Author's Headnote: Now here's part three of Ruby's adventure to the abandoned Nightclub (Featuring Penny from the same series). Specifically, the part where she leaves. And wow, it seems you guys were excited when I posted those chapters. I'm happy you guys enjoy my work here.

As for the answer to the question: Well, I doubt she would transcend dimensions or time travel. But she would be able to move and think faster, along with reducing aura consumption.

But anyways, let's get to the chapter.

Character Change: Ruby Rose - Penny Poledenia

Club Employee's Section, 10:14 PM, Friday, "Boiler" Area

Running Personality: Penny_Poledenia (SOUL file)

Combat Functions: ENABLED

Aura Percentage: 89%

Battery Life: 43%

Hardware status: Fully Functional

Grimm Presence: 100+: 100+ Hostile, 1 Bypassed

Penny was in the power station. Ruby by now, would be in the sewers, hopefully she doesn't go 'grimmy' before Penny meets up with her. She set the timer to two minutes, that should be enough time to get to the sewers and avoid the blast radius. Hopefully the sewers won't get affected by the blast range, otherwise... things may suck for the people of Vale.

When the time goes off, the entire power section would overload, and detonate, detonating anything that's powered by dust in the entire building. This will for sure end the grimm infection in the building. Although it won't answer for the origin of the said grimm. Such a shame Ruby won't find out what happened to the crime rate. But at least Vale won't be infested with very well dressed grimm. The timer is set, and Penny proceeds to go and run toward the sewer... hopefully before the timer goes off.

She quickly opens the manhole and jumps down, followed by closing it. Not sure why a manhole would be in a 'boiler' area. But it's convenient. She's grateful that she's waterproof, though. Otherwise, she would be in trouble, and Ruby too.

Vale Undercity, 10:15 PM, Friday, Downtown Sewers

Penny had gone down from the manhole and entered the sewers.

The Vale undercity, which is basically the sewers and some other stuff. The water there is a green-ish brown... for obvious reasons. The path the water goes to is the bio-recycler that separates the sludge from the water, so it can be re-used. Waste not, want not. There are also grey walkways around the sewers... but it's not that steep compared to the waterway. In addition, the sewers are mostly brown. Why is everything always some shade of brown? Why can't it be pink or orange?

Penny looked down and saw Ruby's weapons, and bandana. That can't be a good sign. Penny picked them up and stored them somewhere safe where Penny can access them easily.

Anyways... Penny was looking for Ruby. She narrowed down her grimm tracker to search for only bypassed grimm... and... well, she found Ruby. The tracker doesn't indicate movement or patterns, only a marker indicating distance. So, Penny ran toward it. She doesn't have any jet boots installed... so running is all she could do. Thankfully she can turn on night vision for when it gets too dark.

She than heard some screaming... and some grimm roars... that's not a good sign. If anything, that's a bad sign. Ruby got out Ruby's scythe, folded it, and put it back where she found it. Not sure why she didn't do that in the first place. As soon as she got the visual on the...

BOOM!

Well, the building blew up. And the tracker is on the visual. Which means she can see Ruby... who is now an armored Beowulf.

She was not kidding when she said she would get grimmy. She literally turned into a grimm. And Ruby is charging right at Penny.

She was running toward Penny, on all fours ready to pounce and attack Penny like she was some sort of prey

She got the folded-up scythe, and used her mechanical strength to whack it across the beowulf head... knocking out Ruby as it was about to pounce at Penny. That was the luckiest strike she ever got.

As soon as the beowulf was unconscious, it went back into Ruby's normal shape. Which is the shape of a person. Penny picked up the unconscious Ruby and began to head back towards Beacon via. the sewers. Well... Penny's going to have to sanitize her legs when she gets back to her guest dorm. In which she will get in trouble, but is it worth it? Totally.

Penny ran by the the sewer workers that were killed by Ruby... they looked like they were sucked dry. Guess she was really thirsty. She counted a total of four of them like this. Hopefully she can get away from the scene as fast as possible. And avoid any Sewer workers... Penny's a better sneaker than one may think. Although carrying Ruby and her stuff may make things harder. It's weird seeing Ruby dressed differently, one may be worried she lost her cloak.

But that's besides the point, Ruby's safe now. Although she may be damaged in the head. But that's to be seen when she wakes up. But...

Wait. There's someone coming. Penny quickly finds a hiding spot, and puts Ruby next to her. In the meantime, she gets Ruby's bandana and puts it back on Ruby. Incase anyone sees them. There are two workers heading down... Penny figured she may eavesdrop on them.

"I've heard screaming coming from here." The first worker said.

"Relax, pretty sure they're fine." The second worker said.

"No, there's most likely a grimm here."

"I can assure everything is- OH SWEET CHEESECAKES WHAT IS THAT!?"

"See, I told you? Grimm!"

"Well, I'm taking a picture and reporting this to the police."

"Aren't you gonna call the alarm?"

"And summon more of them? Screw this, I'm out of here!"

The workers than leave the sewers, entering the surface of the downtown.

As soon as the coast was clear, Penny picked Ruby back up and started heading back towards Beacon. Why is she traversing through the servers when there's plenty of manholes? Because if she goes back to Beacon via. Bullhead... Ciel will know what's up. So, it's best to traverse the sewers with unconscious Ruby for now... Although she does wonder what she does with her team? Wonder if she were invited to stay with them, she finds out what they do for fun at night. Well, Ruby would away from the dorm being a vampire. Or not? She really doesn't know what they do in their free time. Although she does know that Ruby and Blake are dating. And that's basically it.

Penny's basically kept out of the loop. Ciel doesn't want Penny interacting with people too much, General Ironwood is worried that Penny may go killer. Penny may be an Artificial Intelligence... but she isn't that very logical... or psychopathic. She's not even that good at math. The only reason she got a higher math score than Kobalt is because Penny used a Calculator, at least they are designed to do hard math stuff, unlike Penny.

Although she is curious to what it's like to be a real girl. With organs and flesh and bones and all of that. Having to sleep simply by closing her eyes instead of running an array of commands, having a soft and warm feeling around her, and eating seafood.

But those fantasies are likely never going to happen anytime soon, besides she's being distracted by them. She needs to focus on getting her and Ruby back to Beacon. She doesn't want to think about what might be the worst-case Scenario right now.

Vale Undercity, 10:50 PM, Friday, Uptown Sewers

Penny wouldn't know she would be under uptown without looking at a map, which she is. And Beacon Academy is just a couple more minutes away. These sewers all look the same to her. Although Penny would still need to figure out how to get to Beacon. There isn't a manhole on the entire academy. That means the sewers are most likely under the buildings. She would just have to find the dorm building on her own.

As she was moving herself and Ruby... she noticed some shuffling on her shoulder. Oh good, Ruby's awake.

"Errr... why am I being carried?" Ruby asked.

"Don't worry, it's just me." Penny stated.

"Then put me down!"

"Oh, sorry!" Penny said, putting Ruby down.

"Do you have Crescent Rose?" Ruby asked.

"Oh, ya. Here you go." Penny said, handing Ruby's scythe and her other stuff back to Ruby.

"Oh, thank you."

"You're welcome."

"So... why were you carrying me?" Ruby asked.

"You were an armored beowulf and I bonked you with your scythe." Penny stated.

"Now I feel embarrassed. Would explain what happened after my blackout."

"So... should we get going?"

"Yep. I just want to forget this night ever happened."

The two of them proceeded to walk towards where Penny believes is the pathway to Beacon Academy. Whilst also avoiding any sewer workers. Which would make the the path there take longer than scheduled. Because the last thing Penny would need is to get caught being seen in the sewers. Pretty sure trespassing in sewers is a severe crime in Vale.

And that's when Penny and Ruby encountered some odd folk, who are not in a good mood. Ruby immediately drew her scythe at the sight of them.

"Well... it seems killing the Duke was not enough for you, girl?" the first individual said.

"Wait, he's dead?" Ruby asked.

"Don't play dumb. You revealed the location of the hideout to his assassins. And we know what happened to the catacombs." The second person said.

"I swear, I didn't reveal the location of your hideout to anyone." Ruby stated.

"You lie! His personal thrall broke free a week after the hideout was destroyed." The first individual said.

"Ruby, who are these?" Penny asked.

"Penny, they're like me... except they don't care about other people anymore." Ruby answered.

"Oh, and now you're telling everyone about your vampirism! What a way to kill the cattle." the second vampire said.

"But the jokes on you, we've managed to sabotage their plans in the festival with the faunas thralls." The first vampire stated.

"But that didn't stop them from killing all of your morally correct sources of blood. They were hunting us down like pests. What once was a large and vast encampment of vampires, is now just the two of us."

"Don't forget the criminals, they shot them all down."

"Yes, your primary source of nourishment."

"Wait, I thought the vampire populace outnumbered the mortal populace." Ruby objected.

"That's for the whole kingdom scale. And even than, it's 51/49 scale." The first vampire defended.

"Still... I don't see how a bunch of White Fang mooks manage to kill almost all the veteran vampires in Vale, when they have trouble with ME."

"Yet again, I really didn't check up the status with the other vampire encampments."

"Ahh... So, they just killed the ones in the cities?"

"Most likely. I doubt you could kill off the equivalent of the entire population of the Kingdom of Vale in one month anyway."

"Most of the population is concentrated in the capital."

"So is literally every other kingdom!"

"Except Atlas!" Penny added.

"Atlas?" The vampire asked.

"Penny, they would know it as 'mantle'." Ruby stated.

"Wait, Mantle changed their kingdom name to Atlas?"

"The great war, it's how you manage to outnumber the mortal populace."

"Oooooh. We only know that because the number of mortals that have gone down!"

"Wait, why are we talking?" The second vampire interrupted.

"Oh wait, you're-" the first vampire said, before being knocked out by Ruby. Ruby than knocked out the other one. Both using the barrel of her scythe in rifle mode.

"Do I even have to ask?" Penny asked.

"I don't even know myself. On one hand, I'm glad the man who turned me was dead. On the other, who killed him? And who was his thrall? This just raises so much questions." Ruby said, looting the corpses of the unconscious vampires.

"what are you..."

"Blood packs, I need them." Ruby stated.

"Why?"

"Hey, it's blood without having to sink my fangs into someone, it's a win for me."

"Shouldn't you..."

"Look, it's either I bite random people at night. Or this!"

"What about volunteers."

"I appreciate what you're trying to do Penny. But whatever fluids in your system is most likely not something that would sate my vampiric thirst. I have Blake and Yang offering to volunteer, but I only take a small amount of their blood to avoid going over." Ruby said.

"Wouldn't that turn them into vampires?" Penny asked.

"Thankfully no. I don't want to deal with vampire puns from Yang. Sure, she prefers sarcastic humor, but vampire puns qualify for that kind of stuff."

"Then how were you turned into a vampire?"

"Well. It all started when the Duke managed to paralyze me and bypass my aura to drain my blood to the point where I faint. And than according to a book I read, he cut himself open and had some of his blood enter my system via. My mouth. When I woke up, I was in a cage with a mirror, the stress of trying to comprehend my condition only came in after I first went feral." Ruby said.

"I feel like there's more to the story."

"I don't like talking about the night I got turned, it's not a very good memory. And one I can't get out of my brain!"

"I see..."

"I died Penny. I was killed. And what's worse is that I'm stuck like this forever! There is no cure for this. This is something I'd have to deal with forever! Do you want to think about outliving everyone you would care about!?" Ruby ranted.

"Ruby, I'm sorry."

"Don't apologize, you weren't the one who made me like this! I am a grimm! A monster! An abomination! At the very least a weapon would be socially accepted in society, I wouldn't!"

"Ruby, I'm more than just a weapon."

"The public would disagree if they knew about you."

"And you're not a monster. You're constantly fighting a grimm everyday, inside of you."

"And it broke out four times."

"Ruby, can we just drop this? It's making me uncomfortable?"

"Alright, fine. I'm sorry for yelling at you."

"It's alright. Is this part of the friendship thing?"

"Yes, it is. Sometimes someone needs someone to vent at to calm themselves down. And friends are there to make sure they don't cause a scene."

"So, I was helping?"

"Yes, Penny. But sorry for making you uncomfortable."

"It's alright, Let's get back to Beacon."

"Indeed. I'll need to wash these clothes after I get back."

"I didn't think of that when we were going into the sewers... Ciel is going to be mad at me!"

The two of them walked to the sewer area where Beacon academy would be. Well... eventually, they were wrong the first five times. But eventually they got to it... but the thing is... they wouldn't know which way would lead to the dorms.

By... they, she means Penny. However, Ruby thinks she has an idea. So, Penny follows her.

"What makes you think this way is right?" Penny asked.

"It's layout is similar to the Beacon courtyard. And this is the way people would enter the dormitory." Ruby said.

"Makes sense."

Penny followed Ruby, climbing up the various ladders and walkways... well... until they finally enter the basement.

Character Change: Penny Poledenia - Ruby Rose

Beacon Academy, 11:27 PM, Friday, Dormitory Basement

The basement, although doesn't have the smell of the sewers, thank goodness. Is still as bleak in colors. Besides being a pathway to the sewers... one is not sure why anyone would be here. People always rumored the third-year student: Violet Jasper sleeps here. But thankfully his student card led to his dorm. It's actually right next to CVFY's. So there's no decoration or people here. It's mostly filled with supplies and backup equipment.

"Let's not talk about what happened back there again." Ruby said.

"Agreed. That night never happened." Penny said.

"Now let's just get back to the dorms and change." Ruby said, opening the door from the stairs and entering the main dormitory section.

Ruby and Penny parted ways. Now Ruby decided to head back to her dorm.

Beacon Academy, 11:30 PM, Friday, RWBY Dormitory

Ruby entered the dorm. All the lights were off. And it sounds like everyone was asleep. So Ruby was careful when she put the bloodpacks away. Since Blake's going to fight in the tournament on Sunday, she's going to have to plan to spend the entire Saturday with her... well, the time both her and Blake would be up at the same time. Can't really do much during daylight hours unless Blake wants to spend some time indoors.

Ruby decided to draft some plans for her date with Blake on Weiss' binder. Well, ideas that is. She needs to figure out what the two of them would want to do with each other past daylight hours. After all, what kind of girlfriend wouldn't want some time alone with her partner? If Blake decided to wake up Ruby early, they could watch the tournament fights in the living room. And maybe spend some time in forever fall, because no one else would be there. Although what she would plan on doing there... Ruby has no idea, maybe the idea would come to her when the time comes.

She could think better now that she's fully sated. She began to write down potential ideas and places the two of them could go together from the timespan of 7PM to 10PM. Three hours is not much. But Ruby doesn't have much of a window of choice. Blake does need to be fully rested for the singles on Sunday. But she wants to dedicate all of Saturday with her. Which is going to be challenge, given that Ruby's a vampire, and Blake is not. But she could figure out something that could work.

Seriously, if she were still alive... and not allergic to sunlight, this would be a lot easier... she has written down a couple ideas. But afterwards she gets stumped. Well, she may as well start her day with Blake. She changed out of the clothes she went into the club with and into her pajamas and went on the bed with Blake. She spent the rest of the night cuddling her and being her bodypillow. Well, at least she can't suffocate because she's already dead.

But having Blake cuddle her in her sleep, Ruby petting her hair... well, it's romantic. Well, maybe, it could also be creepy. Thankfully Ruby's decent enough to not go under her bow to touch Blake's ears, she likely wouldn't like that.

As Ruby was being cuddled like a stuffed animal whilst petting Blake's hair... the cat faunas was... purring. Yes, Blake was purring. She never heard Blake purr before. Guess that means she likes what Ruby is doing. That, or it's only a subconscious thing. Either way, Ruby was glad Blake was happy, even though she was asleep.

"I love you, Blake." Ruby whispered, trying not to wake up Blake.

Ruby herself was staying awake, trying to spend as much time with Blake as she could until the sun rises. After all, Saturday is dedicated to be spent with Blake, her sweet, beautiful, and sexually attractive girlfriend. Maybe she should ask what Blake wants to do when they're both awake.

Beacon Academy, 7:04 AM, Saturday, RWBY Dormitory

Ruby was dead asleep... she passed out after the effect of being on a bed for too long. So, she fell asleep whilst being cuddled and petting Blake's hair... but than suddenly.

"RUBY HONG ROSE XIAO-LONG!"

Ruby gasped for air as she got up... although Blake was not at the bed with her.

She than, recieved a smack on the face from Yang.

"Owwww..." Ruby cried in pain.

"Ruby, why is the news reporting that the club blew up and that there were grimm in the sewers?" Yang asked.

"Yang... It's not like it sounds, I really didn't have a choice." Ruby defended herself.

"What appropriate situation is needed to blow up a building? Think of all the people you killed!" Weiss stated.

"Everyone was already dead when I got there, White Fang shot up the place. Security footage showed that some bull faunas came in with a bunch of mooks, killed the patrons, along with Junior and his thugs." Ruby said.

"Wait... did you say bull faunas with a mask?" Blake asked.

"Ya? I am under the presumption he's Adam. Is that right?"

"Yep, that definitely is right. So, he does have a part in all of this after all."

"Get back on topic! Ruby blew up a building!" Weiss stated.

"Careful, do you want us to go to jail?" Blake said.

"What do you mean? We weren't involved."

"Vytalean Law, Weiss. If a huntsman or huntress whose leader of a team commits a crime, the rest of the team is held accountable as accessories to the crime." Blake stated.

"Ya... so we need to keep it down." Yang said.

"Back on topic, what needed action did it take to blow up a building?" Weiss asked.

"You wouldn't believe me when I say this, but there were these humanoid grimm. They looked like people wearing black suits, and they had purple and indigo instead of red and yellow in those areas. They were also able to use weapons and stuff. They were also all over the building so we couldn't spend the entire night searching for the source and hunting them down one by one... so we blew up the building." Ruby said, explaining herself.

"We?" Yang asked.

"Oh, Penny was there. You can ask her. You'll know she's lying when she hiccups." Ruby explained. "She was also the one who came up with the idea."

"Penny? The sweet little girl, who's a surprisingly good combatant? Who decided to accompany you to an abandoned nightclub and proposed to blow the whole thing up?" Weiss asked.

"Yes." Ruby said, bluntly.

"Ya... I don't buy it." Yang said.

"Neither do I." Weiss commented.

"Yang, Weiss. Ruby here is a vampire, an undead person with grimm living inside her, who drinks blood and can't be out during daylight You can comprehend her status, but not her story?" Blake asked.

"You're defending her?" Weiss asked.

"Because it makes sense!"

"How?" Yang asked.

"Given Penny is an android, she might have detected Ruby, and with it the Grimm." Blake stated.

"Blake, if Penny was a combat droid, she would have turned Ruby into a pile of ash." Weiss said.

"Just ask Penny, she'll tell you what I've said. Also, how did you know I blew it up?" Ruby asked.

"Context clues. You said you went to the club, and next morning the news is talking about that said building being nothing but rubble." Yang said.

"Wait, how did you blow up an entire building without explosives?" Blake asked.

"Penny overloaded the dust capacitor." Ruby said.

"So... you finally learned what those looked like?" Blake asked.

"Yep."

"That's good news. Yang, Weiss, keep this down. And don't talk about it. If anyone asks where Ruby went, tell them you don't know." Blake said.

"What, why?" Yang asked.

"I think we might be closer to find out who caused the Blackout." Blake stated.

"Wait how would you justify knowing what it looks like?"

"Just say it's a hunch." Blake said.

"So... what does the dust capacitor look like?" Yang asked.

"It's glowing, shaped like a half-trapezoid and has these circular holes around the bottom. Yet again, I've described a sixty-year-old model. The Club ran on an outdated plumbing and power system." Ruby said.

"Huh." Weiss uttered.

"What do you mean, huh?" Ruby asked.

"Well, it looks like the lamp I saw back in the JNPR dorm."

"I didn't notice any lamp." Ruby said.

"Neither did I." Blake said.

"It's in the bedroom." Weiss stated.

"What were you doing in the- oh Weiss you naughty kitten!" Yang said.

"No! Nothing like that!" Weiss said.

"Then what were you doing in there?"

"None of your business!"

"Yaa... sure. Anyways... which means the perp... must be a member of team JNPR." Blake stated.

"That doesn't make sense. Jaune and Nora were with me and Ruby at the blackout." Yang objected.

"And Ren was with me in a competitive Mahjong contest." Weiss objected.

"Wait... what about Pyrrha?" Ruby asked.

"Ya, what about her?" Yang asked.

"Did we ever know where she was when the blackout happened?" Blake asked.

"Ya... you do have an idea... Pyrrha was acting weirdly until November." Weiss said.

"Where she coincidentally forgot about everything happening in the last two months?" Yang asked.

"But we can discuss this with Jaune tomorrow!" Ruby stated.

"What? Why?" Blake asked.

"Because I want to spend today with my girlfriend. Just me, and her. We can worry about the Blackout and the tournament tomorrow. Just have fun today." Ruby stated.

"Ruby, I'm flattered but I think we should."

"Shush shush shush... Blakey this day is about you."

"Ruby, I think we should-"

"Blake. The adolescent vampire girl wants to spend quality time with her girlfriend. Not discuss investigations. Jaune does that daily and he drinks more coffee than Oobleck."

"Did you just talk in the third person?"

"She might have."

"Well... I guess we could spend some time in the dorm together."

"Blake, did you forget that Ruby blew up a building?" Yang asked.

"Nope, she didn't. If she did, we'll be in trouble too." Blake scorned and lied.

"I hate lying." Yang stated.

"Well, we have to, unless you want to tell people about your sister's dietary habits." Weiss said.

Yang planted her palm on her face. And sighed. "I guess we'll need to keep another secret about Ruby." She said, in defeat.

"Yang, Weiss. Go... anywhere other than the dorm. I just want me and Blake here." Ruby said.

"Where would we go?" Weiss asked.

"There's an entire array of fairgrounds going on here. Play some games, eat some oversized soft pretzels." Ruby said.

"Ruby does have a point, there's a lot we could do." Yang stated.

"Alright, we'll be getting out of your hair... just don't blow up the dormitory." Weiss said.

"Ha ha, real funny." Ruby retorted. "Now can you two please let use lovebirds bee. Sorry If I've been rude."

"It's alright, we'll be getting out of your hair." Yang said.

Yang and Weiss left the dormitory. Which just leaves Ruby and Blake. Time for the day-long date to begin.

"You sure you don't want to sleep for a bit, first?" Blake asked.

"Blake. I can be up at all hours. And I passed out around an hour after I started cuddling you in your sleep."

"Aaawwww."

"You were purring."

"Oh. Errr..." Blake uttered, whilst blushing.

"Is there anything you want to do?"

"Well... we could-"

"Anything that doesn't involve investigating anything. I'm sorry, but last night was very stressful for me."

"Let me finish my sentence."

"Alright."

"Well, we could... errr... y'know."

"What do you mean?"

"We are alone, right?"

"Ya..."

"Just me, and you... maybe we could..."

"Oh my, Blake!"

"So..."

"Well... as much as I'd like to, the door locks won't be available for another week and someone might walk in on us."

"Oh... forgot that Winter broke the locks..."

"Wait, what time is it?"

"Around 7 AM."

"Huh, Winter would show up around 8."

"This was poorly timed."

"Totally."

Author's Footnote: Aaaand there's this. Why are they ignoring facts that could potentially stop a crime and save Vale before an incident? Because the story is not over. It's innevitable that this would come up. So, I had this to bring up, although the investigation will be finished on Sunday, the final day of the Vytal tournament. I just don't want the pieces falling together JUST yet. So, Saturday is going to be pure filler... sorry guys. To make up for it, here's a post-chapter interview.

Oh, and as for who killed the Duke, I'll give you a hint: It's not Cinder.

Vytal Tournament Interviews: Team CRDL

Interview, Cardin Winchester

"Lisa Lavender here, live at Beacon Academy, where we see aspiring huntsman Cardin Winchester. We are currently at Beacon Academy gazing into the sight of this noble student of Beacon Academy. Cardin, do you have anything to say to yourself before we begin?" Lisa asked.

"Nope. You may proceed to the questioning!" Cardin says, as he is currently harassing Jaune.

"Why did you become a huntsman, Cardin?"

"To get chicks, duh. The ladies LOVE huntsmen."

"And I'm guessing you're one of the strongest students."

"Totally. Only second to Pyrrha Nikos herself!"

"That's a lie, he's only at the mid-tier in the entire class." Jaune corrected.

"Shut up, dweeb!" Cardin threatened.

"Let's get back to the interview. And I'm guessing the girls are all over you in school?" Lisa asked.

"Yep. I had forty women confess their love to me!"

"That's a lie. You're such an A-" Jaune tried to correct, before Cardin whacked him in the head.

"Doesn't that hurt him?" Lisa asked.

"He'll be fiiiiiiiiine." Cardin said.

"Oowwww..." Jaune uttered.

"He's fiiiiiine."

"You are such a good Samaritan, mister Winchester." Lisa said.

"I thank you for the compliment." Cardin responded.

"Tell me, how is it like being a popular role model among the community?"

"It's great! People always cheer when they hear my name!"

"People wouldn't even know your name if you weren't being constantly called to the headmaster's office!" Jaune corrected.

"And this is why no one likes you. You're annoying." Cardin scolded.

"You have trouble with him?" Lisa asked.

"Him? Nah, he's just one of the fans. But I like messing with him."

"What can you tell me about your team?"

"Russel? Dove? Skye? Great friends, very friendly. People love them!"

"Anything else?"

"That's all I can say... well, unless you want to ask me anything else?"

"What were you doing with that boy?" Lisa asked.

"Him? We were just playing around!" Cardin exclaimed.

"He's the school bully, he was harassing me!" Jaune said, in pain.

"Shush. Unless you want it to be worse." Cardin threatened.

"Well, it seems I'm done here. It's an honor to be among a noble and humble huntsman." Lisa said, before leaving.

"You've got to be kidding me..." Jaune said in utter disappointment.

Interview: Russel Thresh

"Lisa Lavender here live, where we see Russel Thresh, an aspiring huntsman. Out here what seems to be spending quality time with another student. We are currently at the Commercial district right outside RoosterTeeth Mall. Tell me, do you have anything to say before we begin?" Lisa asked.

"Nope. Nothing at all." Russel said, as he's harassing Neptune.

"Help... me..!" Neptune said, crying in pain.

"You are such an attention hog, Neptune!"

"So... Tell me, why did you become a Huntsman?" Lisa asked.

"For the money. Huntsmen get lots of cha-ching!" Russel responded.

"Aura... broke... two... hours... ago..." Neptune yelped in pain.

"He'll be fiiine..."

"He looks like he's in serious pain." Lisa said.

"Nah... he's fine." Russel responded.

Neptune passed out in pain.

"So... anyways... what can you tell me about your team?"

"Cardin is a great leader, quite a moral booster for the entire school. Dove is quite a nice person, people love him. Skye's a great guy."

"I see... I hope you continue your selfless goals."

"Gotchia. Excuse me, I got to go shopping." Russel said, leaving the area to go shopping at the mall.

Interview, Dove Bronzewing

"Lisa Lavender here, Live at this random nightclub, where we see err... hold on let me get my notes... ah! Dove Bronzewing, catering to one of his many fans. Do you have anything to say before we begin?" Lisa asked.

"Nope, nothing. Give me the questions and I'll answer them honestly." Dove said, whilst he's currently harassing Ivori.

"Why did you become a huntsman?" Lisa asked.

"For the fame, everyone will be shouting my name across the boards. And my infopedia page will be filled with complex data of my triumphs."

"I don't even know who you are!" Ivori said, whilst pinned down by Dove's foot.

"Quite the struggler, isn't he?" Lisa asked.

"Ya... he just can't get enough of me." Dove responded.

"Get... off!" Ivori pleaded.

"Nope!"

"How would you describe your team's fighting skills?" Lisa asked.

"Well, if you hit a grimm hard enough, it fades to nothing." Dove responded.

"Explains the lack of ranged attack in your arsenal." Ivori objected.

"Brute force can kill grimm quite faster than a couple of bullets. Wastes less time, and dust!"

"I've seen you struggle against a beowulf!"

"It was one of those large, armored ones."

"It was an Omega Beowulf, one of those smaller ones. The ones shorter than that fifteen-year-old!"

"You mean Ruby?"

"Ya, her. Never got her name!"

"She doesn't really get out much."

"What can you tell me about Ruby Rose?"

"Well, I've been hearing these rumors about her."

"Like what?"

"Well, for one, she- AAAH! Stupid Crow! GET OFF! GET! OFF!" Dove said, as he's being attacked by a crow.

Ivori took this time of weakness to abscond from the scene, leaving only Dove, Lisa, the news crew, and the crow.

"Wait, I recognize that crow! come on crew, we're leaving!" Lisa said, before she and her crew left the scene before she gets attacked by a crow.

Interview, Skye Lark

"Lisa Lavender here, live at downtown where we see aspiring huntsman Skye Lark... hanging out with some small ice-cream colored child. Before you begin, do you have anything to say?" Lisa asked.

Skye nodded.

"I see... can you vocally explain to why you wanted to become a huntsman?" Lisa asked.

Skye Lark than responded with a look of defeat, but the kind that he knows he screwed up badly. If this was a sitcom, the music theme would play to describe his defeat and embarrassment. For Sky cannot speak, for he does not have a voice.

"Well? Aren't you going to answer the question?" Lisa asked.

He would want to, but he cannot. And even than, pretty sure they wouldn't accept sign language, much unlike this girl over here, who has been the nicest person to Sky. She knows what it's like, the pain being born without a voice, a way to express your thoughts in a convenient way. The concept of having your thoughts being constantly being told from others or manipulated to measures... it's suffering. Sky did not ask for this torture. He did not ask to be put on a team with three bullies. He just wanted to be a good person. But he cannot vocally express it.

The very fact he is incapable of speech was traumatizing. He had to learn sign language, in which almost no one could understand. So, he wrote down his thoughts, but he wasn't allowed to carry a notebook and pencil with him at all times. No one knows his intentions except himself. He actually feels bad for Velvet and Jaune for being constantly bullied by Cardin and his friends. He's the only one on the team who genuinely wants to help people, however he can't really express it.

The very fact people think he's just like his teammates is just mind boggling, sure Skye gets below average grades... but it's only because he can't really study because his teammates stay up all night procrastinating. Every single moment at Beacon is just pain and suffering because of his team. And now he is asked to speak. Something he cannot do. So, he just gives this awkward stare.

"You have been the most uncooperative person to interview, how rude and selfish! Excuse me, I'm gonna interview team CVFY now!" Lisa said, leaving the area.

He genuinely wanted to answer the question but he cannot. He is sad. He sits down on a bus bench and lets out a quiet sigh. The small ice-cream colored girl than sits down next to him and comforts him. By patting on his shoulder and signing that everything is going to be alright.

Well... hopefully. On the bright side, a giant wyvern hasn't attacked Beacon.

Interview Footnote: Well, that was the interview. It was very... interesting to fight. although annoying for the first three characters, very strange for the fourth one. So... see ya next chapter.
