Welcome to chapter 2, I'll be surprised if anyone even enjoys chapter one enough to read this but oh well

A now 14 year old Izuku was walking to his school, Aldera Junior High, when he got a notification on his phone telling him about a villain attack that happened to be on his way to school. To anyone else this would be a bad thing but to Izuku it meant heroes would be there. And that meant notes, causing Izuku to sprint towards the location of the attack.
When Izuku arrives he sees Kamui Woods fighting of a villain, and fortunately it looks like he just managed to catch the end of the fight and got to see Kamui's ultimate move
Izuku started to speak in sync with Kamui
"Lacquered Chai-"
"Lacquered Chain Pri-"
As they were saying the ultimate move, a new hero dubbed Mt. Lady appeared with a gigantic kick whilst yelling
"Canyon Kick!"
Izuku immediately got a excited about a new hero and started sketching her and putting information about her quirk from what he could see
Meanwhile, Mt. Lady was introducing herself... by bending over and saying "Hello! My name is Mt. Lady, it's a pleasure to make your assquaitence!"
Almost every guy in the crowd started blushing and taking pictures, even a few girls, but Izuku never even noticed to busy adding notes about Kamui Woods and Mt. Lady.
Some guy next to Izuku noticed him writing his notes and spoke up "Oh, your a hero fanboy aye?"
When Izuku heard him he jumped slightly, not expecting anyone to talk to him before saying "I guess, I just want to make sure I'm prepared for the future"
The man said "You want to be a hero? Well good luck kid, but it's kind of late in the morning, don't you have school?"
Izuku checked his phone for the time, saw he was already late and sprinted of to school after saying "Thank you sir have a nice day goodbye!"
When Izuku arrived at school, he noticed everyone scowling at him and insulting him
Now you may be wondering why he's still being bullied, he has a quirk now so everything should be fine, but Izuku wasn't happy about how they treated him when he was "quirkless" so he told them he didn't want to be friends with bullies
Fortunately he didn't have to be scared of anyone as he had his own quirk to defend himself
Izuku went to sit in his desk, when he saw a note telling him to commit Hari-Kari. Izuku noticed it was probably a less intelligent student who wrote this as he knew it was actually an honourable ritual
Izuku crumpled up the note and put it in his pocket for later
Katsuki Bakugou, also known as 'Kacchan' to Izuku, walked to Izuku's desk and viciously said "Deku, you ready to apologise soon you fucking nerd?"
Izuku shot back angrily "For what? For not being your friend? Or for kicking your ass yesterday?"
"You did not kick my fucking ass Deku! If anyth-"
The teacher walked into the room at that moment, and told everyone to take their seats, "You to Bakugou"
Bakugou started grumbling angrily, "Fine"
After the class was seated class started
When the school day was over, Bakugou and his lackeys decide to approach Izuku
"Deku! What the fuck is this?!" Bakugou practically shouted
"You know what it is Kacchan and don't even think about blowing it up" Izuku said back seemingly calm yet he was definitely angry already
Bakugou grinned, swiped the notebook before Izuku could grab it and blown it up 5 times to make sure it was unsalvageable, then threw it into the pond outside
"What did you gain from that Kacchan? Exactly, you get nothing from that, so what was the point?" Izuku weakly tried to reason with Bakugou although he knew he was already to far gone
Izuku, with an angered expression, went to get his notebook and then started walking home
When Izuku entered a small area in the sewers as a shortcut, he was grumbling about Bakugou still "Stupid Kacchan, what did he gain from that? There was no point..."
Whilst Izuku was absorbed in his grumbling, he didn't notice a dark green sludge moving towards him saying to himself "Invisibility cloak, size s, perfect for getting away from that hero bastard"
It quietly moved towards Izuku, before launching himself at Izuku
As Izuku was walking, the hairs on the back of his neck shot up and his instincts told him to move, so he did by rolling to the side and taking his bag of in the process
After he saw his attacker he launched 2 bursts of green flames at the villain before noticing since it was sludge his fire wouldn't do anything
"Damn, what do I do?" Izuku said before started trying to analyse the villain and noticed its eyes weren't sludge, and formed an idea
Which he didn't get to test as when he was about to attack, a proud voice yelled from the end of the sewer "I am here! Texas Smash!"
The sheer power from the punch forced so much air pressure to blow the sludge villain apart and send it all over the floor and walls
Izuku immediately recognised the voice "A-All Might! Oh my god I'm your biggest fan, can you please sign my notebook?"
"Hahah! Of course young one!" All Might said, scribbling his name and catchphrase into the notebook, managing to see a few notes in the process
"These notes are incredible young man! You could make a mighty fine hero when you grow up!" All Might said before starting to gather the villain
"Do you need some help sir?" Izuku said trying to gather some as well
"It is okay young man, I can handle the clean up!" All Might tried to reassure
"No I want to help" Izuku said before gathering as much as he could
After gathering him up they put him in a bottle they found on the floor and put him in All Mights pocket
"Now young man I should take this villain to the police! Have a nice day!" All Might said before taking off
Izuku's mood immediately cleared up after and continued on his way home when he saw tonnes of fire and explosions coming from an alley way
"The hell?" Izuku muttered before going in to see the problem
"Kacchan?!"
The scene in front of him was something he never imagined, Bakugou had been grabbed by the villain who was now forcing him to use his quirk on everything around them
"Why is no one helping?!" Izuku yelled in shock
"None of the heroes are suited for this, look" A stranger next to Izuku said
When Izuku looked he saw a group of heroes standing nearby, those heroes being Kamui Woods, Backwash, Death Arms and Mt. Lady
Mt. Lady loudly yelled from her gigantified position "The road is to small for me to step in! I can't do anything!"
"I can't help against fire, it'll burn me alive!" Kamui fearfully exclaimed
Backwash was busy trying to put out fires and couldn't do both and Death Arms strength wouldn't do anything against sludge
"Really... the heroes are just standing there when someone needs help?!" Izuku said starting to get angry
"We're gonna have to wait for the right hero" Kamui said sadly
Izuku snapped
He activated his full body flame, or as he liked to call it "Flame Body!" And then sprinted at the villain without thinking, then proceeding to launch his backpack at the villains eye striking his eye and doing big damage
He then jumped up and followed with a punch to the other eye, burning it and pulling the flames away from his hands, trying to pull Bakugou out
"What the fuck?!" The villain roared in pain and anger
"Deku?!" Bakugou yelled as soon as his mouth was free
"I really need to work on my timing don't I? Fear not civilians, for I Am Here! Detroit Smash!" All Might yelled, throwing a punch so powerful it changed the weather
The civilians were in complete shock "He changed the weather with a single punch! He's incredible!"
After the attack, the heroes who where on the scene started congratulating Bakugou then started yelling at Izuku
"Excuse me young heroes, why are you yelling at this young man and congratulating him?" A skinny, frail looking old man with blonde hair and startling blue eyes said, seemingly confused
"Because he ran in like a maniac when it was under control!" Kamui said angrily
"Was it though? I heard you four saying you need to wait for another hero. From what I can see this young man was that hero, and he just did your jobs for you, when all that other young boy did was cause more collateral damage trying to escape with his explosions and got himself and others nearly killed" The man explained to the heroes
After thinking it over they realised they had it backwards and started thanking Izuku whilst yelling at Bakugou
"Thank you sir" Izuku said, whilst bowing to him
"It was no problem young man, now how about I make sure you get home okay" the man said
"Really? If that's not a problem for you sir" Izuku said gratefully
"Let's go then" the man said
On the way the kind man told Izuku his name is Toshinori Yagi
"So young Midoriya, I'd like to make a proposition for you" Toshinori said wisely
"Sure Mr Yagi, what's up?" Izuku asked
Toshinori started slowly inflating up into his muscle form, revealing All Might
"Yagi?! Your Al-" Izuku said before Yagi covered his mouth
"Not so loud! This is a secret for a reason!" Yagi said before looking around "Now my proposition, when you saved that young man today, you ran in without thinking almost as if your legs moved on their own, correct?"
"Y-yeah" Izuku said confused and nervous
"As I thought, and you did this because you saw someone in danger. Many heroes origin story's originate with the hero moving without control over their own body in an attempt to save someone, and you young Midoriya, are one of those heroes" All Might explained to Izuku proudly
"Which is why, I want to make you my successor and grant you the power of my quirk!" All Might said exclaimed
"G-give me your quirk? Is that even possible? If it is this changes everything we know about quirks! What if..." Izuku then fell into a mutter
"Young Midoriya! It is possible and I shall explain how. It is possible with my quirk, One For All! This mighty quirk has 2 main powers, the ability to pass itself on to another user and the ability to stockpile its energy, causing it to get stronger all of the time!" All Might explained to Izuku whilst summoning a blinding light into his hands
"I myself am the 8th user of One For All and if you accept my offer, you shall be the 9th!"
"All Might, I accept!"
Okay so a couple things to note, first I didn't end up including the 10 months of hell because this chapter was getting to long, second I get that it's kind of controversial to give Deku One for All when he already has a quirk, but remember every user before All Might and Deku had quirks and they used it anyway. And third you may have noticed but yes I'm mostly basing Izuku's quirk and fighting style on the fire benders from Avatar. Finally I know Izuku probably shouldn't have trusted Toshinori but he had been apart of 2 major villain attacks that day and probably wasn't thinking straight
