Here is the next chapter, and it's mainly going to be filler. Enjoy and I do not own anything.

"So…" Aelita trails off as she stares at the group of students stacked on top of each other groaning in pain. She looks at Logan and asks, "Do I want to know what happened here?"

"Simple team building exercise for the new students, and they failed miserably." Logan glances over at Stacy, Rachel, David, and Jimmy standing to the side with Rachel holding the flag in her right hand. "Well, only one team failed this time."

"I'm more surprised Jimmy cooperated." Rachel says pointing at Jimmy. "He usually makes something that tends to screw up."

"In my defense, most of the stuff I make short circuits because of my mutant power." Jimmy points out as he raises his index finger on his right hand to make his point. "I just happen to leave the inventions behind this time around."

"Which made you pass." Stacy remarks.

"How is it that I come up with the plan for the team, and I fail the training session?" Matt asks as he gets out of the pile of bodies.

"Oh right, you were on their team." Logan mutters realizing his mistake.

Matt gets on his feet and wipes the dirt off his shirt. "Thanks for remembering that it was five against five Logan."

"Do you want to run laps around the Institute?"

Matt freezes at the threat and gulps, "I'll keep my mouth shut."

"That's what I thought." Logan crosses his arms and points at the Institute. "Everyone get cleaned up. The winning team can go do what they want, and the losing team must meet me in the Danger Room. It's survival training time."

The five mutants groan at those words getting Aelita to chuckle. "Wish I could stay and watch." She says getting Logan to smirk.

"Want to join them, Pinkie? I'm certain we can fit it in."

"Wish I could, but I can't. Hulk got in a fight with the rest of the team and quit. Now I'm tracking him down while the others except Phantom are chasing him down." Aelita explains as the others except Stacy and Rachel start leaving the area.

"How is that going?"

"Tracking people on a satellite is easy, but Hulk staying on the move makes it hard for the others to follow."

"You feel sorry for them?"

"Only for Jan, she's the only one I'm on friendly terms with."

Logan chuckles, "Fair enough."

"Yeah, she doesn't want to be on Danny's bad side." Stacy mutters getting a light giggle from Rachel.

Aelita turns her head to Stacy and Rachel and raises an eyebrow at them. "What's so funny?"

Stacy smirks, "Ah you know. The idea of you not wanting to be on Danny's bad side."

"Why would I…" Aelita blinks as the words set into her mind and glares at Stacy understanding the hidden message. "Seriously?"

Stacy shrugs, "Hey, you make it too easy sometimes."

"You better not have another picture." Aelita warns getting Stacy to start walking backwards slowly and nervously.

"Wait, you got pictures?" Rachel asks giving Stacy a curious glance.

"I got a few hidden around." Stacy answers not keeping her eyes off Aelita.

"Do you plan on sharing them?"

Stacy stops walking and quickly glances at Rachel then back at Aelita. "Maybe."

Rachel looks at Aelita then at Stacy. She looks at Aelita again and takes a couple steps back noticing the dangerous look in Aelita's eyes. "You might want to run." Rachel says.

Aelita activates her Lyoko form getting Stacy to smile uneasily. "Now Aelita, you know I'm just messing with you."

"I know." Aelita makes an energy sphere and raises it at Stacy. "I'm feeling a bit generous to advance your evasion training."

Logan walks away giving a short wave 'goodbye' to them. "Don't go too hard on her."

Rachel walks away and gives Stacy a mock salute. "Good luck with that Stacy."

Stacy watches them leave and gives Aelita a suspicious look. "Were you making them leave so you can talk to me alone, or are you actually upset?"

Aelita smiles, "Both." She expands the energy field around them covering over a good area around them.

Stacy sighs and crosses her arms. "Well, what do you want to talk about before you start 'training' me?"

"How are you feeling these past few hours after the recent events in Italy?" Aelita asks wanting to know how Stacy is handling things.

Stacy frowns, "It's hard." She sadly looks at the institute. "So much has happened, and I want to tell someone, but the only people I can properly talk to about this are Danny and you." Stacy looks away from the building and sighs, "When I joined the institute, I only wanted to learn how to control my powers and maybe get updated on some of the latest fashion here. Fighting some villains who can control the elements and some kids from outer space were not what I was expecting to find amongst Danny's secrets."

"Wait, what do you mean 'fighting villains who can control the elements?' What exactly happened at that park?"

Stacy rubs her left arm feeling a bit uneasy with the situation. "Well…the girls, who lost their parents a couple days ago, were attacked by the guys who can control the elements. Ninja called them the Elementals or something like that. Danny and Ninja explained that the Elementals steal people's powers related to their elements to make themselves stronger."

Aelita's eyes widen in surprise. "Does that mean they'll come after the students and other mutants?"

Stacy shakes her head. "No, the powers have to be magic related which is really weird."

"How is it weird?"

Stacy shrugs, "I don't know. I wasn't given the full detail on why it works like that."

"Ok…" Aelita trails off unable to understand what Stacy means. "What happened to those girls?" She asks turning the conversation before it could go in another direction.

"Well…" Stacy rubs her chin in thought on how she should explain the situation. "The girls are a team of five with each of them being able to control an element, and the Elementals came in and stole three of their powers. I think Danny said they were the fire, earth, and air elements that got stolen."

Aelita nods, "Ok, what happened to the girls after having their powers stolen?"

Stacy rubs her left arm nervously. "They…fell into a coma. Ninja was able to get them to a safe spot where they are being watched. Unfortunately, we were told that the girls can't wake up until a specific part of their life force returns."

"Something more than just their powers got taken?"

Stacy nods, "Yeah, they're still unconscious. Ninja is trying to find the Elementals so we can get their life force back." Stacy looks down feeling a little relieved that she told Aelita.

"Is that all that happened?" Aelita asks trying to process what Stacy is telling her.

Stacy smiles nervously starting to realize that Aelita did not know anything about the incident at the park. "Did Danny happen to tell you anything on what happened?"

"He hasn't said a thing."

Stacy's eyes widen slightly realizing her slip-up and takes a couple steps back. "Well, I better get going. I need to go update myself with the latest fashion…again." She turns around and looks up at the dome. 'Oh yeah, Aelita trapped us in here for privacy.'

"Stacy…"

"Look Aelita, I don't know if I'm supposed to say anything to you." Stacy turns around with her hands in the air near her face. "I figured Danny might have mentioned something to you earlier that's why I said anything. He's been helping me get through both of those events that…"

"What did you do at the Galactic Kids Next Door base?" Aelita interrupts before Stacy could speak about Danny. "I know you restrained most of the kids before they could fight back, but why does Danny need to help you through both incidents?" She asks not liking the uneasy look Stacy is giving her.

Stacy lowers her hands and tries to reason with herself. 'Aelita is a good friend, and Danny did say that they've gone through quite a bit together, but she never made a decision that costs someone their life.' She balls her right hand and closes her eyes. "I'm sorry, but you don't want to know what I did."

Aelita gives Stacy a concerned look. "Stacy, you're making it sound like you…" Her eyes widen as she trails off realizing what Stacy is implying. "How did those people die?" She asks starting to understand Stacy's situation.

Stacy looks away and starts dropping into her puddle of water form. "If you really want to know then ask Danny. I'm not comfortable to talk about it." She gives Aelita a salute with a smirk growing on her face. "It'll give you an excuse to hang out with Danny."

Aelita blinks and gives Stacy a dull look. "So that's how it's going to be huh?" Aelita creates an energy sphere and watches Stacy become a puddle of water. "Let's dance." She throws the energy sphere and widens her eyes as she sees the puddle go into the dirt. She blinks and sees Stacy form outside the force field. "Since when could you do that?"

Stacy shrugs, "For a while, I think. Now…catch me if you can." Stacy runs off getting Aelita to remove the force field.

'Well, might as well talk to Danny about the incident…' Aelita has her wings appear on her back and flies after Stacy. '…after messing with Stacy for telling Rachel about the pictures.'

Alix stares out at the skate park and takes a deep breath to calm her nerves. 'Ok, you got this girl. Time to try out these skates in an American skate park.' She thinks as she slowly skates to the skating ring. She looks around carefully and mutters, "He'll be here soon. Better get my skate on then."

"You got this Alix." Fluff says from her hiding spot inside Alix's helmet.

"You sure you don't want to hide somewhere else?" Alix whispers as she skates slowly to the park.

"Nope, this is the best spot for me to go for what you are going to do."

Alix nods, "Ok, let's do this." She gets into her starting position and smirks anticipating the good feeling she'll get from the skating park.

She takes off and jumps over the ramp not caring about the extra speed she would get going down it. She picks up speed skating through the center of the area and jumps onto the edge of a ramp sliding across it between the center wheals of her skates. She pushes off the edge and slides down the ramp pushing her feet to get more speed as she heads to the edge. She goes up the ramp and skates off it grabbing the ledge with her right hand. She moves her feet above her body and back around behind her releasing the wood as she flips back onto her feet. She skates across the park and jumps over the railing.

'Ok, time to start stepping up my moves.' Alix thinks as she starts pushing her skating skills to the next level.

"Yo guys, someone's skating here with roller blades." A black-haired young teen tells her friends as the group of three walk into the skate park.

"Huh, you don't see that every day." A brown hair teen says as he watches the girl curiously.

The third teen with a green streak in his black hair watches uncaringly and shrugs at what he is seeing. "Eh, she doesn't seem that impressive yo." The teen says. He clicks the strap under his chin for his helmet and puts his skateboard down on the pavement. "We came here to skate, yo, and I'm not letting some random chick who can rollerblade ruin our fun, dawg."

"Yeah, you're right." The girl says turning her attention away from Alix and clipping the buckle to her helmet under chin as well.

The other male watches Alix and widens as he sees her jumps onto a railing and skid across the four-foot railing. "Well, she is skidding on the railing right now." The teen points out to his friends.

The others look at Alix getting a raised eyebrow from the girl as Alix jumps off and skate to an edge of the skate park. "Ok, she's actually not bad." She says getting the teen with a green streak in his hair to roll his eyes.

Alix skates on the edge and skates along the edge so she could see the three teens clearly. 'There he is…Jake Long also known as the American Dragon.'

Flashback

Alix looks through a book in her hands and sighs, "Ugh, another dead end." She shuts the book and places it back on the shelf.

"Why are you looking for a book on the Miraculous anyway? I thought future you told you to study that pink-haired woman for what is going to happen." Fluff says as she flies out of Alix's shirt and onto the bookshelf.

"She did, but I already watched the first week of her leaving with nothing happening to her."

"You do know that there is more to it than that, right? You do have to study the past, present, and future of your target. You can't just look one week into the future and expect to find something out." Fluff points out getting Alix to sigh.

"I know, but as I was watching over her something hit me. 'How much do I really know about the Miraculous and Kwami, and how much does the world really know about you guys?' When those thoughts came to mind, I needed to figure out who would be the best person to go to that would have information about them." Alix explains as she gazes over the titles of the books as she looks over them.

"Oh, so you went to Dr. Strange's library first hoping that he would have something about our history." Fluff finishes understanding what Alix is doing.

Alix smiles at Fluff happy to have an understanding partner. "Exactly, I need to learn everything I can about the Miraculous, and I figured the best place to start is the past. If Dr. Strange has anything about the Miraculous, then I can start with that."

"Ok, but why read it from a book when you could just ask and look at the past?" Fluff asks a little confused on why Alix did not think of that first.

Alix blinks and asks, "Does having the power over time make a lot of things easier when it comes to information?"

"Pretty much, but you do forget if you're in the past or future sometimes after traveling through history so much."

"Huh, that's nice to know." Alix continues gazing over the book covers hoping to find something when her eyes land on a book titled The Ancient Times of Magic. She grabs the book and opens the book only for Fluff to snatch it out of her hands. Alix looks up at Fluff and gives her a stern look. "Hey, want to tell me why you stopped me from reading that book?"

"Because I can't have you read this one, not yet at least."

"Why?"

"Because you're not ready to learn about the magical part of our world."

"Wait, magical part of our world? What are you talking about?"

Fluff sighs, "Alix, you have a lot to learn, but the past of magic is one thing you are not yet ready to learn." Alix snatches the book from Fluff's paws and opens it not caring that she was not ready to learn the magical secrets. "Wait Alix…"

"Relax Fluff." Alix interrupts her Kwami. "I'm only going to search the book for anything about the Miraculous not…Oh is that a dragon?!" Alix looks at the drawing of the dragon getting Fluff to look at Alix worryingly. "Dragons exist?"

Fluff sighs, "Yes, they do exist." Fluff lowers her head not wanting to talk about dragons.

"Oh, that is so cool." Alix reads the words on the page starting to get lost in what she is reading.

'Oh no…' Fluff thinks not liking the interest Alix is putting into dragons. "Alix, you need to focus on what…" Alix puts her left hand up stopping Fluff from trying to distract the girl from reading about dragons.

"'When the Dragon Council was formed, all books and items used to create the magical items and imprison the humans turned little creatures were hidden amongst the Dragon Council and their trusted allies to make sure no one would create or free the little creatures, who would be later named Kwamis, from the evil they have done.'" Alix looks at Fluff who was looking at the ground not wanting to meet her partner's face. "Fluff, what's going on? Why does this say that you were imprisoned for evil deeds?"

'It's too early. I don't want to tell her yet, but I have to if we're going to be a great team. Sometimes I loathe the knowledge of multiple futures.' Fluff sighs and looks at the book worryingly. "Back when the others and I were human, we used our powers to protect and teach people how to use and harness their magic." Fluff sits on Alix's shoulder hating that she is remembering the major incident that caused her and her fellow Kwamis to be in their current situation. "It was all good, but over time, people were becoming more dependent on normal everyday items instead of magic. Magic started to fade, and a lot of us had to go into hiding."

"Like they do now."

Fluff nods, "Yeah, but magic users were still common, and we still helped teach them." Fluff smiles sadly, "Those were the days. Plagg always did love chasing after Tikki and some of the other females. He also liked peeping in the hot spring." Fluff's face becomes disgusted from that. "Didn't help Longg and Roaar liked seeing him get into trouble. Sass would join in just to watch Plagg get hurt multiple times for a good laugh."

"Sounds like a handful." Alix remarks finding that memory a bit funny.

"It was. Glad the girls never convinced me to go there since I could control time."

"What happened though? When did all of this take a turn for the worst?"

"It wasn't until after the twelfth person who could turn into a dragon when things started to go from good to terrible. One of the many students thought it would be a funny harmless prank to create something that could get some of his fellow classmates into trouble. Unfortunately, what the kid created was not a harmless prank but a virus who would turn anyone evil without a cure." Alix gasps and widens her eyes at those words.

"What happened? How were you guys cured?"

"They weren't." Fluff mutters getting Alix to look at her in shock. "The others were never cured because the cure never existed. One by one they became corrupted by the virus, and all I could do was watch my friends turn evil."

"Fluff…"

"You can relax Alix. It's been thousands of years since the incident." Fluff flies to be in front of Alix and gives her a comforting smile. "I'm over it now."

Alix rests her hand on Fluff head and smiles, "What happened next then?"

"All of my friends were captured and imprisoned for a couple years until the Miraculous were crafted to seal them so they wouldn't cause harm. There was a downside for doing this, and some of it is what you see me now. The other part was that they can never be fully cured without the antidote, but for the antidote to work they need to be unsealed from the Miraculous which is only possible with the proper tools."

Alix smacks her forehead and groans, "Great, so all of the Kwamis are actually evil and can never be cured without the antidote which probably doesn't exist."

Fluff sighs, "Yeah, none of them can be cured."

Alix recounts the story and starts realizing the words Fluff has been saying the past few minutes. "Wait, you said the others, but you never mentioned yourself. Why is that?"

"Because I'm the only Kwami who volunteered to join the others to make sure nothing went wrong with the sealing of the evil virus and the Miraculous and to make sure that the seal never broke."

"So you're the only one who is safe enough to be freed from these prisons?" Alix asks curiously.

"No, the Miraculous were designed to keep us imprisoned forever even if the cure was made. I'm stuck with this form and in the pocket watch for the rest of my life." Fluff finishes.

"But you just said that you guys can be unsealed with the proper tools."

"We can, but we can't remain unsealed. The seal is made with a fail-safe for us never to be totally free."

Alix looks back at the book and asks, "What about this Dragon Council? Would they have everything needed to free you? I mean, things have changed a lot over the years. They could have made something that could…"

"The Dragon Council has changed over the past few centuries, Alix. They would barely know how the sealing worked along with knowing about the virus. They might study history, but they never lived in the past to understand how it works."

"Then I guess I'm going to the past." Alix looks down at the book and ignores Fluff's shocked face. "Now all I need to do is find what one of the tools looks like, so I know what I'm looking for in the past. Do you remember what any of them looked like?"

"Alix, as much as I like the enthusiasm, you've barely had me as a partner. Why do you feel like you have to help me?"

Alix looks at Fluff and smiles, "Because you…"

"Does it have to do with you feeling that you are letting me down?" Fluff asks before Alix could make an excuse.

Alix closes her eyes and sighs, "Fluff, I don't feel like I'm letting you down." Alix shuts the book and remembers the incidents revolving around the Galactic Kids Next Door.

"Then why do you feel like you have?"

"I failed myself." Alix mutters bitterly. "I went into the whole thing blind, Fluff. Carrots should not have even been in that janitor's closet. I shouldn't have been able to get out of that situation alive."

Fluff frowns, "Why do you believe that?"

Alix shakes her head and puts the book back on the shelve. "I volunteered to go with Ninja believing I would get some experience on the field before officially helping Ladybug. I was given a task to babysit a little boy who I handed off to Marinette because I saw people in trouble. I went into the base without thinking about using my powers to get the best outcome of the situation."

"Are you thinking that because older you stopped you from doing that again with the adults?"

Alix shrugs, "I wish I knew. A part of me is happy I got out of that alive with the kids, but after seeing those multiple deaths of me and the others, it got me thinking that something like that could have happened to us with the kids."

Fluff flies a foot from Alix's face and smiles sadly, "Alix, you did great work. You saved the kids and the others from being killed. You made the choice to go in there and came out…"

"…with the death of ten adults. I know there could have been a way to save them Fluff." Alix leans against the bookcase looking down in defeat. "I just didn't take my job that seriously at first."

Fluff sighs, "Yeah, and you can't change that without messing with the time stream. You will get past this Alix, but you cannot try to force yourself to do good things to outweigh the bad. Life doesn't work that way."

"Fine, I won't rush it, but I do want to meet a dragon. They sound cool."

"Well, finding a human who can transform into a dragon is pretty simple. All you have to do is search for a dragon's location in one of the magical books on these shelves."

"Wait, one of these books can do that?" Alix asks as her eyes gaze over the rows of books.

"Magic can make almost anything possible. The book was made to help those who were beginning to learn magic. With it we helped new magic users learn what their basic magic was so we could help them focus on that along with the other basics of magic."

"Sounds pretty nice." Alix looks around the room curious on where the book could be.

"It was. So many magical possibilities among so many students and teachers, it made some of wonder if we could even teach them all."

"Did you?"

"Of course, we did. The variations of magic were incredible, but no one was able to get a type of magic like any of us."

Alix thinks about those words and asks, "So no one could create illusions, travel through time, destroy stuff with a simple touch, or be lucky?"

"Nope, no one got any of our kind of powers except for Longg since he did control water, air, and electricity, but no one got more than one element. Wyazz had a couple students who got defensive type magic, but their defense could never beat his." Fluff gaze stops on a specific book getting her to smile. "Found it."

Alix follows Fluff's gaze and walks to the spot pulling the book off the shelf. She opens the book and asks, "Ok, what do we do now?"

"Just ask it a question about a dragon's whereabouts, and it'll show the closest dragon location."

Alix nods, "Ok, where would I find the closest dragon?" A visual image pops up from the book getting Alix to flinch back from the sudden appearance. "Ok, guess I should have seen that coming." She looks up at the holographic image of a thirteen-year-old boy. "Wait, why does he have a green streak in his hair, and why does he look like a young Asian boy instead of a dragon?"

"I did mention that they are able to transform into dragons, but I did choose to stay out of dragon lives just in case I accidentally learn of something I'm not supposed to know."

"Huh, turning into a dragon sounds pretty cool." Alix looks over the image and frowns, "Well shoot, I have to figure out how to meet this guy and try to see him transform with his knowledge."

"Easier said than done when they went into hiding."

Alix smirks, "Then I better try to learn everything I can about him and try to gain his attention with it."

"This is going to be interesting."

Alix pulls the pocket watch out of her pocket never losing her smirk. "Yep, it'll be an adventure for sure. Fluff, clockwise!"

End flashback

'Definitely learned a lot then.' Alix flips off the ramp and lands on the edge ending her little show. She glances at the people in the skate park and chuckles, "Barely noticed by anyone just like you told me."

"Yep, you got the attention of the dragon for only a second. Do you plan on talking to him?" Fluff asks quietly from Alix's helmet.

"Nah, I got homework to do and siblings to return to their older sisters tomorrow." Alix hits the heels of her skates getting the wheels to retract into the shoes. "Besides, there is no reason to rush this meeting. I know we'll meet in the future anyway."

Alix starts walking away not noticing the curious glance from the male teen with the green streak in his hair. 'Hm, that's a little weird but nothing for me to worry about. Time to have fun before G or Fu Dog ruin it.' He turns his attention the half pipe in front of him and continues his fun skating with his friends.

Odd looks at the big monitor of the supercomputer and frowns, "Man, probably should have volunteered to go at a different time." He pulls his phone out and looks through the games on his phone. He shakes his head not finding any interest to play the games. "Eh, rather be out training or fighting some evil guys right now." He takes a glance at the timer on the screen. "Ah man, I got thirty minutes left before I could even consider leaving. If I wasn't doing this for Aelita, I would just go ahead and leave." Odd sets his phone down and brings up the visual data collection of Aelita's father. Odd cringes, "Ouch, only 9.3%. I feel like it should be higher."

"It probably would be if you guys worked on it more."

Odd stands up narrowing his eyes at the voice and asks, "Who's there?" Odd activates his chip and transforms into his Lyoko form raising his right wrist looking around carefully.

"Relax Odd. It's just me."

Odd narrows his eyes at the shadowed figure as the man reveals himself. "Hawkeye?"

Hawkeye comes out of the shadows inside the lab getting Odd to look at him surprised to see his mentor. "You can call me Clint while I'm off duty or until this whole ordeal with me being a 'criminal' is over." Clint says.

"Why…no, how are you here? I thought you would be off figuring out where your ex-partner is and get the truth out of her."

Clint frowns, "I am. Aelita's supercomputer is the only secure computer not being run or watched by Shield or a criminal organization. As for how I got here, I followed you to see if you were doing ok and hoping you would lead me here."

"Man, you must have gotten good luck if you were able to get through Aelita's tough security."

Hawkeye smirks, "Actually, I stayed in the shadows until now. I would have blasted the cameras, but that would alert Tony Stark not Aelita since it is his tech." Hawkeye looks around the room. "I see you guys moved the supercomputer to a more secure spot."

"Aelita's choice after that Hydra attack at that last building." Odd explains getting Clint to nod.

"Smart move. Though you guys might need to remove specific security and move the elevator to avoid high suspicion from Hydra and Aim."

Odd shrugs, "Eh, I'll try to remember to tell her next time we meet." Odd deactivates his Lyoko chip and watches Hawkeye look around the room carefully. "Why are you even here though? I doubt this could be the only place where we can talk."

"True, but I can't just approach you since Shield would keep an eye on you in case I make my presence known to you."

"Is that because you took the time to teach me how to aim better?"

"Among other things." Hawkeye walks to the supercomputer and sits down on the chair getting a raised eyebrow from Odd.

"So why are you here?" Odd asks curious as to why his mentor chose to show up now.

"The past few days I've been getting around to find out where my ex-partner has been meeting. Unfortunately, she hasn't been seen doing anything out of the ordinary since she has been staying around the area to keep Shield from knowing about her working for Hydra. She finally left a couple days ago for me to follow her, but I know she would have set me up if I followed her." Hawkeye looks at the screen and starts typing in commands. "I decided to follow her anyway but keep my distance just in case there was a trap."

"So why are you here and not out there?"

"Because I had to stay away. If I got any closer, I would have been caught following them which would make it harder to get evidence that she framed me."

Odd thinks about those words and nods understanding what his mentor is talking about. "Makes sense."

The screen in front of Hawkeye brings up satellite images of him and his partner fighting Hulk a few weeks ago. "The downside is that she knows how to stay out of view to get away with what she's doing. She's the best when it comes to staying out of view." He looks through the pictures carefully hoping to get a little evidence that would show he did not betray Shield.

"What are you hoping to get while here?"

Hawkeye sighs as he sees the pictures show nothing of his last mission with his partner. "Doesn't matter. There is no evidence of my last mission with her." He closes the windows and leans back on the chair feeling a little upset that this led to a dead end.

"What if I try to get information?" Odd asks wanting to help his mentor.

"Too risky, you do not have any training with stealth if our last mission is anything to go by, and Fury will catch on if you even try. Besides, they'll be suspicious of you since you decided to visit me at The Vault. You're already on their radar Odd. We can't risk you getting into trouble for helping me. This is something I need to do alone." Clint gets up and walks past Odd. "I'm sorry Odd, but I cannot involve you with this one."

Odd lowers his head feeling defeated that he is unable to do anything. Odd shakes his head removing the negative feeling and asks, "What if I ask Aelita to get video proof?" Odd turns around feeling proud that he came up with an idea only to frown noticing that his mentor was nowhere to be seen. "Huh, he's good…but he didn't say 'no' to me so…" Odd rubs his hands together smirking in anticipation. "Time to get to work."

Will stares at the three capsules holding her unconscious friends and sighs, "Wish we fought those kids first, so we might still have our parents." 'So much happened that day, and you guys suffered losing your powers and your parents while I lost my parents…more like stepdad and mom, but I know what I mean. I hope Matt is still alive.'

Irma walks into the room and says, "Hey, Ninja's here to take us home to grab our things."

"Ok…" Will turns and walks away from their unconscious friends, and the two teens head to see Ninja.

"Phantom, don't worry bro. I'm only taking them to their homes grab their stuff and come back. Nothing complicated will happen." Ninja assures Phantom as they talk on the communicator.

"Yeah, which could bring up some bad and good memories." Phantom points out getting Ninja to roll his eyes. "Wish I could come with to help."

"But you can't since you got things to do at the school you're going to."

"Institute."

Ninja waves it off. "Whatever man, everything will be fine, but if I do need you, I'll just use the Golden Tiger Claws to bring you there, or Bunnyx could bring you there faster. Either way, we got you covered dude."

Phantom nods, "Don't mess this up."

"Relax man, we got this. Everything will be fine. Talk to you later dude."

"Yeah, see you man."

Ninja hangs up and puts the communicator in his ninja suit hearing the noise of people walking up behind him. He turns around to see Will and Irma walking to him with neutral looks on their faces. "Ready to go?"

The girls sigh not liking the situation they are in. "You sure we can't have him grab our stuff for us?" Irma asks Will.

"You want him to go through your unmentionables?" Will counters getting Irma to flinch.

"Never mind, I'm fine with going." Irma quickly says not wanting Ninja to see her undergarments.

Will smirks, "Thought so."

'What is it with girls and their undergarments? They're just underwear meant to protect…Never mind.' Ninja stops his train of thought realizing why they were conscious of a guy seeing their private clothing.

"So are you going to let us use the Golden Tiger Claws, or are you taking us there yourself?" Will asks Ninja.

"I have no idea where you guys live. So you guys are doing it." Ninja pulls the Golden Tiger Claws out and tosses it to Will, but Irma grabs it before Will could and smiles giddily at the She-Gong-Wu.

"Oh, I am so going to enjoy using this." Irma puts the Wu on her hand and yells, "Golden Tiger Claws!" She tears a portal open and jumps into the portal without a second thought.

"Oh boy…" Will mutters jumping into the portal after her with Ninja following her.

Irma tears another portal open and lands on her feet. She looks around feeling confident about where she is then frowns realizing she was in an empty restaurant. "Oops, guess I was thinking about Hay Lin's family restaurant instead of my room." Irma remarks shrugging that she made the mistake.

Will and Ninja come out of the portal and notice their surroundings. "This is where you live?" Ninja asks bit sure if he should be impressed or confused that they were in a restaurant.

"No, this is where our friend lives." Will answers giving Irma a light glare.

Irma smiles nervously, "Yeah, my bad. I started thinking about food when I opened the portal, and Hay Lin did treat us here a few times so…"

"Just get us to your home." Will mutters not wanting to deal with any drama.

"On it, Golden Tiger Claws!" Irma creates a new tear and jumps into the portal with the other two teens following her. They exit the portal entering Irma's room this time getting a smile from the brunette. "Here we are. Home sweet home…or was."

"Cool, I will leave you girls to pack what you need and will keep an eye on things going on. Maybe check to see if anything about the incident was talked about." Ninja says pointing at the window at the town.

Irma shrugs, "Sure, do what you want. Don't exactly need you to help pack…why did you come along again?"

"Phantom and I wanted to make sure nothing happened to you guys on the trip." He tells them. 'I'm also going to check out the alien kid base, but they do not need to know that.'

"After what happened your last trip here, I don't blame you guys." Will remarks.

Ninja gives them a two-finger salute. "See you guys later. Smoke bomb!" Ninja throws the smoke bomb and disappears from the room.

The girls cough and cover their noses when they smell the smoke for the first time. "Are you kidding me? Why do those things smell like someone passed gas?"

"Well, that's just what I wanted. My room needed to smell like someone decided to let it rip. I'm only glad it wasn't my brother this time." Irma mutters distastefully.

"Don't forget you have to pack his stuff too."

Irma groans and smacks her forehead. "Thanks for reminding me. I am not looking forward talking to him about our parents."

"Yeah, guess I might have to tell Lilian." Will turns to Irma's dresser then her closet.

"Things are definitely not going to be easier for us from here on."

"You still got the Golden Tiger Claws?"

"Duh, it's right…" Irma blinks realizing that she is not feeling anything on her right hand. "He nabbed the magical item, didn't he?"

Will smiles sheepishly, "He is a ninja." Irma groans wishing that Ninja left the Shen-Gong-Wu with them to make the trip easier for them. "Stop complaining. You knew he wasn't going to leave it with us anyway."

"Details." Irma remarks heading out of her room to grab her suitcase. 'It was fun while it lasted though.'

Ninja appears inside the parking garage not surprised to see it blocked off and empty. 'Well, I'm in. Might as well get this over with.' He thinks before jumping into the hole Hulk made. He lands on the ground gracefully and looks at his surroundings carefully. He sees no one around the area but takes note of the multiple jail cells and the destroyed wall. "Well, leave it to the Hulk to make the trip easy." He runs to the hole and takes the trail of destruction Hulk made.

Ninja comes to the end of the destroyed walls and turns his head to see the closed door not too far from the spot. 'That must be it.' Ninja walks to the door and grabs the handle carefully. He gulps not wanting to trigger off any last-minute traps left behind.

"There are not any more traps Randy."

Ninja pulls his Sais out and turns around swinging them at the person who spoke only to blink as they get blocks by a light blue and white umbrella. Ninja pulls his Sais away from the umbrella sighing in relief. "Sheesh Alix, don't surprise me like that." He mutters not wanting to be responsible for hurting his friend.

Bunnyx smiles sheepishly and puts her umbrella on her back. "Sorry Randy, but a girl has to have some fun with her powers."

"Why are you even here? I thought you had something to deal with." Ninja turns back to the door and notices that the door is locked. 'Why does everything have to be harder than it needs to be?'

Bunnyx shrugs, "Eh, it's more like I'm working on making some connections to learn more about the Miraculous."

"Why not try looking at Dr. Strange's library?" Ninja pulls his keyblade and looks at it then at the keyhole on the doorknob.

"Got some info from there, but he doesn't have what I need." 'The books I need are hidden by this Dragon Council, and they'll know if someone takes one of them without permission.'

"What kind of information do you need then?" Ninja points the keyblade at the keyhole. 'Let's see if this works.'

Bunnyx shrugs, "Not fully sure truthfully, but I do need to figure out why Hawkmoth is after Ladybug and Chat Noir's Miraculous. Maybe I'm hoping for secret temples or something to help me get better with my powers."

"Wait, secret temples?" Ninja stops his task to look at her confusingly.

"Well…yeah. I mean the Miraculous have been around for centuries. So I figured there were secret temples or something from those old days." Bunnyx admits shrugging not completely sure if she believes what she is telling him.

Ninja lowers his weapon thinking about her logic. "Hm, I guess you're right. Why not use your powers to search for them?"

"I don't know what to look for, and even if I did, I barely used them so I could slip up and learn something I don't need to know right now or ever. The wrong information could lead to drastic changes. It does not matter if it's major or minor." Bunnyx points out.

Ninja nods, "Yeah, guess I could relate to that, but you didn't answer why you are here."

"I was bored. So, I thought I could hang out with you and your friends and maybe meet your girlfriend." Bunnyx admits. "I didn't think you would come back here after dropping the Guardians off."

Ninja shrugs and goes back to what he is doing. "Yeah, guess I've been hanging around them and Dr. Strange a bit much recently."

"Why are you here though?" She asks deciding to break the ice of what he is about to do.

"I need to confirm something."

Bunnyx sighs understanding what he is about to do. 'Might as well get this over with so we can focus on more important things. We've been way too depressed these pass couple days.' Ninja tries to imagine the keyblade unlocking the door but gets no response from his weapon. "What are you even trying to do?" Bunnyx raises an eyebrow at his odd stance.

"I'm trying to see if my weapon could unlock this door."

"There's no keyhole though."

Ninja looks at the doorknob feeling dumb that he did not notice that detail. "Oh…well, that wonks."

Bunnyx rolls her eyes, "Got any other great plans?"

"Just one." Ninja kicks the door getting it to slam open. "When your new power doesn't work, just go with your old reliable skill." He boasts before going into the room.

Bunnyx shrugs, "When you got it, don't question it." She follows Ninja into the room and stops right behind him noticing the blood splattered around the room. "Uh… Randy…"

"Yeah, it's shnasty." Ninja turns around and exits the room with Bunnyx walking back a bit for him to leave. He grabs the door and makes fire cover his free hand. "You might want to take a few steps back." Bunnyx takes back a bit curious on what Ninja is going to do. He reaches into his ninja suit and pulls out some small balls. He throws the small balls, follows it with the fireball, and slams the door shut. "Hit the deck!" He runs and grabs Bunnyx throwing them onto the ground.

The explosion goes off in the room, and the door flies off the hinges and goes straight over them. Bunnyx watches the door fly over her face with wide eyes and moves her head up to see the flames burst around from the explosion. She and Ninja get on their feet as the flames die down. "What…was…that?" She asks wanting to know Ninja's reason for the sudden move.

"Cleaning up the mess." Ninja walks to the destroyed room and looks around noticing the lack of blood and body parts.

Bunnyx makes a confused face and walks to the room. "Oh…" She mutters noticing what Ninja did to the room. "Why?"

Ninja leans down and wipes his index and middle finger on the soot. "I don't want to see those girls more upset than they already are about their parents. Seeing the blood and body parts…" Ninja trails off not wanting to finish that statement.

Bunnyx shudders, "Fair point."

"Anyway, nothing left for us to do here except wait on the girls to finish packing."

"We could search the town and find out what rumors are being spread around town about the incident." She suggests.

Ninja shakes his head. "Nah, Fury most likely got Shield to keep this incident from going public."

"Well what else can we do?"

Ninja thinks a bit when someone came to mind. "How's Marinette doing?"

Bunnyx smiles nervously, "Oh, she's fine…for now."

Ninja blinks, "For now? What the juice do you mean by that?"

Bunnyx looks away with a sigh, "It means she's going to start feeling a bit stressed out when it comes to her new job protecting the Miraculous."

"Wait new job? Did something recently happen?" Ninja asks trying to understand Bunnyx's words.

Bunnyx rubs the back of her neck and tries to think of an excuse. "Well, you see…"

"You know what; I'll go ask her myself." Ninja pulls out the Golden Tiger Claws getting Bunnyx to look at him in alarm.

"No wait!"

"Golden Tiger Claws!" Ninja makes a portal and jumps into it with Bunnyx running after him. Bunnyx grabs Ninja's suit as they go through the portal getting him to look at her. "What are you doing?"

"Stopping you from making a mistake."

"Why would it be a mistake to visit a friend?"

"Are you really blind to the repercussions of the situation you are going to cause?!" Bunnyx asks finding it odd he would just go visit Marinette out of the blue.

"Oh yeah, it's so bad that she doesn't want us involved with her personal life." Ninja sarcastically replies rolling his eyes slowly. "I know she rather keep things secretive Alix. She barely even talks to me and the others about her problems. You remember the last conversation."

Bunnyx's mind flashes to the incident of her finding out Ladybug's identity.

"I cannot believe that you did this!" Alix hears as she nears an empty section of the park. She sees Marinette and Randy looking at each other with opposite emotions. Alix hides behind the tree and listens to their conversation.

"Give me a break Marinette. You were the one who was avoiding the conversation." Randy argues getting the girl to look away sadly. "I would have called, but I'm still learning about the time zones, and we know you would try to avoid talking about your situation like you did earlier."

"That's because it's my problem Randy. You don't see me dragging myself into your hero business after you told us about your fight with Dr. Doom!" Marinette counters losing her calm with Randy.

"Don't you dare bring that fight up. I would have called for reinforcements if I had the time, but we know what happened last time when you tried fighting him as Ladybug."

Alix's eyes widen at those words. 'Fight as Ladybug? Wait, did he just say Marinette is Ladybug?'

"Danny needed help, and while I do agree that I shouldn't have done it, both of us know the choice we made when we became Ladybug and the Ninja." Marinette points out getting Alix to stiffen against the tree.

"Danny would have been fine, but you went out of your way to help him and almost ended up with a broken back!" Randy argues getting Marinette to rub her back from the memory of the impact. Randy takes a deep breath and sighs, "Look Marinette, your job as Ladybug takes a toll on you and your partner. How much longer will it be until you find yourself to trust your partner about your identity?" Marinette looks away looking at the ground in thought. "You told me that your classmate can't be a hero anymore because of your nemesis knowing about it, but a hero is not determined by the secret but by the knowledge given to her. Do you really find this person so incapable of being a hero?"

Marinette closes her eyes and crosses her arms over her chest. "Randy…I need some time to think about this, and right now is just not a good time to do that, ok? Yes, Chloe has proven herself to be a good hero, but her parents are big political figures here. Hawkmoth can use that against her and make her…"

"Use her against you whether she has the Miraculous or not." Randy finishes getting Marinette to widen her eyes along with Alix. "Villains don't play by the rule Marinette. You should know that."

Marinette turns her back to Randy fear and worry etched on her face. "I need time to think about this Randy, and for what it's worth, thanks for coming." She walks away leaving Randy alone in the park.

Bunny sighs, "Yeah, I do."

"Then she needs us more than ever from what you are trying to tell me." Ninja says not wanting Marinette to be alone wither problems.

"Marinette must never know that you know about her being Ladybug." 'So much for keeping it a secret.' Bunnyx thinks knowing that Marinette is about to learn about her knowing Marinette's heroic secret. She tries to reach for the Shen-Gong-Wu only for Ninja to raise his arm a bit.

"Here we go!" Ninja slashes open another portal and lands right on a roof a couple blocks away from Marinette's home with Bunnyx landing behind him.

Bunnyx looks around noticing their location and asks, "Why did you take us here instead of going directly to Marinette?"

"While I do enjoy a good jump scare, Marinette won't like it if I just suddenly show up unannounced." Ninja removes his mask and pulls out his communicator. "Besides giving a heads up that I'm coming over will allow her to know about me making a surprise visit instead of what happened last time."

"Where I found out her secret identity unintentionally." Bunnyx reminds him.

"Yeah, rather avoid that again. Don't want everyone to learn about our secret identities." Randy opens the contacts screen and brings up the ladybug symbol. He starts texting and sends his message smirking at what Marinette's response will be.

"What did you send?"

Randy chuckles, "That I'm coming for a visit and should be at her home in a couple minutes."

Bunnyx snickers, "Yeah, that's going to go well."

Randy grabs his jacket with both hands giving a proud stance. "Yep, she's going to be upset for sure."

"Want me to take you there?"

Randy shrugs, "Sure. I've been needing to learn where she lives anyway."

"Will you please stop trying to avoid your punishment?!"

"It's only punishment if I did something wrong! This is you trying to torture me! We've been doing this for two hours now!"

"And they're still at it." Evan remarks as he, Danny, Kitty, and Matt are trying to watch tv or in Kitty's case read a magazine.

"Of course, they are. Stacy can avoid almost anything thrown at her now." Kitty remarks like it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Except for Danny's ice, I've never seen her get hit with anything the past week or two."

"It's actually only been a couple days since Evan crashed that piano into her in the Danger Room." Matt points out.

"Do you really need to bring that up?" Evan asks feeling a little offended and upset with that situation. "The first time I trained with her, and I'm the one who screwed up just by sneezing."

Danny and Kitty share a glance then look at Matt who notices the look in their eyes. Matt gives them a dull look. "Of course, the only one in danger of that now is me…again."

"Don't worry about it, Matt. Everyone has…" BOOM "And Aelita blew something up." Danny mutters as he transforms into his ghost form. "I'll be back." He goes through the floor leaving three wide eyed teens.

Aelita and Stacy stare at the destroyed Danger Room they are in. "How long were we fighting?" Stacy asks.

"About two hours." Aelita replies.

"Ah…" They stare at the destroyed room silently looking at all the damage Aelita did that Stacy avoided. "Will both of us get in trouble for this?"

"Yes."

"Worth it." The girls look at each other then back at the damage. "So…want to get something to eat?"

"You really think we'll get away with this?"

"No, but I am hungry."

"And I want to know why you guys were fighting to begin with." Max says as he enters the Danger room. Both girls go stiff at Max's words and turn around slowly smiling nervously. Max crosses his arms and gives them a stern look. "Well?"

The girls share a look. "Would you believe this is because I was teasing Aelita too much?" Stacy asks as they look back at Max.

Max sighs, "Why would you be doing that, and what could be so major to tease her about that causes you two to make this kind of mess?"

Stacy lowers her head feeling guilty on how things went out of hand. "It was only some normal teasing. It wasn't meant to go this far."

Max rubs his eyes feeling a headache just thinking about this situation. "Why did it go this far?"

Aelita nervously rubs her left arm, and Stacy rubs the back of her neck nervously. "I…I w-wanted to feel the satisfaction of…hitting her at least once…with one of my attacks." Aelita says feeling ashamed that she went too far.

"You attacked her because she teased you?"

"Actually, I teased her, and she used it as a cover story so we could talk privately about the events in Italy." Stacy clarifies getting Max's stern look to go soft. "After that we lost track of time and this is the outcome of us…" Stacy looks at the Danger Room and frowns, "not paying attention…I guess."

"You finally told someone?" Max asks her, wanting to get the correct part of the story.

"Well, I didn't tell her everything."

Aelita worryingly looks at Stacy. "Stacy…"

Stacy lowers her head a bit covering her eyes from the shadow of her hair. "I still don't want to talk about it Aelita."

Max sighs, "Then we'll respect your wish, Stacy."

"Sheesh, this place got trashed." Everyone turns their attention to Danny as he flies to the ground a few feet behind Max. "Do I really want to know what happened this time?"

"Not really." Aelita answers giving a small, worried look at Stacy who is still having her eyes covered from the shadow of her hair.

Stacy walks to Danny stopping a couple feet in front of him. "Take me to my room." She tells him.

"Er…" Danny blinks a couple times unsure of what is going on with Stacy's attitude. He glances at Max who nods understanding that Stacy needed some time alone. "Ok." Danny grabs Stacy's arm and flies out of the room through the ceiling leaving Aelita alone with Max.

"I'll get cleaning." Aelita mutters walking away to grab the cleaning supplies for the Danger Room.

'When did things become even more complicated?' Max thinks not liking that he was being left out of the situation. 'I didn't join to see these kids become a part of some big secret. What is really going on here that they do not want us involved?'

Danny comes through the floor into Stacy's room and releases Stacy allowing her to notice their location. He watches Stacy walk to her bed and asks, "What happened?"

"I teased Aelita a bit too much, and we got carried away in our little cat and mouse chase." Stacy answers wanting to avoid talking about the incident.

Danny shakes his head. "Stacy, you know what I mean. What caused you to look so down?"

Stacy sighs as she sits down on her bed putting her right elbow on her leg and her chin on the palm of her hand. "Aelita brought up the incident with the alien kids."

"Oh." Danny mutters starting to understand her current attitude.

"At first, it was some innocent questions to see if I was ok and what happened back there, but it went to our fight with those people who could control the elements." Danny's eyes widen a bit. "I didn't say much about them except for what happened to the girls and that those guys can control fire, air, and earth."

"That's still a bit of information." Danny reminds her.

Stacy rolls her eyes. "Yeah, if I actually knew a lot about them, but I barely know anything about these guys. So, I doubt she'll know anything about them except for their elements and taking the girls' powers."

Danny sits down on the computer chair running his left hand through his hair. "What do you want me to say Stacy? I learned about them a couple weeks before our fight against them, and Ninja barely told me much about them."

Stacy shrugs, "Eh, doesn't matter now. She knows since I opened my big mouth about the fight. Were you going to tell her anyway?"

Danny looks away in thought biting his bottom lip. "I don't know. I got involved with Ninja because Aelita was suspicious of him back then. Once we teamed up, I never thought of telling her. So much went on that I can't explain properly without you being there."

"Like Bunnyx telling us to trust her because she can travel and see in time."

Danny nods, "Yeah, it involved stuff like that." Stacy looks at the picture of her smiling with her mom and sister. "So much has happened these past few months that I tend to forget specific things."

Stacy grabs the picture and looks at it sadly. "Yeah…"

Danny hears the sadness in her voice and notices the picture in her hand. "What do you have there?"

Stacy smiles weakly, "It's just a picture of me with my mom and little sister."

"Do you miss them?"

"All the time, I started thinking about them again after the incident a couple days ago." She looks at Danny. "What about you? Do you think about your family even though they…?" Stacy moves her free hand around not wanting to mention the incident with his parents.

"I do." Danny admits not trying to hide it from her. "My sister should be in college now. Wish I knew where she was going, but I also don't want to distract her from her studies."

"Didn't you say she was here a few years ago?"

Danny nods, "Yeah, she was here to intern at some Dalv Industries or something. Jan updated me on what Jazz was doing, but I tried to keep myself from being seen since I'm supposed to be 'dead' to her."

"Do you want to see her?" Danny looks out the window contemplating what he wants to do with his sister. "You don't have to answer if you're uncomfortable about it."

Danny rubs the back of his neck sighing. "I feel like telling her might be a good idea, but…I don't want to strain her relationship with mom and dad."

"You feel like that your parents would understand about you being a mutant?"

"They didn't when I told them I was half ghost."

"I mean, if you're a mutant, wouldn't your parents know something about mutants?"

Danny shakes his head. "My parents have always been obsessed with anything ghost related. They could have a common cold and say that it is related to ghosts. No matter what my sister and I tried, they always believed it has something to do with ghosts and called us naïve."

"But you can transform into a ghost." Stacy points out.

"Yeah, but I'm talking about before I gained my powers."

"Ok, have you ever seen a ghost besides yourself?"

Danny shakes his head. "Nope, I'm the only one that I know about."

Stacy sets the picture back onto the nightstand and asks, "How…" *Ring*

Danny reaches into his pocket and pulls out his Avengers I.D. and answers the call. "Hello?"

"Impeccable timing as always." Stacy mutters giving Danny a dull look.

"Danny, you will never believe who we just found." Jan says excitedly.

"Uh…who?"

"We just found Captain America, and he's alive!"

Well, this took a bit longer than planned. I…You know what my private life doesn't matter to you guys. I update when I can so… R&R
