Chapter 1: Christmas Eve
It's Christmas time…..again. I really hate this time of year, everyone is happy. Maybe I'd like Christmas if I had the one I really love…..McDreamy. But he's with the person who has my McLife. So once Addison leaves I can have my McDreamy back.

"Meredith, wake up we've got rounds at 8."
"Izzie I'll go to rounds after that holiday, whatchamacallit?"
"Christmas, and you'll get up now, missy."
"Fine. I'll go take a shower and change and I'll meet you and George there."

"O'Malley, Yang, Stevens, Karev, Grey."
"Where's Grey?"
"Probably on her way here, Dr. Bailey."
"Dr. Stevens you are on the former model with Dr. Shepard."
"Dr. O'Malley, you have the blunt force trauma to the head with Dr. Burke."
"Dr. Karev you do the Tox Screen on Room 213."
"Oh, how nice of you to join us Dr. Grey.
"Sorry."
"Dr. Yang and Dr. Grey , you and Dr. Montgomery – Shepard have a two delivers."

"Yes sorry I'm Sally O'Malley, George's sister."

"He doesn't know my mom and his dad were married for awhile after George's mom died and they had me."
"Um, I think he's in surgery right now." Said a confused Meredith.
"I'll let him know that he has a guest when he's done."

"He doesn't know, he's in surgery right now….but she just showed up here."

"Oh, hi Dr. Grey."
"This is Izzie Stevens, George and my roommate."

"So, George never found out?"
"No, that's why I'm here, to tell him."

"Sally why don't you meet us in the 1st floor bathroom around noon, all the interns have lunch together so we'll take you to tell him." Said Mer.

"There she is, right on time."
"Ready to meet your brother?"
"As ready as I'll ever be."
"Ok we'll tell George and then wave you over."

" Hey, George."
"Izzie and I, well we kind of have something important to discuss with you."
"Ok, what?"
Meredith and Izzie both nervous contemplate and then Meredith blurts out, "You have a sister that you never knew about."
"Is she hot?"
"Alex!"
"Sorry, Izzie."

"After your mom died when your dad got remarried she, your stepmom, had a baby,."said by Izzie.
"Would you like to meet her?"
"Yes, Mer I would."
Meredith louder…."Sally"
Sally walks to their table.
"Sally, meet your brother, George."
"Hi, George."
"Hi, Sally."
Mer, Izzie, Cristina, and Alex leave them alone to talk.
"So how long have you lived in Seattle?"
"20 years….since I was born."
"Does dad know?"
"No, I was hoping we could tell him together."
"Ok, well I'll invite him over for Christmas and we can tell him then."
