"Why don't you do anything?" A girl asked as she leaned her head into a boy's view. "Every day you come here, you just sit there with a blank expression on your face, you need to learn to smile, like this!" She said, giving him a smile, but he only stared at her.

"Smiling is a waste of time, there is no point in it or anything else." The boy answered, catching the girl off guard at his response. "There isn't anything that I don't know, nor know how to do. Everything I see, I copy. So, what is the purpose of my life, if I can't have my own life?" He asked, making her think about it.

"But you are living your life, even if you are copying someone!" She said, tapping her chin in thought. "You're like me!" She said, confusing the boy. "Here, I will show you!" She said, taking his hand and biting it as hard as she could, drawing blood. He watched as she turned into a perfect copy of the boy, and she backed off. "It helps to take off my clothes, which can be a bit embarrassing at times, because what you are wearing at the time is also placed on me!" She said in his voice, smiling back at him. "See, I can turn into anybody I want, and live their life if I wanted to. Of course, I would have to keep drinking their blood. A cup of it will let me stay as them for at least a day." She informed, with him nodding.

"That is your source of power, a blood quirk, it is frowned upon." He said, where his hand healed over in a matter of seconds, shocking her as she turned back to herself.

"You can heal yourself, is that why you are here, so that they can use your blood to find cures for sick people and stuff?" She asked, grinning at him with a large smile.

"I'm here for much more than that. They want to understand me better, not just my blood, but my body and soul as well. What made me, a person born from two quirkless people, potentially as powerful as All Might?" He asked, looking down at his hand that was bitten. "It is a question I ask myself all the time, one that I cannot answer." He said, making a fist and closing his eyes.

"A person born from two quirkless people, and potentially as powerful as All Might, and you are asking what your purpose is?" She asked, with him looking at her. "Thats easy, become a hero! Of course, I won't be able to, even though they are really cool, but that doesn't mean you can't become one!" She said, where he just stared at her. "Come on, let's go play, I'm sure they you will just continue to sit here for another hour or so!" She said, grabbing his hand and dragging him away, the entire time he had a confused expression on his face.

What is up with this girl?

XXXXXXXXXX

Opening my eyes, I sat up as I heard a knock at my door. 'I am still far away from her, more so now than ever.' I thought as I sat up, having remembered that day, just like everything else, I would never be able to forget her or anything else.

"Dakota?" I heard, followed by a knock on my door. "Breakfast is finished, just get dressed and come down whenever you are ready." My brother said, with me looking down at my bed.

'He got my mother's personality, kind and caring. My sister got everything from my father, smart and rude. I on the other hand, got nothing from either of them.' I thought as I stood up to get ready for the day.

Later, school

"You guys, did you watch the news last night?" Toru said, with me looking in her direction.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I, we were on it!" I said, giving her a smile, even though I couldn't see her due to the blind fold.

"It was so cool that we got a few seconds of screen time!" She said, then deflated. "Though I pretty sure no one recognized me hanging around in the background." She said, with me nodding at that.

"Probably not." Shoji said, with me laughing at that a bit.

"It's hard to stand out when you are just gloves." I said, knowing no one would have been able to see her due to her gloves being the only thing that we could see of her.

"We're totally bit deals. Those news channels love us, we're basically celebrities!" Kaminari said, with me turning to look at him.

"Yeah, that's kind of crazy, right?" Kirishima said, with me shaking my head at them, but smiled none the less.

"Get over yourselves. The hero course that pumps out heroes was attacked, that's what the care about!" Jiro said, with me nodding as she was right about that.

"Who knows what would of happened to us if the teachers hadn't shown up?" Sero said, with me knowing that the remaining villains would of ran because of all might, but if it was before all might getting there then the least that could of happened was me sucking the air out of the entire building and taking them all out, but that was unlikely.

"WHY DID YOU SAY THAT I'M GOING TO PEE MYSELF JUST THINKING ABOUT IT!?" Mineta yelled, with me rolling my eyes at him, questioning myself if he was really hero material.

"OH, SHUT UP, GROW A PAIR LOSER!?" Bakugo yelled, scaring Mineta even more.

"Did you see All Might fighting that bird guy? That guy was super strong, and he still destroyed him!" Sato said, throwing some punches in the air from what I heard.

"Yes, his strength is truly a thing of wonder." Tokoyami said, with me nodding as it was a mystery on how he got that strong in the first place, as well as that fact that he had multiple quirks like me.

"Attention, homeroom class is about to begin!" Ida said as he rushed to the front of the class. "Everyone stop talking and take your seats!" He said, with everyone looking at him.

"I'm pretty sure you are the only one standing." I said, with Ida going back to his seat and sitting down, grumbling to his self in the process.

"So, Tsu, who do you think is going to teach class today?" Mina asked Tsu, who thought about it.

"No Idea, Mr. Aizawa is still in the hospital recovering from his injuries." Tsu informed, with the door opening.

"Well, if it isn't the man, the myth, the legend, welcome to call Teach!" I said, waving at him.

"Morning class, Dakota." He said, shocking everyone.

"Mr. Aizawa, what are you doing here?!" Everyone questioned, some nearly yelling in the process.

"Mr. Aizawa, I'm glad you are ok!" Ida said, with me shaking my head as he was NOT ok.

"My wellbeing isn't relevant, what is important is that your fight isn't over yet." Aizawa said, making the class tense.

"Oh, yeah, it is that time of year, isn't it?" I said, with everyone looking at me.

"The UA sports festival is about to start." He informed, relaxing the class, until they all yelled in unison again.

"WHY WOULD YOU SCARE US LIKE THAT?!" And just like that, everyone got excited. "The sports festival!" Everyone yelled once more.

"Let's go kick some ass!" Kirishima yelled out in excitement.

"Wait a second!" Kaminari said, with me knowing what they were going to ask.

"Is it ok with us having the sports festival so soon after a group of villains snuck inside? That is on your minds, right?" I asked, with everyone looking at me. "The administration feels that the situation has been delt with and that we are safer than ever. Not only that, but they will increase security to show that we are safe. The sports festival is important to UA, it's not something that they would want to close down. Is that about, right?" I asked Aizawa, with me knowing that he nodded.

"Correct, to the T." He said, with me nodding as I knew how schools worked, and seeing as how UA was one of if not the biggest school out there, they wouldn't shut down the sports festival because of some villains.

"Wait, why not shut it down, it's just a sports festival?" Mineta said, still not sure about the sports festival.

"Mineta, don't you know how important the sports festival is?" Deku questioned as he turned to him.

"Of course, I do, I just don't want to get murdered!" Mineta said, with me shaking my head at that.

"Let me put it this way, you remember the Olympics?" I asked, turning to face them. "It was the largest sports program out there. The strongest of the strongest went there, but then quirks came out and made it obsolete, now the closest thing out there is UAs very own Sports festival! Its streamed live on TV, meaning everyone in the world could see what we can do." I informed, where I turned around.

"Right, and top hero's everywhere will be watching! This is where you get scouted!" Momo informed, with me smiling as that was the point of us being watched.

"Sure, unless you're dead!" Mineta said, with me shaking my head at his words.

"Shes right!" Kaminari said, with me looking in his direction. "After graduating, we get to go out and become hero's sidekicks!" He said, with me nodding as he was right.

"Yeah, but that is as far as some people go. They miss their chance and end up eternal sidekicks." Jiro said, with me nodding again as she was right, and it was kind of sad. "Actually, that's kind of where you're going, you're kind of dumb." She told Kaminari, with me chuckling at that comment.

"It's true that joining a famous hero's agency can grader you greater experience and popularity." Aizawa said, with me turning to face the front of the class. "Thats why this festival matters. If you want to go pro, then this event can open a path for you." He informed, with me knowing he had hyped up some of the students. "One chance a year, three chances in a lifetime, no espying hero can afford to miss this festival. That means that you better not be slacking on your training!" He said, with all of us saying yes sir.

Later, lunch time

Hearing the door open, I heard someone clear their throat. "Dakota, Aizawa wanted to speak to you. This involves the sports Festival." Cementos said, with me nodding as I stood up and opened up the walking stick.

"Ok, is he in the faculty room?" I asked as I started leaving.

"No, the roof." He informed, with me nodding as I made my way there.

Later, roof

"Mr. Aizawa, you wished to speak to me?" I asked as I opened the door, feeling the wind blowing on me as I stepped outside.

"Dakota, good, we can finally talk." He said, with me stopping as I didn't want to go too far and hit him or the railing. "There are three phases to the Sports Festival, I am giving you permission to use your eyes for the first portion, but the second portion, I forbid you from doing so." He said, confusing me on why he wanted me to use my eyes on the first but not the second.

"Can I know why, and what about the third?" I asked, as he didn't say anything about the third phase.

"The stages are random, or so we let people believe. The stages are chosen a month before hand so that we can prepare for the outcomes or obstacles. Stage one is a race, and knowing your speed, you can easily get first, don't. He said, shocking me. Get fiftieth as to not draw too much attention. The others who pass you up will question you on this, simply tell them that you don't wish to get first, that, or just fake it." He said, with me nodding as that was ok. "The second stage, you will team up in groups of four and together you will gather points. Three people hold up one person, that person touches the ground they lose. The final stage, top ten get to compete. A one-on-one fight." He informed, with me knowing about this was it was common to see this outcome. "Some you can use your eyes against, but not all." He said, with me nodding as I understood why.

"I get it, if I fight Shoto I can because I have his power already, even someone like Ida as I can't copy his quirk. But someone like Bakugo or Uraraka I can't because I don't have their quirks." I said, with him nodding.

"Yes. You are powerful, we don't need you overpowered, not yet at least." He said, with me nodding at this as I wasn't looking to become overpowered, but still was. "Now, you can't tell anyone about this, not go eat." He said, with me hearing something hitting the ground and zipping noise.

'He's going to sleep!?" I yelled in my head, annoyed but at the same time I didn't care.
