At Pro Leauge with Chazz

Chazz was in his trailer after winning another challenge. But he was feeling far from triumphant. He was in a thoroughly depressed state.

In the middle of the duel with one of his fans, where he was already wining with his LP at 3200 and the fans at 800, the Duel News broadcast that Chazz had lost an unofficial duel with a fellow students who was rembered as a Slifer Red student at Duel Academy.

Although Slifer Reds had a more valuable reputation, it was not revealed who the Slifer Red was who beat Chazz, and at once the fan laughed at Chazz as did many other fans watching the duel.

"Chazz it down, loser!" Shouted more than 50 fans

Others screamed, "I can't believe I wanted to be like him".

"You suck, Princeton!" Shouted the Duelist whom was currently dueling him.

Chazz bowed his head in shame and self-mourning.

I just had to defeat Judai. He thought to himself, "It shouldn't have been so hard. He isn't the a champion Pro-Leauge Duelist. I am...I am the one with reputation and Judai defeated me, and he didn't seem to care that if the news gets out, I'd be a laughing stock... and it must have been Judai or his sidekick, Sho who told the press".

Chazz's sadness turned to rage at the thought of Judai mocking him to the news people and then to the fans booing him and his opponent saying he was not worthy. And he went into a fit of derangement.

"I suck do I kid?" He said and stared to grow bags under his eyes, but extremely pointed one's that made him look very sinister.

The kid took a step back in hesitation.

"Well, if I suck so much, why have I won?" Shouted Chazz angrily, "I Attack directly with Infernal Incinerator!".

Infernal Incienerator breathed fire and it blasted the kid backwards as his LP dropped to 0. The kid and the other traitorous fans fled for their lives as Chazz turned away, the bags under his eyes and his anger still boiling.

I will get revenge Judai. He had thought since that duel to now in the changing room.

As Chazz looks in the mirror, he didn't even notice his evil bags, but he instead zoned out into his own mind. Darkness beckoned him as his audience.

"Chazz your human friends have hurt you in your professional life. Your fans have turned against you, and it was so that Judai a Slifer Red can have all th attention and love from the world of Duel Monsters, You are alone now."

Chazz shouted, "Who are you?"

But Darkness murmured something and Chazz was silent as though nothing about the fact that some dark figure was inside his head even mattered.

"And Judai didn't just ruin your career but he also stole the heart of a woman you still love". Darkness continued.

"Huh?"

"Behold." Darkness said as he appeared physically in his changing toom.

Darkness then took the Pro's I-Pad and showed him a video. It was of what was happening right that second at Duel Academy. Judai was there, as well as Asuka in her teachers uniforms Judai was talking of his times away since their graduation and at that moment he was speaking of the defeat he recently gave to Chazz.

"I got my game on and took Chazz out it was awsome!". He said victoriously.

If Chazz was angry at Judai for that self-praise, what happened next made him as pale and miserably furious than he had ever been. Asuka was laughing with Judai at the news that Judai could beat Chazz despite him being a Pro Leauge champion, and worse still, she was clearly blushing at Judai's presence. Apart from maybe Judai, it was clear for anyone, especially Chazz to see that Asuka was very happy to be with Judai, and the look on her face was something Chazz had never seen when she was with him.

Chazz's eyes were frowned in tears of bitter despair. Even after all those years apart, he was still in love with Asuka, just as he had been at Duel Academy. His fists clenched as he saw how happy Asuka and Judai were together.

Chazz's eyes glowed in a dark and evil way. Darkness felt himself become even in stronger in Chazz's inner darkness and hatred.

"Chazz I can help you get revenge on Judai Yuki. Just acceptable and we will show him who the true King of Games is." Said Darkness temptingly.

Chazz so desperately want for revenge against Judai, and he was more than willing to prove to everyone, including Asuka and his fake fans that he was the best Duelist around. And his eyes glowed even more as he nodded in consent.

"I shall become one with Darkness!" He declared.

But as he said this, Chazz's glowing eyes of life became full and empty with something of the appearance of a hyponotised subject.

Darkness laughed triumphantly.

"Chazz Princeton you are nearby under my control and command. And as promised, I will help you bring Judai to his knees...but first we have some work to do".

"Yes sir". Chazz repiled in a emotionless tone.

Recruiting Darkness's pawns

Chazz and Darkness travelled around in search of some more pawns for the latter. Darkness had already found 4 capable candidates to rally his dark forces.

Soon they arrived at a tennis club. There having finished a game was Harrington Rosewood, the tennis player and Duelist that Judai had defeated during his 1st year. Harrington was hopeful to become Asuka's fiancee by defeating Judai but he failed. He still had crush on Asuka and was never able to move on from it.

"Like you Chazz, this man still has vengeance on Judai and wants to exact revenge on him. He will be very helpful to me".

"Yes sir". Chazz murmured.

After Harrington's game, he went to a bench to drink water and he noticed Chazz standing there.

"Hiya Princeton". Harrington greeted, "Nice to see you again. I heard you lost to that dropout boy, Judai Yuki. Had luck".

"Yes". Said Chazz in his full monotone. "But I intend to get revenge and you are part of it Rosewood".

Chazz raised a hand and Harrington gasped as he felt something pulse into his head, seemingly coming from Chazz himself, and a moment later, Darkness had Harrington as a hypnotised servant.

"My plan is working perfectly". He muttered, "Now my servants, to our next recruit".

Chazz disappeared alongside Harrington. Suddenly the two were in an estate in France. It was the home of Mitsuo the Gambler another unrequited love of Asuka.

"Bonjour". Said Mitsuo curiously, "Are you not one of Mademoiselle Tenjouin's old classmates?" He asked to Chazz.

Chazz smirked. "Yes, which is why my master, Darkness would like your help in our ranks. To get revenge on the man who stole Tenjoin-kun's heart Judai Yuki!"

Chazz did the same hand movement, and Mitsuo felt the same sensation in his head and like Harrington, his eyes went full and also became enslaved to a Darkness.

The group then travelled back to Japan, suddenly they were in a old apartment, It was the home of Mr Shroud a underground duel promoter. They ring the doorbell and the shrewed promoter opened the door.

"If you are here to go join the underground then I am sorr-". Mr Shroud greeted Chazz ruefully until he gasped when he recognized Chazz's figure,

"You are famous Pro Duelist Chazz Princeton? Are you Hell Kaiser's old schoolmates?. Shroud asked out of curiosity and he then smirked and thought of recruiting him to underground dueling but he doesn't know that Chazz is step ahead of him.

"Yes, you want to exact revenge on Hell Kaiser while I want to get revenge on Judai Yuki. Darkness will help you". Chazz offered darkly with a evil smirk.

He then hyponotised Shroud and he also felt the same sensation as Harrington and Mitsuo and his eyes became dull and lifeless and Shroud also become Darkness's new pawn.

The group then arrived at another underground duel club, and there Inukai had finished defeating his opponent. He is still depressed over his first defeat at the hands of Hell Kaiser 6 years ago and he couldn't forgive him for ruthlessly defeating him at the underground and even today he still couldn't move on.

He then went to the bar to grab some cocktail and he noticed his former manger Mr Shroud was standing there

"Hi manger, it's been a while". Inukai greeted Shroud and was happy to see his former manager again. " I heard that your underground has been demolished?".

"Yes" Shroud replied emotionlessly. "I was thinking if we can join forces with Darkness and exact revenge on Hell Kaiser".

Shroud raised his hand and hypnotized Inukai the same way Chazz did to him and Inukai become the fourth person to get enslaved by Darkness.

Darkness was very gleeful.

"My 4 heartbroken slaves will serve well, but just wait until Judai comes across my most loyal servant and ally!". He thought to himself evily.

As Darkness ghatered his pawns, his power seemed to be gaining because at Duel Academy, a dark cloud formed in the sky. The cloud suddenly let off a streak of black lightning and something appeared on the ground below the cloud.

"Darkness...Darkness".

It was Trueman.

Guest 4: Sorry if the duel has confused you, the card Judai used on his first turn during his duel with Asuka is a mysterious to the viewers. So I don't want to spoil you all and I will reveal it at some point.
