"You guys ready to get some damn payback? 'Cause I am" the voice of Officer Nicholas Wilde asked as he loaded his M4A1 and Mp5 with an angry grin "you bet your orange ass we are" Grizzoli said a bit angrier.

Nick looked to the SWAT Team and saw every member geared up and ready to be sent to the containment zone in just two hours.

Detective Catherine Frost: equipped with her R700 sniper rifle and Mp5, Officer Leonard Grizzoli: equipped with his M16 and 1911, Johnathan Fangmeyer: with his M4 carbine and M1014 semi- automatic shotgun, Sebastian Delgato: with his M14 EBR and Mp7 and Richard Mchorn: with his M240, ballistic shield and SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon).

Nick nodded with a grin on his face as there were numerous other affirmations from the SWAT Team, making the iconic slap to his Mp5 as he finished loading it.

"We'll get it done this time, yeah?" Delgato asked as he checked his weapons "now that we know what we're going up against? I bet we will" Grizzoli said with his M16 in his arms.

"The thing is that we don't really have a plan yet, Bogo still hasn't debriefed us" Fangmeyer spoke up "he usually would by now, but I'm sure buffalo butt's got a plan" Nick added.

"Well it'll just be us, so we're really gonna depend on whatever the chief comes up with" Catherine said with a hint of worry "like Mike said though, Rouen probably left already, so let's hope they're a lot less organized" Mchorn said stating a very high possibility.

"Hmm, Rouen didn't sound like he'd do that, he's too cocky, he's probably still in there somewhere" Fangmeyer said angrily.

. . .

Somewhere near the church back in Happytown, a black panther and two foxes stood in front of the large church yard.

Rouen Fyodorov was astonished, bewildered, aghast, he had so many words to describe it, the garrison of about a thousand of his men laid in the church yard, most of which were barely recognizable, blown to chunks and pieces. The stench was absolutely putrid, the buzzing of flies filled he and his right hand mammal's ears as they walked into the yard.

"I thought we had them, what the hell happened?" Maxwell Balgair, one of his right hand mammals said in shock and anger, Rouen simply examined the destruction and he too was dumbfounded, he had no answers but the same thing had happened to one of his SAM missile sites nearby. His men were reporting that napalm had been dropped on them, sticking to them no matter what they did to put it out, and this only confused him further.

"They got away . . ." were the only words to come from his mouth, rather coldly and calmly as a matter of fact. The arms dealer had no idea how the ZPD could cause such destruction, let alone have access to military grade napalm . . . Something irked him terribly, something wasn't right.

"But how?" He asked himself in intense thought as he examined everything further, he was also aware that Michael Wolford had managed to escape amongst this chaos, it was unfortunate but not something he didn't expect.

But the thing that angered him the most is that they had managed to get away, the mammals who took his precious wife into custody and held her in the police station, like Balgair said, he had them right where he wanted them, and yet somehow they escaped, he couldn't comprehend it, he had much more than just a thousand men, but this was seen as quite a large blow.

"How could they possibly have killed this many?" He asked, angry now, his plan had been going so smoothly, no mistakes, nothing other than having to start his plan early. What had changed so suddenly?

As the three mammals walked into the church, upon their entry, there were even more bodies, tables were flipped over and a bear seemed to be disemboweled on the floor in front of him, his right hand mammals gagged at this but he did not, in fact he bent down to look at the grizzly. It seemed to have been done with a knife similar to his own, and with much precision, too much for a police officer is what Rouen figured . . . There was a gaping wound that went from one side of the bear's throat to the other, only further causing him a feeling of odd uneasiness.

The two foxes beside him stood in front of a dead cheetah in the bell tower of the church, luckily it wasn't Tatizo Duma, he made the right choice of sending him elsewhere beforehand. The cheetah was slumped on the floor, with a single large gunshot right in the back of the head, despite how trained this replacement was, it looked like they didn't even see it coming.

Beside that, strewn all over the floor were hundreds of bullet casings of various calibers, 7.62, 9 millimeter, and only a handful of 50 BMG, next to a bloodied sniper rifle that seemed to be left there.

But as much as he looked it, Rouen wasn't very worried, only a bit, everything was still going to plan . . . Despite this unfortunate setback.

"What do we do now?" Maisie Balgair, asked him, Rouen took a moment to speak "we wait . . . They'll be back, they won't stop until they have me . . . So that's exactly what I'm going to give them" he said almost devilishly.

The vulpines didn't respond, staying silent and thinking of what exactly that meant, before they were interrupted of course.

"Just make sure you bring that fox to me . . . I want him ALIVE" the black cat said, putting much emphasis and anger into the last word.

He turned and looked at the two vulpines "clear the perimeter, I'll do just fine on my own for now" he ordered as the two foxes obayed and left the room, leaving Rouen Fyodorov alone.

Rouen was beyond angry as he stood there, but not angry at the loss of his men, angry at how the police who had his beloved Madelyn bound in cuffs and imprisoned in the police station got away.

It made his blood boil.

He would ensure to make the cops who hurt his beloved wife suffer until they begged for death, but one thing was clear . . . He needed to buy himself some time to fix what went wrong.

And with that thought coming to his mind, Rouen left to try and find out how the SWAT Team got away.

. . .

Back at Precinct One, Team 1 stood in the SWAT room ready to be sent into the containment zone, all of the officers were in full SWAT gear as they eagerly waited for their orders. They were angry and ready for anything Rouen Fyodorov and his lackeys threw at them, determined to end this once and for all. But one mammal was missing.

"Does anybody know where Price went?" Leonard Grizzoli asked as he stared at the door "no, he should've been here already" Mchorn answered "well he's not and I'm beginning to get worried" the lion added.

Even though he didn't admit it, Grizzoli was hoping that officer Price would come with them on their second time going in, it was what he said he'd do, and he was beginning to doubt those words.

AN: So that's a little insight into Rouen while everyone's angrily getting ready to go back in, I'll be covering Fyodorov a bit more in future chapters, kind of shining more light on his motive because . . . I kind of forgot to do that when I started. Anyways I hope everyone is liking it so far, and reviews are very much appreciated, maybe even some constructive criticism? I'm really looking to improve here, Thanks as always. Oh and sorry for not posting updates for a while, I kinda got caught up with a few things, I'll try to update this more frequently.
