HC: Cat! Eijun

Rei manages to convince the coach that having this cat as a mascot will improve morale, and give the players some time to unwind after practice or when they're stressed. So they keep the cat.

The managers coo at the cute cat, and some of the players as well.

"MEOW!" the cat's cries could be heard even in a noisy environment like a baseball field.

Although, the cat is rather attached to Miyuki, following him around and such. Miyuki, who prefers dogs to cats, doesn't actually mind but...

"Oi. It's dangerous, kitty cat. Stay."

"Nya!" and the cat sits and watches the baseballs fly.

"He's more like a dog than a cat..." Miyuki mutters.

Then, the cat, when bored one practice, decides to hunt a baseball. Of course, someone captures the moment on video.

'So cute~!'

The cat follows Miyuki to his dorm room and places himself on his bed, making biscuits on his blanket before setting down for a nap.

Sighing and shaking his head, Miyuki smiles, absentmindedly petting the cat's head. Hearing the loud purring.

He names the cat Eijun.

Later, Eijun may or may not smuggle himself into one of their bags, sneak into the stadium, hide in the dugout, and meet Mei. He hisses at Inashiro and punches Mei in the face. Maybe scratch him a little too.

"Meow!"

Miyuki's pleased, scratching Eijun's ear, "Good boy."

Or...

"Why does Seido have such a cute mascot?!" Mei complains.

Eijun would slap Mei.

"Did that cat just SLAP ME?!"

Miyuki and Kuramochi laugh, "Kyhahaha!" and "My...my abs...!" before petting Eijun, "Good boy."

Well...at least the team will have fun with the chaos Eijun the kitty cat will cause.

Also, Eijun may choose to nap on someone's (usually Miyuki's) cap.

Not that they mind that at all though, since it's cute.
