Vincent and Shaggy had made their way to the door of Daphne's room and slowly opened it, noticing her lying in bed, with her face looking slightly pale.

"Daphne…" Vincent whispered. "Are you awake?"

She opened her eyes and sat up as he entered the room, while Shaggy stood in the doorway.

"Vincent?" she also whispered.

"Shaggy told me that you're not feeling so well, is that true?" he asked, as he sat down on the edge of her bed.

"Yeah, it is," she confirmed. "I noticed it when I suddenly woke up earlier because my body temperature started to rise. I've been trying to go back to sleep since, but I can't."

Vincent then placed his hand on her forehead, and as he did so, he noticed it felt warm.

"Your head is very warm…" he admitted. "It seems as though you might have a fever."

Daphne couldn't help but let out a sigh of frustration once she heard that. All of the responsibilities that she had of recapturing the ghosts from the chest along with the rest of the gang for the last few months, and now this has to happen to her too?

"Did anything else happen, besides your voice getting raspy?" Shaggy questioned.

"Well, I also do feel a little weak…" she confessed.

"Fear not, my friend, as I will give you aid until you get back to feeling normal," Vincent assured her. "This is nothing that will remain permanent so far as I can tell."

"Thank you, that's really sweet, but you don't have to be so concerned with taking care of me," she smiled.

"It is alright, I promise. I am not occupied with anything at the moment anyways, as Asamad is searching for the next ghost by himself, and I do not have to teleport Flim Flam, Cheryl, and Jayden home from their party until midnight."

He then stood up from the bed and began to walk out of the room.

"I will be off to get something that will help bring your fever down. I would suggest that you, perhaps, stay here in your bed for the remainder of the night," he told her.

"Sure thing," Daphne replied.

As Vincent closed the door, both him and Shaggy saw Velma and Scooby outside of the room now, with concerned looks on their faces.

"Is she going to be okay?" Velma wondered.

"Rwhat happened?" Scooby asked.

"Like, she's feeling a little ill at the moment, but she'll be fine. Vincent's going to help her out with everything," Shaggy informed them.

They both looked over at the warlock now.

"Thank you," Velma nodded.

"Of course," he also nodded. "I am certain that she'll be back to normal very soon, as this seems to only be temporary, thankfully."

"Rounds good!" Scooby exclaimed.

With that, Vincent watched as the others went back to their rooms, and he had now officially gone off to begin giving Daphne aid.

Location: Los Angeles, California

Flim Flam, Cheryl, and Jayden all had found themselves no longer inside of the castle that they called home for the past few months. Instead, they were now standing in a parking lot just outside of a large building with almost nothing else surrounding them, with the exception of the sky full of stars above them and the chill of the autumn air.

"Is this where the party's at?" Flim Flam asked.

"Yep, this is it," Cheryl told him, as they started to hear music blasting through the walls.

Suddenly, a boy, who looked to be just about their age, opened the doors for them with a smile on his face.

"Hello friends, welcome!" he exclaimed. "Please, come on in and join us!"

He then stepped out of the doorway, making room for the three teens to enter.

All they could do was stare in awe for a moment at the party around them as they walked through the doors. It was so exciting, seeing everyone else dancing and laughing together, the lights perfectly dimmed, the most amazing music playing on the speakers as everyone sang along to the lyrics, and the elegant, golden chandelier hanging completely still from the ceiling above.

Everything was so perfect. How could it possibly get any better than this?

"Wow…" Flim Flam gasped. "This is amazing!"

"Okay, this is already looking a lot better than I was expecting," Jayden admitted.

His eyes wandered around the room again, this time noticing that there weren't any adults watching out for the kids in sight.

"Uh, Cheryl?"

"Yeah?" she answered.

"Didn't you tell Vincent that there were going to be adult supervisors here earlier?" he questioned. "It doesn't seem like there are any right now."

"Oh yeah, just don't worry about that. I'm sure they're around here somewhere," she told him.

Jayden then noticed a bunch of kids from school waving at him, and somehow, after they ran up to him, became caught up in a conversation with them before they asked him to dance with them.

"I'll be back in a minute," he said to his friends.

"Have fun!" Cheryl called out to him.

A waiter had then passed by Flim Flam and Cheryl a few seconds later, offering them sodas.

"Thanks," the both of them smiled, accepting the drinks.

They both took a sip, and were almost immediately impressed as it was unlike anything they've ever tasted before.

"Hey, this actually tastes really good!" Flim Flam exclaimed. "Got any idea of what's in this?"

"Oh, it's just a different kind of flavor," the waiter told him before walking away.

"Well, whatever this 'different kind of flavor' is, I love it," Cheryl grinned. She then turned around to face Flim Flam. "Do you want to go hit the dance floor?"

"Of course I do!" the boy replied.

"Then, let's do it. Come on!"

She took him by the hand as they went off to begin dancing with each other, laughing and enjoying every single moment as only one thought was on their minds…

That tonight would end up being the best night of their lives.
