Forever Young
Tenten sat down on the soft, velvet chair and began to scribble down on a piece of paper.
A few minutes later she was done; she placed the paper in an envelope and jotted a name down, then left the room.
Soon, after Neji entered the room. He walked over to the table with the envelope on it.
He opened it and read it.
Neji,
I've gone to pick up Julian. I'll be back soon,
Love you

He heard a crying sound coming from the main bedroom.
Neji placed he note on the table and quickly hurried into the main bed-room.
He picked up a little bundle and cradled it in his arms.
Neji then, slowly walked down the hall way into the kitchen to grab a bottle of milk. He placed it into the microwave for about half a minute.
--BEEP--
Neji took the milk bottle out of the microwave and placed it under the cool flow of water that came from the kitchen sink.
He expertly tested it for heat and found it satisfactory, so he gently held it to his daughter's mouth.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door, Neji went to go see who it was still carrying little Chio in his half cradled arm and opened the door. It was Rock Lee, his former team mate.
"Hey Lee." said Neji
"Hey Neji and my little niece Chio!" exclaimed Lee
Chio gave a little giggle and waved her tiny fingers as if she were waving at him.
"Do you want something to drink or eat?" asked Neji
"Water, thanks," said Lee
"Would you like it cold or room temperature?"
"Cold will be fine."
"Can you hold Chio for me, please?" asked Neji
"Sure thing!" said Lee "So where's Tenten?" Lee asked after cooing and pulling funny faces at Chio, much to her delight.
"She went to go pick up Julian from the academy" said Neji from the kitchen. "She should be back in a few minutes."
Then suddenly, both men heard a rattle of keys, and a click as the door was unlocked, and opened.
It was Tenten and Julian.
The kunoichi opened the door wide enough to let Julian in before herself. The young boy ran to his room, threw his small bag on the floor and ran straight for the kitchen. Once in the room, his path abruptly stopped as he crashed into a tall, sturdy, green-spandex-clad figure.
"UNCLE LEE!" the child exclaimed as he launched himself at his uncle's legs- his arms were too far away, and full, besides.
"Julian is that you? My you've grown a lot taller since I last saw you!" Lee smiled fondly at the small figure clutching his knees and ruffled his dark chocolate coloured hair. He bent down and scooped up the young boy.
"How was school? Did you learn anything new today?" Tenten asked her son as she took Chio from Neji.
"Hai! We had weapons practice today." The young boy mumbled unenthusiastically as he buried himself in Lee's shoulder.
"How did you go?" asked Tenten
"Not so good" said Julian still having his face buried in Lee's shoulder
"Why not"
"Because I only got 99 out of 100," said Julian still continuing to have his face buried in Lee's shoulder.
"Honestly why isn't that good. You have the genes of me and the genes of your father as well so that doesn't matter if you got 99 I would be worried if you had gotten 96" said Tenten
