"Herreeehh!!" Nia threw up into the toilet. With Rex behind her supporting his girlfriend as she kept retching into the toilet. Not enjoying the morning sickness anymore than how she did a month ago.
The two were currently in their bedroom bathroom. Rex in his regular salvager clothes. And Nia in a yellow nightgown.
It had been a month since Rex and Nia had announced her pregnancy. And many were excited for the two. As they were both happy to have a baby.
But Nia was also very concerned about something. It wasn't raising a baby, or finding a home. (They had the Smash Mansion) And it also wasn't that she was scared of having a child.
The thing Nia was worried about was an important subject. A subject where two people swore their lives to each other for all eternity. And wedded.
Marriage.
Nia never had heard anything from Rex about marriage. The Gormotti Blade knew that the 16 year old salvager loved her with all of his heart. But she didn't know if Rex wanted to marry her yet.
"Don't worry Nia. It's alright. It's alright." Rex said. Stroking her back. As Nia's cold bare feet pushed against Rex. As she put her head out and leaned on Rex. "All better Nia?"
The 16 year old Gormitti Blade then lied her head on Rex, blinking slowly. "I I thi-hmph!!"
Nia's cheeks puffed up as he face turned green again. As she moved up to the toilet again and threw up. More so than before.
Nia then lied back and lied against Rex's chest again. As Rex stroked her ears and put her arm around her.
"Oi. Now I think I am." Nia said. "Blimey. I hate this sickness. How much more?"
"Six months." Rex stated as Nia then groaned.
"Six months?! Six more bloody months?!" Nia complained. "Uggghhh!!! I don't wanna wait anymore bloody months! I hate blimey being pregnant!!"
"H-hey. D-don't worry!" Rex assured her as he shrunk down a little. "At least it isn't a full 9 months like the usual time."
That's when Nia grabbed Rex by his collar.
"Don't you dare. Blimey, tell me, that it's only 6 more months. Or I will break you in half into bloody chunks." Nia pulled Rex to her eyes. As she glared intensely into the salvagers eyes. Glowing red.
Rex was now sweating .50 caliber bullets. As his face was getting sweatier by the second.
"R-right!" Rex exclaimed. "I I won't say anything! I'm sorry."
"You'd blimey better be!" Nia yelled but then calmed down. "I'm sorry Rex, this little baby is blimey killing me."
"I know Nia. I know." Rex then started to rub Nia's stomach. Which was at a decent bulge at this point. As Nia giggled.
"Oi! Stop that! That tickles!" Nia laughed as she hit Rex. "It's making me hurt! Hehehe!STOP!!"
Nia then slapped Rex right across his face as it flung out out of the bathroom.
"Oi! I'm sorry Rex!" Nia said as she slowly got up and got to him. "But I told you to stop."
"I-it's okay." Rex said rubbing the back of his head as he got up. "It's alright. I'll be back."
Rex then started to walk out of the door. As Nia reached out.
"Oi! Where are you going?" Nia asked.
"I'm going to get supplies. And. Something else." Rex said hoping Nia wouldn't grow suspicious of him. "I'll be back a little later."
"But where are you going?" Nia asked.
"Supplies! Baby supplies!" Rex assured her. "Need to get ready for the little guy."
Nia then sighed as she nodded. "Okay. Be back soon though k?"
"Of course." Rex said as he kissed Nia on the cheek. "I'll be back."
Rex then closed the door. As Nia sat down on their bed.
"So. Rex is gone." Nia said as she looked around the room. Making sure the coast was clear. As she then reached from under the bed and took out a laptop. As she then opened it. And it turned on.
"Gift from Samus. She showed me how this blimey thing works." Nia said.
It is very true. Half a month ago. Samus gave her a laptop and showed her how to use it. Samus told Nia to use it for important things, however...
Nia often used it to binge watch HBO Max. Mainly Game of Thrones and Watchmen. Mainly when Rex wasn't around as she didn't want him to know that she watched that kind of stuff.
"Oi what's my password again?" Nia then thought. "Oh yeah!" Nia then began to type. "SexyRexy."
She typed into the computer and turned it on. As she then pulled up HBO Max. And then typed into the search bar.
"Game, of, Thrones." Nia said out loud as she typed it in and clicked on Game Of Thrones.
It then started playing as Nia sat the computer down on the bed.
"Oi I need some popcorn." Nia said.
Meanwhile...
BOTW Link was currently painting the walls in one of the rooms. It was the art room. Master Hand asked him to repaint the walls within the room.
Unfortunately he was thicken someone to make sure he did it well.
And that was Yusuke, the art critic.
"No no. Don't paint there. It's not ready to be painted." Yusuke said as BOTW Link sighed.
"Does it really matter?" BOTW Link said as Yusuke glared at him.
"Yes. Now do it in order." Yusuke said. Suddenly Rex walked into the room. Passing by.
"Ay Link. Yusuke. What are you two up to?" Rex asked.
"Oh. Hello Rex. You see, we're trying to paint this room, in the right order." Yusuke said as he glared at BOTW Link. Who stick out his tongue in response. "What are you doing?"
"Out to get some wood and tools. Gonna build a crib for me and Nia's little baby." Rex stated. "And, also a ring."
"Oooohhh. Big jump." BOTW Link said. "Need help?"
"Finding supplies? Yeah." Rex said. "Still don't know my way around."
"Hmm." Yusuke thought and then snapped his fingers. "I believe I can help you with that. I'll be right back."
Yusuke walked away to the closet to retrieve the items. While Rex waited. BOTW Link spoke with him.
"So. Gonna propose?" He asked as Rex nodded.
"Oi yeah. Believe it's time." Rex said. "I love her Link. I really blimey do."
"Hey man don't worry. I believe you." BOTW Link said assuring him as he put his hands out. "I do. I was like that before I proposed to Mipha."
"Yeah. Guess so." Rex said. As Yusuke came back with wooden planks as well as tools and a hammer. And smaller planks. With a bucket of paint.
"Alright. This is what you will need to make a crib. Think you understand?" Yusuke asked as he sat the things down in Rex's arms. Who struggled to carry all of it at once.
"Y-yeah. Th-thanks." Rex said as he began to walk out. "This is blimey heavy."
A little later...
Anna was currently in the manor. Looking to sell something to someone. When she saw Rex walking by. She immediately gained a sleek smile.
"Why hello there Rex!" Anna said. "Care to buy anything?"
"Oh! H-hey Anna." Rex said. "Um. Yes actually. Do you have any, blimey rings?"
"Ooh! Yes I do!" Anna said as she took out a box of rings. While Rex sat down all the building supplies. "What kind?"
"Hmm. They all look bloody pretty." Rex said. There were multiple wedding rings. Sapphire, Ruby, emerald and way more.
But one ring caught his eye. A beautiful citrine ring. One that matched Nia's eyes.
"Oh! I know." Rex said. "I'll take the citrine ring."
"Great choice!" Anna exclaimed as she got out a wedding box and the citrine ring. "Now then.."
Rex scurried threw his punch. "Uh oh. I think I forgot my money. Bloody hell.."
"That's okay." Anna said. "This is your first time here. I'll give this ring to you free of charge."
Rex's eyes widened. "R-really?! For free?!"
Anna simply nodded. As she handed Rex the wedding box.
Rex then put the ring away in his pouch. As he picked up all the building materials and walked off.
"Thanks Anna! You blimey saved me!" He yelled back to him.
"No prob." Anna chuckled. As she then took out Anna's list of non paying costumers. As she added Rex to the list.
Meanwhile...
Nia had just finished two episodes of Game of Thrones. As she had finished the bag of popcorn she had prepared.
"Blimey hell. Shulk snd Fiora were right. This show is amazing!" Nia exclaimed. As she then heard knocking at the door.
"Oi shit!" Nia whispered. "It's Rex. Better put this stuff away quickly."
Nia closed the laptop after turning it off as she put it under the bed. She then threw the bag of popcorn away. As she then quickly put on a pair of headphones and picked up a book. As she started reading it.
Suddenly Rex opened the door with all the supplies. As he set them on the ground.
"Your back early." Nia said. Removing the headphones. "What's with all the supplies?"
"Member? Baby supplies?" Rex said.
"I know that ya idiot but what for?" Nia asked. "Your gonna let our child play with a hammer are ya?"
"Oh. No. This is for a crib." Rex said.
"A crib? Your gonna make one?" Nia asked as she put the headphones and book away.
"Yup! Our baby's gonna have the best crib any baby could ever have!" Rex exclaimed. "I'll get started.
"Hehe. Hehehe." Nia started to laugh.
"What? What's so funny?" Rex asked raising an eyebrow.
"Your so excited for the baby it's bloody hilarious!" Nia laughed. "Not that I'm not excited! But blimey."
"He. Guess it is." Rex said. As Nia hugged him and kissed him on the cheek.
"Right. I'm gonna go get some cookies." Nia said. "We blimey ran out."
"Okay. Um. Can I come with you?" Rex asked.
"Thought you were gonna work on the crib." Nia said.
"Eh. Can do it later." Rex winked. "I have something to tell ya."
Later...
Ren was currently in the kitchen. Preparing a sandwich for his girlfriend Futaba. When he saw Nia in a yellow nightgown, barefoot, walking through the kitchen.
"Oh. Hey Nia." Ren said. "What are you doing?"
"I want my cookies." Nia said as she stepped onto the counter and opened the cupboard. "I'm blimey hungry."
"It's evening. Wouldn't you want dinner first?" Reb asked as Nia then glared at the leader of the Phantom Thieves.
"Listen here, I'm hungry, my baby is hungry. When I want cookies. I'll get blimey cookies." Nia said. She then began rummaging through the cupboard as she then found a box of chocolate chip cookies. As she hopped of the counter and opened it. As she began eating the cookies.
That's when Rex walked into the kitchen. Catching everyone's attention as he was holding something behind his back. As others eyes started to light up and smiled grew on their faces.
Pyra and Mythra, as well as Azurda (Gramps) and Dromarch showed up. Knowing what Rex was gonna do.
Nia then looked at Rex as she swallowed another cookie.
"Um. Hey Rex. What are you doing?" Nia asked.
"Something I've wanted to do since we've met." Rex then cleared his throat. "Nia. We've known each other for a while now. And I'll be honest. I've loved you some the day we met. When I met you along with Jin and Mallos. I only felt like you were good in the heart. I knew as soon as I saw you, that you were an amazing person. The day you confessed to me, I was a bloody idiot. I should've none you actually meant it. But now. I want to confess this to you more than anything else right now." Nia then started to tear up.
Rex then knelt down on one of his knees. As he held up the box and opened it. Revealing the citrine ring.
"Nia. Will you make me the happiest salvager in the world. And marry me?"
Rex spoke as Nia stood there in complete shock. As tears of joy streamed down her face.
"R-Rex. Oi Rex!! Of course I'll marry you!" Nia exclaimed as she threw her arms around Rex. And cried tears of joy. While the others clapped and cheered.
Rex then put the ring on Nia's ring finger. As the two kissed deeply. With both crying tears of joy for each other.
"Oh Rex! You bloody idiot. I love you so much!!" Nia exclaimed.
"I love you too Nia!!" Rex exclaimed. "You've made me so happy. So blimey happy!! I can't even comprehend."
"Ya don't have to. Just enjoy the moment."
