"All right, lets begin the in door combat training!" All Might said as I removed my blindfold, with me seeing the set of cameras around us. We were in a dark room, with the only light source coming from the cameras. Looking around, I got a good look at everyone's new costumes.
Yuga Aoyama had a flashy costume. His hero costume consisted of a bluish-black body suit, a suit of metallic lavender and golden armor; a chest plate, two spherical shoulder pads, elbow-length vambraces, and knee-length boots. His chest plate had a high V-neck collar with a golden Greek fret-like trim, as with the lower diaphanous piece under the belt and the edges of the vambraces. It also came with a long, glittery indigo cape as well as a belt with a golden ring-shaped buckle with a blue crystal (which is where I guess his Quirk comes from), matching the smaller ones over his shoulder pads and knees. He had straight angled golden lines running down his baggy pants, a matching set around the shafts of his boots, and a red-tinted wing-shaped visor over his eyes.
The rating I give his costume: 6/10.
Mina Ashido wasn't any better. Her hero costume consisted of a plain white mask over her eyes, a purple and turquoise skintight bodysuit with a camouflage pattern, ending just above her breasts. Over this, she wore a cropped, sleeveless, tan-colored waistcoat with white fur along its collar, which she left unbuttoned. A custom made plum violet and beige acid-proof boots with holes in the soles, not sure what that was about.
The rating I give her costume: 6.5/10.
Tsuyu Asui was a good one considering her quirk. Her hero costume consisted of a bright green turtleneck bodysuit, tan-colored gloves with large buckles on each wrist guard, and two matching belts, one above her breasts, a strap at either side going around her shoulders, and one around her waist, little green dots embedded into it all the way around. Two black lines run all the way down her suit, each framed with yellow, and tight black boots with markings in the shape of a "V" on her thighs, green webbed flippers resembling frogs' toes on her feet. She had a headband with a color matching that of her gloves, and goggles with dark green-tinted lenses attached on either side.
The rating I give her costume: 7/10.
Denki Kaminari was rocking his costume. He was wearing a plain white shirt, over it he had a open black jacket with a white lightning pattern across his back, and matching pants with two lines running down his legs. He had a single, square-shaped earphone over his right ear, something resembling a radio antenna sticking out of the top.
The rating I give his costume: 8/10.
Eijiro Kirishima fit his perfectly. His hero costume was two dark red gear-shaped shoulder pads. A jagged sash joins the one on his left to the right side of his belt, which has a red "R" set into its center. Below this, he wore baggy black pants and a half cape with a ripped hem. He also sported dark red boots and multiple thick rings going around his calves. He left his chest bare, and wore a wired guard around his face, reaching from just above his hairline to below his jaw, an extra piece going over the bridge of his nose, and some spiked pieces around his mouth which resemble little fangs.
The rating I give his costume: 10/10.
Koji Koda didn't look so good. His hero costume was a tight yellow suit, only reaching to his knees and elbows, with a large red marking over his torso and at the ends of his sleeves. On his chest, there's a symbol resembling an open mouth, and wore yellow shoes with red lining.
The rating I give his costume: 3/10.
Rikido Sato was slightly better. His costume consisted of a yellow full-body suit, covering the entirety of his body, the only exceptions being the holes around his mouth, each of his eyes, and his hair. He wore white gloves and boots, and a utility belt around his waist.
The rating I give his costume: 4/10.
Mezo Shoji was kind of plain, but that was to be expected with his quirk. His hero costume consisted of a tight blue tank top, six white markings resembling eyes, connected at the top to a darker, more indigo-colored mask. Its design as the same as the one he usually wears. He had a belt with another, larger eye shape embedded into its center, this time yellow, below which he wore slightly baggy trousers to match his shirt, two darker lines running down the sides of his legs, and indigo boots.
The rating I give his costume: 4 or 4.5/10 because of his quirk making it hard to come up with a good costume for his self.
Kyoka Jiro actually looked normal. Her hero costume consisted of a black leather jacket, long salmon-colored shirt with several rips at the collar and hem, black pants, and boots with stereos built into their shafts. She also had two small, triangular red paint marks just below her eyes, a plain black choker, and white fingerless gloves.
The rating I give her costume: 5/10 because of how normal she looked but a 6/10 for the hidden speakers on her shoes.
Hanta Sero looked like tape, giving away his quirk. His hero costume consisted of a black, skin-tight bodysuit with a turtleneck, which is plain apart from a white design on his mid-torso area, and two yellow trimmings around each of his elbow-length sleeves. He wore white boots, lined with yellow, and has white short bands around his waist and the sides of his thighs, a larger one across his chest to connect his shoulder pads, which are shaped like tape dispensers. He completed his outfit with a yellow helmet, shaped similarly to his shoulder pads, which has a large black visor obscuring his face.
The rating I give his costume: 7/10.
Fumikage Tokoyami was still a mystery. His costume consisted of a robe, black, but tinted a dark purple where light hits it, that covered his entire body, only stopping halfway down his shins, and knee-high black boots. What was under it was a mystery.
The rating I give his costume: 9/10 because it was a mystery.
Shoto Todoroki wasn't anything like his father. He wore a plain off-white shirt with matching pants and boots, with two gold-colored straps going over his shoulders. He had what appeared to be a material resembling ice covering his whole left side, even his head although it is detachable.
The rating I give his costume: 7/10 because he could of done better.
Toru Hagakure was as naked as the day she was born... well, almost. Due to the nature of her Quirk, her hero costume consisted only of a pair of light blue gloves, decorated by pale pink lines, and light brownish-gray lace-up shoes.
The rating I give her costume: 2/10 for originality but 8/10 for how she planed on using her quirk in battle, well played.
Minoru Mineta was... interesting. His hero costume was very simplistic, consisting only of a purple shirt and mask with a yellow cape, boots, and gloves. His pants are white with a lighter purple trim, and they stick out quite a lot around his waist.
The rating I give his costume: 5/10.
Momo Yaoyorozu "Yomama" was a ten flat out. Her hero costume consisted of a high-collared, sleeveless crimson leotard with silver lines at her waist and around her arms, which is open to expose her skin from her neck to just below her navel. She sported calf-length crimson boots with heels, which dip sharply down in the center, and two gold utility belts around her waist, another, thinner one around the top portion of her chest, below her shoulders. The design choice allows her to create items from as many points in her body as possible, as her Quirk can only be used if her skin is exposed.
The rating I give her costume: 10/10.
On the camera feed, I could see the final members of the class.
Tenya Ida was also a good one. His hero costume consisted of a black one-piece suit with a high collar, over which he wore various pieces of armor, all in a pale silver in color, including a chest plate, a metal collar around his neck and another around his upper arm, and metal vambraces that extended past his elbows pointed at the ends. He wore a helmet covering his entire face, its sharp bevor full of holes to allow him to speak and breathe easily, and its upper piece rounded over his head with two larger holes on either side, two curved horns just behind and a single spike sticking out of the back of his head. On his feet, he wore silver knee-high boots with gold accessories, which are specialized for his Quirk, and around his torso, he had three thick metal pipes, attached with a blue band, although these only serve as decoration. His armor is very lightweight and does not protect him much; its main purpose is to cut down air resistance rather than to protect him.
The rating I give his costume: 10/10.
Ochaco Uraraka was bland. Her hero costume consisted of a black full-body suit with a pale pink design down the middle of her torso, two black circles on her chest, and a black rectangle below her waist, running between her legs. There are two more pink patches over her shoulders, both cut off by darker pink armbands that match the thick choker around her neck. She has circular wrist guards, a dark pink handle on the back of each one, wide knee-high boots with magenta soles and a two-piece belt around her waist a circle embedded into the center where the pieces join up, a helmet with a tinted visor, all of which are the same pale pink color. The accessories are designed to press her acupuncture points.
The rating I give her costume: 6/10.
Katsuki Bakugo was amazing. His hero costume is composed of a tight, black, sleeveless tank top, with an orange "X" across the middle, forming a V-neck. There are two dots along the left line of his collar, indicating the support company that designed his costume. His costume also had a metallic neck brace worn with rectangular ends that have three holes on each side. His sleeves reach from within his large grenade-like gauntlets to his biceps. His belt, which also carries grenades, holds up his baggy pants with knee guards, below which he sports black, knee-high combat boots with orange soles and eyelets. His mask is jagged and black, and as it goes around his eyes, a large, orange-rimmed flare shape protrudes from each side.
The rating I give his costume: 10/10.
Izuku Midoriya was ok I guess. His hero costume is a green full-body jumpsuit with a red belt, elbow pads, knee pads, and gloves, along with his signature red boots. He also wore a mask with long ear-like protrusions that resembled a bunny rabbit, and a respirator with a makeshift smile on it. It was clear that it was home made which made it even better.
The rating I give his costume: 7/10.
"Team A and Team D, your time starts now!" All Might said, with me looking at the screen closely so that I could learn from their training session. "Pay attention kids, think about what you would do!" He said, with me nodding as that was exactly what I was going to do.
In a fight with Team D vs Team I, with Team I as Hero's, Team I would have taken it. Option one, Toru would go in with nothing on, leaving me to play distraction. Because neither of them can find or track her, it makes since to run this play. Option two, I find one or both of them, use my No-Step quirk to trap them and have Toru tape to remove them from the game. Cheep, but effective.
If it was turned around, where Team I was the Villains and Team D were the Hero's, it would be another story. They would have the advantage as Toru isn't a combative hero. Option one would be to have her wait outside with no clothing or roam the halls, get behind the person behind and tape them. Of course this would get her caught by the other one as they would be aware of her presence. If they are being lead by Bakugo, it would be an instant lose for her. Ida on the other hand would give her a chance but she would still get caught after a while, leaving for a one on one where I would come out on top with no trouble of just catching him, but that was easier said than done as he was a speed type, and without me using my special move, he was clearly faster than me. I couldn't copy Toru's quirk as its a physical quirk, which I cant copy as it affects the body.
Bakugo on the other hand, would be trouble. One look at him and you can tell that he has talent. He would be ready for me the moment we come in contact with the other. He isn't one for in doors fighting, making it harder for me as he could just blow up the place in his favor. In doors, if I used my On Off Flash quirk, I can get in close but that's to say if I can use more than one quirk here if the teacher will allow it or just one only to even the odds.
If I can use more than one quirk, I would fill the room with mist using my Tremendous mist, making it harder for him to see. If he tries to blow it away, it would hurt both me and the bomb, giving us the win as it would set it off killing everyone, thus this gives me an advantage. The first one would be Mirroring Topics to switch the gravity upside down for him as I would have the bomb laying on its side to prevent him from grabbing it. If only one quirk could be used, then No-Step as soon as I see him.
Those two out comes only came from option one.
Option two was even easier. Have Toru follow behind them until they reached me, where I would use my No-Step quirk to trap both of them. Toru wouldn't be affected by it as I wouldn't be able to see her. From there, she tapes both of them to give us the victory. It was a cheep victory, but it works.
In a fight against Team A vs Team I, where Team A were the Hero's, Toru would still tape one from behind without them knowing as they don't have a tracker. If they were being lead by Midoriya, I have a strange feeling that he would beat her but it would take a large amount of time. Midoriya looks like he would strategies and would see that coming, making it harder for Toru to get the jump on them. If that failed, I would use my No-Step quirk when they both entered the room.
In a one on one with Midoriya, and I'm allowed to use more than one quirk, I would cover the room in mist with my Tremendous Mist quirk. If he tries to blow it away with a punch or a flick of his finger, he would not only hurt me but the bomb as well, which would be an instant loss in his case as it would explode killing everyone. When he entered the mist, I would use my Mirroring Topics quirk to send him to the roof, like what I would do with Bakugo. If only one quirk is available to me, I would have to use No-Step until the end as there would be less time for him to get the bomb and would win due to time out.
If they are being lead by Uraraka, then maybe Toru could get both of them. If not both then Midoriya, where I would have to deal with Uraraka. If I could use more than one quirk, I would use my Double Take-Off to boost my speed and make a run for her, thus making me faster than her. The next quirk I would use would be Mirroring Topics, but this would only due to her quirk. The reason I say this is that she removes the gravity, with me turning gravity upside down, she would be back on the ground, if she thought about this. Once I have the time, I would use Silhouette to create a shadow of her. If she didn't use her quirk to get free, then I would release her and use No-Step, where I would use the Shadow to tape her, ending the fight.
Seeing them enter through the second floor, I nodded as that was a good move. Entering the first floor would of taken too long, and was considered the last place to put the bomb seeing how close it is to the exit. The thing is, Bakugo is on the same floor and was on patrol, leaving Ida to guard the weapon.
Team A was walking right into him. Watching Bakugo go on the attack right away, I crossed my arms as Midoriya had tackled Uraraka to the ground, leaving half of his face exposed due to the explosion that followed. "He almost got the jump on them!" Mineta said, with me nodding.
"Sneak attack Bakugo, what kind of man pulls cheep crap like that!" Kirishima said, punching his fists.
"Its a viable strategy, he's playing the part, acting like a true Villain would!" All Might informed, with me nodding as he was right.
"It didn't work, Midoriya dodged it!" Mina said in excitement.
"Wow, there he goes!" Kaminari said as Bakugo went on the attack. We watched as Bakugo was grabbed and flipped over Midoriya's shoulder, catching everyone by surprise at the move.
"We cant hear them." I said once Bakugo had gotten up, putting a gap between both members of Team A, Uraraka being behind him while Midoriya was in front.
"Correct, he is only able to communicate to his partner, me and anyone he is fighting. Reason for this is so that those who have friends when they join UA cant communicate with sound biased quirks, and the walls are made of a special metal that will prevent all telepaths from using their quirk from here out there. For an example, telling the current players the locations of the bombs or the current location of the enemy's. This is due to the fact that everything is done fairly and no cheating is done, hence the reason behind the no audio." All Might informed, with me nodding as I understood.
Seeing Bakugo aim his hand back, he shot forward, with Uraraka getting out of there, leading the two boys to fight it out. Midoriya had blocked a kick from Bakugo, with me seeing him going for a quick take out with the capture tape. This failed as he threw another big punch, followed by an explosion going off where Midoriya was as he rolled out of the way.
"Little guy is really good!" Sato said, with me nodding as it was clear that he had received some training before hand to get his body into shape.
"He's holding his own and he hasn't even used his quirk yet!" Sero said, with me knowing this was due to the damage that he would receive from using it.
Seeing Midoriya run, I nodded as it was now a game of cat and mouse. He was unable to fight at close range at the moment, meaning that he just had to stall him for the foreseeable future. Seeing Bakugo get mad, he started yelling with small explosions going off on his hands. "That guy is kind of angry, its really scary." Kaminari said, with me nodding as he was right, it was scary to think about. He could of became a true villain with his attitude.
Later: 6 Minutes remaining
'Uraraka found the weapon.' I thought as we watched her lurking around the corner of the room. 'Now she just needs to get Midoriya and its a win from there, but only if he can get there.' I thought, with Ida catching sight of her as she laughed. 'Or Bakugo goes and takes her down out of annoyance.' I thought with a sigh.
Looking over at Midoriya, I saw Bakugo walk around the corner, gaining his attention. Seeing him aim his gauntlet at Midoriya, I raised an eyebrow at this as it was a new development that I had not seen before. "No Young Bakugo, don't do it, you'll kill him!" All Might yelled, with me looking at him at what he just said.
Suddenly, there was an explosion on screen, as well as shaking the bunker we were in. 'What the... he has that much power?!' I thought in shock as I didn't expect that kind of power.
"Wow, this is nuts!" Kirishima said, with me looking at him then back at the screen.
"Come in, come in Midoriya!" All Might called out, with me fearing the worst. Seeing video footage of them pop up once more, Midoriya was now missing more of his costume and there was a large hole in the wall.
"This is getting out of hand." I said, looking at All Might. "Bakugo could of killed Midoriya with that blast. Even if he was playing the hero role, that would put civilians at risk! Our job is to protect those people, not kill them!" I said, not happy with Bakugo's play. "If he killed Midoriya, you just let a class watch as well as let a kid die! This isn't a test anymore, this is personal!" I said, narrowing my eyes at him as I was speaking the truth.
"You are both right and wrong." All Might said, confusing me as he put the mic up to his mouth. "Bakugo, use that stored up power again and I will end this fight, your team will lose!" All Might warned, with me narrowing my eyes at him as that didn't do anything.
Seeing Bakugo go in once more, I crossed my arms as this wasn't looking good. Seeing Midoriya throw a punch, Bakugo shot himself over and blasted him in the back. "He doesn't come off as a guy with a strategy, but he's actually quite intelligent." Todoroki said, with me looking at him.
"You're referring to him changing directions while doubling as a smoke screen?" I asked, with him nodding. "Clever, but it requires an extreme amount of precision." I said, looking back at the screen.
"He had to calculate the physics and complete control over his quirk." Momo Yomama added, with me nodding.
Seeing Bakugo hit Midoriya in the arm with his gauntlet, he soon grabbed him and used his other arm to boost his turn around and slammed Midoriya into the ground. "This should of ended by now, all he has to do is use the tape, but because you wont interfere this has turned into a beat down." I said, keeping my eyes forward.
"He's running away!" Mina said, with me seeing Midoriya stand run away.
"Not very manly but he doesn't have much of a choice. He's out gunned, and unless he has some kind of plan, its possible." Kirishima said, with me looking at where they were and seeing a way for him to win.
"At first glance it looks like Bakugo is going to win, but that's not the case." I said, gaining everyone's attention. "Look where he's running." I said, with them seeing him running to the wall and not the hole in the wall. "He's not retreating, he's getting distance, also, he's directly under where the target is." I said, with them getting the picture. "Midoriya plans on making an opening for Uraraka." I said, with All Might laughing.
"So you saw it, did you?" He said, with me looking at him.
"So that's why you didn't interfere, because you knew that he had a plan." I said, looking back at the screen.
"But... how is he going to make the opening he needs?" Toru questioned, with me shrugging as I didn't know. Seeing the two run at the other, I knew that this was it, this was the end of the match between Team A and Team D. Bakugo with his explosions, Midoriya with his strength. It all came down to one final attack.
"There!" I said, pointing at Uraraka as she grabbed the support beam just as the two reached the other. Bakugo's attacked was blocked just in time by Midoriya, who directed his attack straight towards the ceiling, destroying it and several floors up, showing the extend of his power. I could only smile as this was the move that set everything into motion. Looking at Uraraka, she was now holding a weightless support beam and sent all of the rocks that flew up towards Ida as he was guarding the weapon. She then threw herself forward while being weightless and grabbed the weapon, ending the match.
"You did it." All Might whispered, with me just catching it. "The hero team WINS!?" He cheered, with me knowing that something was admits with him and Midoriya.
Yet, there was no telling what it was.
