"Cutiieee." Nia said as she was holding Ethan in her arms. As she was dressed in her regular yellow outfit with Rex. As the two were walking to the mansion. A few days had passed and they could finally go back to the Smash Mansion and bring Ethan home.
The two were very close to the manor as they continued walking. But there eyes were mainly on Ethan. As the two couldn't take their eyes off of him. While he was sleeping soundly.
The doctors said that the two could go back to the manor yesterday morning. But Nia said she wanted to rest more. And the option was later disbanded as the doctors had to check Ethan more.
While their time at the hospital was short they were able to get many things done. Well Rex and the doctors mainly. While Nia rested. They were able to mark Ethan's feet and hands in the sand. And check his health and making sure everything was alright with him.
The doctors said that Ethan is a very healthy baby. His little Gormott ears went up every time he laughed or was happy. But they went down when he was sad or he cried.
Currently Ethan was fast asleep as Nia was holding him. He was in a waddle of blankets as they gave him really warm blankets due to the cold February weather.
"When do I get to hold him?" Rex asked smiling down at Ethan. As Nia rolled her eyes and giggled.
"When it's time to change him." Nia chuckled. "I'll hand him right to you then. So you can clean his diaper."
"Come now. Can I hold him before then and then change his diaper?" Rex asked rubbing the back of his head.
"Yeah. For a few seconds." Nia laughed again. As Rex gave her a worried face. "I'm joking Rex."
"Heh. I knew that." Rex nodded. The two were so into their conversation and looking at Ethan. That they didn't know that they had arrived at the mansion.
"Oi. We're here." Nia said as the two reached the mansion.
Rex sighed of satisfaction. He then turned to Nia. "You ready?"
Nia nodded and smiled. "Ready."
The two opened the door, and they were indeed surprised.
"SURPRISE!!! CONGRATS REX AND NIA!!" Everyone exclaimed. Many of the mansion residents jumped out throwing streamers and balloons. The room was decorated with decorations and balloons. With a banner that said congratulations on it.
"Blimey! That scared me!" Nia's eyes widened as she step back. Rex was surprised to. But didn't step back as much. Everyone's surprise wasn't expected and came out of nowhere.
And because of that. Ethan woke up, and started to cry.
"Wahhhhhahhhh!!!" Ethan cried. Which silenced everyone as the crowds showed looks of shame. While Nia and Rex were trying to calm Ethan down.
"Hey buddy it's okay!" Rex said. "It'll be alright."
"Don't cry Ethan. Oh baby." Nia said rocking Ethan as he continued to cry. "Oi it's okay. It's okay."
After Nia rocked him some more. Ethan stopped crying as he fell back asleep.
As the others let out sighs of relief. Only for Nia to glare at everyone.
"Oi! Ethan was trying to sleep!" Nia exclaimed angrily at the group. "He doesn't like being disturbed from his sleep."
"Oh. Sorry." Kazuichi Souda rubbed the back of his head in embarrassment. "We didn't think we would disturb him."
"Yeah! Cut us a little slack!" Bowser exclaimed. With a balloon in his hand. Everyone's eyes were now set on Ethan. Was who's sound asleep with not a peep.
"We just wanted to congratulate you dear. We're sorry." Peach said. As she looked at the Gormotti Blade/Driver and Rex with apologetic eyes.
Nia then looked ashamed. "Sorry. I just hate seeing little Ethan here cry."
"We understand." Peach smiled. "Congratulations you two."
"Oi. Where are the others?" Rex asked. "Pyra, Mythra..."
"Pyra and Mythra are both in their rooms currently." Hajime Hinata said. "They got into a argument and then into a fight. So they're in their room for a week."
"A blimey argument?" Nia asked. "Over what exactly?"
"We don't know. Master Hand never said." Kazuichi said. "Nice baby by the why."
"Thanks." Rex said. As Ethan then yawned. Opening his little eyes. As he giggled.
"Aww look who's awake." Nia smiled. "Hey there little guy."
"Guess a we should get the a party started." Luigi said.
1 hour later...
Everyone had started a celebration for Rex and Nia. Mainly just people fawning over Ethan while some others talked to Rex and Nia about what it was like being parents now.
A lot of people wanted to hold Ethan. However Nia would only let a few people hold him. And even then she wouldn't let them hold him for that long. It was partly because Nia didn't want people to hog holding him. But also because she was worried about someone either hurting him or dropping him.
"No, no. Give him here. You might Blimey drop him." Nia said as she took Ethan right out of Kazuichi's hands.
"S-sorry." Kazuichi rubbed the back of his head.
"Can I take a picture?" Mahiru asked with her camera out.
"No! You could make him go blind!" Nia turned to the ultimate photographer.
"Sorry." Mahiru sternly said crossing her arms.
Rex then turned to Nia as he asked his wife. "Nia? Is everything alright? What's wrong?"
"I just. I don't anyone to hurt Ethan or drop him." Nia blushed. As she snuggled the little child.
"Oi. I know. Getting pretty late anyways." Rex said looking at the clock on the wall. "Should probably get this little guy to sleep."
"Yeah." Nia nodded. "Let's go."
And with that Nia and Rex left the room to their room. To put Ethan to bed. It wasn't just due to the time as well. It was also because the little guy yawned. Showing that he was very tired.
A few minutes later...
Rex and Nia had arrived at their room. As Rex held the door open for Nia she walked in.
"Welcome home little guy." Rex said to Ethan. Who let out a tiny giggle in response.
Nia walked into her and Rex's room. As she unwrapped Ethan's blanket and was going to change him.
"Oi! Looks you need a new diaper Ethan." Nia said as she picked him up. And handed him to Rex. "Here ya go."
"H-hey!" Rex laughed. "What about you?"
"Don't worry bout it Rex. Ya practiced. I'm going to go take a nice cat nap." Nia said as she walked into the bathroom to change into a nightgown.
Rex looked at Ethan. Who smiled and clapped. As Rex showed a nervous smile.
"Little rascal ain't ya?" Rex asked Ethan. Who continued to clap. "Alright. Let's get you changed buddy."
5 minutes later...
Rex was able to change Ethan. After a few minutes. After he cleaned Ethan he put a new diaper on Ethan. And then out on a cute blue onesie. The diaper changing would've gone quicker, but little Ethan cried the whole time. But I didn't bother Rex. Not in the slightest.
"There ya go. How are ya?" Rex smiled at Ethan who giggled. Right before he yawned. And fell asleep.
Then Nia came into the room. Dressed in her yellow nightgown as she smiled. "Oi. Is he all changed?"
"You bet!" Rex said. "Think the little guys ready for bed."
"Yah. I agree." Nia nodded. As the two walked to their room. And set Ethan down in his crib. As they put a blanket over him and kissed him on his head.
"Night Ethan. Sleep tight buddy." Rex said before walking to bed. While Nia then kissed Ethan on the head.
"Goodnight cutie." Nia said smiling down. "Mommy blimey loves you."
Nia then got into bed next to Rex. As she turned off the lights.
"Night Rex."
"Night Nia."
In the morning...
"Oowaah!!! Waaaaaahhh!!" Ethan cried. As Rex was holding him. Both Nia and Rex sweating as they didn't know how to calm him down. Both sweating bullets. Ethan's cries got louder and louder every second he was unhappy.
The two didn't know what was making Ethan cry. They tried feeding him, but he pushed Nia away. They tried changing him, but his diaper was clean. They tried to rock him to sleep, but he was wide awake.
"It's okay Ethan!" Nia assured the baby. Trying to cheer him up. "Don't worry, don't cry little guy."
"Hey. It's okay." Rex said. "Don't worry. Don't worry."
"Waaaaahhhhh!!!! Ahhhhhhh!!!" Ethan cried more. As he was throwing his little hands around.
Nia then remembered advice she was given when she was pregnant. If a baby is upset, then it would be a good idea to show it a toy.
"Wait! I Blimey know!" Nia exclaimed as she had an idea. In a flash the 16 year old Gormotti Blade/Driver ran into another room. And brought back a soft stuffed animal. Which was a cute penguin.
As she showed it to Ethan.
"Here Ethan. Your daddy and I thought you'd like this." Nia said. Remembering when Rex had went out to buy baby toys for Ethan. Before he was born.
"Rex, why did you buy that?" A pregnant Nia asked sitting on her bed. As Rex was showing her a stuffed penguin. While the sun shines on the floor of the room. With a sweet smell of spring daisies in the air. Possibly air freshener.
"What do ya mean?" Rex asked in confusion. "It's for our baby! It's a stuffed animal."
"I can't believe you that when he hasn't been born yet. Don't blimey rush things!" Nia pointed at her husband. As Rex laughed nervously and then put his hand on Nia's stomach as he bent down on his knee.
"Your gonna love it little guy! We're gonna have the best life together! You'll see." Rex smiled at Nia's pregnant stomach. As he put his hand on it. Feeling a tiny kick in response.
"Oi Rex! I didn't say you could touch my belly!" Nia blushed.
"Come on! It's not your stomach!" Rex chuckled. "It's our baby's current home."
Nia couldn't help but show a small smile to her husband. "Guess your blimey right."
"Here Ethan. Look at the penguin!" Nia smiled nervously. As Ethan suddenly stopped crying for a minute. As he curiously looked at the penguin. As he reached out his little hands and touched the penguin. At this his face lit up with happiness. As he snuggled the little penguin.
"Aww do you like the penguin Ethan?" Rex asked. "Do you blimey like it?" He smiled as Ethan kept hugging the penguin. Rex then looked at Nia. "Told ya he'd like it."
"Shut it." Nia said. As Rex sat Ethan down.
Ethan continued to hug the stuffed animal. As he couldn't stop loving the penguin.
Suddenly Ethan looked up at Nia curiously. As he tried to reach out. But his arms were so small that he couldn't reach her. So Nia picked him up.
"Oi. Are you hungry little Ethan?" Nia said. "Don't worry. Milks on its way." Nia then sat down on the couch to breastfeed Ethan. As he happily sucked and drank the nutritious breast milk.
Pyra was currently in her room with Mythra. As both were facing opposite sides of each other. Refusing to speak with one another after their argument and fight. Both sitting on their beds.
Their punishment as seen in the last chapter was that they had to be in their room for a week. Or at least until the two blades got along. But there other punishment, was cleaning the toilets after taco night.
Which was today.
"This is all your fault Mythra." Pyra said. "I can't believe we have to clean up the toilets because of you."
"Excuse me? If you hadn't started that conversation none of this would've happened." Mythra said which made Pyra turn.
"Well maybe if you didn't hate babies this wouldn't have happened." Pyra exclaimed as Mythra turned to glare at her counterpart.
"I don't hate babies! I just don't want one!" Mythra yelled.
"Yeah right!" Pyra yelled back. Causing both to get off their beds and glare at each other.
"If you didn't try and force having kids on me then it wouldn't be my fault!" Mythra yelled.
"Maybe if you had been nicer about it then I would..."
"Blort!! Wah!!"
Pyra and Mythra stopped arguing as they turned to the wall. As they started to hear disgusting noises coming from behind the wall.
"Blort!"
"Prrrtrt."
"Fffftttt!!"
"Wah! This garlic is great! The others weren't a kidding!" The two blades heard Wario exclaim from the other side.
"Ugh! Yuck! You fat man! Stop farting!" A voice whined which sounded like the bully from Jabberwock island. Hiyoko Saionji.
"Stop that! This room will become a wasteland if you continue!" Dr Cortex shouted. Sucks to be those two to be roommates with Wario.
"Oh god. It's so bad I can smell it." Pyra said. Shivering at the thought of cleaning a whole bathroom. Especially with a person she was cleaning with at the moment.
"Don't tell me. That he'll be in that bathroom." Mythra shuddered. That's when both Pyra and Mythra's eyes widened. As they slowly turned to each other.
"Oh god."
Dinner had just finished up at the Smash manor. Like said before, it was taco night. Which meant it was time for the main part of Pyra and Mythra's punishment.
The two Aegis blades were walking to the bathrooms. Pyra holding a plunger and a bucket of water. And Mythra holding a sponge and cleaning cloths. As the two were bracing themselves for the monstrosity that was taco night bathrooms.
When they reached the bathrooms. Both instantly gagged. The bathroom smelled like an entire ball of rotten cheese was melted onto solid cow turds and that was dumped into a methane sewer.
When they though it couldn't get worse. Wario walked out holding a slice of cheesecake in one hand and rubbing his stomach with the other.
"Ahhhhh. That hit the spot." Wario said. As Pyra and Mythra looked at him with shock and disgust. "What?" Wario asked the two blades.
"W-w-wha-w-w-WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO IN THAT BATHROOM?!" Mythra exclaimed.
"What? I had to go. Tacos really kill ya." Wario said. As he walked by, only to eat his cheesecake and let out a fart against Pyra and Mythra. "Wah. Congrats by the way you two."
Pyra and Mythra instantly dropped all their supplies and got down on the ground. As both were grasping their mouths and noses, coughing out at Wario's nature.
"This. Is so horrible!" Mythra exclaimed. Coughing more.
"This really sucks!" Pyra said.
A few minutes later...
"I. This is not what I expected." Pyra said. As she and Mythra stared at the bathroom. Which smelled horrible.
"Welp. We'd better get started." Mythra said. As she got the water bucket and Pyra got the plunger. Preparing themselves for the bathroom.
"Ugh! You were definitely cheating Ruby!!" Put exclaimed. As he was in his room, playing Super Smash Bros Ultimate with Ruby, Weiss, and Link. Pit playing as King K Rool. While Ruby played as Meta Knight and Weiss as the Ice Climbers. Oh and Link played as himself. Because he's Link.
"I swear I'm not cheating!" Ruby laughed. "Your just bad!"
"Oh heck no!" Pit exclaimed pointing at the leader of team RWBY. "I'm a master at this!!"
"I think Nora is better." Ruby whispered to Weiss.
"Yeah she'd be better." Weiss agreed.
"Well Nora probably sucks." Pit mumbled under his breathe.
Unfortunately Lie Ren was behind him as he glared at Pit.
"What did you say about Nora?" Ren asked as Pit started to sweat.
"Uhh nothing! Nora's awesome!" Pit let out a nervous laugh.
"Hey!! Watch where your splashing the water!"
Everyone looked up as they heard yelling from the wall. As they then became interested in what was going on on the other side of the wall. As they then payed attention to the conversation.
"Well it's not my fault this plunger is almost broken!"
"Well it is because you picked that up that plunger over the others!"
"Well do you really think I wanted to take the others? Which were covered in poop?"
"Ugh! Too much information Pyra!"
"You know what?!" Suddenly the group heard a splash of water from the other side.
"What the hell Pyra?! Why did you splash me with toilet water? Why you!!"
"Hey! Get away from me! Hey!!! Mythra I just slipped on shit! Stop!!"
"You started it! Pyra!!! Put that plunger down! Don't you dare throw that at-SCREW YOU PYRA!!!!"
"Screw you Mythra!!"
"F&@ YOU PYRA!!!! GET THIS PLUNGER OFF OF MY FACE NOW!!!!"
"NOT UNTIL YOU APOLOGIZE!!! YOU &@@@& #%& FACED LITTLE &@% SUCKING MOTHER &@#*% B&@#!!!"
That's when there was complete silence in both Pit's room. And in the other room. As Pit and the others were wide eyed. When they suddenly heard Master Hand's voice.
"Pyra! Mythra! Both of you to your rooms this instant!!" He exclaimed.
"Yikes." Pit said. "Wouldn't wasn't a bigger power to overpower me."
"Trust me. I know what that feels like." Weiss said referring to her father Jacques Schnee.
"Great! This is just great!!" Pyra exclaimed. Locked in her room. Mythra was currently still cleaning the bathroom after she got scolded by Master Hand.
Pyra was in trouble for starting the argument and ruckus in the bathroom as well as screaming sweat words at Mythra. So she was now grounded and had to stay in her room.
Brighid and Nia in Pyra's and Mythra's room supporting their friend.
"Well, that was blimey scary." Nia said. Who was holding Ethan in her arms. "Hearing all those sweat words in that voice. Made poor Ethan cry."
"I know. It's just. Ugh!!!" Pyra gritted her teeth.
"You shouldn't be angry. Like you say. Calm your mind." Brighid stated.
"Shut up! I'm so angry at Mythra! I wish I could get her back somehow." Pyra stated with her head down. As she then looked up with a curious look on her face. "Maybe there is..."
Pyra then walked to the nightstand next to her bed as she opened it and searched through it.
"What ya doing?" Nia asked as Ethan was gripping her finger.
"Getting back at Mythra." Pyra said as she then pulled out a pregnancy test. An evil smile then struck across her face.
"Now then, do any of you know how to wire one of these?"
