The Mandalorian Ship 3 Days Later
They've branded him a Kidnapper and a traitor too the Republic and the Jedi order , it almost makes her glad that Obi wan has no intention of returning to the Temple or Jedi order! Satine thinks to herself angrily as the holonet news cast she was watching finishes.
They don't know him as well as she does Obi 's many things but a traitor to the Republic isn't one of them , he's trying too save the Republic, the senate and the Jedi order from Palpatine and Dooku who want to destroy the senate, Jedi and the Republic.
It's at times like this when she sees people like Mace windu and Jedi council condemning and branding Obi wan as a Kidnapper and traitor, it's then that she wishes that she and Obi wan could more selfish and leave the Jedi to their fate.
But Satine also knows that Obi wan would never deliberately leave anyone to their own fate if he can help change it, that is the sort of person Obi is Satine thought to herself, as she stood up turned off the holonet player and headed to the pilot's cabin to see if Obi and Anakin wanted something to eat.
Two minutes later Satine enters the pilot's cabin to see a scene that she finds adorable, 3 year old Anakin sitting on Obi wan's lap pushing the button s and pulling the leavers as Obi wan pointed too them, but what completely melts her heart was the smile the little boy gave her as he looked at her with those beautiful sapphire blue eyes and says look Sissy I 'm flying the ship! So I can see Ani and your doing a excellent job, now who's hungry? She asked .
Back At the Jedi Temple on Coruscant
Qui gon Jinn enter's his quarters feeling a small measure of resentment and frustration towards Mace Windu , the senate and Jedi council on as whole. They have branded his now former Padawan a traitor without knowing Obi wans reason for taking Little Anakin Skywalker.
Qui gon knew his former Padawan well enough to know that Obi wan wouldn't have taken Anakin Skywalker without a very good reason, Obi never did anything with out a good reason.
And Qui gon intended to learn why both Obi wan and Satine felt the need to take the action of taking a child from one of the safest places in Galaxy the Jedi temple!
Qui gon found himself now filled with a new sense of determination to find Obi wan and Satine and find out their reasons for leaving with Anakin, and there was no better time than now , for him talk to Obi wans friend Dexter jetster and see if Obi wan had told him anything! Qui gon thought to himself.
A Few Hours Later On Satine And Obi wans Ship
Obi wan sighed and set the automatic pilot to take them to Naboo where they would change ships,then he stood up from the pilots seat and walked over to the small safe set in the wall behind the pilot's chair, and open it then took the holocron he had taken from Qui gon's room 3 days ago from the pocket of his cloak and placed it in the safe ,then closed the safe door and then locked it.
Then he left the pilot's cabin and headed to the recreation area of the ship to wait for Satine to finish putting Anakin down for his nap.
It was time for them to talk about Coming up with a long term plan to stop Dooku and Palpatine 's plans for Anakin , the jedi and Republic, they also needed to decuss the holocron and the predictions and prophesies it depicted regarding the future of Anakin and the republic,the Jedi order and the Galaxy, and best to protect Little Anakin in the long term.
Of course they would also have decide how they discover who in the Jedi order and senate they could trust still and who was on Palpatine and Dooku's pay roll, that is the scariest part of this situation Obi wan thought Satine and I no longer know who in the republic or who in the Jedi order we can trust.
Ten minute's later Satine came into rec area and sat down across from Obi wan at the table and sighed tiredly and said softly " so what we are do going do ?
Obi wan started to open his mouth to try onice again to convince her to go home to Mandalore and return her life as The Dutchess of Mandalore and let him worry about himself and Anakin , but the look on Satines face told him that it was pointless having than argument with her again.
So he told her about the holocron that he had taken from Qui gon's room how dangerous would be if it fell into the wrong hands, because of how the prophesies and predictions it contained involved Anakin and he would need to be protected.
Then they talked about the plans Palpatine and Dooku had for Anakin , Jedi order and republic that Obi wan had over heard them discussing , they discussed the terrifying the vision he had of A young man who they now believed to be a older looking Anakin being turned to the darkside and leading a blood soaked purge of the Jedi order and would help destroy the republic that Obi wan had just hours before he had over heard Dooku and Palpatine talking about their evil plans for the fate of the Jedi and of the republic.
Of course Obi wan hadn't realised what his vision had meant before he had over heard Dooku and Palpatine but onice he had learned the plans they had for Anakin and Obi wan learned Anakins importantance ,both to the Jedi's survival and the republics survival too.
He and Satine had decided that they would take Anakin and a make sure Palpatine and Dooku would never get the chance too ,Turn and corrupt Anakin and that they would take The boy as far away from Palpatine , Dooku , the Senate and yes even the Jedi council as they could and protect him They decided to take Anakin as away from the councils dogmatic code and away from Dooku and Palpatine so they couldn't corrupt Anakin.
But where too go ,where could they take Little Anakin to make sure that Dooku and Palpatine could never find him or the holocron, that was would he and Satine would need to decide today.
An hour later they decided that the outer rim planet of Tatoonie was far enough away from the republic and Palpatine and Dooku to effectively protect and raise and trained Anakin.
