She couldn't believe this. She was not hearing this.
Yuffie fumbled through her purse, almost dropping the damn thing. There. She pulled out her lighter and clicked it on under the cancer stick placed in her slightly parted mouth. Sure, she was trying to quit—but she needed one.
She couldn't see him, but she heard him shift somewhere off to her left. It was dark—well past midnight—and she had agreed to meet with him in the alley they all used to hang out in during middle school. Back when they were all friends and she was stupid enough to think that she didn't need popularity, to be the center of attention, top have people worship you…
"I want proof," she mumbled, relaxed now that she had her nicotine fix. But the smoke still smelled awful, whichever way you looked at it. She took a drag and blew the smoke out in her own practiced way.
"You mean you don't believe me?"
She sighed loudly and counted to ten. Oh, how she wanted to bite that fucker's head off! But she couldn't. She needed to know if what he said was true or not.
"Of course I don't," she hissed through clenched teeth. The cig was doing nothing for her now. Even though she swore she'd never do it again after sleeping with some ninth grader, she wanted some pot—it worked so much better.
She heard him walking to her, and he stepped out into the moonlight that flooded half of the ally and pulled down the collar of his shirt. There was a dark spot on his neck. She quirked an eyebrow. So losers do get some…
"He gave me this," the young man said patiently, brushing silky silver hair out of his eyes. Her heart almost stopped—he looked so much like the gods she was constantly after. But she thought about the boy they were talking about—the boy with the beautiful eyes—and came back to her sense. "Last week. At the party you invited us to."
Oh fuck.
"Where's Roxas?" she remembered asking.
"Oh, I think he went into the spare bedroom with some tall chick."
And Riku did look like a girl, and he was tall…
She glared. "That's fucking retarded. Everyone was drunk there—any girl could have given it to you!"
Riku sighed, careful not to make eye contact with her.
"I'm not kidding you, Yuffie." He chuckled. She was so ridicules, with the way she cussed like it was cool and all. "Roxas, the guy you're so madly in love with, is gay and had taken porno pictures of me in bed."
She snapped, narrowing her eyes she took the cigarette out of her mouth, she was strangely calm, even thought she had just been informed the guy that was supposed to be hers, was attracted to men. "I don't believe you."
He shrugged, "Okay, you don't have to." He scrunched his nose in distaste, "But it wasn't like I was seducing him." He laughed quietly, "I'm straight. I haven't spoke to him since."
She glared icily, her fingers tightening around her purse; she stomped up to him, "Ass hole." She shot, taking the lit cigarette and grinding it into his pale skin. He winced and jumped back, but his expression remained collected.
She flipped him off then turned and sauntered away, her frame ridged.
He couldn't help it, though his skin was burnt and stinging, and though she'd come after him. She looked hilarious.
"Whore." He muttered.
A/N (Zarya): OMG. We're insane. Pwnage.
A/N (Herzeleidx): cackles I really like this, it's totally different from all the high school stories you see now. I'm not saying they're bad or anything like that, it just gets a bit tiring y'know? So Zarya and I got this brilliant idea to twist everything around and make it completely crazy and just…DIFFERENT. You can hate us if you want. XD This is just the intro though. Review please.
