When Maria receives a devastating diagnosis on the back of several miscarriages her world comes crashing down. She feels her life no longer has meaning until, one day, she encounters a little stranger who strengthens both her spirit and her hope. She learns perhaps it is possible for someone to have all they ever wanted. It's just that sometimes they have to take the long way.

A mischievous young governess arrives at the von Trapp household determined to teach the over-bearing Captain a little humility. AU.

When Georg's campervan breaks down in the remote Icelandic highlands, a fellow traveler stops to help. Of course, to his mind, it is all very incredibly unnecessary. (A modern AU, one-shot.)

One small change can alter the course of history. Elsa misses the Laendler and so Maria doesn't realise her feelings for the Captain.

Perhaps it would be easier to tell you, short and simple. But as simple as that sounds, it's not simple at all. There is so much I want to say to you, and words are never enough.
