Appearance

Blue eyes and spiky, blond hair. Dakota also had jaw-length bangs framing either side of his face. His normal attire consisted of a standard white suit of clothing with green trimmings and a hood. Sometimes a tracksuit with three stripes on the sleeves, a pair of black pants, and black shoes.

History

Dakota's biological mother died from a heart attack immediately after childbirth; members of the family coldly said she existed only to give birth to Dakota. Because of his quirk, he quickly matured, and soon was surpassing even adults in all fields. While his growth was initially viewed as fascinating, many professors would retire after seeing their lifelong efforts easily outdone by a little boy, and gradually started viewing him as unsettling instead. Because of this, Dakota began to wonder why he was even born.

At the age of two, Dakota was sent to the Hospital, which studied children's quirks. While waiting to get checked, Dakota ended up sitting beside a four-year-old girl named Toga Himiko. Not knowing how else to introduce himself, Dakota took the toy away from her and easily solved it himself. An impressed Toga asked him to solve the rest of the puzzles in the room, which he accomplished without trouble, much to Toga's delight. Dakota brushed her off, insisting that life has no meaning. When Toga refuted her, he asked her for what reason he was born. She then pointed out how happy he had made her, and told him these exact words. "I'm sure you were born to make the people around you happy." Dakota took these words to heart, and the two became friends from that point onwards up to the point that he had to move and she no longer went to the hospital for check ups.

In his first year of primary school, Dakota was commissioned with looking after the class pet. However, neither rabbits nor carb's would come near him. During the class trip to the zoo, not even the scariest animal would show itself in front of Dakota, all scared off by his overwhelming force of will. As a child, Dakota would spy on his sister Samantha with his brother Andrew when she would be having one of her temper tantrums over having no quirk like their older brother. Dakota looked up to his sister for her stoicism, and would console her after her rages. He and her brother often chased their sister around.

During her time in Middle School, he was constantly attacked of the Student Council President. Dakota ignored the beatings and continued with his school life as usual. It was at this time that Dakota began to make a name for himself as the diamond in the rough. He told the bully that he would continue to take his beatings until he regained the heart of a good person. Though he refuted his analysis, this lead to him to be his friend.

Quirk(s)

Advanced Growth: Dakota is incredibly gifted. By the time he was six months old, he had matured much more than his older siblings, progressing through infancy at an accelerated rate. Nobody was capable of teaching him anything because he could perfectly; learn, memorize, recall, understand, master, and utilize anything and any skill by experiencing or observing it once, within seconds. He has a limitless capacity for learning and growth.

Superhuman Physiology: Dakota naturally possesses superhuman: adaptability, agility, balance, coordination, dexterity, durability, endurance, flexibility, reflexes, senses, speed, and strength. Although he rarely uses it, he possess an ability called body supremacy; he is capable of near complete, precise control of the movements and functions of all muscles, bones, flesh, blood, organs, nerves, hair, and veins, and he can control them with both conscious and/or subconscious command. This makes him immune to forced motor control by others and allows him to adjust or improve body functions. Inhuman feats include: balancing on a small arm water wing, destroying a school building while constricted by tiny wires, and quickly moving three members of the Student Council into lockers in seconds before a giant explosion occurred.

Alpha Presence: Dakota's raw power, which humans perceive as either as a supernatural charisma and eloquence which inspires them to follow him, or as an overwhelming fearful aura that forces them to obey him. This raw power when sensed by animals inspires only pure terror. Thus they in turn are frightened to death of him and will avoid contact at all costs.

Echo Cannon: A powerful shout, it vibrates on a reverse phase that cancels out other sounds.

The End: Dakota is capable of learning others Quirks and completely mastering them, to the extent that he can use them to one hundred and twenty percent of their capability, becoming more skilled with them than even their original owners. This ability allows him to learn any quirk quickly, from simple quirks to impossible quirks performed by the members of the Hero's here at UA. However, The End does have its limits. While Dakota can learn skills that exceed his physical capabilities, he cannot copy the physical capabilities of the original skill holder. Dakota is unable to stop himself from learning an quirk when he experiences it. He is also unable to learn styles.

Observation: It is the method through which The End copies other abilities.

Copied Quirks

Double Take-Off: Doubles His Speed

Remake Abacus: Only needs to read something once to remember each and every word.

Chair: Make all creation's that came from one with a quirk turn into a chair.

Wax Slip: Can make anything out of Wax.

Wine Work: Can create the greatest wine in the world.

Stone Sand Paper: Able to play rock-paper-scissors with his feet.

On Off Flash: Flickers his entire body as if phasing in and out of reality its self, allowing him to walk through anything.

Tremendous Mist: Creates a thick mist from his mouth.

More Than Group: The more the targets, the more powerful he becomes.

Mirroring Topics: Turn Gravity upside down for himself or others that he touch.

Silhouette: Creates a Silhouette out of ones shadow.

Apostrophe Shaker: Does math super fast in his head to the point that he makes no miscalculations, the highest recording of his thought is two hundred fifty miles per hour a second.

Closing Envelope: Hides a message anywhere, including the air.

Mixing Sole: Create the sound of footsteps anywhere he sees.

No-Step: Prevents his self and anyone he looks at from moving.

Proof Of One's Worth: Dakota's most well known trump card, he preaches to people who need help. He says out loud his views about them, saying they can be saved and that something horrible must have happened in their pasts for them to have fallen so far in life. War God:(While not a quirk in its self it could be considered one but due to it being connected to Proof Of One's Worth it isn't.) When Dakota is enraged, he goes into War God Mode. When in War God Mode, he loses his sense of humanity and goes berserk, while his hair turns a lighter shade of fluorescent red. Dakota's presence becomes so ominous and evil that everyone becomes unnerved by it. His physical strength and healing rate both increase drastically, allowing him to deal out devastating attacks while shrugging off horrific injuries. Dakota only assumes War God Mode when his friends are threatened, and even then, only when he is under heavy emotional stress. Dakota doesn't have the ability to enter War God Mode at will. Dakota hears no sounds while in this mode.

Special Attacks

Rolling Savate: Performs a reverse kick to the opponent's face.

Lariat: Strikes his opponent's neck with the inside of his outstretched arm.

Open Blow: In War God Mode, Dakota charges forward and attacks with a palm strike. The hit packs enough force to shatter a building into dust

Phantom: He first jumps up and down, dragging out the noise so that the sound of his feet tapping on the floor isn't heard until after his feet have left the floor again. Once the sound lag is at its fullest, Dakota blows forward, producing a sonic boom that destroys everything in front of and behind him. Because he moves faster than the eye can see, the opponent won't be able to react until after he has already hit them.

Final Phantom: Only usable after Dakota enters War God Mode, wherein his blood flow is greatly enhanced through the use of vibrations. To use this technique, Dakota first creates a shadow in front of himself in order to break the sound barrier without losing any of his own speed or power. Afterwards, he follows the slip stream created by the clone.

"That is everything on the report of this boy." Nezu said, looking at the rest of the teachers at UA.

"That much power, and only sixteen?" Eraser Head said, not liking the thought of this kid. "He's just like him, but unlike him, he doesn't steal the quirks on purpose as he has no control over this ability. The ones he take them from, do they still have their quirks?" He asked, looking at Nezu.

"Yes, each and every one of them still have their quirks." He said, looking over at Eraser Head. "As you know, we have some who are recommended to come here instead of going through the exams. Knowing his power, and his personality, I recommend him to join UA so that we can keep a better eye on him and his progress. That many quirks in one body is unheard of and if used for the forces of evil-"

"It would mean the end of the world, and not only that, but he will only keep learning more quirks as he goes on." Ectoplasm said, with each and every one of them thinking about how dangerous it would be for him to become a villian. "You have my vote on including him into this school, but by his name, I take it that he is American?" He asked, with Nezu nodding.

"Yes, but only half. His mother was Japanese while his Father was American." Nezu informed, looking at the papers once more. "Both of them were quirkless, it was a miracle that he was ever born. In fact, it shouldn't of been possible, and yet here it is." He said, placing the file down once more.

"It sais here that he completely masters ones quirk up to one hundred and twenty percent?" Present Mic said, with everyone looking at him. "Then that means that he will be louder than me, there's no way I want to train that kid, I'm supposed to be the loudest there is!?" He said, making a good majority of them sigh.

"He copies them if he sees you use them, meaning that if you use your quirk in front of him then he learns it." Snipe said, crossing his arms. "Got to say, with that kind of talent, he would become the number one hero with ease." He said, with them nodding in agreement.

"Number one or not, what would his hero name be at that moment in time? He has too many quirks to give him something to go by." Power Loader said, leaning forward. "Not only that, but his costume as well... with his kind of power... its impossible to come up with something for him that can work with all of his quirks." He said in thought.

"It sais here that no one has ever been able to teach him something as he's already learned it and then some." Cementoss said, with everyone looking at him. "Keeping him in class while he already knows such things will be a waist of his talents, he could already have gone pro. What is the reason for him staying where he is?" He questioned with a raised eyebrow.

"I want to know this was well, he could have gone to college a hundred times over at this point in his life, but why stay in school?" Midnight questioned, leaning forward and looking at Nezu.

"Believe it or not, he stayed put so that he didn't feel special, that was his answer, but there's more to it." He said, gaining their attention as everyone leaned forward. "He's looking for his friend Toga, he sais that he can feel her suffering, but once we did a background check on her, she turned out to be a normal high school girl. She chose not to become a hero due to her quirk requiring her to take blood from others. An interesting quirk, but not hero material in her eyes." Nezu said, with them leaning back in their chairs.

"Blood Quirks are rare, but frowned upon." Vlad King said, with many nodding their heads. "As for All Might's quirk, with him coming here to teach... can he copy his quirk?" He asked, with many getting on edge at his question.

"It is uncertain, but we can only hope that is not the case. The same goes for when or if he ever encounters him." Nezu said, with everyone shivering at the thought of that ever happening. "Would he take his quirks, or would he copy his quirks?" Nezu asked in deep thought at the outcome.

"Its clear to me already." Midnight said, gaining everyone's attention. "He needs to become a hero, we need him to join UA." She said, looking at them with a fierce look in her eyes.
