A Teenaged Obi wan Runs away from the temple in middle of the night with the help of Satine taking three year old Anakin with him after he over hears Palpatine and Dooku discussing their plans for Anakin and the republic . So the two terrified teenagers grab little Ani and Run. The Jedi council brand Obi wan traitor and kidnapper for his actions Qui gon Jinn believes other wise.

8. Chapter 7: I’ m Never Going Back Qui gon

Qui gon jinn stood at the view port hands clasped behind his back as he looked out at the planet , this was it all the leads and false trails and dead ends that he had followed the last 6 months , since his former Padawan had run away from the temple with Satine and little Anakin Skywalker.

Had led Qui gon here to Tatoonie they had to be here Qui though to himself , the Jedi council had looked for them on just about ,every civilised planet in the inner core and mid rim following leads but it was never Obi wan, Satine and Anakin that the councils tip offs led them too.

So Qui wan had started to searching the outer rim planet s for them in his spare time while Yoda continued have the inner core and mid rim planets searched, although Qui gon highly doubted that His former Padawan would choose to hide on any of those planet s with a Holocron full of dangerous prophecy's that could end the civilised galaxy in the wrong hand s , but that wasn't the only reason obi wan wouldn't choose a inner core or mid rim world to settle on No the other reason was in the form of a 3 year old youngling by the name of Anakin Skywalker.

Who was prophesied to either be the saving Grace of the Republic or to be the means to bring the republic to is end, so hiding and trying too protect Anakin from falling into wrong hands while the Jedi, the senate and Sith fight over who's chosen one the boy actually is would be impossible ,Qui gon thought.

But a small ,poor ,remote outer rim planet like Tatoonie outside out the republic and senates durastiction , now that would be exactly where Obi wan would hide with Anakin and the Holocron ,well It's a more likely place for him to be in hiding than Mandalore! like Mace Windu believes ! Qui gon thought Will a chuckle remember his last urm disagreement about where the Jedi should search for Obi wan ,Satine and Anakin!

Suddenly a young female voice piped up "we're ready to go down to the surface Master," Qui gon turned around to see the small form of Ahsoka Tano the young Torguttan girl that Yoda had badgered him into taking on as his new Padawan a month ago.

On Tatoonie in one of the many Seedy bars 4 hours later

Qui gon and Ashoka entered the bar and gazed around the bar before Choosing a booth in corner and sat down and then Qui gon opens a food menu ,while Ahsoka looks around the bar and notices that one of the bar is watching them closely .

But that he seems to be more interested in Qui gon than her and that the young man looks ready to bolt , "master the bar man has been watching you since we came in and he looks like he's ready to bolt" Ahsoka tells him.

'Very good Ashoka but never underestimate your mark as looks can be deceiving because ,while you have been distracted talking to me he has used your distracted state to sneak up behind us and disarm us both , haven't you Obi wan! Qui gon says as he turns to face Obi wan who is now standing behind them holding their lightsabers, Ashoka just stands there feeling like a fool.

'Hello master how did you find me ?' Obi wan asks completely focused on Qui gon and not giving Ashoka a second glance now that he has both of her lightsabers as well Qui gon 's own lightsaber.

It wasn't easy Padawan you covered your tracks well it was almost as if you didn't want anyone find you Qui gon replied,At this Obi wan sighs and say's "I left the temple , the order and Coruscant for a reason master !the future of the of the Republic, the Jedi order and Galaxy rests on Anakin Skywalker and the Holocron being protected and they are not safe on Coruscant MASTER!"

'Obi wan I know that you and Satine think that you can't trust the order or senate and that your scared but If you ,satine and Anakin come back to Coruscant then I will help you protect Anakin and the Holocron 'Qui gon tells him his tone gentle so not to make Obi wan pack up and run again with Anakin and Satine tow.

At this Obi wan just shakes his head sadly and then says Oh you don't understand the Problem Is that the order and Senate can't protect Anakin or the Holocron from Master Dooku and Palpatine !

Now ! please master! Leave and return to Coruscant as I have no intention of returning the order! Obi wan tells him as he places the Lightsabers that he took from Qui gon and Ashoka ,on the table in front of them then he turns and walks out of the bar.
