1. Eye of the World:

This goes almost untouched, focused completely on Rand and the company. The story is little less than identical, just with slight touches and mentions here and there. The biggest differences are the stories told: Moiraine, along with Fall of Manetheren, also tells the story of how Valyria, the land of dragonlords, fell in the Doom, and that not a single beast survived the Doom as far as she knows. She talks about this after Rand tells about how, in a dream, Ba'alzamon told him:

"I spoke to Valyrians and told them they have not even tasted the True Power. They awakened it, and their doom came upon them because of their unsatiated desire. And so they and their beasts perished by my hand! I was the Doom of Valyria!"

Thom also mentions once that he had a friend from Westeros, a smuggler from King's Landing named Davos Seaworth.

2. Game of Thrones:

This also goes almost identical, focused on events in Westeros (including that brilliant, brutal prologue). Goes the same way: storyline of the Starks and Lannisters start and end in same places. The only significant differences are:

a) There are a few chapters focusing on Rand and his struggle to resist saidin.

b) Daenerys and Viserys go to the Aiel Waste, after being exiled to Westlands by Robert. Viserys doesn't die at first. The Aiel accept Daenerys into their community: her eggs don't hatch yet.

c) There are mentions in the political talks of the things happening in the Westlands, and some wilder people in Westeros even propose an invasion to the east, though that fails soon, because Ned Stark gets Sean Bean-ed. Robert Baratheon likes to call the Aes Sedai "whores of Tar Valon".

3. The Great Hunt:

Focused on both fronts, though slightly more on Rand's company. In Westlands storyline is largely untouched, except Egwene and Min aren't captured by Seanchan and there are no Seanchan in the final battle, since they don't exist in the story. Liandrin instead finds another way to trick them, getting them attacked by pirates on a ship of mutes. Daenerys rises in the Aiel Waste and gains respect of the Aiel. In Westeros, the focus is mainly on southern events, though much less and it is mostly a build-up. Instead of the red comet, the sign everyone sees in the sky is Rand fighting Ba'alzamon.

4. The Dragon Reborn:

Storyline in Westlands is again largely untouched, though slightly shortened to make the story more quick paced. Westerosi storyline has some focus on Robb Stark and the events in the Night's Watch. Robb thinks of hiring some mercenaries from the Westands, believing them to be better soldiers. Here Viserys finally dies, with spear through his heart, but so do Daenerys' husband Suladric and their child. Afterwards, in Rhuidean she enters the ter'angreal where she experiences similar visions that are experienced in the House of the Undying, with few touches: namely, she sees the Dragon Reborn who will break all the thrones of the world. She leaves the ter'angreal and her dragons hatch at the same time Rand is proclaimed the Dragon Reborn.

5. Clash of Kings:

Focus is equal between events in Westeros and Westlands and the events are, again, very identical. Daenerys leaves the Aiel Waste with a portion of Aiel loyal to her and goes to war-torn Altara and Amadicia, in order to gain support. Rand goes to the Aiel Waste, Nynaeve and Elayne hunt the Black Ajah, Perrin frees Two Rivers and Tyrion defends King's Landing from Stannis. From Aelfinn, Mat learns he will marry the Daughter of the Dragon and slay many white shadows.
