Prologue:
Sometimes I wish that things were the way I wanted them to be. Sometimes I wish that I didn't have all these "skeletons in my closet" as some people put it. I hate it how I have to protect my father's good name. Like he was ever there for me. Why should I have to cater to him. I look down at him and this is all I had to say:
"What about my feelings, Dad, do you even care. That's what I want to say to say to you so bad. How u messed up my life to make yours better and in the end you crumbled. How you took away the only person I thought could ever love me. Not even mother loved me like, he, my brother loved me. I hope your happy now dad that you ruined my life but the funny thing is you made me a better person. You made my have the power to read people. And I guess you can say that could be a bad thing. Having trust issues but that's the case. I have a boyfriend now. His name is Lucas. He's so wonderful. I don't have to pretend like I had to do before, daddy. I know he loves me and I love him too. Were in engaged now. You're probably rolling around in your casket right now saying 'no one will ever love you. You are nothing'. Isn't that what you always told me. Well you're wrong. I have Lucas, my best friend Peyton, all my friends from school and my brother. You can't hurt me any more and I came here to tell you that. Good-bye forever."
I walk away. As I leave the grave yard I take one last look and only release one single tear. Trying hard not to cry for him. I exit the gates, and see my awaited fiancé, and jumped in the car and drove away. Never to return.
