behind the masked man. The masked man turns around and meets a hammer straight into his mask. He flies back and crashes right into the wall groaning in pain. "It also helps to know that wire is extremely short." The person lands on the ground and walks forward revealing a yellow mask with a red and black diamond over each eye. The person puts the yellow and black mallet over her shoulder and wipes some dust off her black and yellow dress with the top left being yellow and the lower half being black and vise verse. "Seriously, you're supposed to be a great trap villain, but you can barely catch anyone." The girl chuckles at her joke then makes a serious face. "But seriously you are just terrible at this."

"Shut up Joker! You should have let me do what I wanted!"

Joker waves her right index finger at the villain. "Uh, uh, uh, I think it's time to send you and the others back now." She pulls a remote out getting the man's eyes to widen behind the mask. "Have fun losing your memory?"

"No wait!" Joker pushes the button getting the masked man and his soldiers to disappear immediately.

"Is it just me, or does she look like the joker card from a deck of cards?" Ninja asks Ladybug unable to believe what he was seeing right now.

"You're not the only one seeing this."

"Oh, I guess I have to reset the timeline too. Don't want people to find out about this happening either." Joker says catching the two heroes by surprise. She pulls another remote out and pushes the button making everything except for herself to disappear in a flash. She looks around the room noticing that everything was back to normal and nods her head liking the idea that she finished the job. "That was almost too easy."

"You give yourself too much credit." Time User says as she appears from a clock portal she made.

Joker shrugs her shoulders not caring what the Time User told her. "Eh, it doesn't matter anyway. The fight is over, and everyone is back in their places. The heroes will get to remember everything, and my family will remember nothing about this incident."

"Except for you." Time User reminds the future hero.

Joker shakes her head at Time User and walks to the portal. "Let's just go home. I have to make Will and Aelita don't short out the cameras again."

"They will."

"Darn it."

I'll be honest. When I heard this woman, dressed up as a playing card, reset the timeline, I was not expecting to wake up in the Sanctum Sanctorum. It turned out no time passed at all, but the four of us remember everything from our talks and the kidnapping. Danny found out the kidnapping never happened; Will summarized that we were set back to the last place we would be at, which was after saving those people from Dr. Doom; and Marinette was able to get home without losing any time at all.

None of us know what officially happened back there, but we do know that this Joker and Time User are from the future. We learned one thing from that whole event, and it was not the cheese. I honestly do not know how to describe it. I learned Marinette is a gamer but likes fashion more. I don't know what went on between Danny and Will, but I guess they had a moment.

After all of that, I went on a official date with Theresa and told Howard that she knows my secret. I would say he was cool with it, but…you know what? Forget I said anything. The bright side is that we won, and everyone is safe. I better head off to bed. I head back to Norisville tomorrow, and this special journal entry will most likely be destroyed before anyone will read it.

Randy out.

Luan stares at the picture of her family in her hands while sitting down on her bed. She glances out the window to see the brightness of the moon shine into her and her sister's room and sighs, 'Did all of that really happen?' She sets the picture frame down on her nightstand and lies down on her bed. Her mind flashes back to the brief meeting the four heroes had with her then to her meeting the random hero who knocked the soldier out that was chasing Luan. 'That hammer looked pretty cool now that I think about it. It did give a nice punch line to that man's face. I wonder how that woman created that sort of tool. It would be nice to have just incase something like that happens again.' Luan shuts her eyes her mind going through ideas of what she would do if she had a weapon like that on her own. Her mind shuts down allowing her to fall into a peaceful slumber for the night.

Oh man, this ending was harder than I originally thought it would have been. I had fifteen different ways this battle could have gone, but the villain was not supposed to be a great villain since his role will be very minor in the future. The good news is that our villain is not an OC. I have a perfect plan on who the villain is, and I will not reveal who it is.

Anyway, I left some clues on what will be happening to specific members of the Loud family, and you will not be seeing them again for quite some time. If you can guess who our female Joker is, then I applaud you for getting the hints I made in the story. No, I will make a flashback about the five making the plan to fight our masked villain.

Good news:

1. Randy's story will be starting after this chapter.

2. I got a couple one-shots to work on.

3. The prison break arc is only a couple arcs away.

Bad news:

1. Cannot make the Ladybug story until season 2 is over so I don't accidentally mix things up.

2. Monster Allergy is one of the minor shows in this story.

3. Randy will not appear in the main story again until the Galactic Kids Next Door arc.

I hope you guys leave a review or something…R&R
