Chapter 2: Nick's POV
"If I ever get my hands on Greg I am going to KILL him." Was all that Nick Stokes could think after hearing what Greg had done to Sara. He really did want to kill him, but he knew he wouldn't for Sara's sake. Nick had always felt that Greg had not been good enough for Sara, but supported her choice in dating him anyways. After drifting off into a peaceful sleep still holding a now quiet Sara, he had pleasant dreams on how he could make Greg hurt as bad as Greg had hurt Sara.
Sara's POV
"I can't believe Nick was nice enough to spend the night with me." was Sara's first thought. This thought made Sara very happy considering she had had a crush on Nick for 6 long years. Sara thought "Well, maybe I should get up and start making some breakfast for us", she tried to get up with out waking up Nick, and finally succeeded. She made a huge breakfast of ham and scrambled eggs, and woke Nick up. At breakfast they talked about everything, except for Greg and Sophia.
While Nick went to go take a shower and change to some clean clothes he had in his car, Sara thought about her relationship with Greg, had it ever been real? Had he ever cared about her? Did he know how much he hurt her? She then realized that Greg had just been using her for his needs and nothing more. He had never loved her, and he was never looking for a long-term relationship. How blind could she have been.
