Hey Guys! This is my first fanfic. I have been a fan of Tales of Arcadia for a few years and I was pretty upset on how Rise of the Titans ended so I thought I'd do my own version of the movie. Hope you guys like it.
Chapter 1
It was a bright sunny day in New York City. Crowds of people going about their regular routines, Taxi cabs getting stuck in their usual traffic jams and Hot dogs were still the finest dogs in the state. There lays a small apartment with a few locals hanging out at the stairs of the building. A hooded figure walks past them and takes the elevator up. The unknown figure enters his room with some Chinese takeout and collapses on his couch. He removed his hood. It was a young man. "Nari!" He called. "I'm back." Another figure walked out which seemed like a girl but when she removed her hood, she turned out to be some kind of plant girl. "How was your day Douxie?" She asked. Douxie sighed. "Feels like I'm back where I started back in Camelot." he said rubbing his eyes "being a janitor at Davey's Burger Bar is exactly the same kind of treatment as being a broom boy for nine centuries." The plant girl sat down on the couch next to him and took his hand. "You don't have to torture yourself for me Douxie." She said with a smile. "We can always go somewhere a bit more peaceful, my siblings hadn't found us for the past year, they have to be on the opposite side of the world by now." Douxie looked at her "I still don't want to take any chances Nari." He exclaimed "Even if they're far away from us they still have the Genesis Seals, if they find us they'll use you to open them and the world will be in serious danger." "So our plan is to hide in the shadows for the rest of our lives?" A voice said. A cat was walking up to Douxie and Nari but it was oddly wearing glasses. "You know by now Douxie that the Arcane Order will stop at nothing to get Nari back." The cat had talked "It's not really a simple thing to do by choice Archie, I have to keep her safe at all costs." Douxie said "It's the last promise I made to." He stopped for a moment "Him." Archie and Nari looked at him with sympathy. "Look Douxie I'm.." Archie said when screaming from the halls interrupted him. "What on earth?" Douxie questioned himself shortly before running out to investigate. Out in the hallway he saw people running out of their homes in the apartment which is because of a fire spreading throughout the building. Douxie yelled to his friends. "We have to get out now!" Douxie, Archie and Nari ran out through the building looking for the closest fire exits. When they turned to the next corner they found two figures in the middle of the burning hallway. It was Bellroc and Skrael, Nari's siblings. Bellroc was a tall woman with short ginger hair with a black cape and she appeared to be blind based on her wearing a blindfold. Skrael is a short guy whose skin is very much like ice with antlers on his head. The three friends looked at them with shock in their eyes. "Nari." Bellroc said "We have found you at last." "Well technically we have known you were here this whole time we've just been occupied." Skrael assured only to be hit in the stomach by Bellroc with her staff in annoyance. Douxie and Nari looked at each other in confusion. "Wait if you knew we were here this past year why hadn't you come and take Nari?" Douxie asked. "We needed to summon our army from the ashes of all dead magic." Bellroc proclaimed. "Your army?" Douxie asked in shock. Suddenly smoke showed up from out of nowhere and what came out was ugly looking monsters with claws and fangs. "Demons that Merlin banished beneath where Camelot once stood". Archie said surprised "Oh fuzz buckets". Douxie said a little frightened. The demons start to attack with Douxie holding them of with magic from his staff, Nari using her fighting technique which got feistier over the past few centuries and Archie killing some with his fire breath in dragon form. Suddenly the demons start to overwhelm Nari and struggles to be set free. Douxie fights them off one by one but at least five demons tacked the young wizard. Archie is the last one standing(Or in his case flying) looking down at his familiar "Douxie!" He cried out. "Arch!" Douxie cried out himself. "Go to Arcadia, we need Jim and the others more then ever right now! " I can't just leave you with them!" Archie shouted "There's no other choice now go hurry!" Douxie insisted "The Guardians of Arcadia will figure something out!" Archie gave his friend a sad look and flew out of the building, then a black smoke surrounded Douxie, Nari and the rest of the Arcane Order. When the smoke decreased they all disappeared. Archie who flew in the air felt guilty about leaving his own familiar in the hands of those demons but honored his request and made his journey to Arcadia.
