So I had another idea about a little boy getting into trouble. But I've written these for those against spanking. There won't be any spankings in any of these shots. But there will be scolding, yelling, time-outs, crying and lots of hugs and kisses. (it's a sappy sitcom go with it)
Again its with Tony just because he's my favorite character. (Clint is a very close second but I didn't know him when I saw the Avengers)
That's also why I've decided I'm not going to do anymore shots for the misadventures of Peter Parker Stark. I can't stand the rude comments so I won't waste my time and energy. I won't delete the short series but for now I won't be adding to it. Unless of course someone can convince me LOL
"Jamie Scott Barton!"
Jamie froze as he heard the very angry male voice use his full name. Tony Stark had been unusually generous when he let the Avengers and their family move into his tower. He let them have free reign over anything except his lab. Even Bruce didn't touch Tony's projects without permission.
So why did an eight year old boy think it was okay? Jamie blamed it on boredom and curiosity. Now he wished he had thought of something else to do. He crawled out from under the lab table. In his hands were some of the parts to Tony's newest machine.
"Hi, Uncle Tony" Jamie called out.
"What's in your hands Jamie?" Tony asked with his arms crossed.
"The project that was on the table, it kinda fell and broke sir" Jamie replied.
"Why were you messing with it Jamie? You know no one is allowed to be in here without my permission right?" Tony asked.
Jamie gave a small nod. "I know, I was just really bored and…" he said and stopped. Then he burst into tears. "I'm really sorry Uncle Tony" he said.
"Crying won't work Jamie, I am very angry with you young man" Tony said and Jamie only sobbed harder.
Tony sighed but walked over to the boy and took his hand. "Come on young man, you have some explaining to do" he said.
Jamie just kept crying as he walked with Tony to the elevator. He cried all the way to his floor and still was crying when Clint answered the door.
"Jamie? You okay buddy?" Clint immediately asked with concern.
"He's fine Clint, he's crying because he's in big trouble" Tony told him.
"What did…" Clint started and stopped. There was only one place he knew that was off limits in the tower.
"Jamie Scott Barton! You know you're not allowed in Uncle Tony's lab young man!" Clint scolded.
"I know daddy, I just was bored" Jamie told him. He really had hoped his crying would earn sympathy points with his family.
"That's no excuse young man. You're old enough to know better than to disobey your uncle" Clint scolded.
"I said I was sorry" Jamie muttered.
"That's not good enough Jamie" Tony told him. He then bent to his level to make eye contact with the boy.
"I'm not upset with you because you accidentally broke something Jamie. I am upset because you could have gotten hurt, its why I banned anyone from using my lab without my permission" he told him.
"I'm real sorry Uncle Tony" Jamie said.
Tony only stood up and sighed. "I am sorry too kid because now you'll have to be punished" he said.
"No! Uncle Tony please! You just told us a couple days ago on Monday we were all going! You have to take me too!" Jamie cried.
Tony only shook his head. "No Jamie, you disobeyed me and so you won't be going to the amusement park on Saturday" he said.
"Dad?" Jamie cries turning to Clint. Tony also looks to Clint. "I don't like this either Clint but he has to be punished" he tells him.
Clint gives a heavy sigh. "I'm afraid this is in Tony's hands buddy. You disobeyed him and now you're going to miss the amusement park" he said.
"I thought we was pals Uncle Tony" Jamie says.
"So did I kid" Tony replies. Jamie walks into the house with his shoulders slumped in defeat.
"Sorry Tony" Clint told him when the boy was out of earshot.
"Thanks for letting me punish him Clint" Tony answers.
"I know you'd let me do the same if it was Johnny or Emily" Clint says and Tony nods.
"Yeah, I hate that Jamie gets to miss all the fun but…"
"He'll get over it Tony as you said he has to be punished" Clint replies.
"Well, I'll see ya later Barton" Tony answers and Clint nods.
Robin just then walked into the room to see her little brother sulking on the couch.
"What's wrong bro?"
"Uncle Tony is mean!" he says.
"Don't start Jamie!" Clint warns. "Jamie will be staying home on Saturday Robin because he disobeyed the rules and was playing in the lab" he then says to his daughter.
"Wow, sorry Jamie, I'll buy you a toy there okay?"
"Yippee" Jamie says unenthusiastically.
Jamie didn't speak to his Uncle the rest of the week. On Sunday morning Tony visited him and Jamie pouted when he walked into his room.
"Go away! I don't want to speak to you ever again!" he shouted.
"Don't speak to me like that Jamie" Tony warned. Jamie responded by sticking his tongue out and throwing his stuffed dog at him.
Tony quickly crossed the room then and lifted the boy. He placed him into a corner.
"You have eight minutes young man and I expect a better attitude from you afterward or I'll have to keep punishing you" he said sternly.
Jamie nods and pouts in his corner. The eight minutes pass slowly but soon its over and Tony calls for him.
"I'm sorry Uncle Tony" he says and does look sorry.
Tony lifts the boy and places him on his knee. "Jamie, you know I love you very much and I hate punishing you or any of the other children" Tony tells him.
"I know" he replies sadly.
"I hope you remember this lesson Jamie. I hate that you missed out on all the fun yesterday but you need to obey all the adults in this tower young man" Tony told him.
"I wills, are you still mad at me Uncle Tony?" Jamie asks and Tony shakes his head.
"No Jamie, I will always love you and I will always forgive you. I hope you will do the same with me" Tony tells him.
He gets a nod. "Yeah, I'm sorry for telling you to go away. I knows you only punished me because I was bad" Jamie says.
"I forgive you Jamie and I hope you'll be able to come the next time I bring the mini's to a fun place"
"Oh I wills definitely be goods from now on Uncle Tony!" Jamie cries and Tony chuckles.
"Good, now give me a hug kiddo" he says and Jamie puts his arm around Tony's neck and squeezes him tightly.
"I loves you Uncle Tony" he whispers.
"Back at ya pal" Tony whispers back. When they pull apart Tony has a wicked smile on his face.
"I almost forgot why I came" he says and Jamie raises a brow. "It's in the living room Jamie" he says and Jamie jumps down and runs for the living room with Tony right behind him.
Sitting in the lazy boy chair is a brown dog as big as Jamie. His eyes widen as he takes in his prize.
"You won this for me?" he asks and Tony nods. "I felt bad that I had to punish you kid so I spent twenty bucks to win this guy" he said.
"You're the best Uncle Tony" Jamie says and hugs Tony again. He hugs him back with a smile. "Now I will take him away if I ever catch you in my lab without my permission again young man, do you understand me?" he asks and gets a nod.
"I promise I wills only go in if you say I can" he says and Tony nods.
"Okay, enjoy your new friend, I have to go do some work now" he says and Jamie nods. He grabs the dog and drags him into his room with a happy smile.
He was still a little bummed about missing the cool rides but he was happy that he had a great Uncle like Tony.
